A charge and discharge management scheme is proposed. The stored electric energy in distributed storage devices will converge to the consistent. The consistency of the stored electric energy of the devices helps to maintain the maximum load capacity and maximum consumption capacity of distributed storage devices. The charging and discharging process is constructed as a time-varying optimization problem, and the proposed algorithm can respond to the time-varying parameters of the distributed storage devices in real time. The time-varying neurodynamic algorithms can obtain time-varying optimal solution trajectories to give the optimal charging and discharging strategy in real time. In addition, the proposed approach in this paper focuses on the privacy protection of device data. Each device can calculate the power of discharging or charging by communicating with the partially connected nodes. Numerical simulations of the proposed scheme in the paper are given to verify the effectiveness of the scheme. Numerical simulations show that our scheme can make the electric energy stored in each storage device converge and maintain the maximum load capacity or maximum consumption capacity of the whole distributed storage device. The rapid growth of contents on the Web in different languages increases the demand of Cross-Lingual Information Retrieval (CLIR). The accuracy of result suffers due to many problems such as ambiguity and drift issue in query. Query Expansion (QE) offers reliable solution for obtaining suitable documents for user queries. In this paper, we proposed an architecture for Hindi–English CLIR system using QE for improving the relevancy of retrieved results. In this architecture, for the addition of term(s) at appropriate position(s), we proposed a location-based algorithm to resolve the drift query issue in QE. User queries in Hindi language have been translated into document language (i.e. English) and the accuracy of translation is improved using Back-Translation. Google search has been performed and the retrieved documents are ranked using Okapi BM25 to arrange the documents in the order of decreasing relevancy to select the most suitable terms for QE. We used term selection value (TSV) for QE and for retrieving the terms, we created three test collections namely the (i) description and narration of the Forum for Information Retrieval Evaluation (FIRE) dataset, (ii) Snippets of retrieved documents against each query and (iii) Nearest-Neighborhood (NN) words against each query word among the ranked documents. To evaluate the system, 50 queries of Hindi language are selected from the FIRE-2012 dataset. In this paper, we performed two experiments: (i) impact of the proposed location-based algorithm on the proposed architecture of CLIR; and (ii) analysis of QE using three datasets, i.e. FIRE, NN and Snippets. In the first case, result shows that the relevancy of Hindi–English CLIR is improved by performing QE using the location-based algorithm and a 12% of improvement is achieved as compared to the results of QE obtained without applying the location-based algorithm. In the second case, the location-based algorithm is applied on three datasets. The Mean Average Precision (MAP) values of retrieved documents after QE are 0.5379 (NN), 0.6018 (FIRE) and 0.6406 (Snippets) for the three test collections, whereas the MAP before QE is 0.37102. This clearly shows the significant improvement of retrieved results for all three test collections. Among the three test collections, QE has been found most effective along with Snippets as indicated by the results with the improvements of 6.48% and 19.12% over FIRE and NN test collections, respectively. In view of the problems of high production cost, scarcity and lack of diversity of 3D face datasets, this paper designs an end-to-end self-supervised learning 3D face reconstruction algorithm with a single 2D face image as input, which only uses 2D face datasets to complete model training. First, the improved ResNet module is introduced to preprocess the input face image. The deep residual neural network has strong feature extraction and characterization ability for the image, which can provide rich high-level semantic feature maps for the subsequent subnetwork. Then, add transformer module completely based on self-attention mechanism to the parameter prediction subnetwork, which can make different parameters of the subnetwork focus on self-related feature map information and avoid interference from invalid feature map information, so as to further improve the parameter prediction accuracy of the subnetwork. Next, training, ablation and comparison experiments were conducted on CelebA, BFM and Photoface datasets, and the combined function of pixel loss function and perceptual loss function was selected as the loss function. The experimental results show that: compared with the historical optimal results of the same network structure, the scale-invariant depth error (SIDE) and mean angle deviation (MAD) are improved by 5.9% and 10.8%, respectively, which strongly proves the effectiveness of the algorithm. Finally, in order to verify the actual effect of the 3D face reconstruction algorithm, examples are selected in this paper for reconstruction. Multi-Objective Travelling Salesman Problem (MOTSP) is one of the most crucial problems in realistic scenarios, and it is difficult to solve by classical methods. However, it can be solved by evolutionary methods. This paper investigates the Constrained Multi-Objective Travelling Salesman Problem (CMOTSP) and the Constrained Multi-Objective Solid Travelling Salesman Problem (CMOSTSP) under an uncertain environment with zigzag uncertain variables. To solve CMOTSP and CMOSTSP models under uncertain environment, the expected value and optimistic value models are developed using two different ranking criteria of uncertainty theory. The models are transformed to their deterministic forms using the fundamentals of uncertainty. The Models are solved using two solution methodologies Aspiration level-based Multi-Objective Quasi Oppositional Jaya Algorithm (AL-based MOQO Jaya) and Fuzzy Programming Technique (FPT) with linear membership function. Further, the numerical illustration is solved using both methodologies to demonstrate its application. The sensitivity of the OVM model's objective functions regarding confidence levels is also investigated to look at the variation in the objective function. March algorithms are widely used in Memory Built-In Self-Test (MBIST) on-chip memory testing, providing linear test complexities that reduce the test time and cost. However, studies show that March algorithms with complexities lower than 18N have poor coverages of faults that have emerged with the advent of the nanometer process technologies and are more relevant to nowadays memories. New March AZ1 and March AZ2 algorithms, with 13N and 14N complexities, respectively, were introduced to provide optimum coverage of those faults and to produce a shorter test than an 18N-complexity test algorithm with a lesser area overhead, thus reducing chip manufacturing costs. This paper presents the implementation and validation of MBIST controllers that applied the March AZ1 and March AZ2 algorithms in a Field-Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) device. They were implemented in the Intel Max 10 DE10-Lite FPGA Development Board. A test generator was built in FPGA, as an alternative to the external tester, to provide test vectors required in initiating the test on the memory model using the implemented MBIST. The FPGA experimental tests demonstrated that they function correctly as the expected test sequences were observed. In addition, their fault detection abilities were also validated through tests on a fault-injected memory model, which shows that the implemented March AZ1 and March AZ2 provide 80.6% and 83.3% coverage of the intended faults, respectively, which outperform any other existing 14N-complexity March algorithms. The technology for path planning of independent