Solid oxide electrolysis cells (SOECs), displaying high current density and energy efficiency, have been proven to be an effective technique to electrochemically reduce CO2 into CO. However, the insufficiency of cathode activity and stability is a tricky problem to be addressed for SOECs. Hence, it is urgent to develop suitable cathode materials with excellent catalytic activity and stability for further practical application of SOECs. Herein, a reduced perovskite oxide, Pr0.35Sr0.6Fe0.7Cu0.2Mo0.1O3‐δ (PSFCM0.35), is developed as SOECs cathode to electrolyze CO2. After reduction in 10% H2/Ar, Cu and Fe nanoparticles are exsolved from the PSFCM0.35 lattice, resulting in a phase transformation from cubic perovskite to Ruddlesden–Popper (RP) perovskite with more oxygen vacancies. The exsolved metal nanoparticles are tightly attached to the perovskite substrate and afford more active sites to accelerate CO2 adsorption and dissociation on the cathode surface. The significantly strengthened CO2 adsorption capacity obtained after reduction is demonstrated by in situ Fourier transform‐infrared (FT‐IR) spectra. Symmetric cells with the reduced PSFCM0.35 (R‐PSFCM0.35) electrode exhibit a low polarization resistance of 0.43 Ω cm2 at 850 °C. Single electrolysis cells with the R‐PSFCM0.35 cathode display an outstanding current density of 2947 mA cm−2 at 850 °C and 1.6 V. The majority of advanced breast cancers exhibit strong aggressiveness, heterogeneity, and drug resistance, and currently, the lack of effective treatment strategies is one of the main challenges that cancer research must face. Therefore, developing a feasible preclinical model to explore tailored treatments for refractory breast cancer is urgently needed. We established organoid biobanks from 17 patients with breast cancer and characterized them by immunohistochemistry (IHC) and next generation sequencing (NGS). In addition, we in the first combination of patient‐derived organoids (PDOs) with mini‐patient‐derived xenografts (Mini‐PDXs) for the rapid and precise screening of drug sensitivity. We confirmed that breast cancer organoids are a high‐fidelity three‐dimension (3D) model in vitro that recapitulates the original tumour's histological and genetic features. In addition, for a heavily pretreated patient with advanced drug‐resistant breast cancer, we combined PDO and Mini‐PDX models to identify potentially effective combinations of therapeutic agents for this patient who were alpelisib + fulvestrant. In the drug sensitivity experiment of organoids, we observed changes in the PI3K/AKT/mTOR signalling axis and oestrogen receptor (ER) protein expression levels, which further verified the reliability of the screening results. Our study demonstrates that the PDO combined with mini‐PDX model offers a rapid and precise drug screening platform that holds promise for personalized medicine, improving patient outcomes and addressing the urgent need for effective therapies in advanced breast cancer. Remarkable achievements have been made in the development of perovskite solar cells (PSCs) with a rapidly boosting rate of power conversion efficiencies (PCEs) from 3.8% to 26.1%. Nevertheless, the toxicity of lead (Pb) elements and the hygroscopicity of organic cations in high‐efficiency PSCs severely hamper the commercialization of this technology. Consequently, Pb‐free all‐inorganic PSCs have received increasing attention recently to resolve the above‐mentioned toxicity and instability problems. Among various Pb‐free all‐inorganic halide perovskites, cesium bismuth iodide (CBI)‐based perovskites have gained particular attention as light absorbers in PSCs due to the tunable/small bandgaps, long carrier diffusion length/lifetime, and superb sunlight absorption coefficients. Nevertheless, the PCEs of CBI‐based PSCs are still far away from Pb‐based organic–inorganic counterparts because of the low structural dimensions and inferior perovskite film quality. Herein, the recent advances of CBI‐based perovskites as light‐absorbing materials in Pb‐free all‐inorganic PSCs are reviewed by emphasizing the distinct structural/optical/electronic properties and currently existing limitations. Additionally, several distinct strategies to boost the PCEs and robusticity of CBI‐based PSCs are presented. Finally, the unsolved key problems and future directions of CBI‐based PSCs are proposed, aiming to provide important insights for the further development of CBI‐based PSCs to realize sustainable, nontoxic, high‐performance perovskite photovoltaics. Highly active and durable air electrodes are crucial for the commercialization of reversible proton ceramic electrochemical cells (R‐PCECs) for large‐scale energy conversion and storage that may be developed by introducing oxygen ion, electron, and proton triple conducting species into the electrode materials. Here, a new triple conducting nanocomposite is reported as a promising air electrode of R‐PCECs, which consists of a dominated cubic perovskite Ba0.5Sr0.5Co0.72Fe0.18Er0.09O3‐δ and a minor Er2O3 phase, developed by Er doping induced phase separation of Ba0.5Sr0.5(Co0.8Fe0.2)0.9Er0.1O3‐δ precursor. The Er doping stimulates the primary perovskite phase to possess excellent hydration capability and oxygen activation ability, while the Er2O3 minor phase, as a high‐speed proton transport channel, further cooperates with the perovskite main phase to boost the kinetic rate of the electrode for both oxygen reduction and evolution reactions (ORR/OER). As a result, the corresponding R‐PCEC achieves extraordinary electrochemical performance in fuel cell (1.327 W cm−2 at 650 °C) and electrolysis modes (−2.227 A cm−2 at 1.3 V and 650 °C), which exceed the similar cell with a typical Ba0.5Sr0.5Co0.8Fe0.2O3‐δ single‐phase perovskite air electrode by 82.3% and 122.7%, respectively. Long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs) play critical roles in the carcinogenesis and progression of cancers. However, the role and mechanism of the pseudogene lncRNA PIN1P1 in gastric carcinoma remain unclear. The expression and effects of lncRNA PIN1P1 in gastric cancer were investigated. The transcriptional regulation of CREB1 on PIN1P1 was determined by ChIP and luciferase assays. The mechanistic model of PIN1P1 in gastric cancer was further explored by RNA pull‐down, RIP and western blot analysis. PIN1P1 was overexpressed in gastric cancer tissues, and