The aim of this paper is to determine the effect of polymer density, correlated to the comonomer content, and nanosilica addition on the mechanical and Environmental Stress Cracking Resistance (ESCR) characteristics of high‐density polyethylene (HDPE). In this regard, five HDPE samples with similar Melt Flow Index (MFI) and molar mass but various densities were acquired from a petrochemical plant. Two polymerization reactors work in series and differ only in the amount of 1‐buene comonomer fed to the second reactor. To ascertain the microstructure of the studied samples, GPC and SSA (successive self‐nucleation and annealing) analyses were accomplished. All samples resulted having similar characteristics but slightly various SCB/1000 C=7.26–9.74 (SCB=Short Chain Branching). Consequently, meanwhile studied HDPEs reveal similar notched impact and stress at yield values, the tensile modulus, stress‐at‐break, and elongation‐at‐break tend to demonstrate different results with the SCB content. More significantly, ESCR characteristic varied considerably with SCB/1000 C extent, so that higher amount of SCB acknowledged advanced ESCR. Notably, blending HDPE sample containing higher amount of SCB/1000 C, with 3 wt.% of chemically modified nanosilica enhanced ESCR characteristic by 40 %. Manufacturing nanocrystals with desired structures is the basis for realizing designed properties in their applications. As an important top‐down fabrication technique, although electron beam (e‐beam) has been well used for atomic etching on one hand, it is still challenging to precisely repair the undesired crystal defects on the other. Herein, utilizing the e‐beam probe in a spherical aberration‐corrected scanning transmission electron microscope, the possibility of e‐beam in the atomic‐level‐controllable construction/repair of crystalline defects in ruthenium oxide (RuO2) nanocrystals is systematically explored. It is found that the functional duality of beam effects can be well controlled, with the domination of either constructing or repairing defects in atomic scale, by tuning e‐beam parameters. With the aid of real‐time observation of the atom‐by‐atom repairing process via in situ scanning transmission electron microscopy and density functional theory calculations, the e‐beam‐assisted repairing mechanism is revealed. Polymers may suffer from sudden mechanical damages during long‐term use under various harsh operating environments. Rapid and real‐time self‐healing will extend their service life, which is particularly attractive in the context of circular economy. In this work, a lignin cluster polymerization strategy (LCPS) was designed to prepare a series of lignin functionalized polyolefin composites with excellent mechanical properties through nickel catalyzed copolymerization of ethylene and lignin cluster monomers. These composites can achieve rapid self‐healing within 30 seconds under a variety of extreme usage environments (underwater, seawater, extremely low temperatures as low as −60 °C, organic solvents, acid/alkali solvents, etc.), which is of great significance for real‐time self‐healing of sudden mechanical damage. In recent years, phosphorus phenol nickel catalysts with excellent polar monomer copolymerization performance have flourished. A series of phosphorus phenol nickel catalysts based on adjusting spatial hindrance have been designed and synthesized for ethylene polymerization and copolymerization. In this paper, a series of phosphorus phenol nickel catalysts with different para electronic effects have been designed from the perspective of electronic effects, and the effects of these phosphorus phenol nickel catalysts with different electronic effects on ethylene polymerization and copolymerization have been studied. And we found that these nickel catalysts with para electron donating groups have higher catalytic activity (the highest activity can reach 6.2 × 106 gPE molNi−1 h−1) and prepared polymers with higher molecular weight (molecular weight up to 4.9 × 105 gPE molNi−1) compared to electron withdrawing groups. Stimuli‐responsive polymers have found applications as shape‐memory materials, optical switches, and sensors, but the installation of these responsive properties in non‐polar and inert polyolefins is challenging. In this contribution, a series of spiropyran (SP)‐based comonomers are synthesized and copolymerized with ethylene or ethylene/cyclic monomers. In addition to great mechanical and surface properties, these functionalized polyolefins responded to light, heat, and force, which induced changes in the polymer structure to transmit color or mechanical signals. These interesting responsive properties are also installed in a series of commercial polyolefin materials through reactive extrusion, making the scalable production of these materials possible. The connection between head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC) and M2 tumour‐associated macrophages is not yet fully understood. We gathered gene expression profiles and clinical data from HNSC patients in the TCGA database. Using Consensus Clustering, we categorized these patients into M2 macrophage‐related clusters. We developed a M2 macrophage‐related signature (MRS) through statistical analyses. Additionally, we assessed gene expression in HNSC cells using single‐cell sequencing data (GSE139324). We identified three distinct M2 macrophage‐related