In this study, a pair of chiral manganese(II) complexes is reported based on phosphine oxide, denoted as R/S‐[(L)2MnBr]Br (L = 5,5′‐bis(diphenylphosphine oxide)−4,4′‐bi‐1,3‐benzodioxole). These complexes exhibit distinctive five‐coordinated crystal structures and high stability. In addition, R/S‐[(L)2MnBr]Br display intense red luminescence at room temperature and demonstrate outstanding circularly polarized luminescence property, featuring luminescence dissymmetry factor values of +1.56 × 10−2 and −1.94 × 10−2, respectively. By integrating S‐[(L)2MnBr]Br with commercial phosphors, a white light‐emitting diode is successfully fabricated with a correlated color temperature of 4512 K, achieving a remarkable color rendering index of 96.9. Furthermore, a exceptional scintillation performance is observed in the target compounds and ultimately showcase X‐ray imaging with a spatial resolution of up to 11.9 lp mm−1. Fe‐N/C catalysts have currently comparable oxygen reduction reaction (ORR) activity to Pt/C catalysts, which are up for consideration as the most promising non‐precious metal material for research. In spite of this, its development and application are limited by the Fenton effect and insufficient stability. Herein, we have fabricated a FeNi‐nitrogen‐doped porous carbon (FeNi‐NPC) catalyst using solvent thermal method, made from the bimetallic (Fe, Ni)‐doped ZIF‐8. A soft template of glucose was used to control the pore structure and active specific surface area of the catalyst. With the benefit of the electronic effect of the bimetal, FeNi‐NPC catalysts exhibit superior ORR activity and stability to Pt/C catalysts in both acidic (E1/2=0.8672 V) and alkaline (E1/2=0.8663 V) conditions. FeNi‐NPC demonstrated peak power densities in proton exchange membrane fuel cells (PEMFC) of up to 865 mW cm−2, which exceeds the currently reported M‐N/C catalysts. Maize (Zea mays) requires substantial amounts of nitrogen, posing a challenge for its cultivation. Recent work discovered that some ancient Mexican maize landraces harbored diazotrophic bacteria in mucilage secreted by their aerial roots. To see if this trait is retained in modern maize, we conducted a field study of aerial root mucilage (ARM) in 258 inbred lines. We observed that ARM secretion is common in modern maize, but the amount significantly varies, and only a few lines have retained the nitrogen‐fixing traits found in ancient landraces. The mucilage of the high‐ARM inbred line HN5‐724 had high nitrogen‐fixing enzyme activity and abundant diazotrophic bacteria. Our genome‐wide association study identified 17 candidate genes associated with ARM across three environments. Knockouts of one candidate gene, the subtilase family gene ZmSBT3, confirmed that it negatively regulates ARM secretion. Notably, the ZmSBT3 knockout lines had increased biomass and total nitrogen accumulation under nitrogen‐free culture conditions. High ARM was associated with three ZmSBT3 haplotypes that were gradually lost during maize domestication, being retained in only a few modern inbred lines such as HN5‐724. Iron‐based nanomaterials have shown great promise for tumor ferrotherapy in recent years. However, nanoparticle‐induced ferroptosis has low therapeutic efficacy owing to unsatisfactory Fenton reaction activity in a typical tumor microenvironment. In this study, NIR light‐activated Fe/PPy‐RGD nanopolymers were developed to combine photothermal therapy and ferrotherapy and achieve enhanced antitumor activity. Importantly, Fe/PPy‐RGD exhibited excellent therapeutic performance under NIR light activation both in vitro and in vivo. Under irradiation with NIR light, the heat generated by Fe/PPy‐RGD not only induced a therapeutic photothermal effect but also enhanced the release of iron ions and the Fenton reaction by inducing ferroptosis. Additionally, by virtue of RGD conjugation and its ultrasmall size, Fe/PPy‐RGD could effectively accumulate at tumor sites in living mice after systemic administration and could be monitored via MR imaging. Summary: Fusarium verticillioides (F. verticillioides) is a widely distributed phytopathogen that incites multiple destructive diseases in maize, posing a grave threat to corn yields and quality worldwide. However, there are few reports of resistance genes to F. verticillioides. Here, we reveal that a combination