upregulated PIN1P1 predicted poor prognosis in patients. CREB1 was directly combined with the promoter region of PIN1P1 to promote the transcription of PIN1P1. CREB1‐mediated enhanced proliferation, migration and invasion could be partially reversed by downregulation of PIN1P1. Overexpressed PIN1P1 promoted the proliferation, migration and invasion of gastric cancer cells, whereas decreased PIN1P1 showed the opposite effects. PIN1P1 directly interacted with YBX1 and promoted YBX1 protein expression, leading to upregulation of PIN1, in which E2F1 may be involved. Silencing of YBX1 during PIN1P1 overexpression could partially rescue PIN1 upregulation. PIN1, the parental gene of PIN1P1, was elevated in gastric cancer tissues, and its upregulation was correlated with poor patient outcomes. PIN1 facilitated gastric cancer cell proliferation, migration and invasion. The demand for flexibility and rechargeability in tandem with high energy density, reliability, and safety in energy‐storage devices to power wearable electronics has translated to significant advances in flexible solid‐state Zn–air batteries (FSZABs) technology. FSZABs using self‐supported bifunctional air electrodes are currently one of the most attractive alternatives to Li‐ion battery technology for next‐generation wearable electronics. Unlike the conventional powder‐based air electrodes, self‐supported bifunctional air electrodes offer higher electron‐transfer rate, larger specific surface area (and catalyst–reactant–product interfacial contact area), mechanical flexibility, and better operational robustness. To realize their potential nonetheless, self‐supported bifunctional air electrodes should have high and stable bifunctional catalytic activity, low cost, and environmental compatibility. This review first summarizes the three typical configurations and working principles of FSZABs. Then, significant development of self‐supported bifunctional air electrodes for FSZABs and efficient synthesis strategies are emphasized. The review concludes by providing perspectives on how to further improve the electrochemical performance of FSZABs and their suitability for next‐generation wearable electronic devices. The increasing demand for energy, coupled with the continuing deterioration of the environment, has heightened people's desire for renewable energy storage technologies, such as rechargeable zinc‐air batteries (ZABs). However, the race for the developing ZABs usually focuses on the search for new materials, with less emphasis on electrode engineering and recycling. Herein, for the first time, a simple, scalable, and inexpensive electrode engineering and recycling strategy for ZABs is proposed based on the magnetic binder engineering of the cobalt‐implanted electrocatalysts. By manipulating the electrode with magnets, the ZAB can cycle for 1200 h (7200 cycles), and its anti‐pulverization behavior is revealed through in situ observation of a visual cell with an air electrode in the charged state. Moreover, the cobalt‐implanted electrocatalysts can be recycled from the spent ZABs using a magnetic force‐separation method. Additionally, the ZAB with the recycled electrocatalyst exhibits considerably prolonged cycling stability for over 500 h (ΔE = 0.86 V). This study not only enables the design of magnetic force‐engineered electrodes with improved battery performance but also provides sustainable solutions for recycling electrocatalysts for many possible applications beyond ZABs. The numerical approach is a vital means for evaluating the stability of flawed rocks. In this paper, the extended non‐ordinary state‐based peridynamics (NOSB‐PD) theory is employed to simulate the fracture process of rocks containing two pre‐existing flaws. Two stress criteria, including the maximum tensile stress criterion and the Mohr–Coulomb criterion, are implemented into the NOSB‐PD numerical method to respectively judge the tensile and shear failure of rock materials. The effects of inclination angles and ligament angles on the crack initiation and coalescence modes for flawed rocks are investigated based on the numerical results. The numerical results are in good agreement with the previous experimental results. The fracture mechanism of flawed rocks is revealed based on the evolutionary distribution characteristics of the maximum principal stress field and shear stress field obtained by the extended NOSB‐PD theory. Recognizing facial expressions is crucial for adaptive social interaction. Prior empirical research on facial expression processing has primarily focused on isolated faces; however, facial expressions appear embedded in surrounding scenes in everyday life. In this study, we attempted to demonstrate how the online car‐hailing scene affects the processing of facial expression. This study examined the processing of drivers' facial expressions in scenes by recording event‐related potentials, in which neutral or happy faces embedded in online car‐hailing orders were constructed (with type of vehicle, driver rating, driver surname, and level of reputation controlled). A total of 35 female volunteers participated in this experiment and were asked to judge which facial expressions that emerged in scenes of online car‐hailing were more trustworthy. The results revealed an interaction between facial expression scenes, brain areas, and electrode sites in the late positive potential, which indicated that happy faces elicited larger amplitudes than did neutral ones in the parietal areas and that scenes with happy facial expressions had shorter latencies than did those with neutral ones. As expected, the late positive potential evoked by happy facial expressions in a scene was larger than that evoked by neutral ones, which reflected motivated attention and motivational response processes. Background: The present study aimed to investigate the function of miR‐3529‐3p in lung adenocarcinoma and MnO2‐SiO2‐APTES (MSA) as a promising multifunctional delivery agent for lung adenocarcinoma therapy. Methods: Expression levels of miR‐3529‐3p were evaluated in lung carcinoma cells and tissues by qRT‐PCR. The effects of miR‐3529‐3p on apoptosis, proliferation, metastasis and neovascularization were assessed by CCK‐8, FACS, transwell and wound healing assays, tube formation and xenografts experiments. Luciferase reporter assays, western blot, qRT‐PCR and mitochondrial complex