The article presents a case study of the discovery of celiac disease (CD) with their central retinal viein occlusion (CRVO). It highlights the case of two 35-year-old and 25-year-old females who were presented with visual acuity and whose eyes showed central retinal vein occlusion. It also mentions how the patients were found to have CD and the recommended treatment of their condition.

Hemangiomas are common tumors characterized microscopically by proliferation of blood vessels. The congenital hemangioma is often present at birth and may become more apparent throughout life. They are probably developmental rather than neoplastic in origin. Despite their benign origin and behavior, hemangiomas in the oral cavity are always of clinical importance to the dental profession and require appropriate clinical management. Surgery and other treatment modalities are not always satisfactory and have a higher morbidity, recurrence, and complication rate. A letter to the editor is presented which discusses the case of a 12-year-old girl who was referred to psychiatric services by her mother, known to have a Munchausen syndrome by proxy, for the removal of dead houseflies from her ear.
