Superhydrophobic materials have found extensive applications in everyday life and various industries due to their outstanding attributes such as waterproofing, exceptional anti-corrosion and self-cleaning capabilities. Nonetheless, their limited mechanical stability hinders their widespread use on ceramic surfaces. This study aims to address these limitations by employing industrial waste porcelain powder as a raw material and co-firing technology to create a micro-rough structure on ceramic surfaces. Furthermore, the impact of this rough structure on the wear resistance and hydrophobicity of the hydrophobic coating is investigated using the finite element method. The results indicate that the mechanical stability of the hydrophobic coating experiences a more pronounced enhancement with increasing distribution density of the micron rough structure of waste porcelain powder (WPPMRS). A dense rough structure does not only reduce its concentrated stress and improve its anti-wear ability, but also reduce the concentrated stress of hydrophobic coating to improve the protection of the coating. As a result, it substantially enhances the mechanical properties and stability of the hydrophobic coating. This work will provide valuable insights into the utilization of waste porcelain powder in sustainable superhydrophobic ceramics.

Objective This retrospective study determined the storage time of finished infusion in each hospital ward and assessed whether the storage time of finished infusion was within an acceptable range. Methods The research object was the finished infusion (one bag of infusion with only one drug) that is centrally dosed at the Pharmacy Intravenous Admixture Service (PIVAS) of Jiading District Central Hospital Affiliated Shanghai University of Medicine & Health Sciences. We used an automatic scanner to assess the placement time of finished infusion products in various wards of the hospital. We classified the drugs used in various wards, analyzed whether their placement times were reasonable, assessed the reasons for unreasonable placement times, and took intervention measures. Similarly, the storage time of finished infusion was deemed reasonable or unreasonable, the reasons for unreasonable storage times were analyzed, and intervention measures were taken. Results In September 2021, the proportion of infusions stored for an unreasonable time was 12.69%, a decrease of 5.37% compared with August 2021, indicating the effectiveness of intervention measures. Conclusion By using statistical analysis and intervention measures, our PIVAS improved the standardized use of finished infusion products and ensured the safety of medication for patients.

Abstract During storage, duloxetine hydrochloride may have an unexpected cross reaction with enteric coated acrylic resin, which may affect the product quality. Solve the problem of cross-reaction between the Duloxetine enteric-coated tablets core and coated enteric materials and improve the quality of the products. Duloxetine enteric-coated tablets’ core formulation and isolation layer prescription were designed and compared with duloxetine enteric-coated tablets sold on the market. Then, we measured the dissolution rate, content, and releasing rate of prepared duloxetine enteric-coated tablets. In the formulation of tablets core, prescription 3 had advantages in particle mobility, disintegration time, and dissolution rate. Prescription 5 was stable during the coating process, and the dissolution residue in the cup was relatively good, showing obvious dissolution advantages. Thus, prescription 5 was selected as the isolation layer prescription. The most suitable adhesive for the preparation of Duloxetine hydrochloride enteric-coated tablets was povione K30 dissolved in ethanol solution with 1/2 of the prescription amount. When 1.3 g colloidal silica was added to the prescription and the dosage of magnesium stearate was 1.48 g, the dissolution rate of the drug could be relatively improved. The ratio of sucrose and talc was 138/8.7, which could effectively configure the coating solution with a solid content of 15–20% to make the coating smooth.