mobile robots is mature, but multi-robot path planning for unified scheduling and allocation is much more complex than single-robot path planning. This requires consideration of collision problems between robots, general optimal path problems, etc. This paper proposes the use of the BSO algorithm for unified scheduling and allocation of multiple robots to improve the efficiency of task execution. The BSO algorithm is a new type of intelligent optimization algorithm that uses clustering ideas to search for local optimal solutions and obtains global optimal solutions by comparing local optimal solutions. It also uses mutation ideas to increase the diversity of the algorithm and avoid becoming trapped in local optimal solutions. Using the GA/SA algorithm and the proposed BSO algorithm for computer simulation comparison, we obtained the optimal path planning for the three robots under unified scheduling. The total distance of the optimal path obtained by the BSO algorithm was 27.36% and 25.31% shorter than those of the GA and SA algorithms, respectively. To further test the performance of the BSO algorithm, we conducted additional experiments on the unified scheduling of multiple robots. The experimental results show that the proposed BSO algorithm can significantly improve the efficiency. The multi-robot under unified scheduling performs point-to-point path planning without collisions, and they can traverse all task target points in the shortest path without repetition. In recent years, many image encryption schemes have adopted Hilbert curves for encryption. In this approach, the Hilbert curve is used to encrypt grayscale images by traversal scrambling. However, the correlation between pixels has not been fully considered and those algorithms are not safe enough. To solve this problem, a new image encryption algorithm based on a new chaotic system of 2D-LICM (Two-Dimensional Linear-Infinite-Collapse Chaotic Map) and an improved Hilbert curve is proposed in this paper. First, we propose a new 2D-chaotic system to address the shortcoming that the commonly used chaotic systems are too simple in scope and complexity. Then, a new image encryption algorithm is proposed using the newly designed 2D-LICM and the improved Hilbert curve. The proposed algorithm uses Hilbert curve to reduce the correlation between adjacent pixels of the image at the pixel and bit levels and increase the scrambling and diffusion effects. As digital communication and storage continue to expand, the protection of image privacy information becomes increasingly critical. To safeguard sensitive visual information from unauthorized access, this paper proposes a novel image encryption scheme that integrates multiobjective Artificial Bee Colony (ABC) optimization algorithm and DNA coding. Multiple evaluation metrics including correlation relationship, Number of Pixel Change Rate (NPCR), Unified Average Changing Intensity (UACI), and information entropy are collaboratively optimized by the ABC algorithm. The proposed method begins with the application of the SHA-256 algorithm to generate keys and random sequences using chaotic systems. These sequences are then employed for shuffling, DNA coding, decoding, and diffusion, generating initial encrypted images. Subsequently, the encrypted images serve as individuals within the ABC algorithm to determine optimal parameters of the chaotic systems and the best ciphertext image. Simulation experiments demonstrate that the ciphertext images achieved excellent results in information entropy, pixel correlation coefficient, NPCR, and UACI. The integration of the multiobjective ABC optimization algorithm with DNA coding in our proposed image encryption scheme results in heightened security, as evidenced by superior performance in various metrics. Twin delayed deep deterministic (TD3) policy gradient has several limitations when applied in planning a path in environment with a number of dilemmas according to our experiment, due to the complexity of the robot path planning task, the rate of convergence of TD3 algorithm is slow and the rate of collision is high. To address this problem, deep dense dueling twin delayed deep deterministic (D3-TD3) architecture is proposed, a method that preserves important information from cross-layer inputs through dense connections and divides the network into a value function and a dominance function, thus, allowing for faster convergence when solving complex tasks. Finally, a spatial model based on three-dimension (3D) point cloud is built, and simulation experimental results show that in static environment, the algorithm proposed in the paper has 40.6% fewer collisions compared to TD3, 30% fewer collisions compared to TD3-BC, 19.2% fewer collisions compared to Dueling TD3 and 17.4% fewer collisions compared to deep dense TD3. In dynamic and static environment, the algorithm proposed in the paper has 34.4% fewer collisions compared to TD3, 24% fewer collisions compared to TD3-BC, 6% fewer collisions compared to Dueling TD3 and 25% fewer collisions compared to deep dense TD3. Recently, there had been a massive group of people, who were being rapidly affected by melanoma. Melanoma is a form of skin cancer that develops on the skin's surface layer. This is primarily caused due to excessive skin exposure to UV radiation and severe sunburns. Thus, the early detection of melanoma can aid us to cure it completely. This paper intends to introduce a new melanoma detection framework with four main phases viz. segmentation, feature extraction, optimal feature selection, as well as detection. Initially, the segmentation process takes place to the input skin image via Fuzzy C-Means Clustering (FCM) approach. From the segmented image ( Im seg ) , some of the features such as Gray Level Run Length Matrix (GLRM), Local Vector Pattern (LVP), Local Binary Pattern (LBP), Local Directional Pattern (LDP) and Local Tetra Pattern (LTrP) are extracted. As the extracted features (F) suffered from the issue of "curse of dimensionality", this paper utilizes optimization to select optimal features, which makes the detection more precise. As a novelty, a new hybrid algorithm Particle-Assisted Moth Search Algorithm (PA-MSA) is introduced that hybridizes the concept of Moth Search Algorithm (MSA) and Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO), respectively. This paper intends to develop a novel framework for text document clustering with the aid of a new improved meta-heuristic algorithm. Initially, the features are selected from the text document by subjecting each word under Term Frequency-Inverse Document Frequency (TF-IDF) computation. Subsequently, centroid selection plays a vital role in cluster formation, which is done using a new Improved Lion Algorithm (LA) termed as Cross over probability-based LA model (CP-LA). As a novelty, this paper introduced a new inter and intracluster similarity model. Moreover, this centroid selection is made in such a way that the proposed adaptive weighted similarity should be minimal. Based on the characteristics of the document, the weights are automatically adapted with the similarity measure. The proposed adaptive weighted similarity function involves the inter-cluster, and intra-cluster similarity of both ordered and unordered documents. At present, there are many semantic segmentation algorithms with excellent performance for intelligent driving vehicles, but most of them only work well on scenes with good illumination. In order to solve the problem of scene segmentation under low illumination, this paper proposes a novel semantic segmentation algorithm that combines visible and infrared images. In this algorithm, two parallel encoders are designed as the input of the images, and the decoder divides the fused images output from the encoder. The model is based on ResNet algorithm, and the residual attention module is used in each branch to mine and enhance the spatial features of multilevel channels to extract images information. Experiments are carried out on publicly available