of two single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) corresponding to ZmWAX2 gene associates with quantitative resistance variations to F. verticillioides in maize through a genome‐wide association study. A lack of ZmWAX2 compromises maize resistance to F. verticillioides‐caused seed rot, seedling blight and stalk rot by reducing cuticular wax deposition, while the transgenic plants overexpressing ZmWAX2 show significantly increased immunity to F. verticillioides. A natural occurrence of two 7‐bp deletions within the promoter increases ZmWAX2 transcription, thus enhancing maize resistance to F. verticillioides. Upon Fusarium stalk rot, ZmWAX2 greatly promotes the yield and grain quality of maize. Our studies demonstrate that ZmWAX2 confers multiple disease resistances caused by F. verticillioides and can serve as an important gene target for the development of F. verticillioides‐resistant maize varieties. Understanding the intricate molecular machinery that governs ferroptosis and leveraging this accumulating knowledge could facilitate disease prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and prognosis. Emerging approaches for the in situ detection of the major regulators and biological events across cellular, tissue, and in living subjects provide a multiscale perspective for studying ferroptosis. Furthermore, advanced applications that integrate ferroptosis detection and the latest technologies hold tremendous promise in ferroptosis research. In this review, we first briefly summarize the mechanisms and key regulators underlying ferroptosis. Ferroptosis detection approaches are then presented to delineate their design, mechanisms of action, and applications. Special interest is placed on advanced ferroptosis applications that integrate multifunctional platforms. Finally, we discuss the prospects and challenges of ferroptosis detection approaches and applications, with the aim of providing a roadmap for the theranostic development of a broad range of ferroptosis‐related diseases. Active waveguides have attracted growing attention as a basic component of miniaturized and integrated photonic devices. However, most optical waveguide materials suffer from severe self‐absorption, which greatly increases the optical loss. Therefore, developing highly efficient red‐emitting materials with large Stokes shift and negligible self‐absorption is of great interest. Herein, this work proposes a strategy to achieve both large Stokes shifts and high photoluminescence quantum yield (PLQY) in organic metal halide via large cation engineering. Two zero‐dimensional antimony(III) chlorides, (TMA)2SbCl5 and (TMAA)2SbCl5, are designed and synthesized by screening the ligands with different cationic volumes. Experimental and theoretical results reveal that the large cation can promote the self‐trapped excitons emission and improve stability. Benefiting from the large Stokes shift (291 nm) and high PLQY (98.3%), the as‐prepared (TMAA)2SbCl5 microplate exhibits efficient active waveguide with low loss coefficient of 6.07 × 10−3 dB µm−1. This work not only develops a novel active waveguide material, but also provides insights into the role of organic cation, which will provide new inspiration for the exploitation of excellent luminescent metal halides and photonic devices. X‐ray imaging technology has been widely used in the fields of environmental monitoring, safety inspection, nondestructive examination, space exploration, and medical diagnosis, among which scintillation materials play a vital role in indirectly converting X‐ray to visible photons. Here, a zero‐dimensional organic–inorganic hybrid halide C50H44P2SbCl5 crystal is prepared via a facile antisolvent precipitation method at room temperature. The single crystal of C50H44P2SbCl5 displays a strong yellow broadband emission centered at 592 nm with a near‐unity photoluminescence quantum yield of 98.42%. Importantly, C50H44P2SbCl5 crystals show great environmental stability and irradiation stability. Radioluminescence characterization indicates that C50H44P2SbCl5 crystals exhibit a good linear response to X‐ray dose rates along with an excellent light yield of 44 460 photons MeV−1, surpassing that of commercial inorganic LuAG:Ce scintillator. The spatial resolution of the C50H44P2SbCl5‐based scintillating screen is determined