Industrial robot is a and multi‐output complex system with strong coupling and high nonlinearity. The motion control accuracy of the system is affected by many factors. To solve the difficulty in establishing the input and output characteristics of robot dynamics modeling, the robot motion model is established through the Lagrangian energy function. At the same time, the nonlinear relationship between angular velocity, angular acceleration, and robot torque is accurately expressed through improved cascaded neural network. In addition, the optimal time planning of the robot's trajectory in joint space is studied using multinomial interpolation method and the particle swarm optimization (PSO). In the simulation experiment, the effect of the proposed dynamic model fitting was outstanding. Under the mixed multinomial difference calculation planning, the angular position trajectories of the three joints changed very smoothly. In the data set application test, the average error of the PSO algorithm was 0.4061 mm and the average task time was 9.101 s, which were lower than other planning algorithms. Experiments showed that the Lagrangian dynamic model analysis based on genetic algorithm cascaded neural network and PSO trajectory scheduling method under mixed multinomial difference had better trajectory planning performance in handling tasks. The achievement of excellent catalytic activity for electricity‐driven CO2 reduction over a wide potential window is significant for the mature applications. However, the efficient potential range is always limited by the dilemma in CO2 activation and product desorption at different potentials, due to the scaling relationships of adsorption energy. Herein, we developed a nanostructured Ag‐CO3 electrocatalyst featuring metallic Ag with Ag(220) orientation on the surface and Ag2CO3 beneath. The interactions between Ag and Ag2CO3 lead to lattice expansion on the surface of Ag, resulting in electron localization and accordingly enhanced CO2 activation to *COOH on Ag. Furthermore, this lattice expansion induces a change in the *CO adsorption geometry from a bridge mode to a linear mode, which compensates the promotion effect of electron localization on *CO adsorption energy. As a result, the scaling relationship between *COOH and *CO adsorption energy was disrupted, leading to enhanced *COOH adsorption and inferior *CO adsorption. Consequently, the Ag‐CO3 catalyst exhibited a high FECO (>80%) over a robust potential window of −0.8 to −1.8 V (vs. RHE), with a maximum FECO of 95% at −1.2 V (vs. RHE). The mechanism described herein offers a universal design principle for the development of high‐efficiency CO2 electroreduction catalysts that operate effectively within a broad potential range. To investigate whether human umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cell‐derived exosomes combined with gelatin methacryloyl (GelMA) hydrogel are beneficial in promoting healing of laser‐injured skin wounds in mice. Supernatants of cultured human umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells (HUC‐MSCs) were collected to obtain human umbilical cord MSC‐derived exosomes (HUC‐MSCs‐Exos), which were combined with GelMA hydrogel complex to treat a mouse fractional laser injury model. The study was divided into PBS group, EX (HUC‐MSCs‐Exos) group, GEL (GelMA hydrogel) group and EX+GEL (HUC‐MSCs‐Exos combined with GelMA hydrogel) group. The healing of laser‐injured skin in each group was observed by gross view and dermatoscopy, and changes in skin structure, angiogenesis and proliferation‐related indexes were observed during the healing process of laser‐injured skin in each group. The results of the animal experiments showed that the EX and GEL groups alone and the EL+EX group exhibited less inflammatory response compared to the PBS group. The EX and GEL groups showed marked tissue proliferation and favourable angiogenesis, which promoted the wound healing well. The GEL+EX group had the most significant promotion of wound healing compared to the PBS group. qPCR results showed that the expression levels of proliferation‐related factors, including KI67 and VEGF and angiogenesis‐related factor CD31, were significantly higher in the GEL+EX group than in the other groups, with a time‐dependent effect. The combination of HUC‐MSCs‐Exos and GelMA hydrogel is beneficial in reducing the early inflammatory response of laser‐injured skin in mice and promoting its proliferation and angiogenesis, which in turn promotes wound healing. Objectives: To evaluate the concordance between an automatic software program and manual evaluation in reconstructing, delineating, and measuring the levator hiatus (LH) on