Face-on-Face interaction constitutes an integral part of the classroom atmosphere as it provides teachers with an opportunity to understand their students intimately. Hence, this study deals with attribute based double bounded rough neutrosophic set driven random forests using Gini Impurity based split to arrive at a decision regarding the teaching-learning efficiency. A mathematical model is constructed using double bounded rough neutrosophic set which is utilised to evaluate the expression of the students with the help of a real-time data by capturing the images of the students against different subjects. The decisions made are then used to fit a random forest model to establish inferences regarding the teaching-learning efficiency for different subjects. The constructed model is then validated using newly added test objects.

By using neutrosophic m-alpha closed sets in neutrosophic topological spaces, we introduce the space known as neutrosophic t-alpha space in this paper. We also introduce the mappings referred as neutrosophic m-alpha continuous functions, homeomorphisms, and connectedness, and we research the characterizations and their properties.

In this paper we have successfully constructed the literal neutrosophic Kumaraswamy probability distribution. We mean by literal neutrosophic probability distribution that parameters of the distribution and the values that the random variable describing the distribution all take literal neutrosophic numbers of the form 𝜃𝑁 = 𝑎+𝑏𝐼 ; 𝐼2 = 𝐼 which differs from interval-valued neutrosophic probability distributions in which parameters of theses distributions take the form 𝜃𝑁 ∈ [𝐿, 𝑈]. We have derived the neutrosophic form of the probability density function, cumulative distribution function, statistical properties and maximum likelihood estimations of the parameters. Finally, a simulation study is performed to show the efficiency of the estimators provided by the neutrosophic MLE method.

During the production process, production companies need to monitor the finished products and ensure their quality, which imposes on them the appointment of inspectors for auditing, and this appointment costs the company amounts that affect the general profit, so it strives to make this cost as low as possible and that the audit process is carried out with high accuracy because in case that the finished products do not conform to the basic specifications of the product, the company is required to pay a fine. In this research, we will formulate the text of the problem appropriately for such a case and then we will build the appropriate mathematical model through which we can obtain the lowest possible cost of inspection, and we will present the study using classical values and neutrosophic values, and we will demonstrate them through an example that shows us the difference between them.

Piping systems tend to malfunction when a set parameter goes off the mark. The parameters which directly affect the structure and working of a pump piping system are known as critical factors. The processes influenced by these factors and consequently the underlying cause of failure have been thoroughly investigated through research. The interrelationship between them, however, remains a mystery. The ability of the plant supervisor or worker to combine their vast theoretical knowledge with actual data will be enhanced by exposing these cause-effect correlations among the problems commonly encountered in pump piping systems. The SVN DEMATEL (Decision-Making Trial-andEvaluation Laboratory) approach is used in this study to determine the predominant causes of pump piping system failures. By considering a group of expert perspectives to create a cause-and-effect relationship diagram, the DEMATEL approach allows one to determine and assess the most significant element. SVN sets in DEMATEL, likewise, eliminate uncertainty when making conclusions concerning failure relationships from the judgements provided by experts [1]. The focus of the failure analysis was divided into six groups: selection of pump, design of pump, construction, operation/maintenance, piping errors and commissioning of the system. A total of 26 factors were identified and were assigned to a relevant group. Each factor was further categorized into four levels based on the degree of influence using the methodology presented in this study. It was found that “Temperature” has the highest degree of influence over the other criteria whereas criteria like “Pressure” and “Power Supply” tend to be influenced by other factors. The proposed SVN-DEMATEL method would be suitable for qualitative analysis of different industrial systems.

Finding the best allocation order for products from diverse sources going to numerous destinations is the primary objective. Moreover, The information that is readily available is typically not clear-cut in real-world circumstances. So, it gives rise to the uncertain transportation problem. With the aim of helping the decision maker to have the suitable transportation plan with real suitation, in this paper, a solution procedure for multi objective transportation problem involving uncertainvariables has been studied under neutrosophic environment. A chance constraint model is constructed foruncertain multi objective transportation problem and then a neutrosophic compromise approach is used toobtain the pareto optimal solution for the problem. As neutrosophic sets are built with truth, indeterminacyand falsity membership functions, they are capable to help the decision maker in this complex transportation model. A numerical example has been reported to demonstrate the efficiency of the proposed approach towardsthe best compromise solution and a comparison study has been made with the existing methods.