clusters in HNSC, each with different prognostic outcomes and immune characteristics. Patients with different MRS profiles exhibited variations in immune infiltration, genetic mutations and prognosis. FCGR2A may play a role in creating an immunosuppressive tumour microenvironment and could potentially serve as a therapeutic target for HNSC. Our study demonstrated that M2 macrophage‐related genes significantly impact the development and progression of HNSC. The M2 macrophage‐related model offered a more comprehensive assessment of HNSC patient prognosis, genetic mutations and immune features. Oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC) is a type of tumour found in the cavity that is characterized by differentiation and metastasis to the lymph nodes. Although diagnosis strategy and clinical treatment have recently improved, the outcomes for OSCC patients remain unsatisfactory. This study verified the characteristics of circPUM1 in OSCC cells, subsequently generating dysregulated circPUM1 cell models, showing that circPUM1 promoted chemoresistance and natural killer (NK) cell toxicity. Furthermore, the transcription factor SP2 regulated the expression of circPUM1 in OSCC cells, circPUM1 acted as a molecular sponge for miR‐770‐5p. Moreover, Nucleosome Assembly Protein 1 Like 1 (NAP1L1) is a downstream target for miR‐770‐5p and essential for circPUM1‐mediated cisplatin resistance and NK cell cytotoxicity in OSCC cells. Rapid and effective control of non‐compressible massive hemorrhage poses a great challenge in first‐aid and clinical settings. Herein, a biopolymer‐based powder is developed for the control of non‐compressible hemorrhage. The powder is designed to facilitate rapid hemostasis by its excellent hydrophilicity, great specific surface area, and adaptability to the shape of wound, enabling it to rapidly absorb fluid from the wound. Specifically, the powder can undergo sequential cross‐linking based on "click" chemistry and Schiff base reaction upon contact with the blood, leading to rapid self‐gelling. It also exhibits robust tissue adhesion through covalent/non‐covalent interactions with the tissues (adhesive strength: 89.57 ± 6.62 KPa, which is 3.75 times that of fibrin glue). Collectively, this material leverages the fortes of powder and hydrogel. Experiments with animal models for severe bleeding have shown that it can reduce the blood loss by 48.9%. Studies on the hemostatic mechanism also revealed that, apart from its physical sealing effect, the powder can enhance blood cell adhesion, capture fibrinogen, and synergistically induce the formation of fibrin networks. Taken together, this hemostatic powder has the advantages for convenient preparation, sprayable use, and reliable hemostatic effect, conferring it with a great potential for the control of non‐compressible hemorrhage. Cisplatin (CDDP) chemoresistance is one of the predominant factors in oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC) treatment failure. Uncovering the mechanisms underlying CDDP resistance is of great importance in OSCC therapy. Circular RNAs (circRNAs) are a newly discovered class of noncoding RNAs, which are reported to participate in the progression of various diseases, including cancer. However, the function of circRNAs in CDDP resistance in OSCC remains unclear. Quantitative reverse transcription PCR was used to search for different circRNAs between OSCC cell lines and CDDP‐resistant cell lines. The results showed that circ‐ILF2 expression was higher in CDDP‐resistant OSCC cell lines. The stability of circ‐ILF2 was also confirmed using RNase R and actinomycin D assays. Functional experiments, including cytotoxicity, apoptosis and growth rate assays, showed that upregulation of circ‐ILF2 contributes to CDDP resistance. Luciferase reporter‐gene, RNA pull‐down and quantitative real‐time PCR (RT‐qPCR) assays showed that circ‐ILF2 functions as a microRNA sponge for miR‐1252. Luciferase reporter assays, RNA pull‐down, RT‐qPCR and Western blotting showed that miR‐1252 directly targeted and regulated the expression of KLF8. Circ‐ILF2 plays an important role in CDDP resistance in OSCC. Circ‐ILF2 exerts its function through the miR‐1252/KLF8 pathway. In addition, tumour‐associated macrophages (TAM) play important roles in cancer progressions, our results showed that circ‐ILF2 in OSCC cells induced the M2 polarization of macrophages which provided new thoughts on immunotherapy. The preparation of heterogeneous catalysts by loading homogeneous metal complexes on the supports is an effective strategy preferred by the polyolefin industry. In this contribution, we synthesize a series of heterogeneous nickel catalysts using the supporting strategy of ionic liquid‐modified supports. These supported catalysts have polymerization activities up to 1.68 × 107 g mol−1 h−1, polymer molecular weights up to 224.1 × 104 g mol−1, and significantly, higher melting points compared to homogeneous systems. The polyolefin materials prepared by this supporting strategy possess a wide range of tunable mechanical properties, from thermoplastics to elastomers. Perovskite nanocrystals (PeNCs) deliver size‐ and composition‐tunable luminescence of high efficiency and color purity in the visible range. However, attaining efficient electroluminescence (EL) in the near‐infrared (NIR) region from PeNCs is challenging, limiting their potential