The article reports that Christina Comer, former science director of the Texas Education Agency (TEA) has filed a lawsuit on the company. Comer claims that TEA has violated the separation of church and sate by adopting a neutral position on creationism. She filed the suit on July 1, 2008 in the U.S. District court in Austin, Texas, arguing that TEA's policy of neutrality is not neutral at all because it has the purpose or effect of inviting dispute about an issue that is forbidden by the Establishment Clause.