thermal infrared and visible datasets. This paper focuses on the intelligent recognition problem of radar detection targets. Aiming at the low accuracy and slow speed of millimeter-wave radar clustering point cloud information, a feature algorithm of millimeter-wave radar suitable for detecting targets is proposed. In the detection of targets by millimeter-wave radar, distance is the biggest factor affecting the number and degree of sparsity. A method that combines the feature information of the point cloud with the KD tree proximity search algorithm and the DBSCAN clustering algorithm is proposed, which can adapt to the problems of uneven target point cloud, small amount of data and slow clustering speed. The improved algorithm can use the KD tree to quickly find adjacent points and calculate the distance between adjacent points. The corresponding number of thresholds is set according to the distance where the target is located, and the radius of the target area reflected by the millimeter-wave radar plus the distance of the last threshold point is used as the neighborhood radius of the improved algorithm. Therefore, fast and adaptive parameter adjustment of the millimeter-wave radar can be realized. Simulation tests show that the improved clustering algorithm has better parameters. 2R-1C equivalent circuit is widely used in electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS), such as modelling of lithium-ion batteries, bioimpedance analysis and water quality monitoring. It allows for an analysis of the basic electrical behavior of electrochemical systems and understanding of the underlying principles. However, the reported parameter estimation methods are usually deployed on the PC-based processing units that limit in-situ and unsupervised applications, where estimation results are free from user inputs. This paper presents a novel methodology for extracting the values of 2R-1C equivalent circuit by solely utilizing the measured impedance modulus. Unlike iterative and PC-based estimation methods, this approach eliminates user inputs in terms of a need for an initial guess, addressing a significant drawback of those approaches. The proposed work was validated by simulated and experimentally obtained impedance. Moreover, details of deployment on the PC-based and embedded hardware were also reported. The utilization of embedded hardware platform (Mega2560) enables an efficient processing of EIS data (80 milliseconds for 100 datapoints) by creating opportunities for in-situ parameter extraction of equivalent electrical circuits. In this paper, a modified eigensystem realization algorithm for modal parameter identification and relaxation parameter is extended from a viscous damping system to a nonviscous damping system. The equation of motion with nonviscous damping in second-order form is expressed in the state space formulation. The eigenvalues of the second-order form equation are proved equal to the state space formulation. The extended method is based on the proposed nonlinear relationship between the eigenvalues and the damping parameters of a nonviscous damping system. Currently, social media networks such as Facebook and Twitter have evolved into valuable platforms for global communication. However, due to their extensive user bases, Twitter is often misused by illegitimate users engaging in illicit activities. While there are numerous research papers available that delve into combating illegitimate users on Twitter, a common shortcoming in most of these works is the failure to address the issue of class imbalance, which significantly impacts the effectiveness of spam detection. Few other research works that have addressed class imbalance have not yet applied bio-inspired algorithms to balance the dataset. Therefore, we introduce PSOB-U, a particle swarm optimization-based undersampling technique designed to balance the Twitter dataset. In PSOB-U, various classifiers and metrics are employed to select majority samples and rank them. Furthermore, an ensemble learning approach is implemented to combine the base classifiers in three stages. During the training phase of the base classifiers, undersampling techniques and a cost-sensitive random forest (CS-RF) are utilized to address the imbalanced data at both the data and algorithmic levels. In the first stage, imbalanced datasets are balanced using random undersampling, particle swarm optimization-based undersampling, and random oversampling. In the second stage, a classifier is constructed for each of the balanced datasets obtained through these sampling techniques. In the third stage, a majority voting method is introduced to aggregate the predicted outputs from the three classifiers. The evaluation results demonstrate that our proposed method significantly enhances the detection of illegitimate users in the imbalanced Twitter dataset. Additionally, we compare our proposed work with existing models, and the predicted results highlight the superiority of our spam detection model over state-of-the-art spam detection models that address the class imbalance problem. As a widely used network security defense technology, network intrusion detection has more deep learning methods used to improve the performance of intrusion detection. However, this method requires a large-scale network traffic data set for training, increasing privacy leakage risk. In this paper, a network intrusion detection algorithm based on Gaussian differential privacy federated learning (NIDS-FLGDP) is proposed. NIDS-FLGDP adopts the client–server architecture of federated learning, introduces the differential privacy of the Gaussian mechanism to ensure the security of the calculation process, uses the improved FedAvg algorithm to reduce communication overhead, and uses the improved 1D CNN to participate in collaborative training for the local model. Optimal parameters for Gaussian differential privacy and the optimal number of participating clients were determined from experiments. Model accuracy rates for binary classification and multi-classification training NIDS-FLGDP are 0.97, 0.975, 0.97 and 0.97, 0.985, 0.96, respectively, for KDD CUP99, NSL_KDD, and UNSW_NB15 network intrusion detection datasets. The results show that NIDS-FLGDP improves intrusion detection performance while protecting network traffic privacy compared with the previous methods. Its applicability and effectiveness have been fully verified, which provides a practical reference for the safe processing and analysis of a large number of diversified network traffic data in the future. In computer vision, automatically identifying and locating text in images or videos is an important task. Traditional text detection methods are not effective in detecting complex scenes in irregular rectangular areas such as text bending, spacing, and special shapes, which are mainly reflected in the fragmentation of text detection areas. In this paper, a text detection method based on edge attention mechanism is proposed to better adapt to complex scenes. The proposed method takes Encoder–Decoder as the core idea. First of all, an edge attention module is designed, including global attention and local attention. The global attention module is used to perceive the features of text regions and nontext regions, while the local attention module is used to learn the information of text boundaries. Then a multi-scale feature fusion process is designed, which can strengthen the edge information and key information of text regions. Finally, the model outputs probability maps and threshold maps, and generates high-precision binary maps of text regions. After experimental verification, the proposed method on the public data set significantly reduces the fragmentation of the detection area, improves the detection accuracy of the text area, and has better robustness for text detection scenes with unconventional rectangular areas. This paper proposes a novel algorithm that combines symbolic execution and data flow testing to generate test cases satisfying multiple