maximal Valsalva maneuver. Methods: This was a retrospective study analyzing archived raw ultrasound imaging data of 100 patients underwent transperineal ultrasound (TPUS) examination. Each data were assessed by the automatic Smart Pelvic System software program and manual evaluation. The Dice similarity index (DSI), mean absolute distance (MAD), and Hausdorff distance (HDD) were calculated to quantify delineation accuracy of LH. Agreement between automatic and manual measurement of levator hiatus area was assessed by intraclass correlation coefficient (ICC) and Bland–Altman method. Results: The satisfaction rate of automatic reconstruction was 94%. Six images were recognized as unsatisfactory reconstructed images for some gas in the rectum and anal canal. Compared with satisfactory reconstructed images, DSI of unsatisfactory reconstructed images was lower, MAD and HDD were larger (p = 0.001, p = 0.001, p = 0.006, respectively). The ICC was up to 0.987 in 94 satisfactory reconstructed images. Conclusions: The Smart Pelvic System software program had good performance in reconstruction, delineation, and measurement of LH on maximal Valsalva maneuver in clinical practice, despite misidentification of the border of posterior aspect of LH due to the influence of gas in the rectum. Ulcer in radiation‐damaged tissue is a dilemma with limited treatment strategies. The study aimed to evaluate the safety and efficacy of regional flaps for patients with post‐radiation ulcers through a 10‐year experience. A retrospective study of consecutive patients with post‐radiation ulcers at a single institute from 2012 to 2022 was conducted. Reconstruction included complete excision of irradiated tissue and coverage with well‐vascularised tissue, including local flaps, regional flaps and free flaps. Study outcomes included complications, reoperation rates, overall flap success and recurrence rates. Thirteen patients (six males and seven females; mean age, 56.85 ± 13.87 years) with a mean 10‐month history of post‐radiation ulcers were enrolled. Ulcers are predominantly located in the chest (n = 3, 23.1%), head (n = 2, 15.4%) and neck (n = 2, 15.4%), with a mean size of 33.1 cm2 (range from 1 cm2 to 120 cm2). Eleven patients underwent reconstruction with 15 regional flaps and three local flaps, one patient received a free anterolateral thigh fasciocutaneous flap and one patient underwent amputation. Among these 15 regional flaps, one (6.7%) had wound dehiscence and four (26.7%) had localised necrosis requiring reoperation. In addition, one patient with a non‐healing sinus tract underwent reoperation. The overall success rate of the regional flap was 100% and no recurrence was observed with a mean follow‐up of 23.3 months. To investigate the role of GLI1 on skin proliferation and neovascularization during skin expansion in mice. We constructed GLI1‐cre/R26‐Tdtomato and GLI1‐cre/R26‐mtmg gene‐tagged skin expansion mouse models. Using a two‐photon in vivo imaging instrument to observe the changes in the number and distribution of GLI1(+) cells during the expansion process and to clarify the spatial relationship between GLI1(+) cells and blood vessels during the expansion process. In vitro proliferation assays were performed to further validate the effects of SHH (sonic hedgehog) and its downstream component GLI1 on cell proliferation viability. Finally, qRT‐PCR was used to verify the changes in proliferation, angiogenesis‐related factors, SHH signalling pathway‐related factors, and the role of GLI1 cells in the process of skin expansion in mice. The number of GLI1(+) cells increased during dilation and were attached to the outer membrane of the vessel. The epidermis was thickened and the dermis thinned after the dilated skin was taken, while the epidermal thickening was suppressed and the dermis became thinner after the GLI1 cells were inhibited. The non‐inhibited group showed a significant increase in PCNA positivity with prolonged dilation compared to the GANT61(GLI specificity inhibitor) inhibited group; CD31 immunofluorescence showed a significant increase in the number of dilated skin vessels and a significant decrease in the number of vessels after treatment with GANT61 inhibitor. In vitro proliferation results showed that SHH signalling activator significantly increased the proliferation viability of GLI1(+) hair follicle mesenchymal stem cells, while GNAT61 significantly inhibited the proliferation viability of GLI1(+) hair follicle mesenchymal stem cells. To investigate the clinical application of vacuum sealing drainage (VSD) in chronic osteomyelitis of the extremities combined with soft tissue defects in adults. This study retrospectively