applications. Here we demonstrate a highly efficient NIR light‐emitting diode (LED) by doping ytterbium ions into a PeNCs host (Yb3+ : PeNCs), extending the EL wavelengths toward 1000 nm, which is achieved through a direct sensitization of Yb3+ ions by the PeNC host. Efficient quantum‐cutting processes enable high photoluminescence quantum yields (PLQYs) of up to 126 % from the Yb3+ : PeNCs. Through halide‐composition engineering and surface passivation to improve both PLQY and charge‐transport balance, we demonstrate an efficient NIR LED with a peak external quantum efficiency of 7.7 % at a central wavelength of 990 nm, representing the most efficient perovskite‐based LEDs with emission wavelengths beyond 850 nm. A distinct advantage of halide perovskite semiconductors is their potential as gain media in high‐performance, all‐solution‐processed flexible lasers. However, most perovskite microlasers employ external optical resonators with rigid and high‐temperature/vaccum‐processed structures unsuitable for flexible applications. Here, low‐threshold, external‐cavity‐free perovskite lasers (≈550 nm, linewidth: ≈0.3 nm, quality factor: ≈1900, room temperature), prepared with excellent reproducibility using simple one‐step spin‐coating and low‐temperature annealing, are demonstrated. Exceptionally low lasing thresholds of 9.3 and 14.6 µJ cm−2 are achieved for external‐cavity‐free perovskite lasers on rigid and flexible substrates, respectively. The thresholds and quality factors are on par with that of high‐performance perovskite microlasers with well‐designed external cavities. The lasers exhibit good operational stability, showing half‐life of >1.8 × 108 pulses under optical pumping in air. Transient optical experiments reveal that the low thresholds stem from enhanced band‐to‐band spontaneous and stimulated emission processes in the high‐quality microcrystalline perovskite, effectively out‐pacing trap‐mediated and Auger processes detrimental to the lasing action. The flexible perovskite lasers retain >95% of the initial intensity after 10000 bending cycles, showing outstanding mechanical durability. As these lasers can be produced from solution within minutes at low costs, the findings are expected to enable high‐throughput, scalable fabrication of perovskite lasers for emerging applications. Objective: Periodontitis is a chronic inflammation of periodontal tissues. This study is expected to assess the effect of LSD1 on the osteogenic differentiation of hPDLSCs in periodontitis. Methods: hPDLSCs were separated, cultivated, and identified, and then treated by LPS to induce inflammatory microenvironment and subjected to osteogenic differentiation. Subsequently, LSD1 expression was determined, and then silenced to assess its effect on hPDLSCs. Next, the binding relation between LSD1 and miR‐590‐3p was analyzed. miR‐590‐3p expression was detected and then overexpressed to evaluate its role in hPDLSCs in periodontitis. Afterward, the relation between LSD1 and OSX was analyzed. H3K4me2 level and OSX transcription were measured, and the role of H3K4me2 was determined. Additionally, the role of OSX in hPDLSCs was verified. Results: LSD1 was poorly expressed after osteogenic differentiation of hPDLSCs while it was rescued upon LPS induction. The osteogenic differentiation of hPDLSC in periodontitis was strengthened upon LSD1 downregulation. Besides, miR‐590‐3p targeted LSD1 transcription, and LSD1 inhibited OSX transcription via H3K4me2 demethylation. miR‐590‐3p overexpression improved osteogenic differentiation of hPDLSCs in periodontitis. But this improvement was annulled by OSX inhibition. Conclusion: miR‐590‐3p targeted LSD1 transcription and upregulated H3K4me2 methylation to promote OSX transcription, thereby encouraging osteogenic differentiation of hPDLSCs in periodontitis. The vacuum Rabi splitting and Kerr effect are investigated theoretically in a hybrid spin–magnon–photon system, where the nitrogen‐vacancy center in diamond driven by two light fields is coupled to a spherical micromagnet embedded in a superconducting coplanar waveguide resonator. The results indicate that the phenomenon of the Mollow triplet and vacuum Rabi splitting can appear by controlling the spin–magnon coupling and magnon–photon coupling. It is shown that the probe absorption spectrum can be adjusted effectively via the pump frequency detuning. Moreover, it is demonstrated that the optical Kerr effect can be tuned by changing the Rabi frequency. Polyolefin elastomers (POEs) and cyclic olefin copolymers (COCs) are high‐performance polyolefin materials of wide interest. It is crucial to develop low‐cost and high‐performance transition metal catalysts to prepare these polyolefin materials. In this contribution, we designed and synthesized a series of bidentate pyridyl‐amido hafnium catalysts and used them in ethylene polymerization and copolymerization with comonomers including 1‐octene and norbornene. These catalysts exhibited high activities of up to 16.3×106 g mol−1 h−1 and produced polyethylene with a high molecular weight of up to 24.5×104 g mol−1 in ethylene polymerization at 150 °C. More importantly, these catalysts produced ethylene/1‐octene copolymers with incorporation of up to 13.7 mol % and molecular weight of up to 72.7×104 g mol−1, and prepared ethylene/norbornene copolymers with incorporation of up to 50.3 mol %, along with glass transition