assay were used to determine the targeting relationship between miR‐3529‐3p and hypoxia‐inducible gene domain family member 1A (HIGD1A). MSA was fabricated using MnO2 nanoflowers, and its heating curves, temperature curves, IC50, and delivery efficiency were examined. The hypoxia and reactive oxygen species (ROS) production was investigated by nitro reductase probing, DCFH‐DA staining and FACS. Results: MiR‐3529‐3p expression was reduced in lung carcinoma tissues and cells. Transfection of miR‐3529‐3p could promote apoptosis and suppress cell proliferation, migration and angiogenesis. As a target of miR‐3529‐3p, HIGD1A expression was downregulated, through which miR‐3529‐3p could disrupt the activities of complexes III and IV of the respiratory chain. The multifunctional nanoparticle MSA could not only efficiently deliver miR‐3529‐3p into cells, but also enhance the antitumor function of miR‐3529‐3p. The underlying mechanism may be that MSA alleviates hypoxia and has synergistic effects in cellular ROS promotion with miR‐3529‐3p. Conclusions: Our results establish the antioncogenic role of miR‐3529‐3p, and demonstrate that miR‐3529‐3p delivered by MSA has enhanced tumor suppressive effects, probably through elevating ROS production and thermogenesis. Electrochemical carbon dioxide (CO2) reduction (ECR) is a promising technology to produce valuable fuels and feedstocks from CO2. Despite large efforts to develop ECR catalysts, the investigation of the catalytic performance and electrochemical behavior of complex metal oxides, especially perovskite oxides, is rarely reported. Here, the inorganic perovskite oxide Ag‐doped (La0.8Sr0.2)0.95Ag0.05MnO3–δ (LSA0.05M) is reported as an efficient electrocatalyst for ECR to CO for the first time, which exhibits a Faradaic efficiency (FE) of 84.3%, a remarkable mass activity of 75 A g−1 (normalized to the mass of Ag), and stability of 130 h at a moderate overpotential of 0.79 V. The LSA0.05M catalyst experiences structure reconstruction during ECR, creating the in operando‐formed interface between the perovskite and the evolved Ag phase. The evolved Ag is uniformly distributed with a small particle size on the perovskite surface. Theoretical calculations indicate the reconstruction of LSA0.05M during ECR and reveal that the perovskite–Ag interface provides adsorption sites for CO2 and accelerates the desorption of the *CO intermediate to enhance ECR. This study presents a novel high‐performance perovskite catalyst for ECR and may inspire the future design of electrocatalysts via the in operando formation of metal–metal oxide interfaces. Garnet‐based solid‐state Li‐metal batteries (GSSBs) have the merits of high energy density and high safety. However, the realization of a stable and well‐matched Li|garnet interface for GSSBs remains challenging due to electron leakage and lithiophobic Li2CO3 impurity. To address these issues, herein, new surface chemistry is reported that converts the undesired Li2CO3 contaminant into an ultra‐thin lithium polyphosphate (Li‐PPA) layer through anhydrous polyphosphoric acid ‐induced in situ substitution reaction without damaging the water‐sensitive garnet electrolyte. In particular, the Li‐PPA interlayer not only facilitates the homogenous spreading of molten Li but also creates a robust electron‐blocking shield to suppress Li dendrite formation. As a result, the assembled Li symmetric cell exhibits a low interfacial impedance (4 Ω cm2) and high critical current density (1.8 mA cm−2) at 25 °C, which enables the cell to continuously cycle over 2500 h at 0.2 mA cm−2. Furthermore, the GSSBs paired with LiFePO4 deliver a high capacity of 149.3 mAh g−1 at 1 C and maintain 92.3% of the initial capacity after 500 cycles and can be used for solar energy storage, suggesting the feasibility of this interfacial engineering strategy for GSSBs. Before the practical application of rechargeable Zn–air batteries (ZABs), a critical issue regarding the inherent slow reaction kinetics of the oxygen reduction (ORR) and oxygen evolution (OER) must be addressed. Here, we fabricate a cost‐effective bifunctional oxygen electrocatalyst with a self‐antistacking structure, where three‐dimensional (3D) Fe–Co bimetallic oxide particles (FeCoOx) are directly grown on 2D N‐doped graphene (NG). The in situ grown FeCoOx particles can alleviate the NG interlaminar restacking, ensuring abundant channels for diffusion of O2/OH− species, while the NG allows rapid electron flow. Benefiting from this self‐antistacking 3D‐on‐2D structure and synergetic electrocatalysis, FeCoOx@NG demonstrated excellent activity for both ORR and OER (ΔE = 0.78 V), which is superior to that of the binary mixtures of Pt/C and RuO2 (ΔE = 0.83 V). A homemade ZAB with 20%‐FeCoOx@NG delivers a specific capacity of 758.9 mAh g−1, a peak power density of 215 mW cm−2, and long‐term cyclability for over 400 h. These research results suggest that designing a bimetallic oxide/N‐doped carbon 3D‐on‐2D nanoarchitecture using an in situ growth strategy is an attractive and feasible solution to overcome electrocatalytic problems in ZABs. Objective: To add to the limited data that exist on the selection of drugs to prevent mother‐to‐child transmission (MTCT) of hepatitis B virus (HBV). Methods: This is a prospective cohort study that enrolled mothers with HBV‐DNA ≥2 × 105 IU/ml. All enrolled mothers received either tenofovir disoproxil fumarate (TDF) or telbivudine (LdT) to prevent HBV transmission. Results: A total of 270 mothers received TDF treatment and 275 mothers received LdT treatment. The predelivery decline in HBV‐DNA in the TDF group was higher than the LdT group (3.92 ± 0.93 log IU/ml vs. 3.76 ± 0.94 log IU/ml, P = 0.043). In the primary analysis, the MTCT rate of the TDF group was comparable to that of the LdT group, both in the intention‐to‐treat analysis (1.5% [4/275] vs. 1.8% [5/273], P > 0.99) and the per‐protocol analysis (0% in both groups, P > 0.99). The alanine aminotransferase elevation rates in the TDF group were lower than in the LdT group (17.3% vs. 27.4%, P = 0.005). Less anorexia and more arthralgia were observed in the LdT group than the TDF group. Conclusions: TDF and LdT are both effective in preventing MTCT of HBV, but they may cause different adverse events. TDF is more effective in reducing HBV viral load and had fewer alanine aminotransferase abnormalities than LdT. Hand, foot, and