Vagueness and uncertainty are two distinct models are represented by Fuzzy sets and Soft sets. The combination of Soft sets and simple graphs produces soft graphs which is also an interesting concept to deal with uncertainty problems. Any communication network can be modeled as a graph whose nodes are the processors (stations) and a communication link as an edge between corresponding nodes. The stability of a communication network is a very important factor for the network designers to reconstruct the it after the failure of certain stations or communication links. Two essential quantities in an analysis of the vulnerability of a communication network are (1) the number of nodes that are not functioning and (2) the size of a maximum order of a remaining sub network within which mutual communications can still occur. C. A. Barefoot, et. al. [13] introduced the concept of integrity. The extension of such a vulnerability parameter is studied in fuzzy graphs. Since neutrosophic soft graphs are the most generalized network structure where we can define and study the importance of the vulnerability parameters is made in this manuscript. Also, we introduce the domination integrity of neutrosophic soft graphs and explain with suitable examples. Few bounds are obtained.

Neutrosophy deals with the study of neutrosophic logic, set and probability. A Pythagorean mpolar neutrosophic set is indeed an expansion of crisp, fuzzy, intuitionistic fuzzy, neutrosophic and Pythagorean m-polar fuzzy sets. In this paper, we develop the perception of Pythagorean m-polar fuzzy neutrosophic metric space defined over Pythagorean m-polar fuzzy neutrosophic set relying on the classical definition of metric spaces defined on a crisp set. We present some related results and illustrations to perceive the conceptions. We present many examples of metrics which hold true for classical sets but fail to make sense in Pythagorean m-polar fuzzy environment. We also render a practical utility of the proposed metrics in pattern recognition.

In this paper, the priority disciplined queuing models are investigated under neutrosophic environment. It develops and optimizes a model with non-preemptive priorities system, denoted by NM/NM/1. It is a queuing model where the arrivals follow a Poisson process, service times are exponentially distributed and there is only one server whose arrival rate and service rate are represented in terms of single valued trapezoidal Neutrosophic number (SVTNN). Using (α, β, γ)-cut approach and Zadehs extension principle, the Neutrosophic queuing model is reduced to a crisp model and results are discussed. An illustrative example is provided to understand the analytical procedure developed in this paper.

Currently most signalized intersections in almost all developing countries use fixed time traffic controllers or pre-timed traffic lights. But as a real life situation, in addition to uncertainty and impreciseness there is also indeterminacy in traffic signal control constraints due to various factors like unawareness of the problem, inaccurate and imperfect data and poor forecasting in addition to uncertainty in the constraints. To overcome these interval valued neutrosophic soft set traffic signal control model at four way isolated signalized intersections has been developed. The main aim of this research is to validate the IVNSS traffic signal control model and compare it with fixed time traffic signal control model using MATLAB simulation tool. Vehicle delay at the junction is used as a measure of effectiveness. The simulation is conducted for seven consecutive days from Monday up to Sunday for eight hours to reflect the different traffic flow conditions. The simulated delay model results are analysed under 5 different scenarios. And results showed that in case of heavy traffic conditions vehicle delay under IVNSS traffic signal control model is minimized by 36 percent and under light traffic conditions the average vehicle delay is minimized by 73 percent when compared to fixed time traffic signal control model.&nbsp

In this work, the concept of quadripartitioned neutrosophic graph structures and its properties are invented. The strong, tree, 𝜙 − permutation and 𝜙 − complement of quadripartitioned neutrosophic graph structure are investigated. The operations like Cartesian Product, cross product, lexicographic product, composition in graph structures and join operations are established.&nbsp