to be 8.2 lp mm−1. In conjunction with polymer thin film, the excellent scintillating feature of organic–inorganic hybrid halides offers exciting opportunities for achieving high‐quality flexible X‐ray imaging. Although microRNAs (miRNAs) regulate the defence response against multiple pathogenic fungi in diverse plant species, few efforts have been devoted to deciphering the involvement of miRNA in resistance to Fusarium verticillioides, a major pathogenic fungus affecting maize production. In this study, we discovered a novel F. verticillioides‐responsive miRNA designated zma‐unmiR4 in maize kernels. The expression of zma‐unmiR4 was significantly repressed in the resistant maize line but induced in the susceptible lines upon exposure to F. verticillioides exposure, whereas its target gene ZmGA2ox4 exhibited the opposite pattern of expression. Heterologous overexpression of zma‐unmiR4 in Arabidopsis resulted in enhanced growth and compromised resistance to F. verticillioides. By contrast, transgenic plants overexpressing ZmGA2ox4 or the homologue AtGA2ox7 showed impaired growth and enhanced resistance to F. verticillioides. Moreover, zma‐unmiR4‐mediated suppression of AtGA2ox7 disturbed the accumulation of bioactive gibberellin (GA) in transgenic plants and perturbed the expression of a set of defence‐related genes in response to F. verticillioides. Exogenous application of GA or a GA biosynthesis inhibitor modulated F. verticillioides resistance in different plants. Combination therapy based on different mechanisms of cell death has shown promise in tumor therapy. However, when different modalities are integrated, the maximum synergy of the therapeutic effects is often lacking in the design. Herein, we report a cancer theranostic nanomedicine formula developed by considering the mechanisms of action of ferroptosis and the photothermal effect in combination therapy. The croconaine molecule was encapsulated as both a photothermal converter and an iron‐chelating agent with BSA, thus leading to biocompatible and stable Cro‐Fe@BSA nanoparticles (NPs). The Cro‐Fe@BSA NPs in the tumor milieu showed an activated photothermal effect leading to enhanced radical formation owing to the temperature‐dependent Fenton reaction kinetics, while radical formation during ferroptosis in turn prevented the heat‐induced formation of heat shock proteins and thus the self‐protection mechanism of cancer cells in response to heat. A series of Cu‐based spinel‐type complex oxides (CuB2O4, B=Fe, Mn, Co and Cr) was synthesized via sol‐gel method for soot combustion. The soot combustion was accelerated in the presence of all prepared CuB2O4 catalysts compared to that without catalyst. The CuCo2O4 catalyst exhibited the best catalytic activity, with the soot combustion temperatures T10, T50 and T90 of 480 °C, 539 °C and 569 °C, respectively. XRD patterns showed that the catalysts were mainly in spinel phase. The H2‐TPR, XPS and O2‐TPD characterizations revealed that the interactions between cobalt and copper led to higher content of the Cu+ species, better redox properties and abundant adsorbed oxygen species than the other three catalysts, which contributed to soot combustion. In addition, the catalytic activity of the CuCo2O4 catalysts on soot combustion were facilitated in the presence of NO, while water vapor inhibited the catalytic activity. We report that the self‐assembly of drug amphiphiles, Evans blue conjugated camptothecin prodrug (EB‐CPT), can be modulated by another anticancer drug paclitaxel (PTX), resulting in ultrahigh quality of nanovesicles (NVs) with uniform shape and diameters of around 80 nm with the EB‐CPT:PTX weight ratio of 1:1, 1:2, and 1:3, denoted as ECX NVs. Significantly, the co‐assembly of EB‐CPT and PTX without adding other excipients has nearly 100 % drug loading efficiency (DLE) and ultrahigh drug loading content (DLC) of PTX alone of up to 72.3±1.7 wt % which, to our best knowledge, is among the highest level reported in literature. Moreover, the ECX NVs with the EB‐CPT:PTX weight ratio of 1:2 showed remarkable combination index of 0.59 at a level of 50 % efficacy against HCT116 cells in vitro and greatly improved tumor inhibition effect in vivo compared with two clinically approved CPT‐ and PTX‐based anticancer nanomedicines (Onivyde and Abraxane) individually and their