Dataset and application of paper " Millimeter-Wave Radar Scheme with Passive Reflector for Uncontrolled Blind Urban Intersection". The dataset contains the backscattering power as a function of distance measured at 28 GHz in Hervanta Campus of Tampere University. The measured results are divided into groups, specifying a particular orientation of the passive reflector ("phi") and location of the detectable vehicle ("delta"). The Matlab-based standalone application calculates the backscattering power as a function of distance.