included 32 adult patients with clearly diagnosed chronic osteomyelitis of the extremities combined with local soft tissue defects, and the trauma was covered by VSD after debridement, osteotomy, and vancomycin‐laden bone cement filling of the occupancy, and the trauma was covered by selecting a suitable flap transfer repair according to the site and extent of the soft tissue defect after the trauma condition was suitable, and the secondary trauma was taken from the abdominal full‐thickness skin free skin slice graft, according to whether the skin graft area was performed. The skin flap hematoma and infection rate, as well as the skin flap survival rate and implant fixation time were compared and analysed between the two groups. The primary outcome is the implant fixation time, and the secondary outcome is the skin fragment survival rate. In 32 patients, VSD was performed on the bone cement surface to cover the trauma, and 33.2 to 39.8 kPa continuous vacuum sealing drainage was set. The average VSD time duration before soft tissue coverage was 47.87 ± 23.14 days, and the average number of VSD use was 7.18 ± 3.23. The use of VSD before soft tissue coverage did not cause complications such as negative pressure could not be maintained, vacuum sealing drainage was not smooth, skin blistering, trauma. Among the 32 patients, 12 cases of soft tissue coverage were followed by trauma free skin grafting with packing + VSD, and 20 cases were fixed with packing alone, and the duration of continuous packing and fixation of free skin pieces in the VSD group was significantly less than that in the control group (P =.006). The survival rate was significantly higher than that of the control group (P =.019). VSD in adult patients with chronic osteomyelitis of the extremities combined with soft tissue defects can effectively improve the trauma condition, provide the possibility of second‐stage soft tissue coverage, and significantly shorten the preparation time for soft tissue coverage. In addition, when soft tissue coverage trauma is performed, VSD combined with skin graft packing technique can significantly improve the survival rate of skin pieces, shorten the time of skin graft fixation. Objectives: To evaluate the individual and combined performances of the Ovarian‐adnexal Reporting and Data System Ultrasound (O‐RADS US) and serum cancer antigen 125 (CA‐125) in assessing adnexal malignancy risk in women with different menopausal status. Methods: This retrospective study included patients with adnexal masses scheduled for surgery based on their preoperative US and histopathology results between January 2018 and January 2020. O‐RADS were used to assess adnexal malignancy by two experienced radiologists. The area under the receiver operating characteristic curves (AUCs) were used to compare the accuracy of O‐RADS and a combination of O‐RADS and CA‐125. The weighted κ index was used to evaluate the inter‐reviewer agreement. Results: Overall, the data of 443 lesions in 443 patients were included, involving 312 benign lesions and 131 malignant lesions. There were 361 premenopausal and 82 postmenopausal patients. The inter‐reviewer agreement for the two radiologists was very good (weighted κ: 0.833). Combing O‐RADS US and CA‐125 significantly increased diagnostic accuracy for classifying malignant from benign adnexal masses, compared with O‐RADS US alone (AUC: 0.97 vs 0.95, P <.001 for premenopausal population and AUC: 0.93 vs 0.85, P <.001 for postmenopausal population). The AUCs of O‐RADS with and without CA‐125 ranged from 0.50 to 0.99 for different adnexal pathology subtypes (ie, benign, borderline, Stage I–IV, and metastatic tumors). Conclusion: The addition of CA‐125 helps improve discrimination of O‐RADS US between benign and malignant adnexal masses, especially in postmenopausal women. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

This study aimed to evaluate the diagnostic value of HyCoSy using sulfur hexafluoride microbubbles for fallopian tubal patency assessment in infertile females. Twenty‐four studies, including 1358 females with 2661 detected fallopian tubes published from January 2003 to May 2019, were identified. The pooled sensitivity was 93% (95% CI: 90–95%), while the specificity was 90% (95% CI: 87–92%). The area under the receiver‐operating characteristic curve was 0.96 (95% CI: 94–98%). The specificity of the four‐dimensional HyCoSy subgroup was higher than the 2D/3D subgroup; an increased dose of contrast agent did not affect the specificity, with only a slightly reduced sensitivity. In this study, we intend to explore the clinical efficacy of abdominal expander implantation combined with flap technique in