Recently, the intelligent traffic control system and its uncertainty analysis are considered one of the hot spots for utilizing the available techniques. It became more essential when the automatic car, electric vehicle, and other smart cars have introduced the transportation. To control the traffic accident and smooth road services an intelligent traffic control system required. It will be also useful in decreasing the time, reaction time, and efficiency of traffic. However, the problem arises while characterization of true, false or uncertain regions of traffic flow and its future approximation. To deal with this issue some available mathematical technique for traffic flow using rough set, fuzzy rough set, and its extension with the neutrosophic set is discussed in this paper. Some of the papers related to graphical visualization of traffic flow is also discussed for further improvement. The rough set theory can be useful for dealing the uncertain, incomplete, and indeterminate data set. Hence, the hybridization of the neutrosophic set and rough can be considered one of the efficient tools for intelligent traffic control and its approximation via automatic red, green and yellow lights. This paper tried to provide an overview of each available technique to solve the traffic problem. It is hoped that the proposed study will be helpful for several researchers working on traffic flow, traffic accident diagnosis, and its hybridization as future research

The aim of this paper is to develop many characterizations of Pentapartitioned Neutrosophic Pythagorean (PNP) strongly irresolvable spaces and its properties is also studied. Several characterizations of Pentapartitioned Neutrosophic Pythagorean strongly irresolvable spaces are investigated in this study. Also examined are the conditions under which Pentapartitioned Neutrosophic Pythagorean strongly irresolvable spaces become Pentapartitioned Neutrosophic Pythagorean first category spaces, Pentapartitioned Neutrosophic Pythagorean Baire spaces, and Pentapartitioned Baire spaces.

In this article the notion of two quadripartitioned single valued weighted dombi prioritized operators, namely, quadripartitioned single valued weighted dombi prioritized average (QSVNWDPA) operator and quadripartitioned single valued weighted dombi prioritized geometric ( QSVNWDPG) operator have been developed which are based on quadripartitioned single valued neutrosophic (QSVN) sets. Further some important properties of these two operators are studied. Finally a multi-attribute decision making (MADM) problem has been solved using QSVNWDPA operator and QSVNWDPG operator.

Further we have determined the Single Valued Neutrosophic R-dynamic chromatic number χ v R(G) for some graphs.

One of the highest causes of death in many countries in this modern era is cardiovascular diseases. There are a few symptoms that linked significantly to the cardiovascular diseases. The symptoms and diseases relationship can be represented by neutrosophic set values. In general, neutrosophic set gives remarkable contribution in denoising, clustering, segmentation, and classification in handling data of many real applications including in medical field. This study aims to analyse the cardiovascular disease risks by a new distance-based similarity measure motivated from intuitionistic fuzzy set theory. The proof for all the properties is presented clearly. Then, a case study is conducted by using the data on the severity level of the six symptoms found in two different patients. The neutrosophic data are analysed to determine the patients’ possibility of having any one or combination of the three types of cardiovascular diseases. A comparative study involving three common distance measures is conducted. The results show that the similarity indexes for all measures of both patients are less than 0.5. This situation can further conclude as both patients are possibly not suffering from cardiovascular diseases.

This paper demonstrates a concept of split domination in neutrosophic graphs.Minimal split domination, lower and upper split dominations in neutrosophic graphs are discussed. Theorems are derived for minimal split domination in neutrosophic graphs with suitable examples.

The concept of Neutrosophic Pythagorean set [NPS] with dependent Neutrosophic Pythagorean components was introduced and discussed the relationship between dependent neutrosophic and neutrosophic pythagorean components. The correlation coefficient is a statistical measure which contributes in deciding the degree to which changes in one variable predict changes in another. In this article, we analyze the characteristics of neutrosophic pythagorean sets with improved correlation coefficients. We've also used the same approach in multiple attribute decisionmaking methodologies including one with a neutrosophic pythagorean environment. Finally, we implemented for above technique to the problem of multiple attribute group decision making.