combinations. Assessing cancer response to therapeutic interventions has been realized as an important course to early predict curative efficacy and treatment outcomes due to tumor heterogeneity. Compared to the traditional invasive tissue biopsy method, molecular imaging techniques have fundamentally revolutionized the ability to evaluate cancer response in a spatiotemporal manner. The past few years has witnessed a paradigm shift on the efforts from manufacturing functional molecular imaging probes for seeing a tumor to a vantage stage of interpreting the tumor response during different treatments. This review is to stand by the current development of advanced imaging technologies aiming to predict the treatment response in cancer therapy. Special interest is placed on the systems that are able to provide rapid and noninvasive assessment of pharmacokinetic drug fates (e.g., drug distribution, release, and activation) and tumor microenvironment heterogeneity (e.g., tumor cells, macrophages, dendritic cells (DCs), T cells, and inflammatory cells). The current status, practical significance, and future challenges of the emerging artificial intelligence (AI) technology and machine learning in the applications of medical imaging fields is overviewed. Immunological tolerance induced by the hypoxic tumor microenvironment has been a major challenge for current immune checkpoint blockade therapies. Here, a hypoxia‐responsive drug delivery nanoplatform is reported to promote chemoimmunotherapy of cancer by overcoming the hypoxia‐induced immunological tolerance of tumors. The nanovesicles are assembled from manganese ferrite nanoparticles (MFNs) grafted with hypoxia‐responsive amphiphilic polymers as the membrane, with doxorubicin hydrochloride (Dox) loaded in the aqueous cavities. Under hypoxic conditions in tumors, the nanovesicles can rapidly dissociate into individual MFNs to release Dox and induce decomposition of tumor endogenous H2O2 for tumor hypoxia relief. As a result, the Dox‐loaded nanovesicles display remarkable suppression of primary tumor growth in combination with αPD‐L1‐mediated checkpoint blockade therapy. Furthermore, the modulation of the hypoxic tumor microenvironment facilitates a long‐lasting immunological memory effect to prevent tumor recurrence and metastasis. A significant percentage of human cancers harbor missense mutations in the TP53 gene and express highly stabilized mutant p53 protein (mutp53) with tumor‐promoting gain‐of‐function (GOF) properties. Inducing mutp53 degradation is a viable precision anti‐tumor therapeutic strategy. Based on the previously reported finding that a zinc‐curcumin compound induced mutp53 degradation, a series of ZnFe nanoparticles (ZnFe NPs) are synthesized and it is found that ZnFe‐4, with an Zn:Fe ratio of 1:2, exhibits outstanding mutp53‐degrading capability. ZnFe‐4 induced ubiquitination‐mediated proteasomal degradation of several different mutp53 species, but not the wild‐type p53 protein. Cellular internalization, intracellular Zn++ elevation and increased ROS are all necessary for ZnFe‐4‐induced mutp53 degradation. Degradation of mutp53 by ZnFe‐4, abrogated mutp53‐manifested GOF, leading to increased p21 expression, cell cycle arrest, reduced cell proliferation and cell migration, and cell demise. ZnFe‐4 also sensitized to cisplatin‐elicited killing in p53 S241F ES‐2 ovarian cancer cells, and dramatically improved the therapeutic efficacy of cisplatin in a subcutaneous ES‐2 tumor model. The potential clinical utility of ZnFe‐4 is further demonstrated in an orthotopically‐implanted p53 Y220C patient‐derived xenograft (PDX) breast cancer model. ZnFe‐4 is the first reported mutp53‐degrading nanomaterial, and further materials engineering may lead to the development of zinc‐based nanoparticles with minimal toxicity and maximized mutp53‐degrading capability. Using deep learning convolutional neural networks for brain metastasis segmentation in MRI has been a hot topic because a reliable and automated deep learning algorithm with high sensitivity and accuracy can greatly benefit treatment planning for stereotactic radiosurgery. Single molecular nanoparticles (SMNPs) integrating imaging and therapeutic capabilities exhibit unparalleled advantages in cancer theranostics, ranging from excellent biocompatibility, high stability, prolonged