coverage criteria of critical software applications. The coverage criteria considered are data flow coverage as the primary criterion, software safety requirements, and equivalence partitioning as sub-criteria. black The characteristics of the subjects used for the study include high-precision floating-point computation and iterative programs. The work proposes an algorithm that aids the tester in automated test data generation, satisfying multiple coverage criteria for critical software. The algorithm adapts itself and selects different heuristics based on program characteristics. The algorithm has an intelligent agent as its decision support system to accomplish this adaptability. Intelligent agent uses the knowledge base to select different low-level heuristics based on the current state of the problem instance during each generation of genetic algorithm execution. With the improvement of digital image display technology, the "secondary imaging" caused by digital cameras is also gradually popularized, and the quality of the recaptured image formed by this imaging is also getting higher and higher, and this kind of high-quality fake image has caused great threat to digital images security. We propose a neural network-based recaptured image identification algorithm and use the difference between two types of images to build the identification algorithm in the frequency domain. The algorithm uses filtering to obtain the feature images which are the high-frequency and low-frequency filtering images, in order to further distinguish the image differences, the direction of the filtered image obtained from high-frequency images, each direction of the filtered image contains high-frequency information at different angles, and the low-frequency image is downsampled. At the same time, the low-frequency image is downsampled to obtain a multi-scale filtered image. The algorithm extracts the features from previous images as the feature values for classification, and finally uses neural networks for classification to obtain the classification results, and these prove that the algorithm presented is able to differentiate the recaptured images effectively in this paper. Computer Vision (CV) has become an essential field in Artificial Intelligence applications. Object detection and recognition (ODR) is one of the fundamental tasks of computer vision implementations. However, developing an efficient ODR model is still a significant problem. The model's execution time and speed are the most critical features during the inference or detection and recognition process, which need to be improved using the latest object detection architectures. In this paper, the handwritten detection and recognition (HDR) model is developed based on previously known algorithms with their efficiency, such as Faster R-CNN and YOLOv4 in the first hand. On the other hand, two new models capable of detecting and recognizing handwritten digits using the latest ODR algorithm are proposed, one based on the latest YOLO family architecture (YOLOv5-HDR) with high speed and accuracy and the other using the transformers architecture (DETR). To the best of our knowledge, this is the first study to achieve a details comparison between YOLOv5 and transformers-based models in handwritten digit detection. Finally, the detailed performance analysis achieved by the paper proves that the YOLOv4-based model achieved the testing inference 13% faster than Faster R-CNN. However, the proposed YOLOv5-based model outperformed the YOLOv4 and the transformers-based one as it increased the testing execution time 25% faster than the YOLOv4, three times faster than the DETR model. A further adversarial attack test has been conducted to ensure the robust performance of the proposed model. Furthermore, numerical experiment results and their analyses demonstrate the robustness and effectiveness of the proposed YOLOv5-based model being the most stable for handwritten digit detection and recognition tasks. The clinical diagnosis of heart disease in most situations is based on a difficult amalgamation of pathological and clinical information. Because of this complication, there is a significant level of curiosity among many diagnostic healthcare professionals and researchers who are keenly interested in the efficient, accurate, and early-stage forecasting of heart disease. Deep Learning Algorithms aid in the prediction of heart disease. The main focus of this paper is to develop a method for predicting heart disease through Modified Rough K means + + (MRK + +) clustering along with the Restricted Boltzmann Machine (RBM). This paper is categorized into two modules: (1) Propose a clustering component based on Modified Rough K-means + + ; (2) disease prediction based on RBM. The input Cleveland dataset is clustered using the stochastic probabilistic rough k-means + + clustering technique in the module for clustering. The clustered data is acquired and used in the RBM, and this hybrid structure is then used in the heart disease forecasting module. In recent days, the major concern for diabetic patients is foot ulcers. According to the survey, among 15 people among 100 are suffering from this foot ulcer. The wound or ulcer found which is found in diabetic patients consumes more time to heal, also required more conscious treatment. By understanding this grim condition, this paper proposes Fractional-Order Darwinian Particle Swarm Optimization (FO-DPSO) technique for analyzing foot ulcer 2D color images. Personalized recommendation systems learn user preference characteristics by analyzing behavioral data such as ratings and comments generated by users in the Internet, and provide precise recommendations for individual users accordingly. However, in real life, users often conduct group activities like group buying and traveling together. How to recommend for groups has become a heated research topic in recent years. Most existing group recommendation algorithms are recommended for given divided groups by collectively combining the preferences of members in the group. However, in most cases, users' group properties are fickle. As the results of group detection are decisive to the performance of group recommendation, group detection is particularly important to the group recommendation algorithm. After analyzing problems of existing group recommendation algorithms, this paper proposes the density peak clustering group detection algorithm based on GRU-CNN and the group recommendation algorithm based on the mechanism. With respect to group detection, most of the existing group detection algorithms suffer from certain deficiencies: First, depending solely on the users' static preference features while ignoring the variation of users' interest over time when finding the group structure in the network; second, group division based on users' topic features extracted from reviews is difficult to support further digging of the in-depth features in reviews. To address the above-mentioned problems, this paper proposes a density peak clustering group detection algorithm based on CNN-GRU. It would first extract representative keywords in the reviews with LDA topic model, and then model time series information based on GRU attaining users' dynamic topic features. Coupling with deeper characteristics cored out by CNN, density peak clustering algorithm completes its group detection finally. Experiments on real dataset indicate that the features mined by the fusion depth neural network model effectively capture users' dynamic preferences, and yield better results of group detection than that of existing algorithms. In RFID systems, many anti-collision algorithms, driven by the concept of rescheduling the response sequence between the reader and unidentified tags, have been put forward to solve tag collision problem, including ALOHA-based, tree-based and hybrid algorithms. In this paper, we propose a novel RFID anti-collision algorithm called EAQ-CBB, which adopts three main approaches: tag population estimation based on collided bit detection