temperature of up to 184.3 °C and molecular weight of up to 187.6×104 g mol−1. Purpose: Literature reports of adverse drug events can be replicated across multiple companies, resulting in extreme duplication (defined as a majority of reports being duplicates) in the FDA Adverse Event Reporting System (FAERS) database because they can escape legacy duplicate detection algorithms routinely deployed on that data source. Literature reference field, added to in 2014, could potentially be utilized to identify replicated reports. FAERS does not enforce adherence to the Vancouver referencing convention, thus the same article may be referenced differently leading to duplication. The objective of this analysis is to determine if variations of the same literature references observed in FAERS can be resolved with text normalization and fuzzy string matching. Methods: We normalized the literature references recorded in the FAERS database through the first quarter of 2021 with a rule‐based algorithm so that they better conform to the Vancouver convention. Levenshtein distance was then utilized to merge sufficiently similar normalized literature references together. Results: Normalization of literature references increases the percentage that can be parsed into author, title, and journal from 61.74% to 93.93%. We observe that about 98% of pairs within groups do have a Levenshtein similarity of the title above the threshold. The extreme duplication ranged from 66% to 87% with a median of 72% of reports being duplicates and often involved addictovigilance scenarios. Conclusions: We have shown that these normalized references can be merged via fuzzy string matching to improve enumeration of all the individual case safety reports that refer to the same article. Inclusion of the PubMed ID and adherence to the Vancouver convention could facilitate identification of duplicates in the FAERS dataset. The low cost and high abundancy of nickel makes it highly attractive for both industrial and academic researchers in the field of polyolefin. However, the development of high performance nickel catalysts for ethylene homo and copolymerization is highly challenging. In this contribution, two novel cationic nickel catalysts with quinone backbone and sterically hindered aryl substituents on phosphine have been synthesized and supported on solid supports to prepare heterogeneous catalysts. The homogeneous catalysts showed high activity and high thermal stability in ethylene polymerization. After heterogenization of these catalysts, all the polymerization parameters (polymerization activity, thermal stability, and polymer molecular weight) were significantly improved. The heterogeneous catalyst can achieve activity of up to 3.26 × 106 g mol−1 h−1, along with polyethylene molecular weight of up to 81.8 × 104 g mol−1. More importantly, these homogeneous and heterogeneous catalysts can realize copolymerization of ethylene with a series of polar comonomers such as methyl 10‐undecenoate, 10‐undecenol, and 6‐chloro‐1‐hexene. Comprehensive Summary: Heterogeneous catalysts have been dominant for industrial polyolefin production, offering many distinct advantages, such as controlling the morphology of the polymer and preventing reactor fouling. In this contribution, we designed several types of imine ligands bearing sodium‐sulfonate ionic groups and the corresponding nickel/iron catalysts. These catalysts could be immobilized on SiO2 with strong affinity and high catalyst loadings. The SiO2‐supported catalysts behaved better than their homogeneous counterparts during ethylene polymerization with extremely high activity (2.6 × 104 kg·mol−1·h−1) and high thermal stability. In addition, the supported nickel catalysts generated free‐flowing polyethylene with high molecular weight (Mn up to 2.65 × 103 kg·mol–1) and excellent morphology control, indicating no reactor fouling due to the leaching of catalyst. Moreover, for copolymerization, immobilized nickel catalysts showed a higher tolerance of polar monomers, and the efficient copolymerization of ethylene with undecylenic acid was achieved with high activity (450 kg·mol−1·h−1) and a high incorporation ratio (up to 12.3%). Transition‐metal‐based olefin polymerization catalysts usually require activation with a cocatalyst to initiate polymerization reactions. Borane type cocatalyst is one of the most important classes of cocatalysts that can significantly influence the catalytic performances. In this contribution, we designed and prepared a series of borane cocatalysts, and subsequently investigated their properties in a titanium‐based Constrained Geometry Catalyst (CGC‐Ti) catalyzed ethylene polymerization and ethylene/1‐octene copolymerization. Among these borane cocatalysts, B(C6F5)2OtBu exhibited outstanding cocatalyst performances, achieving activity of up to 1.06×107 g mol−1 h−1 and polymer molecular weight of up to 88.2×104 g mol−1 in ethylene polymerization. In ethylene/1‐octene copolymerization, this borane enabled activity of up to 2.46×106 g mol−1 h−1, affording copolymers with comonomer incorporation of up to 12.8 % and copolymer molecular weight up to 18.3×104 g mol−1. Transition‐metal‐catalyzed copolymerization of ethylene with carbon monoxide affords polyketones materials with excellent mechanical strength, photodegradability, surface and barrier properties. Unlike the widely used and rather expensive Pd