With the rapid development of Internet technology, the network information data is exploding, and society has entered the era of cloud data. Cloud data provides a lot of data support for people's life and work, but because of its large number, multifarious types and huge value, there are some problems such as private data leakage and abuse of sensitive information. Stocking of biomedical material at one place only, can cause delay in sending important lifesaving material to needy patients. On the one hand, it is an important content of engineering scheduling theory and method; On the other hand, in medical field, a lot of materials are usually consumed to protect the life of patients. Biomedical informatics and computer vision techniques have been combined in a variety of inter‐multidisciplinary disciplines during the past few decades. We are all aware that inadequate or insufficient cloud access management and controls can expose a corporation to a range of issues. The work that follows offers intelligent supply chain, an upgraded service management control telephone network architecture. If we can acquire according to the patient demands and retain the ideal inventory such that the patient requirement and interest can be safe, the overall cost will be lowered greatly. The experimental results show that R1 orders 31 times, and the total cost is 1,259,520 CNY. R2 ordered 24 times, with a total cost of 982,034 CNY; R3 orders 22 times, and the total cost is 990,146 CNY. Finally, the optimal solution of the total cost after schedule optimization is 3,231,700 CNY. It is proved that the optimal cost finally obtained by forecasting supply chain inventory information based on cloud data environment is also more practical for engineering practice. The development of the sensor array has received substantial attention due to its enormous potential in artificial intelligences. The development of a sensor array with supernatural functions is of great significance and this paper presents a sort of flexible sensor array capable of recognizing material based on the electrostatic induction and triboelectric effects. In the nature, different materials have different abilities of gaining or donating electrons. When a tested material (including plastic, glass, or metal) approaches or leaves different probe materials integrated in the sensor array, the amplitude and phase of the induced electrical signals, which are related to the inherent feature of the tested material, are detected and analyzed, and then, the tested material can be distinguished. This sort of flexible sensor array has advantages of quick response (70 ms), accurate identification, low cost, and easy fabrication. The triboelectric nanogenerator (TENG) is a new energy technology that is enabled by coupled contact electrification and electrostatic induction. The conventional TENGs are usually based on organic polymer insulator materials, which have the limitations and disadvantages of high impedance and alternating output current. Here, a tribovoltaic effect based metal–semiconductor direct‐current triboelectric nanogenerator (MSDC‐TENG) is reported. The tribovoltaic effect is facilitated by direct voltage and current by rubbing a metal/semiconductor on another semiconductor. The frictional energy released by the forming atomic bonds excites nonequilibrium carriers, which are directionally separated to form a current under the built‐in electric field. The continuous average open‐circuit voltage (10–20 mV), short‐circuit direct‐current output (10–20 µA), and low impedance characteristic (0.55–5 kΩ) of the MSDC‐TENG can be observed during relative sliding of the metal and silicon. The working parameters are systematically studied for electric output and impedance characteristics. The results reveal that faster velocity, larger pressure, and smaller area can improve the maximum power density. The internal resistance is mainly determined by the velocity and the electrical resistance of semiconductor. This work not only expands the material candidates of TENGs from organic polymers to semiconductors, but also demonstrates a tribovoltaic effect based electric energy conversion mechanism. Abstract: Liquid metals (LMs) have attracted great attentions in electronics for great interface contact and flowability. Here, an LM‐gated tribotronic transistor (LMTT) is demonstrated, in which an electrostatic potential is created through the triboelectrification of LM and dielectric layer, and the carrier transport between drain and source can be tuned by the swing‐induced electrostatic potential instead of the traditional gate voltage. Based on the fabricated LMTTs, an electronic gradienter is developed, which can be used for angle measurement and exhibits a great sensitivity, large sensing range, and excellent stability. This work has first introduced the LM into the tribotronic device, which may have potential applications in mechanical calibration, civil engineering, and geologic exploration. Abstract: Growing demand in automobile safety system raises a requirement to electronic devices being self‐powered, stable, and durable. Herein, a self‐powered Hall vehicle sensor (SPHVS) is demonstrated for automobile safety system, which integrates the triboelectric nanogenerator, the management circuit, the magnet, and the Hall element. The tribotronic constant current source is proposed to steadily power the Hall element in rotational motion at any