In this paper, the concepts of Pentapartitioned Neutrosophic Pythagorean resolvable , Pentapartitioned Neutrosophic Pythagorean irresolvable, Pentapartitioned Neutrosophic Pythagorean open hereditarily irresolvable and maximally Pentapartitioned Neutrosophic Pythagorean irresolvable spaces are introduced. Also we investigated several properties of the Pentapartitioned Neutrosophic Pythagorean open hereditarily irresolvable spaces besides giving characterization of these spaces by means of somewhat Pentapartitioned Neutrosophic Pythagorean continuous functions and somewhat Pentapartitioned Neutrosophic Pythagorean open functions.

A single-valued neutrosophic set is one of the advanced fuzzy sets that is capable of handling complex real-world information satisfactorily. A development of single-valued neutrosophic set and fuzzy bipolar set, called a bipolar neutrosophic set, was introduced. Distance measures between fuzzy sets and advanced fuzzy sets are important tools in diagnostics and prediction problems. Sometimes they are defined without considering the condition of the inclusion relation on sets. In decision-making applications, this condition should be required (here it is called the inference of the measure). Moreover, in many cases, a distance measure capable of discriminating between two nearly identical objects is considered an effective measure. Motivated by these observations, in this paper, a new distance measure is proposed in a bipolar neutrosophic environment. Furthermore, an entropy measure is also developed by the similarity between two sets of mutual negation. Finally, an application to medical diagnosis is presented to illustrate the effective applicability of the proposed distance measure, where entropy values are used to characterize noises of different attributes.

If we compare with other diseases like Swine flu, Ebola virus this disease is very infectious and the death rate is also severe all around the world. The covid-19 pandemic has affected everyone both physically, mentally and changed our life style. Almost all the countries are suffering from this disease and the countries are struggling to control from this epidemic. Researchers in all the disciplines are exploring ways to control this disease and trying to find a vaccine. So this is a correct situation to mathematically analyze the disease covid-19 like symptoms, spreading way and precaution method using Fuzzy cognitive maps and Neutrosophic cognitive maps. Both the methods work on expert’s opinion. Since medical field involves uncertainty and indeterminacy, we have chosen fuzzy set and neutrosophic sets for our study.

In this paper, the notion of the interval valued complex neutrosophic soft set (IV-CNSS) is defined as a combination of interval valued complex neutrosophic set and soft set. Then, we introduce the IV-CNSS’s operations such as union, intersection and complement. To explore the study further, we present some basic operational rules, and investigate their properties. A new algorithm is developed by transforming the interval complex neutrosophic soft values from complex space to the real space using a practical formula which gives a decision-making with a simple computational process without the need to carry out directed operations by complex numbers. This algorithm is then applied to evaluate two kinds of a certain product from a manufacturer and choose the most suitable one. IV-CNSS provides an interval-based membership structure to handle the uncertain data. This feature allows decision makers to record their hesitancy in assigning membership values which in turn best catch the obscurity and the complexity of such data. &nbsp

The objective of this paper is to study algebraic properties of neutrosophic matrices, where a necessary and sufficient condition for the invertibility of a square neutrosophic matrix is presented by defining the neutrosophic determinant. On the other hand, this work introduces the concept of neutrosophic Eigen values and vectors with an easy algorithm to compute them. Also, this article finds a necessary and sufficient condition for the diagonalization of a neutrosophic matrix.

Many researchers have been proposing various algorithms to unravel different types of fuzzy shortest path problems. There are many algorithms like Dijkstra’s, Bellman-Ford,Floyd-Warshall and kruskal’s etc are existing for solving the shortest path problems. In this work a shortest path problem with interval valued neutrosophic numbers is investigated using the proposed algorithm. A* algorithm is extensively applied in pathfinding and graph traversal.Unlike the other algorithms mentioned above, A* algorithm entails heuristic function to uncover the cost of path that traverses through the particular state. In the structured work A* algorithm is applied to unravel the length of the shortest path by utilizing ranking function from the source node to the destination node. A* algorithm is executed by applying best first search with the help of this search, it greedily decides which vertex to investigate subsequently. A* is equally complete and optimal if an acceptable heuristic is concerned. The arc lengths in interval valued neutrosophic numbers are defuzzified using the score function. A numerical example is used to illustrate the proposed approach.