catalysts, Ni‐catalyzed carbonylative polymerization is very difficult since the strong binding affinity of CO to Ni deactivates the highly electrophilic metal center easily. In this study, various cationic P,O‐coordinated Ni complexes were synthesized using the electronic modulation strategy, and the catalyst with strong electron‐donating substituents exhibits an excellent productivity of 104 g polymer (g Ni)−1, which represents a rare discovery that a Ni complex could operate with such exceptional efficiency in comparison with Pd catalysts. Notably, those Ni catalysts were also efficient for terpolymerization of ethylene, propylene with CO for producing commercial polyketone materials with low melting temperatures and easy processibility. Immunotherapy has been identified a promising treatment of cancers, including Oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC). CRNDE is highly overexpressed in various cancers. Many lncRNAs have been reported in CD8 T lymphocytes. Little is investigated about their effects in the functions of CD8 + T cells in OSCC. Currently, the influence of lncRNA CRNDE on the function of CD8 + T cells in OSCC progression was investigated. Here, CRNDE was obviously elevated and negatively correlated with IFN‐γ production in tumour‐infiltrating CD8 + T cells isolated from OSCC patients. CRNDE can exhibit a crucial role in activating CD8 + T‐cell exhaustion. Mechanistically, CRNDE specifically sponged miR‐545‐5p to induce T‐cell immunoglobulin and mucin domain‐3 (TIM‐3), thus contributing to CD8 + T‐cell exhaustion. The function of miR‐545‐5p on T‐cell function remains poorly known. TIM‐3 is a significant immune checkpoint, and it inhibits cancer immunity. TIM‐3 can demonstrate an important role in CD8 + T‐cell exhaustion. The modification of ligand sterics has become a prevalent strategy to tune the properties of α‐diimine‐type nickel catalysts. The majority of the works in this field focus on the modifications of the aniline moiety. In this contribution, we decide to explore the influence of backbone structures. Specifically, nickel complexes bearing 2,5‐dimethyl‐thien‐3‐yl and 2‐methyl‐5‐phenylthien‐3‐yl backbone structures were prepared and characterized. In comparison with the nickel analogue with methyl backbone, these new nickel complexes demonstrate much higher catalytic activity and thermal stability upto 80°C in ethylene polymerization and generate polymer products with much higher molecular weight along with lower branching density and higher melting points. It is believed that the bulky substituents at ligand backbone will exert influence on the N‐aryl moieties and increase steric bulkiness around the metal center. The practical synthesis of polar‐functionalized polyolefins using transition‐metal‐catalyzed copolymerization of olefins with polar monomers is a challenge; the use of heterogeneous catalysts is little explored. Herein, we report the synthesis of heterogeneous naphthoquinone‐based nickel (Ni/SiO2) and palladium (Pd/SiO2) catalysts through hydrogen bonding interactions of the ligands with the silica surface. Ni/SiO2 exhibits high activities (up to 2.65×106 g mol−1 h−1) during the copolymerization of ethylene with 5‐hexene‐1‐yl‐acetate, affording high‐molecular‐weight (Mn up to 630 000) polar‐functionalized semicrystalline polyethylene (comonomer incorporation up to 2.8 mol %), along with great morphology control. The resulting copolymers possess improved surface properties and great mechanical properties. Circular RNAs (circRNAs) represent a newly discovered class of endogenous non‐coding RNAs which are widely expressed and play important roles in disease progression. However, the function of circRNAs in oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC) still remains largely unknown. In this research, we found that circ_SEPT9 was highly expressed in OSCC cell lines and tumour tissues. Results showed that circ_SEPT9 promoted OSCC proliferation and tumour growth. And, circ_SEPT9 also enhanced the migration and invasion of OSCC cells. Mechanically, we found that circ_SEPT9 acted as a sponge for miR‐1225 to rescue PKN2 expression in OSCC cells. Inhibition of circ_SEPT9/miR‐1225/PKN2 pathway could effectively block the proliferation and metastasis of OSCC cells. Dysregulation of long non‐coding RNAs (lncRNAs) has been implicated in many cancer developments. Previous studies showed that lncRNA LINC00941 was aberrantly expressed in oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC). However, its role in OSCC development remains elusive. In this study, we demonstrated that in OSCC cells, EP300 activates LINC00941 transcription through up‐regulating its promoter H3K27ac modification. Up‐regulated LINC00941 in turn activates CAPRIN2 expression by looping to CAPRIN2 promoter. Functional assays suggest that both LINC00941 and CAPRIN2 play pivotal roles in promoting OSCC cell proliferation and colony formation. In vivo assay further confirmed the role of LINC00941 in promoting OSCC cell tumour formation. Lastly, we showed that the role of LINC00941 and CAPRIN2 in OSCC progression was mediated through activating the canonical WNT/β‐catenin signaling pathway. The nonpolar nature of polyolefins is one of their biggest limitations. Now, an efficient route to generate polar‐functionalized, crosslinkable, self‐healing, photoresponsive polyolefins with thermoplastic, elastomeric, and