adult chronic osteomyelitis of lower limb with soft tissue defects, and to provide the basis for the promotion of the technique in clinical practice. Four patients diagnosed with chronic osteomyelitis of lower extremity with soft tissue defect were enrolled in this prospective study. Evaluation indicators included state of flap survival, state of abdominal incision, surrounding of abdominal wound scar, satisfaction of the patient, state of flap survival half a year after surgery, whether the 3D prosthesis is successfully implanted and limb movement. Four patients had complete flap survival, two of whom had a small amount of skin graft survival disorder in the vascular pedicle area, which improved after 1 month of dressing change. The expander had an average expansion time of 31.5 days, an average water injection of 525 mL, and an average skin volume taken of 159 cm2. No incision exudation, incision dehiscence, subcutaneous exudate and other complications occurred. The mean Vancouver Scar Scale score at 3 months after surgery was 3.5 (range from 3 to 6) points. Four patients showed good flap survival at six‐month follow‐up. 3D printed prosthesis were all successfully implanted. The treatment of adult chronic osteomyelitis of lower extremities with lower abdominal implantable expander combined with flap technique can effectively increase the skin harvesting area, reduce the suture tension of abdominal skin harvesting area and the scar hyperplasia of abdominal skin harvesting area. Background: Patients are undergoing surgery to relieve the prominent dorsocervical fat pad because of their esthetic needs. Objective: To determine their clinical needs, it is necessary to research the clinic, radiography, and anatomy of dorsocervical fat pad. Methods: The occipital fat thickness, dorsal fat thickness, and the length, width, and thickness of the dorsocervical fat were measured through MRI imaging. Body projection position were recorded. The correlation between the body mass index and dorsocervical hump was analyzed. Anatomical and histological studies of cadavers with a dorsocervical hump were performed. The liposuction for dorsocervical fat pad was introduced and patients were followed up. Results: In measurement, the MRI imaging of 109 patients were evaluated. The average length, width, and thickness of the dorsocervical fat pad were 114.47, 89.24, and 23.46 mm, respectively, and it is commonly located from the 3rd cervical vertebra to the 3rd thoracic vertebra. The average dorsocervical ratio was 151%. 43.1% patients had a dorsocervical hump. Based on the protrusion degree, the dorsocervical fat pad was classified into three types. The dorsocervical hump severity had a low correlation with obesity. In anatomy, 4 cadavers were dissected. The histological staining indicated that two layers of fat pad constituted a dorsocervical fat pad. As for treatment, 34 patients underwent liposuction to improve the dorsocervical contour, all of them reported satisfactory outcome. Conclusions: The histological manifestations and morphological measurement of dorsocervical fat pad is researched. China launched the Grassland Ecological Subsidy Policy in 2011 for restoring grassland ecology by paying pastoralists to downsize stocking on the degraded grasslands and compensate their income loss from livestock reduction. The policy, the largest payment for ecosystem services program targeting pastoralism in the world, has been so far through two 5‐year stages: 2011 to 2015 with a subsidy at 1.5 CNY per standard mu per year and 2016 to 2020 at 2.5 CNY increased to boost the stocking reduction. How was the boost effect? We investigated that stocking responses in 2010, 2015 and 2018 using the panel data of 410 herder households in the subpolicy forage‐livestock balance areas in Inner Mongolia, China, tested various attributes on stocking rate and stocking reduction rate at the two stages of the policy using econometric models of random effects and ordinary least squares. This study is the first empirical case containing the two 5‐year policy data and with both subsidy and precipitation effects. We confirmed the regulating impact of precipitation on the subsidy policy effect, and more precipitation in the second stage appeared to offset the effect of the increased subsidy. To investigate the clinical application value of different flap transfer and repair techniques in adult patients with chronic osteomyelitis of limbs complicated with soft tissue defects. According to the characteristics and defects of 21 cases, different plastic surgery was applied, including debridement, negative pressure device, and tissue flap to cover wound. Among 21 cases of chronic