method, optimal partitions and trimmed query tree based on the strategy of collided block bit-mapping (QTCBB). The relatively accurate estimation of tag backlog and optimal partition ensure a great reduction of collisions in the initial phase. For each collided partition, a QTCBB process is introduced immediately, which eliminates all the empty slots and significantly reduces the collided slots. Simulation results show that EAQ-CBB performs good stability and scalability when the key parameters change. Compared with the existing algorithms, such as DFSA, QTI, T-GDFSA and CT, EAQ-CBB outperforms the others with high system throughput, low normalized latency and low normalized overhead at a low cost of energy, which makes it easier to be used widely in the efficient-aware and energy-aware applications. In this paper, a chaotic multiple-image encryption algorithm using block scrambling and dynamic DNA coding is designed. The algorithm can achieve simultaneous encryption of many different types of images. Firstly, a new block scrambling algorithm is proposed, which is divided into two scrambling modes according to the size of the initial block. And it combines with the cyclic shift operation to achieve scrambling. Secondly, dynamic DNA coding is utilized to diffuse images, which enhances the complexity and security of the proposed multiple-image encryption algorithm. Through the analysis of key space, correlation, information entropy, histogram, differential attacks and robustness, it is verified that the algorithm is safe and effective. Experimental results show that the new multiple-image encryption algorithm is suitable for multiple color and gray images encryption. Many damage identification methods are based on a comparison of structure response between healthy and damaged states. However, the healthy state response of especially old bridges is rarely available. In this paper, a new output-only damage identification approach is proposed to locate damage in multi-span bridges. In this method, only the damaged state strain and displacement influence lines are required. This approach is theoretically explained for a three-span girder. The middle span, the health condition of which is in quest, is modeled as a single-span beam, supported by rotational springs with unknown stiffness. A new algorithm is proposed to estimate the healthy state displacement influence line of the middle point of the span. In this algorithm, the ratio of the flexural stiffness of the girder to the spring's rotational stiffness is determined in such a way that the estimated displacement, is as close to the measured response, as possible. Then, the estimated displacement is scaled based on two constraints. First, it is expected to be lower than the pseudo-static component of measured displacement because damage increases the response globally. Second, the difference between the scaled and pseudo-static component of the measured response is minimized. Eventually, damage is located using a novel damage index based on the local deviation of pseudo-static component of measured displacement from the estimated scaled response. The proposed method is numerically evaluated in a three-span girder. The damage is successfully identified in all different scenarios. Reinforcement learning (RL) is a powerful technique that allows agents to learn optimal decision-making policies through interactions with an environment. However, traditional RL algorithms suffer from several limitations such as the need for large amounts of data and long-term credit assignment, i.e. the problem of determining which actions actually produce a certain reward. Recently, Transformers have shown their capacity to address these constraints in this area of learning in an offline setting. This paper proposes a framework that uses Transformers to enhance the training of online off-policy RL agents and address the challenges described above through self-attention. The proposal introduces a hybrid agent with a mixed policy that combines an online off-policy agent with an offline Transformer agent using the Decision Transformer architecture. By sequentially exchanging the experience replay buffer between the agents, the agent's learning training efficiency is improved in the first iterations and so is the training of Transformer-based RL agents in situations with limited data availability or unknown environments. Aquila optimizer (AO) is an efficient meta-heuristic optimization method, which mimics the hunting style of Aquila in nature. However, the AO algorithm may suffer from immature convergence during the exploitation stage. In this paper, two strategies are elegantly employed into conventional AO, such as random opposition-based learning and nonlinear flexible jumping factor, which can efficiently enhance the performance of conventional AO. This paper deals with fuzzy multi-depot bus scheduling (FMDBS) problem in which the objective function and constraints are defined with fuzzy attributes. Credibility relation is used to formulate the problem as an integer multicommodity flow problem. A novel combination of branch-and-price and heuristic algorithms, is proposed to efficiently solve FMDBS problem. In the proposed algorithm, the heuristic algorithm is applied to generate initial columns for the column generation method. Also, a heuristic algorithm is used to improve the generated solutions in each node of the branch-and-price tree. Two sets of benchmark examples are applied to demonstrate the efficiency of the proposed algorithm for large-scale instances. Also, the algorithm is applied to solve the classical multi-depot bus scheduling problem. The results show that the proposed algorithm decreases integrality gap and computational time in comparison with the state-of-the-art algorithms and normal branch-and-price algorithm. With the deepening application of wearable devices in the field of indoor positioning, the mining and application of human behavior patterns based on new technologies such as mobile terminals, channel technologies and intelligent algorithms have gradually become a research hotspot in the field of intelligent positioning. At this stage, outdoor positioning satellite technology has been gradually improved, but it cannot work effectively in indoor environment, and indoor positioning technology has not formed a set of standard and effective scheme at this stage, which leads to a scene of a hundred contentions for indoor positioning technology. This paper proposes an indoor intelligent localization algorithm based on channel state information, which first forms the measurements of antenna subarrays by the fixed antenna subset arrays located in different paths to achieve the phase estimation based on channel state; then determines the AoA of the direct path from the target to the AP using ToF information and eliminates the STO noise of channel state information by unfolding the best linear fit of CSI phase; again the AoA and ToF estimates from multiple measurements are plotted in two-dimensional space, and the direct path possibility estimation is achieved by identifying the estimates through five clusters of Gaussian-averaged clustering algorithm; finally the coordinates of the target to be located are obtained by coupling direct propagation path, estimation clustering and least-squares estimation using three APs as the receiver and the target to be located as the transmitter. The simulation results show that the intelligent localization algorithm proposed in this paper is able to lack the localization accuracy at the decimeter level in the indoor localization environment with three fixed APs, and the average error is better than the localization algorithms of support vector machine, deep learning and limit learning. Using wearable devices to realize the mining and application of human behavior patterns has become a hotspot in the field of intelligent positioning. Wearable devices provide an analyzable data foundation for indoor spatial distribution and human behavior pattern