In response to the present epidemic situation, this work proposes an anti-coronavirus composite polymer coating with nano-Ag2MoO4 as the core component to reduce the potential safety hazards caused by excessive use of disinfectants. Nano-β-Ag2MoO4 with mixed morphology was produced with industrialized preparation technology. Among them, oval nanoparticles are core components with antiviral properties, and long rod-shaped particles are used to identify whether the stirring process meets the standard. After x-ray diffraction and field emission scanning electron microscopy testing, nano-β-Ag2MoO4 stored for 4 years still meets the design requirements in terms of purity, crystal phase, shape, and scale, which solves the problem of the long-term effect of core components. In the existing water-based paint production process, the mixing process and formula of nano-β-Ag2MoO4 were explored, and the large-scale production process of anti-virus water-based paint was solved. Resistance tests against the HCoV-229E coronavirus showed that the anti-coronavirus activity rate of the nano-β-Ag2MoO4 coating at a weight concentration of 200 ppm was 99.5% within 2 h, which verified the effectiveness of the composite polymer coating. To address the issue that the existing multidomain fusion methods do not consider data correlation within mini-batch data, the first attempt is made in this letter to propose a method based on a sample intercorrelation learning multidomain fusion network (SIMFNet), which aims to accommodate multivariate domain data and further enhance the aquatic human activity recognition (AHAR) performance. To fully use the radar multidimensional information, the three-branch convolution neural network (CNN) feature extractor is first used to extract domain-specific features from the time–range map (TRM), time–Doppler map (TDM), and cadence velocity diagram (CVD). Then, the multidomain features are fused and fed into the graph construction layer (GCL) to generate instance graphs. Next, a graph aggregation layer (GAL) is applied to aggregate node information from various-hop neighborhood domains. Finally, node-level classification is used to achieve AHAR. The experimental results evaluated on the built AHAR dataset demonstrate that the proposed SIMFNet has better generalization performance than the state-of-the-art multidomain fusion methods. Constant false alarm rate (CFAR) detection algorithms, which are widely used in frequency-modulated continuous wave (FMCW) radar systems, achieve target detection by employing a threshold determined on the basis of a predicted background level. However, in multitarget scenarios, the multitarget shadowing effect can lead to inaccurate prediction of the background level and improper setting of the threshold, which then results in severely degraded CFAR performance. To combat this multitarget shadowing effect, a novel CFAR algorithm based on sparsity adaptive correlation maximization (SACM-CFAR) is proposed in this work. The proposed SACM-CFAR algorithm realizes target detection by utilizing the correlation between linear measurements of the radar intermediate frequency (IF) signal and the sensing matrix. To achieve a desired false alarm rate, the proposed algorithm determines the threshold by estimating the distributed parameters of the reduced sample set obtained by removing the detected targets from the original sample set. The creep problems are often involved in soil under cyclic loading, and its behaviors of soil under cyclic loading sparks many arguments in current research field. To propose one new model to demonstrate these creep behaviors of soil under cyclic loading, the cyclic loading was simplified equivalently, and the elastic-viscoplastic model (EVPM) for soil under cyclic loading was established based on the Bingham model. The yield criterion for soil under cyclic loading with constant amplitude was proposed following the simplified load. A constitutive equation based on the EVPM was constructed by using the flow criterion related to the yield criterion. Meanwhile, the parameters of EVPM were identified and discussed. In addition, the case analysis of the EVPM was also performed. The results indicate that the stable and destructive creep behaviors of soil under cyclic loading could be well described by the recommended EVPM, and the obtained parameters in the model exhibited a clear regularity with the increase of dynamic stress amplitude. Though an experiment of exposing Daphnia magna and recovering its offspring for both 21 days, the chronic toxicity of perfluorooctane sulfonate (PFOS) to Daphnia magna and its first and third broods F1 (1st) and F1 (3rd) were investigated. Results show that when the mass concentration of PFOS is higher than 20 mg/L, the number of offspring, length and innate increase rate are significantly inhibited. Compared with the control group, the reduction of the three indicators under the highest exposure concentration are 62.2%, 40.6%, 34.0% (p<0.01), respectively. The toxic effect becomes more serious with gradually increasing of exposure concentration, which shows an obvious dose-response relationship between PFOS concentration of exposure and the toxicity to Daphnia magna. The number of offspring and length of the F1 (1st) generation are significantly inhibited when PFOS mass concentration is higher than 30 mg/L. The F1 (3rd) generation's recovery extent is better than that of the F1 (3rd) generation, and all the indicators recover closely to those of the control group except that the number of offspring, length and innate rate of increase are significantly inhibited when the Daphnia magna is exposed to the PFOS of 50 mg/L. As the most sensitive indicator, the number of offspring, length and innate rate of increase of Daphnia magna are suggested for evaluation of PFOS chronic toxicity. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