blood lifetime to abundant tumor accumulation. Herein, we synthesize a sophisticated porphyrin nanocage that is further functionalized with twelve polyethylene glycol arms to prepare SMNPs (porSMNPs). The porphyrin nanocage embedded in porSMNPs can be utilized as a theranostic platform. PET imaging allows dynamic observation of the bio‐distribution of porSMNPs, confirming their excellent circulation time and preferential accumulation at the tumor site, which is attributed to the enhanced permeability and retention effect. Moreover, the cage structure significantly promotes the photosensitizing effect of porSMNs by inhibiting the π–π stacking interactions of the photosensitizers, ablating of the tumors without relapse by taking advantage of photodynamic therapy. Tumor hypoxia, the "Achilles' heel" of current cancer therapies, is indispensable to drug resistance and poor therapeutic outcomes especially for radiotherapy. Here we propose an in situ catalytic oxygenation strategy in tumor using porphyrinic metal‐organic framework (MOF)‐gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) nanohybrid as a therapeutic platform to achieve O2‐evolving chemoradiotherapy. The AuNPs decorated on the surface of MOF effectively stabilize the nanocomposite and serve as radiosensitizers, whereas the MOF scaffold acts as a container to encapsulate chemotherapeutic drug doxorubicin. In vitro and in vivo studies verify that the catalase‐like nanohybrid significantly enhances the radiotherapy effect, alleviating tumor hypoxia and achieving synergistic anticancer efficacy. MnOx‐based catalyst has been used for elemental mercury (Hg0) removal in the coal‐fired flue gas, but the H2O in the flue gas significantly inhibits its activity. Generally, it is believed the inhibitory effect is caused by competitive adsorption between Hg0/HCl and H2O. In this study, we found that the MnOx was also aged in the flue gas with high concentration of H2O. The results indicated that the catalysts would be aged by H2O. The characterization of the fresh and aged catalysts showed that the amount of Mn4+ and chemisorbed oxygen species decreased. H2O didn't inhibit HCl adsorption on the catalyst surface, but suppressed the formation of active chlorine species, which was active for Hg0 removal. Therefore, besides the generally known competitive adsorption mechanism, there should be other possible reasons to interpret the inhibitory effects of water vapor on Hg0 oxidation process. Besides the competitive adsorption between H2O and Hg0/HCl, a new route was found to explain the inhibitory effect of H2O on Hg catalytic oxidation over the MnOx‐based catalysts. It was found that hydration‐like reaction is responsible for the catalyst aging by water vapour. Abstract: The approach of concurrent‐to‐synchronous chemoradiation has now been advanced by well‐designed nanovesicles that permit X‐ray irradiation‐triggered instant drug release. The nanovesicles consist of Au nanoparticles tethered with irradiation labile linoleic acid hydroperoxide (LAHP) molecules and oxidation‐responsive poly(propylene sulfide)‐poly(ethylene glycol) (PPS‐PEG) polymers, where DOX were loaded in the inner core of the vesicles (Au‐LAHP‐vDOX). Upon irradiation, the in situ formation of hydroxyl radicals from LAHP molecules triggers the internal oxidation of PPS from being hydrophobic to hydrophilic, leading to degradation of the vesicles and burst release of cargo drugs. In this manner, synchronous chemoradiation showed impressive anticancer efficacy both in vitro and in a subcutaneous mouse tumor model by one‐dose injection and one‐time irradiation. Abstract: While magnetic resonance imaging contrast agents have potential in noninvasive image‐guided tumor treatment, further developments are needed to increase contrast, biodegradability, and safety. Here, novel engineered manganese‐eumelanin coordination nanocomposites (MnEMNPs) are developed via a facile one‐pot intrapolymerization doping (IPD) approach in aqueous solution, through simple chemical oxidation–polymerization of the 3,4‐dihydroxy‐DL‐phenylalanine precursor with potassium permanganate serving as the Mn source and an oxidant. The resulting MnEMNPs possess ultrahigh longitudinal relaxivity (r1 value up to 60.8 mM−1 s−1 at 1.5 T) attributed to the high manganese doping efficiency (>10%) and