prediction. The development of the intelligent positioning system based on RSSI has encountered a bottleneck that it is difficult to improve the positioning accuracy. Therefore, some research works started emphasizing location technology based on channel state information (CSI). In this paper, the principle used by Wi-Fi channel state information to realize intelligent positioning is described, the characteristics of CSI are analyzed, and an intelligent positioning algorithm based on CSI is proposed. Specifically, the algorithm first estimates the angle of arrival (AoA) based on the MUSIC algorithm, separates the reflected paths in the multipath components, and accurately estimates the AoA of each path. Second, phase estimation with channel state information is achieved by forming different antenna subarray measurements under the consideration of a subset of antennas and subcarriers. Then, the phase response linear fitting of the data packet CSI is eliminated using the ToF purification algorithm to obtain the corrected phase response and realize the elimination of the STO noise of the channel state information. Finally, the target position is calculated by effectively filtering the reflection path through the likelihood value, and the accurate target positioning function is achieved. The experimental results demonstrate that the intelligent positioning algorithm proposed in this paper can achieve decimeter-level positioning accuracy under the condition of a fixed number of APs, and the average error is better than that of deep learning-based and SVM-based positioning algorithms. Recently, a chaotic secure video communication system based on FPGA is proposed, which essentially encrypts the original image data of each frame in the video in multiple rounds by using the 6D self-synchronizing chaotic stream cipher. In this paper, the security performance of the multiround encryption algorithm is analyzed based on divide-and-conquer attack. In the case of one round encryption, the keys ψ i j (1 ≤ i ≤ 3 , 1 ≤ j ≤ 6) can be deciphered by setting 30 appropriate initial conditions according to known-plaintext attack. After that, according to chosen-ciphertext attack, the chaotic iterative equation of the decryption end is degenerated into a linear one if ciphertexts are all set to zero. Under this condition, the equations between the unknown keys and the plaintext-ciphertext pairs can be obtained by setting 24 appropriate initial conditions, and the keys ψ i j (4 ≤ i ≤ 6 , 4 ≤ j ≤ 6) can be deciphered by solving the equations in Mathematica. Secondly, in order to reduce the multiplication times of the unknown keys in the case of two-round encryption, the number of pixels in an image can be selected as little as possible. According to chosen-ciphertext attack, when the number of the pixels in an image is only one, the keys ψ i j (1 ≤ i ≤ 3 , 1 ≤ j ≤ 6) can be deciphered by setting 30 appropriate initial conditions. Then, when the number of pixels in an image is two, the keys ψ i j (4 ≤ i ≤ 6 , 4 ≤ j ≤ 6) can be deciphered by setting 24 appropriate initial conditions. However, in the case that the encryption round is three or more, the keys cannot be deciphered by the attack method proposed in this paper. Considering that the physical resources in the processing of the virtual network mapping (VNM) fragment embedded in the request are rejected, and the problem of physical resource usage is weakened, a VNM algorithm based on the optimal subnet edge matching algorithm is proposed. After the VNM request is coarsened to the subnet, the breadth-first search algorithm is used to create the physical subnet candidate set, and the constraints of the virtual node and the coarsening network topology are complied with. The simulation results show that the proposed algorithm reduces the number of link mapping hops and can improve the acceptance rate and cost-benefit ratio of virtual networks. In Blind Hyperspectral Unmixing, the accuracy of the estimated number of endmembers affects the succeeding steps of extraction of endmember signatures and acquiring their fractional abundances. The characteristics of endmember signature depend on the nature of the material on the ground and share similar characteristics for variants of the same material. In this paper, we introduce a new concept of sub-endmembers to identify similar materials that are variants of a global endmember. Identifying the sub-endmembers will provide a meaningful interpretation of the endmember variability along with increased unmixing accuracy. This paper proposes a new algorithm exploiting both the spatial and spectral information present in hyperspectral data. The hyperspectral data are segmented into homogenous regions (superpixels) based on the Simple Linear Iterative Clustering (SLIC) algorithm, and the mean spectral of each region is accounted for in finding the global endmembers. The difference of eigenvalues-based thresholding method is used to find the number of global and sub-endmembers. The method has been tested on synthetic and real hyperspectral data and has successfully estimated the number of global endmembers as well as sub-endmembers. This paper proposes a novel method for the image interpolation problem based on two-dimensional discrete wavelet transform (DWT) with the edge preserving approach. The purpose of this method is to consider two contrasting issues of over-smoothing and creation of spurious edges at the same time, and offer a novel solution based on statistical dependencies of image sub-bands, and noise behavior. The offered method has a multi-faceted approach for the problem; by sub-band coding, it handles each 2D-DWT image sub-band with a different solution. For LH and HL sub-bands, two algorithms work together in order to preserve regularity. Area_Check algorithm is a four-phase edge-preserving algorithm that aims to recognize and interpolate separating lines of environments and edgy regions in the best possible way. On the other hand, RLS_AVG algorithm interpolates smooth surfaces of the image by keeping the regularity of the image without over-smoothing. In this regard, the offered algorithm has a great power to counter jaggies and annoying artifacts. In the end, in order to demonstrate the capability, and performance of the proposed method, the final results in various metrics are compared with the results of the most famous and the newest image interpolation methods. Tremendous efficient optimization methods have been proposed for strongly convex objectives optimization in modern machine learning. For non-strongly convex objectives, a popular approach is to apply a reduction from non-strongly convex to a strongly convex case via regularization techniques. Reduction on objectives with adaptive decrease on regularization tightens the optimal convergence of algorithms to be independent on logarithm factor. However, the initialization of parameter of regularization has a great impact on the performance of the reduction. In this paper, we propose an aggressive reduction to reduce the complexity of optimization for non-strongly convex objectives, and our reduction eliminates the impact of the initialization of parameter on the convergent performances of algorithms. Aggressive reduction not only adaptively decreases the regularization parameter, but also modifies regularization term as the distance between current point and the approximate minimizer. Our aggressive reduction can also shave off the non-optimal logarithm term theoretically, and make the convergent performance of algorithm more compact practically. As an infrastructure of biochemical laboratories, EP tube label plays a significant role in information extraction to meet the limitations of computing power in offline devices and solve the problem that the EP tube label cannot be accurately identified before identification because the label belongs to multi-angle random placement. This paper proposes a light-weight neural network YOLOv4-tiny-ECA to position tubes and a tilt correction method based on Hough