mouth disease (HFMD) is an infectious disease that usually occurs in children under 5 years and is caused by a group of enteroviruses. This study aimed to investigate the epidemiological characteristics of HFMD clusters from 2016 to 2020 in Tongzhou, Beijing, and explored the genetic evolution of CV‐A6. The HFMD case information came from the Information System of China Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), as well as the clusters information verification and on‐site investigation by Tongzhou CDC. ARIMA model was applied to forecast HFMD clusters in 2020. Totally 440 HFMD clusters were reported during 2016–2020. The large peak of the clusters occurred in April–July, followed by a smaller peak in October–November during 2016–2019. However, in 2020, the two peaks disappeared. The main site of HFMD clusters was childcare facilities (65.0%) and mostly occurred in urban areas (46.1%). The detection rate of CV‐A6 was the highest (36.1%), and cases with CV‐A6 infection had the highest proportion of fever. The phylogenetic analysis based on CV‐A6 VP1 gene showed that the predominant strains mainly located in Group F during 2016–2017, while changed into Group A during 2018–2020. HFMD clusters presented seasonality, mainly located in childcare facilities and urban areas, and CV‐A6 was the major causative agent. BACKGROUND The incidence of metabolic syndrome (MetS) is increasing, and n‐3 polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs) in salmon (Oncorhynchus) phospholipids can effectively reduce the risk of MetS. RESULTS: Under the intervention of 4% salmon phospholipid, the levels of fasting blood glucose (FBG), insulin, monocyte chemoattractant protein‐1 (MCP‐1), interleukin‐6 (IL‐6) and tumor necrosis factor‐α (TNF‐α) were significantly reduced in the plasma of MetS mice, whereas adiponectin was significantly increased. By screening, we found that the 18 differential metabolites, consisting of seven triglycerides (TGs), six diglycerides (DGs), one phosphatidylethanolamine (PE), three sphingomyelins (SMs) and one eicosanoid, could be the key differential metabolites, and two metabolic pathways were significantly affected: glycerolipid metabolism and glycerophospholipid metabolism. CONCLUSION: 4% salmon phospholipids could affect MetS by inhibiting insulin resistance, reducing inflammatory factors and promoting the synthesis of PE, yet the mechanism required further study. Echocardiography is commonly utilized in patients with acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) for assessment of cardiac function, volume status, and the potential development of acute cor pulmonale. In severe ARDS, prone positioning is frequently used, which imposes technical challenges during transthoracic echocardiography (TTE) image acquisition. Moreover, prone positioning can affect cardiopulmonary function in ways that are reflected on the echocardiographic findings in this position. Historically, a transesophageal approach was recommended when a patient is prone, with few studies reporting utility of TTE in this setting. However, recent publications have begun to address this knowledge gap. This review explores recent literature addressing the use of TTE in prone patients with ARDS, with a special focus on the cardiopulmonary effects of proning and potential solutions to the technical difficulties that arise in this position. Purpose: To compare the survival outcome between radical hysterectomy and simple hysterectomy with radiation therapy in patients with stage II endometrial cancer. Materials and Methods: This is a retrospective cohort study based on the SEER database from January 1, 1988 to December 31, 2015. Results: Of 577 patients were enrolled in the study, 117 patients received radical hysterectomy and 460 patients received simple hysterectomy combined with vaginal brachytherapy. All patients received external beam radiation therapy after the surgery. The median follow‐up duration was 82.77 ± 1.44 months. No differences were found on the baseline information between two groups. Both the 5‐year overall survival (62.31% vs. 78.48%, p < 0.001) and 5‐year cause‐specific survival (74.60 vs. 85.38%, p = 0.01) were shorter in radical hysterectomy than in simple hysterectomy combined with vaginal brachytherapy group. However, the positive outcomes were further validated in patients with high‐risk endometrial cancer, not in patients with grade 1–2 low‐risk endometrial cancer both on cause‐specific survival and overall survival. In patients with grade 3 low‐risk endometrial cancer, the tendency was only found with lower overall survival not cause‐specific survival. Conclusions: This study revealed that in patients' high‐risk stage II endometrial cancer, radical hysterectomy was associated with shorter survival outcome than simple hysterectomy combined with vaginal brachytherapy. A new metal‐organic framework (MOF) compound, [Ni(L)(IDC)(H2O)] ⋅ 0.5 L (1), (H2IDC=4,4′‐iminodibenzoic acid), was synthesized by solvothermal reaction of 2,6‐di(1H‐imidazol‐1‐yl)naphthalene (L) and dicarboxylic acid ligands with nickel salt. The results of single crystal diffraction show that the framework belongs to the P21/c space group and has a unique infinite one‐dimensional (1D) chain structure. They are further linked together through imidazole interaction and finally form a three‐dimensional (3D) structure. The crystal structure was characterized by Powder X‐ray diffraction (PXRD), thermogravimetric analyses (TGA), infrared spectra (IR) and elemental analyses (EA). Meanwhile, the thermal stability and luminescence properties of the crystal were tested. It was found that 1 could recognize acetone molecules by luminescence quenching. Leveraging the outstanding nonlinear optical properties and the ultra‐high spatial confinement of light, microresonators based on lithium niobate (LN) thin films have emerged as intriguing elements in various frontiers such as integrated photonic circuits and quantum photonics. A number of applications have been realized based on LN thin‐film microresonators toward various on‐chip devices. In this paper, the recent advances of microresonators based on LN thin films are reviewed, including essential techniques used in fabrication/characterization and a detailed overview of applications, ranging from frequency conversion, electro‐optic modulation, frequency combs, microwave‐to‐optical