thermosetting properties is reported. Tunable amounts of carboxylic acid and a cyclic comonomer are installed onto polyolefins by palladium‐catalyzed terpolymerization reactions. The incorporated carboxylic acid unit can alter the surface properties of polyolefins. The subsequently introduced Fe3+/citric acid combination induces dynamic crosslinking and enables self‐healing. Under UV light irradiation, citric acid reduces Fe3+ to Fe2+ and decreases the crosslinking density. The Fe2+ moiety can be easily oxidized back to Fe3+, making the process reversible at the expense of citric acid. The incorporated cyclic comonomer modulates the crystallinity of polyolefins, provides elastic properties, and installs carbon–carbon double bonds for sulfur‐induced vulcanization. Nickel catalyzed copolymerization of olefins with polar co‐monomers remains a great challenge in the field of olefin polymerization. In this contribution, a series of amidine/phosphine‐oxide‐based ligands were synthesized and investigated for nickel catalyzed ethylene polymerization and copolymerization with polar co‐monomers. These nickel catalysts exhibited high catalytic activities (homopolymerization: up to 2.6×106 g (mol of Ni)−1 h−1; copolymerization: up to 1.0×105 g (mol of Ni)−1 h−1;) and good thermal stabilities at 80 °C, generating high‐molecular‐weight polyethylenes (Mn up to 8.45×104 g mol−1) as well as copolymers (Mn up to 2.19×104 g mol−1). The Ni center exhibited square planar geometry. The N atom between the imine and phosphine‐oxide moieties exhibited trigonal planar geometry, indicating electron‐donating conjugate effect of the sp2 hybrid N‐atom linker. Emerging evidence has classified the aberrant expression of long non‐coding RNAs (lncRNAs) as a basic signature of various malignancies including gastric cancer (GC). LINC01225 has been shown to act as a hepatocellular carcinoma‐related gene, with its expression pattern and biological function not clarified in GC. Here, we verified that LINC01225 was up‐regulated in tumour tissues and plasma of GC. Analysis with clinicopathological information suggested that up‐regulation of LINC01225 was associated with advanced disease and poorer overall survival. Receiver operating characteristic (ROC) analysis showed that plasma LINC01225 had a moderate accuracy for diagnosis of GC. In addition, knockdown of LINC01225 led to retardation of cell proliferation, invasion and migration, and overexpression of LINC01225 showed the opposite effects. Mechanistic investigations showed that LINC01225 silencing inhibited epithelial‐mesenchymal transition (EMT) process and attenuated Wnt/β‐catenin signalling of GC. Furthermore, ectopic expression of Wnt1 or suppression of GSK‐3β abolished the si‐LINC01225‐mediated suppression against EMT, thereby promoting cell proliferation, invasion and migration of GC. In conclusion, LINC01225 promotes the progression of GC through Wnt/β‐catenin signalling pathway, and it may serve as a potential target or strategy for diagnosis or treatment of GC. Long noncoding RNA (lncRNA) DiGeorge syndrome critical region gene 5 (DGCR5) has been reported to correlate with a variety of cancers, with its expression pattern and potential mechanism not clarified in gastric cancer (GC). In this study, we demonstrated that DGCR5 was downregulated in cancerous tissues and plasma samples from patients with GC, and its downregulation was associated with advanced TNM stage and positive lymphatic metastasis. Plasma DGCR5 had an area under the receiver operating characteristic curve (AUC) of 0.722 for diagnosis of GC. Gain‐ and loss‐of‐function of DGCR5 revealed that DGCR5 functioned as a competing endogenous RNA for miR‐23b to suppress GC cell proliferation, invasion and migration, and facilitate apoptosis by regulating PTEN and BTG1 in vitro. Furthermore, the overexpression of DGCR5 suppressed tumor growth, and inhibited the expression of miR‐23b and proliferation antigen Ki‐67, but increased the expression of PTEN and BTG1 in vivo. In conclusion, our results show that DGCR5 is a tumor‐suppressive lncRNA that regulates PTEN and BTG1 expression through directly binding to miR‐23b. To investigate the mechanism of the organic‐matter enrichment in the Lower Longmaxi Formation shale, the geochemistry and total organic carbon (TOC) of the Longmaxi Formation black shales in the Jiaoshiba, Zhaotong, and Weiyuan areas of the Sichuan Basin were analyzed. Paleoproductivity proxy parameters (Babio, Siex, and Ni/Al), clastic influx proxies (TiO2 and Ti/Al), redox indices (V/Cr, Ni/Co, V/(V+Ni), and U/Th), and hydrothermal indicators (Fe, Mn, and Y concentrations; Fe/Ti ratio and a Ni‐Zn‐Co diagram) were employed to decipher the paleoenvironment of the Lower Longmaxi Formation shales. TiO2 and Ti/Al indicated low terrigenous detrital influx in all three areas. However, Babio, Siex, and Ni/Al indicated high productivity in the Jiaoshiba area. V/Cr, Ni/Co, and U/Th indicated higher oxygen content with larger fluctuations in the Zhaotong and Weiyuan areas. Fe, Mn, and Y concentrations and the Fe/Ti ratio implied greater active hydrothermal activity in the Weiyuan area. These heterogeneities were considered to be closely related to the paleoenvironment and paleogeography, and the large basement faults that developed during the Chuanzhong paleo‐uplift could have provided vents for deep‐hydrothermal‐fluid upwelling. The redox indices (V/Cr, Ni/Co, and U/Th) and a paleoproductivity proxy (Ni/Al) displayed a significant correlation with the TOC, suggesting that both excellent preservation conditions and high paleoproductivity were the controlling factors for the enrichment of organic matter in the Longmaxi Formation shale. There was no obvious correlation between the clastic influx proxy (Ti/Al) and the TOC due to the extremely low supply of terrigenous debris. The hydrothermal indicator (Fe/Ti) was negatively correlated with the TOC in the Weiyuan area, indicating that hydrothermal activity may have played a negative role in the accumulation of organic matter. Long noncoding RNAs (lncRNA) are attractive biomarkers and therapeutic targets because of their disease‐ and stage‐restricted expression. Small nucleolar RNA host gene 17 (SNHG17) belongs to a large family of noncoding genes hosting small RNAs, with its expression pattern and biological function not clarified in gastric cancer (GC). Thus, we conducted this study to investigate the functional significance and the underlying mechanisms of SNHG17 in GC progression. Our results showed that SNHG17 expression was upregulated in GC tissues and cells, and its high expression was significantly correlated with increased invasion depth, lymphatic metastasis, and advanced TNM stage. The expression of plasma SNHG17 was also found upregulated in patients with GC compared with healthy controls, with a moderate accuracy for diagnosis of GC (area under the receiver operating characteristic curve = 0.748; 95% CI, 0.666–0.830). Gain‐ and loss‐of‐function of SNHG17 revealed that SNHG17 promoted GC cell proliferation, cell cycle progression, invasion, and migration and inhibited apoptosis. Mechanistic investigations showed that SNHG17 was associated with polycomb repressive complex 2 and that this association was required for epigenetic repression of cyclin‐dependent protein kinase inhibitors, including p15 and p57, thus contributing to the regulation of GC cell cycle and proliferation. Furthermore, rescue experiments indicated that SNHG17 functioned as an oncogene via activating enhancer of zeste homolog 2 in GC cells. Our study provides a new perspective for SNHG17 acting as a noncoding oncogene in GC tumorigenesis, and it may serve as a novel early diagnostic marker and potential target for the treatment of GC. A pure organic single crystal, [H2dabco]·[PA]2 ([H2dabco]2+ = diprotonated 1,4‐diazabicyclo‐[2.2.2]octane, PA = pyruvic acid), was synthesized and its dielectric property was studied. [H2dabco]·[PA]2 owns a distinctive architecture composed of discrete hydrogen‐bonded trimeric units, of which one [H2dabco]2+ cation bridged by two PA– anions through N–H···O hydrogen bonding. The switchable property around 348 K was revealed by crystal structure studies between low and high dielectric states. In the high temperature phase, the [H2dabco]2+ cation presents itself in a rotationally disordered state and lies at the symmetric center of the trimer. Abstract: All‐inorganic perovskite quantum dots (IPQDs) are a promising material for use in various optoelectronic devices due to their excellent optoelectronic properties and high environmental stability. Here, a high‐performance phototransistor based on a layered heterojunction composed of CsPbI3 QDs and a narrow‐bandgap conjugated polymer DPP‐DTT is reported, which shows a high responsivity of 110 A W−1, a specific detectivity of 2.9 × 1013 Jones and a light to dark current ratio up to 6 × 103. The heterojunction phototransistor exhibits unipolar p‐type and gate bias modulated behaviors. In addition, the device exhibits a broad spectral detection range from ultraviolet to near infrared. The high sensitivity of the device is attributed to the layered heterojunction and the gate bias modulation property. The work overcomes the existing limitations in sensitivity of IPQD photodetectors due to the poor charge transport between QDs. The convenient solution‐processed fabrication and excellent device performance especially suggest the IPQD/narrow‐bandgap conjugate polymer heterojunction as a promising structure for potential applications of ultrasensitive broadband photodetectors compatible with a wide variety of substrates. The presence of bacterial persisters is a key factor contributing to chronic infection. However, no effective treatment methods are currently available. Thus, a platform is developed, called reactive oxygen species (ROS) bomb, based on microenvironment‐adaptive hydrogel microspheres, to oxidize the cell membranes of persisters in chronic periprosthetic joint infection (PJI). Fenton reagent hydroxy iron oxide (FeOOH) and a glucose oxidase (GOx)/calcium phosphate (CaP) acid‐responsive shell are sequentially induced on the surface of mesoporous polydopamine (PDA) nanoparticles by the PDA‐mediated ion precipitation and interfacial adhesion, followed by the coloaded with glucose into microfluidic hyaluronic acid hydrogel microspheres. Hydroxyl radicals are explosively generated through GOx‐mediated glucose oxidase, H2O2 production, and its Fenton‐like reactions with FeOOH, which also benefit from the weakly acidic microenvironment around persisters, result in the destruction of bacterial cell membrane, and subsequent overflow of cellular contents such as dsDNA, proteins, and K+. The bactericidal rates of methicillin‐resistant Staphylococcus aureus and