different speeds. Furthermore, the performances of the SPHVS for vehicle speed sensing and vehicle braking monitoring are systematically investigated, which exhibits wide sensing range, great stability, and excellent sensitivity. This work clearly proposes a promising solution for speed sensing and braking monitoring, and indicates the potential applications of power tribotronics for the self‐powered electronic devices in prospective automobile industry. Molecular dynamics simulations is used to investigate the mechanical properties of three‐dimensional (3D) graphene under uniaxial tensile loading. The results show that the tensile deformation of 3D graphene exhibits size dependence along both armchair and zigzag directions. By analyzing the atomic von Mises stress and structural evolution, compared to the 3D graphene with smaller in‐plane cell size, the larger 3D graphene exhibits two typical deformation events, i.e., transverse structural shrinkage and axial elastic deformation. The fracture stress of 3D graphene is much smaller than that of 2D graphene because of its porous structure. However, the fracture strain of 3D graphene is larger than that of 2D graphene due to the larger transverse structural shrinkage along both armchair and zigzag directions. Effects of temperature, strain rate, and thickness of 3D graphene on the tensile behavior is investigated. The simulation results indicate that the fracture stress and the fracture strain decrease with increasing temperature and with decreasing strain rate. However, the fracture stress and the fracture strain is not dependent on the thickness of 3D graphene. The results in this paper suggest that 3D graphene with higher stretchability tunable by in‐plane cell size can be promising multifunctional materials for many engineering applications. The concept of a generalized conforming element is used to introduce a generalized compatibility condition under constant moment, and a new version of the generalized conforming triangular element for thin plate with nine degrees of freedom is developed. The formulation is as simple as for the conventional non-conforming element, and it can be implemented in a routine manner. By satisfying the generalized compatibility condition under constant moments, the present element can always pass the patch test, and convergence towards an exact solution is guaranteed. Tribotronics has attracted great attention as a new research field that encompasses the control and tuning of semiconductor transport by triboelectricity. Here, tribotronics is reviewed in terms of active mechanosensation and human–machine interfacing. As a fundamental unit, contact electrification field‐effect transistors are analyzed, in which the triboelectric potential can be used to control electrical transport in semiconductors. Several tribotronic functional devices have been developed for active control and information sensing, which has demonstrated triboelectricity‐controlled electronics and established active mechanosensation for the external environment. In addition, the universal triboelectric power management strategy and the triboelectric nanogenerator‐based constant sources are also reviewed, in which triboelectricity can be managed by electronics in the reverse action. With the implantation of triboelectric power management modules, the harvested triboelectricity by various kinds of human kinetic and environmental mechanical energy can be effectively managed as a power supply for self‐powered microsystems. In terms of the research prospects for interactions between triboelectricity and semiconductors, tribotronics is expected to demonstrate significant impact and potential applications in micro‐electro‐mechanical systems/nano‐electro‐mechanical systems (MEMS/NEMS), flexible electronics, robotics, wireless sensor network, and Internet of Things. Security monitoring and precaution for private information and property plays a key role in the smart home system. In this work, a triboelectric nanogenerator‐based active sliding sensor is demonstrated which can monitor the position, displacement, velocity, and direction of a contact sliding objects. The device consists of a mover and a stator which operate in sliding mode. Two aligned column arrays of copper electrodes are coated on the substrate as the mover, while two interdigitated copper electrode pairs with relative position shift are coated under a polytetrafluoroethylene film as the stator. The experimental results show that a single device can generate a voltage of about 5 V at a resistance load of 60 MΩ at a sliding velocity of 0.5 m s–1. The sliding sensor can detect an ultralow velocity in 0.001 m s–1 as well as the sliding direction of the mover. The sensor can be fixed on the drawer and door to detect the motion parameters which are sent to a remote client application for security monitoring in smart home systems. The proposed sliding sensor has great potential in the Internet of things, personal motion feature recognition, and meandering trajectory tracking. The interdigitated electrode‐based triboelectric sliding sensor (IETSS) for security monitoring can monitor the position, displacement, velocity, and direction of an in‐plane motion object. The IETSS can be fixed on the drawer and door to detect the motion parameters which are sent to a remote client application for security monitoring in smart home systems. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
