With the acceleration of China's aging process and the rapid development of social economy, the government's strong support for the integration of medical and nursing has made the construction of medical and nursing buildings more efficient. At the same time, the need for old-age care is more diversified and hierarchical, and the life cycle is more obvious. Designing an aging color environment for the elderly with different visual abilities in medical care buildings has become a problem for investors, operators and designers. This paper takes the indoor color of medical and nursing buildings as the research object, and combines the characteristics of the elderly's visual acuity and the ratio and efficacy of indoor colors to investigate two high-end medical and nursing institutions in Beijing and Nanjing. Based on the physical, psychological and behavioral needs, this paper explores the appropriate aging color design method for the living space of the elderly in the medical institutions, aiming to make a meagre effort for the in-depth research and practice of indoor environment design of medical institutions in the future. China's construction has entered the high-quality development stage, and the building color landscape as the constituent element of the quality of urban artificial landscape has attracted more and more attention. In the process of building the building color evaluation system with the appeal of "public participation", it is necessary to absorb and adopt public opinions, and the color planning practice cannot completely match the public opinions. In this paper, Pingguoyuan Street in Beijing City was taken as an example, and factor grading was constructed based on the relevant principle of "sensitivity grading" by analyzing the coupling relationship between color and urban artificial landscape structure. GIS technology was used to integrate and analyze residents' color sensitivity data obtained by investigation and interview and form the psychological evaluation of residents' color perception of artificial landscape, so as to provide scientific basis for the color planning of Pingguoyuan Street in Beijing City from the perspective of "space justice". The spatial spillover of air pollution in Beijing - Tianjin - Hebei region makes the territorial governance model inefficient. At the same time, it is facing the contradiction between environmental governance and economic development. So far, there is still no regional long-term mechanism for coordinated governance of air pollution. Ecological compensation theory is becoming an effective guiding theory to coordinate economic and environmental benefits. There is relatively little research on ecological compensation mechanism in the coordinated control of regional air pollution. Ecological compensation mechanism is an effective tool to promote air pollution control. At the same time, regional cooperation can realize the efficient control of air pollution. Scientifically constructing the cross regional cooperative control model of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei is a favorable way to implement comprehensive Control of air pollution. This paper discusses the necessity of ecological compensation mechanism for regional coordinated control of air pollution. Referring to practical experience of provinces and cities that have implemented the ecological compensation mechanism for air pollution control, and the effective way to distribute the compensation amount, compensation subject and compensation standard determination method that can be implemented in Beijing - Tianjin - Hebei region are analyzed, further proposing an effective way to establish an ecological compensation mechanism for regional air pollution collaborative control according to its reality. In this paper, the relevance of spatial distribution between urban parks and transportation infrastructure in Beijing was studied grounded on POI data to guarantee the accuracy and scientificity. This paper focused on three aspects. Firstly, based on vector data of Beijing and POI data, the distribution of bus stations, subway stations, and parking lots as well as the road network density in the radiating region of each main entrance in urban parks were analyzed to assess traffic service ability in surrounding area of urban parks. Secondly, coupling relationship of spatial distribution between urban parks and transportation network in Beijing was analyzed using Kernel Density tools. Thirdly, ArcGIS was used to explore space pattern characteristics of large parks and association models between large parks and main transportation network, including two types of intersected and non-intersected and seven models. Finally, according to the comprehensive analysis of POI data, there was a contradictory relationship of interdependency and interaction between space pattern of urban parks and transportation infrastructure construction in Beijing, contributing to the scientific judgment of spatial characteristics of urban parks and transportation infrastructure as well as traffic accessibility and convenience. Quantified conclusions were thus obtained to explore coordinated development strategies for two systems of park green space and transportation network, thereby providing new ideas for the construction of harmonious and livable environment in Beijing. This paper, based on the ecological footprint component method, calculated the touristic ecological footprint of Jiufeng National Forest Park in Beijing The results showed that in 2013, in Jiufeng National Forest Park, the total touristic ecological footprint was 183.08 hm², the total ecological capacity was 225.16 hm², the total touristic ecological surplus was 42.07 hm², and the average touristic ecological surplus was 0.000 4 hm² per capita, indicating that tourism in Jiufeng National Forest Park was in ecological surplus and ecological security. However, forest parks in Beijing at large were in ecological deficit This paper suggested that the tourist flow volume of forest parks with a big ecological deficit should be moved to forest parks with an ecological surplus. Besides, forest parks are expected to strengthen the development and management, improve the availability of forest recreation resource, and promote the environmental protection awareness of tourists, so as to boost the sustainable development of forest park tourism. Built in the tenth year during the reign of Emperor Qianlong (1745), located at the southern slope of Jingyi Garden on Fragrant Hills Park of Beijing, Qiyunlou Garden is one of the 28 scenic spots of Jingyi Garden. Its excellent geographical condition of “leaning against the towering mountain rocks on the right and overlooking the distant mountain hills on the left” and good natural environment of “lush growth of plants and quiet and secluded atmosphere” make this one of the favorite gardens of Emperor Qianlong. The organic combination of the tranquil mountain scenery, the agile stream and the building creates a poetic artistic conception that is broad, deep, quiet and elegant. This paper analyzes the value and historical changes of Qiyunlou Garden, and explores the garden design techniques of Qiyunlou Garden from the perspectives of site selection, stone arrangement, water feature design and plant configuration. Based on the data of residential buildings and office buildings in the built-up area of Beijing, using quantitative analysis tools such as correlation analysis, ArcGIS kernel density analysis and cluster analysis, this paper discussed the spatial agglomeration characteristics of office areas and residential areas around the rail transit station from the two levels of micro structure and macro distribution. The results showed that: (1) The spatial agglomeration of offices and residences around the rail transit station had an obvious concentric ring structure, and such concentric ring structure was most obvious in the transfer area of rail transit from 5 km to 10 km from the city center. (2) Both the residential space and office space presented distinct spatial differences and multi-center agglomeration characteristics. The office space was mainly distributed between the East Third Ring Road and West Third Ring Road as well as the South Second Ring Road to the North Fifth Ring Road, and agglomerated in the China World Tower, the Beijing Financial Street and Zhongguancun, while the residential space was spread from the center of the city to the surrounding area. (3) From the perspective of jobs-housing balance, the areas of jobs-housing balance were mainly distributed within the fourth ring of northern Beijing, while the peripheral areas and southern Beijing were mainly residential functions, and the impact of Beijing rail transit on urban spatial structure was still in its infancy. AIR pollution , *TRANSPORTATION , *PARTICULATE matter , *HUMIDITY , *WIND speed - Abstract
In this paper, atmospheric environmental background, weather conditions and formation mechanism of one typical air pollution episode in Beijing during October 6th -12th, 2014 were investigated by combining observed data with numerical model CAMx. Results showed that the occurrence of heavy air pollution resulted mainly from stable atmospheric conditions regionally or locally. Observed heavy pollution episodes were characterized by a stagnant atmospheric structure with average wind speed of 1.56 m/s, high humidity of 83.13%, large inversion strength of 3.42 cC/100 m which were disadvantageous to the dispersal of air pollutants. The air pollution episode during October 8th -11th was the most serious with daily average PM25 concentration of 264 μ/m³ in Beijing, and heavily polluted land area at Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei districts was about 2 × 105 km². Model research showed that regional transmission contributions to the receptor sites in Beijing were between 61% -69% during 8th -11th, and regional transportation played a more important role in this serious air pollution episode.