transducers, quantum photonics, to lasing. Main observation and conclusion: An HPLC‐UV‐guided separation was performed and four pairs of unprecedented macathiohydantoin dimers, lepithiohydimerins A—D (1—4) bearing a rare disulfide bond were isolated from the tubers of Maca. Their structures were unambiguously confirmed by NMR spectroscopic, X‐ray crystallographic and electronic circular dichroism (ECD) analyses. At the concentration of 20 μmol/L, compounds 2‐1, 2‐2, and 4‐1 increased the viability of PC12 cells with the cell viability at (72.06 ± 1.14)%, (72.64 ± 1.49)%, and (70.93 ± 1.22)%, respectively. Bilateral breast cancer (BBC) is an uncommon subset of breast cancer (BC), and it may present as synchronous bilateral breast cancer (sBBC) or metachronous bilateral breast cancer (mBBC). Through this study, we aimed to evaluate the proportion of BBC in BC and compare the clinicopathological characteristics, treatment, and outcomes of sBBC and mBBC at an academic cancer center in China. Patients with BC consecutively treated between 2006 and 2016 were retrospectively reviewed. Patients with BBC were included. In total, 3924 patients with BC were analyzed and 127 patients with BBC (28 sBBC, 99 mBBC) with a median follow‐up of 98 months were identified. The proportion of BBC was 3.2% (0.7%, sBBC; 2.5%, mBBC). The median age at the first diagnosis of mBBC was significantly younger than that at the first diagnosis of sBBC (p = 0.027). Patients diagnosed as having sBBC were more likely to have a positive family history (p = 0.047). The first tumors of mBBC were detected at a significantly earlier tumor stage compared with those of sBBC (p = 0.028). The concordance rates of histopathologic type in the first and second tumors were 60.7% and 58.0% in sBBC and mBBC, respectively. sBBC had a significantly poorer disease‐free survival than mBBC did (p = 0.001). BBC is a rare disease affecting the Chinese population. sBBC is associated with a greater prevalence of a family history of breast cancer and poorer prognosis, compared with mBBC. All‐solid‐state lithium batteries (ASSBs) have the potential to trigger a battery revolution for electric vehicles due to their advantages in safety and energy density. Screening of various possible solid electrolytes for ASSBs has revealed that garnet electrolytes are promising due to their high ionic conductivity and superior (electro)chemical stabilities. However, a major challenge of garnet electrolytes is poor contact with Li‐metal anodes, resulting in an extremely large interfacial impedance and severe Li dendrite propagation. Herein, an innovative surface tension modification method is proposed to create an intimate Li | garnet interface by tuning molten Li with a trace amount of Si3N4 (1 wt%). The resultant Li‐Si‐N melt can not only convert the Li | garnet interface from point‐to‐point contact to consecutive face‐to‐face contact but also homogenize the electric‐field distribution during the Li stripping/depositing process, thereby significantly decreasing its interfacial impedance (1 Ω cm2 at 25 °C) and improving its cycle stability (1000 h at 0.4 mA cm−2) and critical current density (1.8 mA cm−2). Specifically, the all‐solid‐state full cell paired with a LiFePO4 cathode delivered a high capacity of 145 mAh g−1 at 2 C and maintained 97% of the initial capacity after 100 cycles at 1 C. Aim: We aimed to clarify tumor features and prognosis of pregnancy‐associated breast cancer (PABC) among Chinese women. Methods: PABC was defined as breast cancer diagnosed during pregnancy or within a year after delivery. Patients with PABC were selected from breast cancer cases of women ≤45 years treated at our institution between December 2012 and December 2017, and one non‐PABC control was matched for stage, age, and year of diagnosis for each case. Results: Forty‐one women with PABC were identified (22 diagnosed during pregnancy and 19 within 1 year of delivery). There were significantly more progesterone receptor (PR)‐ and triple‐negative tumors in the PABC (56.1% and 24.4%, respectively) than in the non‐PABC group (31.7% and 4.9%, respectively) (P =.045 and.026, respectively). Human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 positivity was the same in both groups (31.7%). Median disease‐free survival (DFS) was 29.0 months (95% confidence interval [CI], 6.5‐51.5 months) in the PABC and 40.9 months (95% CI, 22.8‐58.8 months) in the non‐PABC group (P =.167). Median overall survival (OS) was 82.8 months in the PABC (95% CI, 39.3‐126.5 months) versus 80.1 months (95% CI, 56.7‐103.6 months) in the non‐PABC group (P =.131). Conclusion: Histological features were similar in both groups, except that PR‐ and triple‐negative tumors were more frequent in the PABC group. The combination of ammonia fuel and proton-conducting fuel cells (PCFCs) technology may provide an ideal clean energy system for the future, considering matured NH3 synthesis technology and transportation and storage infrastructure, the high energy density of NH3, and the high efficiency of fuel cells. However, poor catalytic activity of the anode for NH3 decomposition, quick performance degradation due to the ammonia induced nickel coarsening, difficult sintering, and insufficient proton conductivity of electrolytes are the main challenges for stable and high-power generation from ammonia-fueled PCFCs. Herein, a new Ba(Zr0.1Ce0.7Y0.1Yb0.1)0.95Pd0.05O3-δ perovskite is reported as a key anode component and electrolyte, which demonstrates multifunctionalities and tackles most challenges of conventional PCFCs. The incorporation of a small amount of Pd boosts catalytic activity of the nickel-perovskite cermet anode for NH3 decomposition and increases proton conductivity from the creation of B-site cation deficiency and electrolyte sintering. The corresponding thin-film electrolyte PCFC delivers a maximum power density of 724 mW cm-2 at 650 °C operated on NH3, much higher than the similar cell without Pd incorporation (450 mW cm-2). Furthermore, no apparent performance decay is observed for the cell operated at 550 °C in H2 and NH3 for 350 h, making it highly promising for practical applications. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