transform. First, the EP tube rack is roughly positioned based on the diffuse filling algorithm combined with digital morphological corrosion, and then the EP tubes in the rack are precisely positioned using the light-weight YOLO target detection algorithm combined with the attention mechanism. Next, the baseline is added to the label as the basis for determining the tilt angle. For the valid target, the baseline is extracted using the Hough transform and the tilt angle is calculated by vector fork multiplication. Finally, baseline is removed using image processing algorithm for better recognition results. Our results show that the light-weight YOLO algorithm reduces the network parameters by 56% and computation by 55% while keeping the accuracy rate largely unchanged, the offline positioning tilt correction method can achieve 98.8% accuracy and 0.076 s processing speed for a single test tube on average, which meets the real-time requirement. In the direct current (DC) microgrid, a communication-less control algorithm to keep a stable state of the isolated DC microgrid is presented in this paper. In order to get balance of the state of charge (SoC) among multiple battery energy storage systems (BESs), a control algorithm with adaptive droop coefficient is proposed. When the SoC of BESs has a deviation, the droop coefficient will change with the SoC. The DC bus voltage is kept at a stable value within a small range of deviation using the proposed adaptive control algorithm, thus improving the voltage quality. The coordinated control strategy is significant to keep the system stable and to ensure the power balance of the DC microgrid. Finally, several representative cases are discussed and verified. The simulation results show that the DC bus voltage regulation has better stability and robustness without communication and the proposed control algorithm has a desirable performance on the balance of the SoC. Intelligent agriculture has become the development trend of agriculture in the future, and it has a wide range of research and application scenarios. Using machine learning to complete basic tasks for people has become a reality, and this ability is also used in machine vision. In order to save the time in the fruit picking process and reduce the cost of labor, the robot is used to achieve the automatic picking in the orchard environment. Cherry target detection algorithms based on deep learning are proposed to identify and pick cherries. However, most of the existing methods are aimed at relatively sparse fruits and cannot solve the detection problem of small and dense fruits. In this paper, we propose a cherry detection model based on YOLOv5s. First, the shallow feature information is enhanced by convolving the feature maps sampled by two times down in BackBone layer of the original network model to the input end of the second and third CSP modules. In addition, the depth of CSP module is adjusted and RFB module is added in feature extraction stage to enhance feature extraction capability. Finally, Soft- Non-Maximum Suppression (Soft-NMS) is used to minimize the target loss caused by occlusion. We test the performance of the model, and the results show that the improved YOLOv5s-cherry model has the best detection performance for small and dense cherry detection, which is conducive to intelligent picking. This paper realizes the implementation of Improved Multi-objective Mayfly Algorithm (IMOMA) for getting optimal solutions related to optimal power flow problem with smooth and nonsmooth fuel cost coefficients. It is performed by considering Simulated Binary Crossover, polynomial mutation and dynamic crowding distance in the existing Multi-objective Mayfly Algorithm. The optimal power flow problem is formulated as a Multi-objective Optimization Problem that consists of different objective functions, viz. fuel cost with/ without valve point loading effect, active power losses, voltage deviation and voltage stability. The performance of Improved Multi-objective Mayfly Algorithm is interpreted in terms of the present Multi-objective Mayfly Algorithm and Nondominated Sorting Genetic Algorithm-II. The algorithms are applied under different operating scenarios of the IEEE 30-bus test system, 62-bus Indian utility system and IEEE 118-bus test system with different combinations of objective functions. The obtained Pareto fronts achieved through the implementation of Improved Multi-objective Mayfly Algorithm, Multi-objective Mayfly Algorithm and Nondominated Sorting Genetic Algorithm-II are compared with the reference Pareto front attained by using weighted sum method based on the Covariance Matrix-adapted Evolution Strategy method. The performances of these algorithms are individually analyzed and validated by considering the performance metrics such as convergence, divergence, generational distance, inverted generational distance, minimum spacing, spread and spacing. The best compromising solution is achieved by implementing the Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution method. One of the most significant challenges appears to be securing the Internet of Things (IoT) communication network. As a corollary, information security has become the basis for establishing trustworthiness in IoT network communication. Cryptography is one of the ways for securing information in this case. However, the majority of current approaches are static, making them subject to security threats. As a consequence, a new concept, dynamic encryption, is growing rapidly in IoT communication. In this paper, a dynamic encryption algorithm (DSIT) has been proposed to secure IoT communication. This algorithm is based on Feistel and Substitution–Permutation Network. DSIT is a block cipher that takes the 64-bit block of plaintext, 64-bit secret key, and a secret dynamic box (D-box) as input. It produces a 64-bit ciphertext by performing eight rounds of the DSIT algorithm. For each round, the key and D-box are updated. This dynamic effect provides high security to a dynamic IoT network. The proposed algorithm has been executed in IoT environment using Raspberry Pi 3 Model B + and 50% average Avalanche effect has been achieved. Rapid system and hardware development of X-ray computed tomography (CT) technologies has been accompanied by equally exciting advances in image reconstruction algorithms. Of the two reconstruction algorithms, analytical and iterative, iterative reconstruction (IR) algorithms have become a clinically viable option in CT imaging. The first CT scanners in the early 1970s used IR algorithms, but lack of computation power prevented their clinical use. In 2009, the first IR algorithms became commercially available and replaced conventionally established analytical algorithms as filtered back projection. Since then, IR has played a vital role in the field of radiology. Although all available IR algorithms share the common mechanism of artifact reduction and/or potential for radiation dose reduction, the magnitude of these effects depends upon specific IR algorithms. IR reconstructs images by iteratively optimizing an objective function. The objective function typically consists of a data integrity term and a regularization term. Therefore, different regularization priors are used in IR algorithms. This paper will briefly look at the overall evolution of CT image reconstruction and the regularization priors used in IR algorithms. Finally, a discussion is presented based on the reality of various reconstruction methodologies at a glance to find the preferred one. As a meta-heuristic algorithm, the ant colony algorithm has been successfully used to solve various combinatorial optimization problems. However, the existing algorithm that takes the power of ants to solve distributed constraint optimization problems (ACO_DCOP) is easy to fall into local optima. To deal with this issue, this paper presents an adaptive ant colony algorithm based on local information entropy to solve distributed constraint optimization problems, named LIEAD. In LIEAD, the local