In this paper a Plithogenic approach to Fuzzy cognitive map has been proposed to analyse the impact of novel corona virus.Contradiction degree is an advantageous feature of Plithogenic sets which highly deals with the uncertainty and it substantially increases the accuracy of results. In this research, a new approach is proposed to accumulate the opinions of experts.Using contradiction degree between opinions of experts and plithogenicoperator,the connection matrices obtained from distinct experts are aggregated to improvise a degree of uncertainty. An Analysis on covid-19 (causes, spread and precaution) is done based on the proposed methodology.

The primary goal of this article is to establish and investigate the idea of interval-valued neutrosophic soft subring. Again, we have introduced function under interval-valued neutrosophic soft environment and investigated some of its homomorphic attributes. Additionally, we have established product of two intervalvalued neutrosophic soft subrings and analyzed some of its fundamental attributes. Furthermore, we have presented the notion of interval-valued neutrosophic normal soft subring and investigated some of its algebraic properties and homomorphic attributes. &nbsp

Distance measure is a numerical measurement of the distance between any two objects. The aim of this paper is to propose a new distance measure for trapezoidal fuzzy neutrosophic numbers based on the centroids with graphical representation. In addition, the metric properties of the proposed measure are examined in detail. A decision making problem also has been solved using the proposed distance measure for a software selection process. comparative analysis has been done with the existing methods to show the potential of the proposed distance measure and various forms of trapezoidal fuzzy neutrosophic number have been listed out to show the uniqueness of the proposed graphical representation. Further, advantages of the proposed distance measure have been given.

Hesitant neutrosophic sets can accomodate more uncertainty compare to hesitant fuzzy sets and hesitant intuitionistic sets. On the other hand, triangular neutrosophic numbers are often used by the decision makers to evaluate their opinion in multi-attribute group decision making problems. Based on the combination of triangular neutrosophic numbers and hesitant neutrosophic sets, in this paper, we propose hesitant triangular neutrosophic numbers. Also, we discuss various types of operations between them including some properties. Then, we propose various types of hesitant triangular neutrosophic weighted aggregation operators to aggregate the hesitant triangular neutrosophic information. Furthermore, we introduce score of hesitant triangular neutrosophic numbers to ranking the hesitant triangular neutrosophic numbers. Based on the hesitant triangular neutrosophic weighted aggregation operators and score of hesitant triangular neutrosophic numbers, we develop a multi attribute decision making (MADM) approach, in which the evaluation values of alternatives on the attribute are represented in terms of hesitant triangular neutrosophic numbers and the alternatives are ranked according to the values of the score of hesitant triangular neutrosophic numbers to select the most desirable one. Finally, we give a practical example, including a comparision study with the other existing method, for enterprise resource planning system selection to verify the application and effectiveness of the proposed method.

Moreover, Cartesian product, lexicographic product, cross product, strong product and composition of neutrosophic vague graphs are investigated. The proposed concepts are demonstrated with suitable examples.

The purpose of this research study is to dene few four operations, including residue product, rejection, maximal product and symmetric difference of bipolar single-valued neutrosophic graph (BSVNG) and to explore some of their related properties with examples. Bipolar single-valued neutrosophic graph (BSVNG) is the generalization of the single-valued neutrosophic graph (SVNG), intuitionistic fuzzy graph, bipolar intuitionistic fuzzy graph, bipolar fuzzy graph and fuzzy graph. BSVNG plays a signicant role in the study of neural networks, daily energy issues, energy systems, and coding. Moreover, we will determine related properties like the degree of a vertex in a BSVNG or total degree of a vertex in a BSVNG. We provide examples of the vertex degree in BSVNG and the total vertex degree in BSVNG. In order to make this useful, we develop an algorithm for our useful method in steps.