geometrically confined conformation. Due to their high manganese chelation stability, excellent biocompatibility, and strong near‐infrared absorption, high‐performance longitudinal‐transverse (T1‐T2) dual‐modal magnetic resonance/photoacoustic imaging and photothermal tumor ablation are achieved. Furthermore, the hydrogen peroxide‐triggered decomposition behavior of MnEMNPs circumvents the poor biodegradation issue of many nanomaterials. This facile, convenient, economical, and efficient IPD strategy will open up new avenues for the development of high‐performance multifunctional theranostic nanoplatforms in bionanomedicine. Chemodynamic therapy (CDT) utilizes iron‐initiated Fenton chemistry to destroy tumor cells by converting endogenous H2O2 into the highly toxic hydroxyl radical (.OH). There is a paucity of Fenton‐like metal‐based CDT agents. Intracellular glutathione (GSH) with .OH scavenging ability greatly reduces CDT efficacy. A self‐reinforcing CDT nanoagent based on MnO2 is reported that has both Fenton‐like Mn2+ delivery and GSH depletion properties. In the presence of HCO3−, which is abundant in the physiological medium, Mn2+ exerts Fenton‐like activity to generate .OH from H2O2. Upon uptake of MnO2‐coated mesoporous silica nanoparticles (MS@MnO2 NPs) by cancer cells, the MnO2 shell undergoes a redox reaction with GSH to form glutathione disulfide and Mn2+, resulting in GSH depletion‐enhanced CDT. This, together with the GSH‐activated MRI contrast effect and dissociation of MnO2, allows MS@MnO2 NPs to achieve MRI‐monitored chemo–chemodynamic combination therapy. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Janus nanoparticles (JNPs) offer unique features, including the precisely controlled distribution of compositions, surface charges, dipole moments, modular and combined functionalities, which enable excellent applications that are unavailable to their symmetrical counterparts. Herein, we report a new class of double-layered plasmonic-magnetic vesicle assembled from Janus amphiphilic Au-Fe3O4 NPs grafted with polymer brushes of different hydrophilicity on Au and Fe3O4 surfaces separately. Like liposomes, the vesicle shell is composed of two layers of Au-Fe3O4 NPs in opposite direction, and the orientation of Au or Fe3O4 in the shell can be well controlled by exploiting the amphiphilic property of the two types of polymers. Reactive oxygen species (ROS)-induced apoptosis is a widely practiced strategy for cancer therapy. Although photodynamic therapy (PDT) takes advantage of the spatial-temporal control of ROS generation, the meticulous participation of light, photosensitizer, and oxygen greatly hinders the broad application of PDT as a first-line cancer treatment option. An activatable system has been developed that enables tumor-specific singlet oxygen (1O2) generation for cancer therapy, based on a Fenton-like reaction between linoleic acid hydroperoxide (LAHP) tethered on iron oxide nanoparticles (IO NPs) and the released iron(II) ions from IO NPs under acidic-pH condition. The IO-LAHP NPs are able to induce efficient apoptotic cancer cell death both in vitro and in vivo through tumor-specific 1O2 generation and subsequent ROS mediated mechanism. Magneto-plasmonic Janus vesicles (JVs) integrated with gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) and magnetic NPs (MNPs) were prepared asymmetrically in the membrane for in vivo cancer imaging. The hybrid JVs were produced by coassembling a mixture of hydrophobic MNPs, free amphiphilic block copolymers (BCPs), and AuNPs tethered with amphiphilic BCPs. Depending on the size and content of NPs, the JVs acquired spherical or hemispherical shapes. Among them, hemispherical JVs containing 50 nm AuNPs and 15 nm MNPs showed a strong absorption in the near-infrared (NIR) window and enhanced the transverse relaxation ( T2) contrast effect, as a result of the ordering and dense packing of AuNPs and MNPs in the membrane. The magneto-plasmonic JVs were used as drug delivery vehicles, from which the release of a payload can be triggered by NIR light and the release rate can be modulated by a magnetic field. Moreover, the JVs were applied as imaging agents for in vivo bimodal photoacoustic (PA) and magnetic resonance (MR) imaging of tumors by intravenous injection. With an external magnetic field, the accumulation