Staphylococcus epidermidis persisters are up to 99.14% and 98.96%, and the bacterial loads in lesion location are significantly decreased after ROS bombs treated, effectively alleviated the inflammation and bone resorption damage. The high transmission speed of optical signals and their application in optical computation have created a growing demand for photon‐programmed memory devices. Rather than using electrical pulses to store data in one of two states, the photomemory (PM) devices exploit the optical stimulation to store the light information. In this work, the application of a nonvolatile rewritable PM array using the photochromic inorganic perovskite CsPbIBr2 grown by a vapor‐deposition process is demonstrated. Reversible phase transitions between orthorhombic (δ) and cubic (α) phases are achieved in CsPbIBr2 films through laser‐induced heat and moisture exposure. The PM pixels in an optically absorbing perovskite phase exhibit ≈50‐fold photoresponsivity as large as those in a transparent‐colored non‐perovskite phase. Storing optical data are achieved by heating pixels through a near‐infrared laser, while moisture exposure is used to erase the stored information. The nonvolatile PM array exhibits great write‐read‐erase cycle endurance and data retention capability without obvious performance degradation after storage in air for one week. This work demonstrates the promising application of vapor‐deposited inorganic perovskite for optical information storage and the unique potential of them for use in optical switches, tunable metasurfaces, and many other applications. Recently, metal halide perovskites have been widely used and considered as an alternative to oxides or chalcogenides in memory devices due to the high on–off ratio and low operating voltage, as well as ease of fabrication. However, most of the perovskite thin films in previous studies have been deposited by lab‐scale solution‐processed methods. They are not directly applicable to larger‐scale and volume manufacturing, hindering the commercialization of this technology. Herein, the performance of memory devices based on vacuum‐deposited inorganic perovskite (VDIP) is investigated for the first time. The optimized VDIP‐based memory devices exhibit reliable and reproducible resistive switching (RS) behaviors with a high on–off ratio (>100), low set/reset voltage (<2 V), and reversible RS by fast pulse‐voltage operations. Furthermore, the devices show an excellent ambient stability, and no obvious degradation is observed after storage in an ambient condition for 30 days. The memory devices on flexible substrates also show a good mechanical flexibility under a bending stress. In addition, a VDIP memory array with 16 × 16 memory cells on a large‐scale substrate is demonstrated, suggesting the strong potential of the VDIP for high‐density, large‐area storage devices. Comprehensive Summary: Heterogeneous catalysts have been dominant for industrial polyolefin production, offering many distinct advantages, such as controlling the morphology of the polymer and preventing reactor fouling. In this contribution, we designed several types of imine ligands bearing sodium‐sulfonate ionic groups and the corresponding nickel/iron catalysts. These catalysts could be immobilized on SiO2 with strong affinity and high catalyst loadings. The SiO2‐supported catalysts behaved better than their homogeneous counterparts during ethylene polymerization with extremely high activity (2.6 × 104 kg·mol−1·h−1) and high thermal stability. In addition, the supported nickel catalysts generated free‐flowing polyethylene with high molecular weight (Mn up to 2.65 × 103 kg·mol–1) and excellent morphology control, indicating no reactor fouling due to the leaching of catalyst. Moreover, for copolymerization, immobilized nickel catalysts showed a higher tolerance of polar monomers, and the efficient copolymerization of ethylene with undecylenic acid was achieved with high activity (450 kg·mol−1·h−1) and a high incorporation ratio (up to 12.3%). Oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC) is a pathological type of oral cancer, which accounts for over 90% of oral cancers. It has been widely shown that circRNA is involved in the regulation of multiple malignant oral diseases including OSCC. However, the mechanism underlying how circRNA regulates OSCC is still not clearly elucidated. In this article, we report circFOXO3 promotes tumor growth and invasion of OSCC by targeting miR-214 which specifically degrades the lysine demethylase 2A (KDM2A). CircRNA sequencing was conducted in OSCC tumor and tumor-side tissues, and the expression of circFOXO3 is found to be markedly increased in tumor tissues. CircFOXO3 is also highly expressed in several OSCC cell lines compared with human oral keratinocytes. Transwell assay and colony formation showed that knockdown of circFOXO3 prevents the invasion and proliferation of oral cancer cells. Via bioinformatic research, miR-214 was found to be the target of circFOXO3 and correlate well with circFOXO3 both in vitro and in vivo. KDM2A was then validated by database analysis and luciferase assay to be the direct target of miR-214. KDM2A helps to promote tumor invasiveness and proliferation of OSCC. Collectively, our results proved that circFOXO3 sponges miR-214 to up-regulate the expression of KDM2A, thus promotes tumor progression in OSCC., (© 2021 The Authors.
