Research on the built environment and physical activity has become a hot topic in the field of urban planning. When discussing the relationship between the built environment and physical activity, how to measure physical activity reasonably and effectively is an important technical link that determines whether the research is accurate and reliable. At present, the measurement methods of physical activity in domestic and foreign research lack a systematic analysis. Based on the analysis of 27 empirical studies on the relationship between the built environment and physical activity, this paper explores the scope of application of different measurement methods of physical activity from the perspectives of economic cost, observation unit, and information collection. The research shows that: ① Self-report questionnaires can provide information of built environment, but may overestimate the intensity of physical activity; ② a single motion sensor can record the duration, intensity and frequency of physical activity objectively and precisely, but cannot reflect the environment information and the types of physical activity; ③ the combination of two methods provide more possibilities for measuring physical activity. Currently, the relationship between the built environment and physical activity in urban China has not yet been clarified. In the future research of healthy cities, it is recommended to consider the status quo of China’s high-density urban built environment, select appropriate measurement methods and recording tools, and comprehensively record the physical activity characteristics of urban residents, so as to better reveal the influence mechanism of the built environment on physical activity. With the acceleration of urbanization and motorization in China, traffic congestion has become the "bottleneck" in the development of major cities in China. If the urban traffic problem can not be solved effectively, it will seriously affect the sustainable development of big cities. However, to solve the traffic problems in big cities, it is necessary to have a forward-looking view, and to determine the development strategy of transportation in big cities according to China's national conditions and the characteristics of major cities. China's urban land resources are limited, and the land available for road traffic is increasingly scarce, and the contradiction between supply and demand of transportation is intensified. Urban population is gathering in big cities and megacities, and the demand for urban transportation will increase at a faster speed. Based on GIS spatial analysis technology, the accessibility of public transport for residents in the main urban area of Nanchang City before and after the metro opening is measured, and improvement benefits of accessibility of metro in different spatial patterns are analyzed. This paper, from the city integration perspective, analyzes the main beneficiaries who benefit from the household registration system reform, and studies the influence of individual decisions about the transfer from agriculture to non-agriculture. Based on it, this paper makes an empirical research by using the survey data about migrant workers in Chongqing. The research findings are as follows: (i) The urban em- ployment, the living condition and the rural connection have a significant impact on migrant workers' transfer decision ; (i) If the value of those factors (such as the working stability, the family income, the urban house condition and the urban social security) is higher, then the migrant workers who have no economic interest in rural areas are better able to integrate into the urban areas, therefore the inclination to trans- fer the household registration from agriculture to non-agriculture will be much stronger. It is proposed that we should do some significant things, such as enhancing the investment of security housing, bringing the migrant workers into the city housing accumulation fund system and giving them prior allocation right, perfecting land elastic exit mechanism, creating a harmonious employment environment, which are important strategies promoting migrant workers to integrate into the urban areas and afecting their individual decision about transferring from agriculture to nonagriculture. At present, the whole country is fully implementing rural revitalization strategy and actively promoting rural ecosystems development in China. From the perspective of ecology and agroecology, the main functions of rural ecosystem in China, the current outstanding problems, and the corresponding countermeasures and measures are discussed in the paper, in order to provide references for promoting the implementation of the strategy of rural revitalization and the sustainable development of rural ecosystem. China's rural ecosystem has multi-functions such as carrying population, improving environment, providing products, increasing income, expanding employment and tourism, inheriting culture, popularizing science and technology, educating people, training talents, and providing places for the aged urban residents. Currently, there are still many problems and challenges in rural ecosystem in China, such as ecological destruction, waste of resources, environmental pollution, natural disasters, economic poverty, backward science and education, laggard culture and medical care, lack of public services, bad social morality, loss of villagers and disappearance of villages. In order to promote implementation of rural revitalization strategy and to promote sustainable development of rural ecosystems in China, the following measures should be taken based on the principles of integrating "tri-benefits"(economic, ecological and social benefits), gradual progress, comprehensive governance, adaptation to local conditions and long-term efforts and success. Eventually, the following measures are suggested; ➀ enhancing awareness; ➁ planning well; ➂ improving environment; ➃ optimizing ecological structure; ➄ improving ecological functions; ➅ improving ecological conditions; ➆ strengthening public services; ➇ improving laws and regulations; ➈ improving great investment; ➉ accelerating personnel training. Urban agriculture(UA) is a spontaneous response to the increasing demand for food with the inevitable population expansion in urban areas. As a critical part of FAO’s Special Programme for Food Security(SPFS), UA has increasingly been considered as a significant contributor to food and nutrition security of urban residents all over the world. Thus, the central aim of this essay is to develop a better understanding of the current situation of UA in urban planning of China, and 6 categories of UA in China will be discussed, including Leisure Agriculture, Modern Agricultural Science and Technology Park, Community Supported Agriculture(CSA), Institutional garden and Edible landscape. In recent years, the income and consumption level of farmers is lower than that of urban residents, and in the context of current grave international economic environment, it is very unfavorable to expanding domestic demand and stimulating economic growth. Based on the empirical analysis of rural residents' income and consumption, this paper explores the reasons for lagging consumption of rural residents in China, and finally puts forth the recommendations for increasing farmers' income, promoting farmers' consumption and expanding the rural market.