of the JVs in tumors was significantly increased, leading to a signal enhancement of approximately 2-3 times in the PA and MR imaging, compared with control groups without a magnetic field. Purpose Intermolecular multiple quantum coherences (iMQCs) are a source of MR contrast with applications including temperature imaging, anisotropy mapping, and brown fat imaging. Because all applications are limited by signal-to-noise ratio (SNR), we developed a pulse sequence that detects intermolecular zero quantum coherences with improved SNR. Methods A previously developed pulse sequence that detects iMQCs, HOMOGENIZED with off resonance transfer (HOT), was modified with a multi-spin echo spatial encoding scheme (MSE-HOT). MSE-HOT uses a series of refocusing pulses to generate a stack of images that are averaged in postprocessing for higher SNR. MSE-HOT performance was quantified by measuring its temperature accuracy and precision during hyperthermia of ex vivo red bone marrow samples. Results MSE-HOT yielded a three-fold improvement in temperature precision relative to previous pulse sequences. Sources of improved precision were 1) echo averaging and 2) suppression of J-coupling in the methylene protons of fat. MSE-HOT measured temperature change with an accuracy of 0.6°C. Conclusion MSE-HOT improved the temperature accuracy and precision of HOT to a level that is sufficient for hyperthermia of bone marrow. Benefiting from their simple and cost‐effective fabrication procedures, printable mesoscopic perovskite solar cells (p‐MPSCs) exhibit substantial potential for large‐scale production. In p‐MPSCs, the thickness of the perovskite filled in the TiO2 and ZrO2 mesoporous layers is ≈3 µm. Therefore, the perovskite crystallization process is more intricate and challenging in the mesoporous structure than the general planar thin film (0.3–0.5 µm). In this work, a multifunctional fluorinated molecule is applied to work as an additive to improve the perovskite crystallization, enhance the device efficiency, and elevate the operational stability. This additive forms robust coordination between its carbonyl groups and uncoordinated Pb2+, thereby effectively passivating defects. The hydrophobic properties of the fluorinated molecule contribute to the device's water‐resistant capability and long‐term operational stability. With these synergistic effects, the power conversion efficiency (PCE) of small‐area cells (0.1 cm2) reaches 20.15% under 1 sun illumination. The combination of chemotherapeutic drugs and reactive oxygen species (ROS) is a promising strategy to achieve improved anticancer effect. Herein, a nanomedicine (LaCIONPs) that can achieve tumor‐specific chemotherapeutic drug release and ROS generation is developed for cancer chemo/chemodynamic combination therapy. The LaCIONPs are constructed by encapsulation of iron oxide nanoparticles (IONPs) and β‐lapachone (La) in nanostructure assembled by hydrogen peroxide (H2O2)‐responsive polyprodrug and pH‐responsive polymer. Through the enhanced permeability and retention effect, the nanosized LaCIONPs can accumulate in tumor tissue. After the LaCIONPs are internalized by tumor cells, the structure of LaCIONPs is disintegrated in acidic intracellular environment, leading to rapid release of La and iron ions. Then the released La generates massive H2O2 through tumor specific catalysis. On the one hand, H2O2 further reacts with iron ions to produce highly toxic hydroxyl radicals for chemodynamic therapy. On the other hand, H2O2 also activates the release of camptothecin from the polyprodrug for chemotherapy. The potent antitumor effect of the LaCIONPs is demonstrated by both in vitro and in vivo results. Therefore, the LaCIONP is a promising nanomedicine for tumor‐specific chemo/chemodynamic combination therapy. A pH and hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) dual‐responsive nanomedicine is developed for tumor‐specific chemo/chemodynamic combination therapy. Once the nanomedicines enter cancer cells through endocytosis, their structure is disintegrated, resulting in rapid release of β‐lapachone and iron ions. The β‐lapachone generates H2O2 inside cells, which further produces highly toxic hydroxyl radicals through the Fenton reaction and activates chemotherapeutic drug release. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