information entropy is introduced to help agents adaptively select the pheromone update strategy and value selection strategy, which improves the convergence speed and the quality of the solution. Moreover, a restart mechanism is designed to break the accumulation state of pheromone, which increases the population diversity and helps the algorithm jump out of the local optima. Since the current general image encryption algorithms based on chaotic systems and classical permutation diffusion structures typically suffer from stochastic degradation, simple algorithm structures, and reduced execution efficiency when dealing with images with large data, this paper proposes a new multiprocess image encryption algorithm based on a new hyperchaotic coupled sine map. To begin with, by performing dynamic analyses of the map, including equilibrium points, bifurcation diagrams, Lyapunov exponent diagrams, and phase diagrams, associated performance analyses show high spectral entropy (SE) values and permutation entropy (PE) values. Meanwhile, sequences generated by the proposed map are able to pass the NIST randomness test, which shows its suitability for the design of encryption algorithms. Then, a chaos-based image encryption algorithm is proposed in this paper: In the preprocessing stage, the images are sparsely sampled using a compressed-sensing method; in the permutation stage, the image is decomposed into eight bit-plane images containing only 0s and 1s and a clockwise cyclic shift operation based on a chaotic sequence is applied in each bit-plane image to achieve a bit-level permutation effect; in the diffusion stage, the block DNA random computing is applied to the permuted image to modify the pixel values and the final cipher image is obtained. In addition, the initial value of the map is determined by the preset initial value, user-defined strings, and the Hash value of the plain image, where the Hash value of the plain image is calculated by the SHA-256 algorithm. Finally, the analysis of the algorithm demonstrates that the algorithm exhibits extremely strong plaintext correlation externally and excellent encryption performance in terms of attack resistance and execution efficiency. There has been a lot of research on edge-computing task offloading in deep reinforcement learning (DRL). Deep reinforcement learning is one of the important algorithms in the current AI field, but there is still room for improvement in the time cost and adaptive correction ability of the algorithm. This paper studies the application of DRL algorithms in edge-computing task offloading, and its key innovation is to propose an MADRLCO algorithm, which is based on the design idea of the Actor–Critic framework, uses the DNN model to act as an Actor, and can more accurately locate the initial decision through iterative training, and use the LSTM model to optimize the Critic, which can be more accurate. The optimal decision can be located in a short period of time. The main work of this paper is divided into three parts: (1) The AC algorithm of the Actor–Critic framework in DRL is proposed to be applied to edge-computing task offloading. (2) To address the weak generalization ability of the basic version of the Actor–Critic algorithm in multi-objective optimization, the sequential quantitative correction and adaptive correction parameter K method are used to optimize the Critic frame, thereby improving the generalization ability of the model in multi-objective decision-making and improving the rationality of decision-making results. (3) Aiming at the problem of large time cost in the critical framework of the model, a search algorithm for resource allocation-related parameters based on the time-series prediction method is proposed (time-series forecasting is a research branch of pattern recognition), which reduces the time overhead of the algorithm and improves the adaptive correction capability of the model. The algorithm in this paper can adapt to not only the time-varying network channel state, but also the time-varying number of device connections. Finally, it is proved by experiments that compared with the DRL calculation offloading algorithm based on DNN plus binary search, the MADRLCO algorithm reduces the model training time by 66.27%, and in the environment of the time-varying number of devices in the metasystem, the average model average. The era of new human–computer interaction has accelerated, and gesture recognition is one of the development trends of human–computer interaction system in the future. The emerging graph neural network can capture the interdependence between instances and infer the complete information of the image based on local features, which is helpful to the recognition of human gestures. Therefore, the combination of graph neural network and convolutional neural network (CNN) is applied to the research of gesture recognition and it has important research significance. This paper uses the Mixup method to perform data enhancement processing on the collected image data set, applies the pyramid pooling method to the EigenPooL model to achieve efficient capture of image features and selects the Sigmoid function and the PReLU function as the activation function of the network model to meet the model's requirements, such as long time training and strong fitting ability. This paper introduces the structure and algorithm of EigenPooL model in detail. The algorithm uses hypergraph learning method instead of simple graph learning method. Driver misbehavior is one of the major traffic safety hazards as car ownership increases year by year. So, it is important to have driver fatigue detection and behavior recognition. Initially, given the fatigue detection problem that the images captured by the visible light camera cannot capture the eyes of a driver wearing sunglasses or eye glasses. As a solution, this paper introduces a DCT-HSV preprocessing algorithm for infrared images, which is believed to enhance the target characteristics of infrared images. The paper also introduces a more efficient lightweight SSD detection model, which achieves a better balance in terms of model size and detection performance. It also shows a better performance in self-built datasets and basic vehicle operation datasets. Secondly, aiming at the problems of high complexity and poor accuracy of the existing driving behavior detection model, this paper designs a driver abnormal behavior discrimination model based on the comparison twin, which has good performance on the Kaggle public dataset. In order to ensure the stability and reliability of power supply and realize day and night power generation, wind and solar complementary power generation systems are built in areas with abundant solar and wind energy resources. However, the system investment cost is too high. Because of this, there are wind, light intermittent, and non-intermittent power generation systems. For issues such as stability, an energy storage system needs to be configured to stabilize power fluctuations. This paper aims to study the optimization control of hybrid energy storage system of new energy power generation system based on improved particle swarm algorithm. In this paper, the application of particle swarm algorithm to power system reactive power optimization has been researched in two aspects. Through optimization methods, reasonable adjustment of control variables, full use of equipment resources of the power grid, to improve voltage quality and reduce system operation network to ensure the stability of the voltage system. In addition, this paper selects the IEEE30 node test system and simulation data analysis, takes the hybrid energy storage system as the optimization object, and optimizes the reactive power of the newly improved particle swarm algorithm. The experiments in this paper show that the improved algorithm has a good effect in reactive power optimization, increasing the performance of the hybrid energy storage system by 27.02%. MPSO algorithm is also better than basic PSO algorithm.