osteomyelitis complicated with local soft tissue defect, 15 patients were repaired with sural neurotrophic musculocutaneous flap transfer, 2 patients were repaired with medial plantar skin flap transfer, 2 patients were repaired with ilioinguinal skin flap transfer, 1 patient was repaired with z‐forming wound, and 1 patient was repaired with soleus muscle flap combined with full‐thickness skin graft. All the 21 patients underwent bone cement implantation after dead bone osteotomy. Among them, 19 patients underwent bone cement replacement with 3D prosthesis within 6 months to 1 year after surgery, and 2 patients carried bone cement for a long time. Early intervention, thorough debridement, removal of necrotic or infection, and then selecting the appropriate wound skin flap coverage are important means of guarantee slow osteomyelitis wound healing and for providing a possible way to permanent prosthesis implantation subsequently. We aimed to explore the clinical significance of the secondary pedicle amputation of the repair of distal defects with pedicled axial flap. Five patients who underwent pedicled axial flap transfer to repair a large area of skin and soft tissue defects in our hospital were included in this retrospective study. Detailed information including general data and clinical data, such as preoperative complication, type of primary wound, the distance between the primary wound and the donor site (cm), postoperative complications, and types of axial flap were collected. The patients had good joint movement at 6 months after pedicle amputation. At 48 hours after transplantation, except for the last patient (NO.5), there were no obvious complications such as blood supply disorder, infection, and incision dehiscence of the patients, and the flaps survived well. Just after pedicle amputation, 3 and 6 months after pedicle amputation, the flaps survived well with good local morphology. Forty‐eight hours after operation, part of the distal flap in the last patient (NO.5) was necrotic. After 6 months of pedicle amputation, part of the flap was transferred to the distal wound again. At 6 months after pedicle amputation, these patients could accept local scars even though the scar of the last patient was obvious. The secondary pedicle amputation of the repair of distal defects with axial flap could avoid the compression of the vascular pedicle in the subcutaneous tunnel between the donor site and the primary wound, which may ensure the bold supply and increase the survival rate of the flap. Background: Wound healing problem is one of the main complications after correction of chest wall deformity. Orthopedic flap tissue repair technique has a clear significance in non‐healing wound and defect wound and provides a new choice for poor wound healing after orthopedic surgery of chest wall deformity. Objective: To investigate, the application value of modified local rotary flap and latissimus dorsi myocutcutaneous flap in the treatment of poor wound healing after orthodontic treatment of chest wall deformity. Method: A retrospective analysis was performed on patients who admitted to our department from August 2012 to November 2019 due to non‐healing incision after surgery for thoracic deformity. Skin flap was selected according to the size of the wound surface, and the effect of skin flap repair was observed. The clinical data of the included patients were recorded, and the preoperative and postoperative wound conditions were evaluated. Results: This study included 13 patients with chest wall deformity who received plastic surgery tissue using flap technique for wound repair, 11 cases used modified local rotation skin flap, and 2 cases used modified latissimus dorsi myocutaneous flap. The mean age of the 13 patients was 18.54 ± 4.14 years old, the mean body mass index (BMI) was 17.02 ± 2.16 kg/m2, and the mean preoperative nonunion time of the incision was 64.77 ± 93.01 days. Five patients had positive bacteria culture on the wound surface, including 3 cases of Staphylococcus aureus, 1 case of Pseudomonas aeruginosa, and 1 case of Staphylococcus epidermidis. All the 13 patients achieved primary grade A healing. Conclusion: The modified local rotary flap and latissimus dorsi musculocutaneous flap have a significant effect on the postoperative correction of chest wall deformity, which can ensure wound healing while retaining the orthopedic plate to the maximum extent to ensure the effect of the correction. A novel SnO2 QDs (quantum dots)/PDI heterojunction photocatalyst was successfully constructed by a simple in‐situ compounded method and exhibited highly enhanced photocatalytic performance and long‐term stability under visible light irradiation. The results of ISI‐XPS and AFM‐KPFM revealed that the effective photo‐generated electrons transferred from PDI supramolecular nanorods to closely attached to SnO2 QDs, which was driven by a giant built‐in electric field across this hetero‐interface, thus highly improved the migration and separation of photo‐generated carriers. Importantly, we have proved for the first time that the formation of heterojunction can effectively hinder the generation of PDI anion radicals (PDI.