In this paper, the concept of t-neutrosophic cubic set is introduced and investigated the t-neutrosophic cubic set through subalgebra, ideal and closed ideal of BF-algebra. Homomorphic properties of t-neutrosophic cubic subalgebra and ideal are also investigated with some related properties.

In this paper, neutrosophic soft cubic G-subalgebra is studied through P-union, Pintersection, R-union and R-intersection etc. furthermore we study the notion of homomorphism on G-algebra with some results.

In this paper, we introduced a new concept of single valued neutrosophic graph (SVNG) known as constant single valued neutrosophic graph (CSVNG). Basically, SVNG is a generalization of intuitionistic fuzzy graph (IFG). More specifically, we described and explored somegraph theoretic ideas related to the introduced concepts of CSVNG. An application of CSVNG in a Wi-Fi network system is discussed and a comparison of CSVNG with constant IFG is established showing the worth of the proposed work. Further, several terms like constant function and totally constant function are investigated in the frame-work of CSVNG and their characteristics are studied.

In this paper, we introduced a new neutrosophic graphs called bipolar complex neutrosophic graphs of type1 (BCNG1) and presented a matrix representation for it and studied some properties of this new concept. The concept of BCNG1 is an extension of generalized fuzzy graphs of type 1 (GFG1), generalized single valued neutrosophic graphs of type 1 (GSVNG1), Generalized bipolar neutrosophic graphs of type 1(GBNG1) and complex neutrosophic graph of type 1(CNG1).

In this research paper, a new approach is proposed for computing the shortest path length from source node to destination node in a neutrosophic environment. The edges of the network are assigned by trapezoidal fuzzy neutrosophic numbers. A numerical example is provided to show the performance of the proposed approach.

The property of separation of stable regions in the free parameters domain is assumed in the paper as an important property of the environment that is carry out and in the specified case of walking robot analyzed in the paper.

In this paper, we develop a new approach to deal with neutrosphic shortest path problem in a network in which each edge weight (or length) is represented as triangular fuzzy neutrosophic number. The proposed algorithm also gives the shortest path length from source node to destination node using ranking function. Finally, an illustrative example is also included to demonstrate our proposed approach.

In this article, we combine the concept of bipolar neutrosophic set and graph theory. We introduce the notions of bipolar single valued neutrosophic graphs, strong bipolar single valued neutrosophic graphs, complete bipolar single valued neutrosophic graphs, regular bipolar single valued neutrosophic graphs and investigate some of their related properties.&nbsp

The interval neutrosophic uncertain linguistic variables can easily express the indeterminate and inconsistent information in real world, and TOPSIS is a very effective decision making method more and more extensive applications. In this paper, we will extend the TOPSIS method to deal with the interval neutrosophic uncertain linguistic information, and propose an extended TOPSIS method to solve the multiple attribute decision making problems in which the attribute value takes the form of the interval neutrosophic uncertain linguistic variablesand attribute weight is unknown. Firstly, the operational rules and properties for the interval neutrosophic variables are introduced. Then the distance between two interval neutrosophic uncertain linguistic variables is proposed and the attribute weight is calculated by the maximizing deviation method, and the closeness coefficients to the ideal solution for each alternatives. Finally, an illustrative example is given to illustrate the decision making steps and the effectiveness of the proposed method. &nbsp

In this paper, we first introduce the concept of single valued neutrosophic soft expert sets (SVNSESs for short) which combines single valued neutrosophic sets and soft expert sets.We also defineits basic operations, namely complement, union, intersection, AND and OR, and study some related properties supporting proofs.This concept is a generalization of fuzzy soft expert sets (FSESs) and intuitionistic fuzzy soft expert sets (IFSESs). Finally, an approach for solving MCDM problems is explored by applying the single valued neutrosophic soft expert sets, and an example is provided to illustrate the application of the proposed method.&nbsp