By preparing a sensor system around isolated exceptional points, one can obtain a great enhancement of the sensitivity benefiting from the non‐Hermiticity. However, this comes at the cost of reduction of the flexibility of the system, which is critical for practical applications. By generalizing the exceptional points to exceptional surfaces, it has been theoretically proposed recently that enhanced sensitivity and flexibility can be combined. Here, an exceptional surface is experimentally demonstrated in a non‐Hermitian photonic sensing system, which is composed of a whispering‐gallery‐mode microresonator and two nanofiber waveguides, resulting in a unidirectional coupling between two degenerate counter‐propagating modes with an external optical isolator. The system is simple, robust, and can be easily operated around an exceptional surface. On the one hand, sensitivity enhancement is observed by monitoring the resonant frequency splitting caused by small perturbations. This demonstration of exceptional‐surface‐enhanced sensitivity paves the way for practical non‐Hermitian sensing applications. Firsocostat (FIR: previously GS‐0976), a highly sensitive OATP substrate, reduces hepatic de novo lipogenesis (DNL) by inhibiting acetyl‐CoA carboxylases (ACC). Measuring the pharmacodynamic (PD) efficacy of FIR on DNL provides a unique opportunity to determine optimal dosing strategies for liver‐targeted OATP substrates in settings of altered OATP function. A randomized, four‐way crossover drug‐drug interaction study was conducted. Hepatic DNL, a marker for ACC activity, was measured in 28 healthy volunteers after reference, single dose FIR 10 mg, FIR 10 mg plus the OATP inhibitor rifampin (RIF) 300 mg i.v., or RIF 300 mg i.v. (control for DNL effect of RIF), each separated by a 7‐day washout. Samples were collected for pharmacokinetic (PK) and PD assessments through 24 hours after each treatment. Hepatic DNL and its inhibition by FIR were assessed. Twenty‐four subjects completed the study. All adverse events were mild. RIF alone increased hepatic DNL area under the effect curve from time of administration up to the time of the last quantifiable concentration (AUEClast; 35.7%). Despite a 5.2‐fold increase in FIR plasma exposure (area under the concentration‐time curve from zero to infinity (AUCinf)) when administered with RIF, FIR alone, and FIR + RIF had the same hepatic PD effect, 37.1% and 34.9% reduction in DNL AUEClast, respectively, compared with their respective controls. These findings indicate that large decreases in OATP activity do not alter hepatic intracellular exposure (as inferred by no change in PD) for drugs that are primarily eliminated hepatically and permeability rate‐limited, such as FIR. Organic–inorganic halide perovskite solar cells (PSCs) are a new class of photovoltaic devices, which have attracted increasing interests due to high efficiency, low cost, and simple fabrication process. Although a remarkable enhancement in power conversion efficiency (PCE) has been achieved in the last decade, the stability issue, including high water/heat sensitivity and UV light‐induced degradation, has become one of the main obstacles for practical applications of PSCs. Herein, hydrophobic butyl acrylate with CO and CC groups is reported as a new additive to enhance the PCE and moisture/thermal stability of CH3NH3PbI3‐based PSCs, which improves the quality of the perovskite film by promoting defect passivation, constructing a suitable energy‐level alignment, and increasing the charge carrier lifetime in PSCs. Such an additive is easily introduced into PSCs without the need for thermal treatment, which is typically required by other additives, causing a negative effect on the efficiency. The CH3NH3PbI3‐based PSC with butyl acrylate additive shows a superior PCE of 20.0%, 19% higher than that of the unmodified device (16.8%), as well as much improved moisture/thermal stability. A rechargeable hybrid zinc battery is developed for reaching high power density and high energy density simultaneously by introducing an alkaline Zn–transition metal compound (Zn–MX) battery function into a Zn–air battery. However, the conventional single‐layer electrode design cannot satisfy the requirements of both a hydrophilic interface for facilitating ionic transfer to maximize the Zn–MX battery function and a hydrophobic interface for promoting gas diffusion to maximize the Zn–air battery function. Here, a function‐separated design is proposed, which allocates the two battery functions to the two faces of the cathode. The electrode is composed of a hydrophobic MnS layer decorated with Ni–Co–S nanoclusters that allows for smooth gas diffusion and efficient oxygen electrocatalysis and a hydrophilic NixCo1−xS2 layer that favors fast ionic transfer and superior performance for energy storage. The battery with the function‐separated electrode shows a high short‐term discharge voltage of ≈1.7 V, an excellent high‐rate galvanostatic discharge–charge with a power density up to 153 mW cm−2 at 100 mA cm−2, a good round‐trip efficiency of 75% at 5 mA cm−2, and a robust cycling stability for 330 h with an excellent voltage gap of ≈0.7 V at 5 mA cm−2. Gastric cancer (GC) is one of the most common cancers around the world. Searching for specific gene expression changes during the development of GC could help identify potential therapy targets. We previously showed that the histone code reader SPIN1 may act as an oncogene in breast cancer. At present, the biological function and regulation of SPIN1 in GC remain unclear. Here, we demonstrate that SPIN1 is upregulated in GC tissues, compared with nontumorous gastric tissues. Increased expression of SPIN1 is closely associated with poor prognosis for patients with GC. Increased SPIN1 expression enhances GC cell proliferation, migration, and invasion and promotes cell cycle progression. Mechanically, SPIN1 sustains GC cell proliferation via activation of the MDM2‐p21‐E2F1 signaling pathway by binding to H3K4me3 of the MDM2 promoter region. Interestingly, E2F1 could directly bind to the SPIN1 promoter and activate its transcription, thus forming a positive feedback loop. Our data suggest that SPIN1 plays an important role in the development of GC and could be used as a promising prognostic biomarker and therapeutic target for GC. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The development of an air electrode that is flexible in physical property and highly active and durable at different geometric status for both oxygen reduction reaction (ORR) and oxygen evolution reaction (OER) is of crucial importance for the rational design of flexible rechargeable Zn‐air batteries (ZABs). Considering their good elasticity, high conductivity, and superior thermal and chemical stability, carbon nanotubes have been widely used as a catalyst support in various electrocatalysts, while oxide or metal nanoparticles have been frequently deposited on the carbon nanotube substrate to perform as the active materials. Considering the poor contact between active materials and carbon nanotubes may introduce a challenge for long‐term operating stability, in particular in flexible devices, pure carbon electrocatalyst is highly appreciated. Herein, a free‐standing air electrode with cobalt nanoparticles encapsulated N‐codoped carbon nanotube arrays uniformly grown on the surface of carbon fiber cloth is developed by a two‐step in situ growth method. Such a carbon‐based electrode shows outstanding activity for both ORR and OER. The flexible ZAB with such air electrode shows superior flexibility and stability working under extreme bending conditions. Moreover, the polarization and round‐trip efficiency for the flexible battery is 0.67 V and 64.4% at 2 mA/cm2, respectively, even after being operated for 30 hours. This study provides a feasible way to design all carbon‐based free‐standing and flexible electrode and enlightens the electrode design for flexible energy conversion/storage devices. Objective: To compare the clinical efficacy and safety of a personalized three‐dimensional (3D) printed dynamic anterior plate–screw system for the quadrilateral area (DAPSQ) titanium plate and a traditional DAPSQ reconstruction plate in the treatment of double‐column acetabular fractures. Methods: This was a retrospective case‐control study. From May 2014 to January 2018, 43 patients with double‐column acetabular fractures underwent open reduction and internal fixation. Among these, 20 cases were fixed with a 3D printed DAPSQ plate (3D printed group) and 23 cases were fixed with a DAPSQ reconstruction plate (control group). The 3D printed group comprised 15 men and 5 women, with an average age of 50.1 ± 8.2 years. The control group comprised 16 men and 7 women, with an average age of 51.0 ± 8.6 years. The evaluation index included the surgical data (i.e. blood loss, operating time, duration of hospital stay, and intraoperative and postoperative complications), position and length of implants, reduction quality, hip function, and related complications. The reduction quality was evaluated using the Matta scoring standard and hip function was evaluated using the modified Merle d'Aubigné score. Results: A total of 43 patients met the inclusion criteria. The mean postoperative follow up was 35.2 months in the 3D printed group and 36.9 months in the control group. There were no significant group differences in demographic data between the two groups. The position and length of the 3D printed implants were generally in accord with preoperative planning using a 3D pelvic model. Patients in the 3D printed group had significantly shorter operation time (223.2 vs 260.5 min, P < 0.05) and less intraoperative blood loss (930.4 vs 1426.1 mL, P < 0.05) compared to the control group. Anatomic, imperfect, and poor reduction was obtained in 13, 5, and 2 cases in the 3D printed group, respectively, and was obtained in 12, 8, and 3 cases in the control group. The modified Merle d'Aubigné scores were excellent in 11 cases, good in seven cases, and fair in two cases in the 3D printed group. They were excellent in 11 cases, good in eight cases, fair in three cases, and poor in one case in the control group. The reduction quality and hip function did not differ within the groups (P > 0.05). The general complication rate in the 3D printed group and the control group was 15% and 26.1%, respectively, but the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant. Conclusion: Use of a personalized 3D printed DAPSQ plate has potential advantages in reducing the operation time and blood loss during the treatment of double‐column acetabular fractures. Integration of template‐based modeling, global sampling and precise scoring is crucial for the development of molecular docking programs with improved accuracy. We combined template‐based modeling and ab‐initio docking protocol as hybrid docking strategy called CoDock for the docking and scoring experiments of the seventh CAPRI edition. For CAPRI rounds 38‐45, we obtained acceptable or better models in the top 10 submissions for eight out of the 16 evaluated targets as predictors, nine out of the 16 targets as scorers. Especially, we submitted acceptable models for all of the evaluated protein‐oligosaccharide targets. For the CASP13‐CAPRI experiment (round 46), we obtained acceptable or better models in the top 5 submissions for 10 out of the 20 evaluated targets as predictors, 11 out of the 20 targets as scorers. The failed cases for our group were mainly the difficult targets and the protein‐peptide systems in CAPRI and CASP13‐CAPRI experiments. In summary, this CAPRI edition showed that our hybrid docking strategy can be efficiently adapted to the increasing variety of challenges in the field of molecular interactions. A continuous process for methacrolein production was constructed by filling w/o Pickering emulsions in a column reactor. Ionic liquid (IL‐[HDEA]Ac) with secondary amine was designed to catalyze propionaldehyde condensation with formaldehyde through the Mannich reaction. Emulsion droplets encapsulated with IL aqueous solution were stabilized with modified SiO2 nanoparticles and dispersed in cyclohexane, which could be observed as numerous reactors. The properties of SiO2 stabilizer, such as wettability, surface groups, and the effect on interfacial tension were investigated. The characteristics of emulsion influenced by stabilizer properties and content were systematically studied. The droplet size, IL concentration and liquid hourly space velocity were optimized. The droplets were evaluated at 0.5 hr−1 for 150 hr without IL leakage and obvious activity decreasing, indicating the excellent stability of the emulsion system. The continuous process showed a 1.25‐fold enhancement in catalysis efficiency and less equipment compared to batch process. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Perovskite‐based oxides have emerged as promising oxygen evolution reaction (OER) electrocatalysts. The performance is closely related to the lattice, electronic, and defect structure of the oxides, which determine surface and bulk properties and consequent catalytic activity and durability. Further, interfacial interactions between phases in a nanocomposite may affect bulk transportation and surface adsorption properties in a similar manner to phase doping except without solubility limits. Herein, we report the development of a single/double perovskite nanohybrid with limited surface self‐reconstruction capability as an OER electrocatalyst. Such superior performance arises from a structure that maintains high crystallinity post OER catalysis, in addition to forming an amorphous layer following the self‐reconstruction of a single perovskite structure during the OER process. In situ X‐ray absorption near edge structure spectroscopy and high‐resolution synchrotron‐based X‐ray diffraction reveal an amorphization process in the hybrid single/double perovskite oxide system that is limited in comparison to single perovskite amorphization, ensuring high catalytic activity. Perovskite solar cells (PSCs) are highly promising next‐generation photovoltaic devices because of the cheap raw materials, ideal band gap of ≈1.5 eV, broad absorption range, and high absorption coefficient. Although lead‐based inorganic‐organic PSC has achieved the highest power conversion efficiency (PCE) of 25.2%, the toxic nature of lead and poor stability strongly limits the commercialization. Lead‐free inorganic PSCs are potential alternatives to toxic and unstable organic‐inorganic PSCs. Particularly, double‐perovskite Cs2AgBiBr6‐based PSC has received interests for its all inorganic and lead‐free features. However, the PCE is limited by the inherent and extrinsic defects of Cs2AgBiBr6 films. Herein, an effective and facile strategy is reported for improving the PCE and stability by introducing an N719 dye interlayer, which plays multifunctional roles such as broadening the absorption spectrum, suppressing the charge carrier recombination, accelerating the hole extraction, and constructing an appropriate energy level alignment. Consequently, the optimizing cell delivers an outstanding PCE of 2.84%, much improved as compared with other Cs2AgBiBr6‐based PSCs reported so far in the literature. Moreover, the N719 interlayer greatly enhances the stability of PSCs under ambient conditions. With a rising energy demand and anabatic environmental crisis arising from the fast growth in human population and society economics, numerous efforts have been devoted to explore and design plentiful multifunctional materials for meeting high‐efficiency energy transfer processes, which happen in various developed energy conversion and storage systems. As a special kind of multi‐metal oxides, perovskite with attractive physical and chemical properties, is becoming a rapidly rising star on the horizon of high‐performance catalytic materials with substantial research behaviors worldwide. The porous nanostructure in targeted catalysts is favorable to the catalytic activity and thus improves the overall efficiency of these energy‐related installations. In this review paper, recent advances made in the porous perovskite nanostructures for catalyzing several anodic or cathodic reactions in fuel cells and metal–air batteries are comprehensively summarized. Plenty of general preparation methods employed to attain porous perovskite‐type oxides are provided, followed by a further discussion about the influence of various strategies on structures and catalytic properties of the porous perovskites. Vegetation restoration has been widely implemented as an effective approach to the control of soil erosion. However, severe soil desiccation is likely to occur if vegetation types and local precipitation conditions are not accounted for. In this study, an abandoned farmland and three typical vegetation types, including a natural shrubland, a plantation of black locust, and a natural oak secondary forest, were investigated to determine the characteristics of soil moisture in different hydrological years. The responses of soil moisture to precipitation were analysed at different timescales. Higher soil water contents were observed either in wet years or for natural vegetation types. The temporal response of soil moisture to precipitation was largely dependent on the timescale. At monthly scale, shallow soil moisture (0–100 cm) varied consistently with precipitation, whereas on interannual scale, precipitation is positively related to soil moisture along the whole profiles. Black locust and oak lands consumed more soil moisture than the shrubland, and severe soil desiccation developed in deep soil layers in the black locust plantation. The shrubland showed steeper regression slopes than other types for both the changes in soil water storage over time (ΔSWSt) versus the growing season precipitation and the difference in soil water storage with the abandoned farmland (ΔSWSv) versus the growing season precipitation, suggesting its higher adaptability to precipitation changes in this region. The results indicate that the shrubland develops optimal water use strategies through coevolution with local conditions and should be given precedence in vegetation restoration initiatives in this region. Double perovskites have emerged as efficient candidates for catalyzing the electrochemical oxygen evolution reaction (OER). Smart control of the composition of a B‐site ordered double perovskite can lead to improved catalytic performance. By adopting a facile co‐doping strategy, the OER‐active elements are simultaneously introduced into the B‐site and B′‐site of a B‐site‐ordered double perovskite (A2BB′O6), leading to an enhancement of the exposed reactive sites and an optimum surface chemical state. As a result, a model system built from the substitution of Co for Mo and Fe in the Sr2FeMoO6−δ double perovskite (with a composition of Sr2Fe0.8Co0.2Mo0.6Co0.4O6−δ) shows significantly enhanced OER activity in alkaline media compared with the host material, requiring an overpotential of 345 mV to reach a 10 mA cm−2 current density (catalyst loading≈0.232 mgcat cm−2GEO) and a cell voltage of 1.57 V to afford the same current density for the overall water splitting when coupled with a Pt/C cathode (catalyst loading≈2 mg cm−2). It also demonstrates excellent electrochemical stability.