−), thereby realized improved photocatalytic stability of PDI supramolecular aggregates by reducing the dissociation of PDI supramolecular caused by electrostatic repulsion interaction between PDI.− units. Injuries and tumours of the cervical spine represent therapeutic challenges to the treating surgeon due to the complex anatomical relationships and biomechanical features. The anterior cervical midline (ACM) and anterior cervical retropharyngeal (ACR) approaches are effective and safe surgical approaches for certain cervical spine lesions, such as cervical spine neoplasms, atlantoaxial subluxation, and certain odontoid fractures. Posterior pharyngeal wall defects (PPWDs) is one of the most frequently encountered surgical morbidities after anterior cervical spine surgery (ACSS). However, limited information has been published concerning effective approaches for PPWD reconstruction after ACSS. The manuscript aimed to describe a novel application of the island sternocleidomastoid myocutaneous flap (ISMF) in the management of PPWDs after ACSS, including surgery with the ACM approach and ACR approach. From April 2015 to November 2019, the clinical data of three patients with PPWDs repaired using the ISMF in Peking university third hospital were retrospectively analysed. The observational indexes are as follows: postoperative survival of the flap, wound healing 2 weeks after surgery, eating and pronunciation function 2 months after surgery. The above indexes of these three cases recovered well. Three patients did not have any persistent PPWD after repair with the ISMF and did not require any further surgical procedures related to the cervical spine. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

This study aimed to explore the treatment effect of Z‐plasty on a non‐healing wound. A total of 72 patients diagnosed with a chronic non‐healing wound in Peking University Third Hospital from November 2009 to August 2019 were retrospectively analysed. Among them, 27 patients were treated with Z‐plasty, and 45 patients were treated with the general method. Detailed patient information was retrieved from medical records, including age, gender, body mass index (BMI), alcohol, smoking, and comorbidities (diabetes mellitus, hypertension, heart disease). Surgical parameters included operation time and intraoperative blood loss. Wound swelling, epidermal blisters, wound edge colour, and skin temperature at 1 day after surgery were assessed to evaluate the blood supply of the wound. Surgical complications included infection, haematoma, dehiscence, and non‐healing within 2 weeks postoperatively. Student t test (for continuous data) and Chi‐square test (for categorical data) were conducted to determine the statistical difference. We found no significant differences in age, gender, BMI, alcohol, smoking, and comorbidities between the two groups. Z‐plasty did not show any advantages in the surgical time, invasive blood loss, hospital days, and hospitalisation expenses. The incidence of abnormal wound edge colour with Z‐plasty was significantly lower than that with the general treatment (P <.05), and the Z‐plasty enables better healing of the patient's wound (P <.05). Abstract: Lithium−sulfur (Li−S) batteries, which possess a high theoretical capacity of 1675 mAh g−1 and energy density of 2600 Wh kg−1, are regarded as appealing candidates for next‐generation power storage systems. However, poor electrochemical performance, mainly attributed to polysulfide diffusion, obstructs their practical application. Herein, a simple graphite‐modified separator with a preformed solid electrolyte interphase (SEI) is first fabricated to suppress the polysulfide shuttle. Particularly, the formed SEI film on the graphite surface inhibits the graphite exfoliation caused by co‐intercalation of solvents. Thus, the stable graphite layer with a preformed SEI can function as an effective physical barrier to suppress the polysulfide shuttle and enhance the utilization of the trapped active material. As a result, the cell using the graphite‐modified separator exhibits a high capacity of 698 mAh g−1 (0.2 C) after 100 cycles with a low capacity decay of 0.13 % per cycle.
