This paper summarized the nursing management of a patient with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD)complicated with acute respiratory failure and plaque psoriasis. Social media usage is an essential part of modern life, and benefits individuals in many aspects, such as increasing well-being and psychological capital and decreasing depression. However, the cost of using such media is unavoidable. Among the undesirable outcomes, social media burnout has received particular attention, which has led to the identification of three facets: ambivalence, exhaustion, and depersonalization, as assessed by the Social Media Burnout Scale (SMBS), which was originally designed to assess Facebook. However, whether this scale could be adapted to other platforms and cultures remains unknown. The present study aimed at adapting the SMBS to a Chinese sample consisting of 1042 university students using both exploratory factor analysis (EFA) and confirmatory factor analysis (CFA). The EFA provided evidence that the three factor model showed the best fit: CFI = 0.954, TLI = 0.947, RMSEA = 0.076, SRMR = 0.021. Furthermore, the CFA confirmed that the three factor model with modifications fit the data well: CFI = 0.976, TLI = 0.965, RMSEA = 0.067, SRMR = 0.043. Moreover, two statistically significant correlations were observed for the burnout score; a positive correlation with social media addiction and a negative correlation with core self-evaluation. Nomophobia refers to the fear of being out of mobile phone contact or being unreachable through one's mobile phone. As this is a newly researched phenomenon, a great deal of effort is needed to understand the underlying structure of nomophobia and how it develops. The current study aimed to take the first step in evaluating the factor structure of a Chinese version of the Nomophobia Questionnaire (NMP-Q). The participants consisted of 966 college students sampled using a combination of convenience and random methods. The NMP-Q was translated into Chinese, and exploratory factor analysis was carried out using a principal component method with Varimax rotation; subsequently, confirmatory factor analysis was performed. The findings showed that a four-factor model consisting of 20 items constituted the best fit for the data collected from our sample. These findings provide support for the robustness of the structure of the NMP-Q through cross-cultural validation. Although prior research has found that receipt of social support through social networking sites is a significant predictor of Facebook addiction, the mechanism underlying this association remains unclear. This study aimed to explore the mediating roles of fear of missing out and problematic smartphone use in the relationship between these two variables in a Chinese context. Four hundred and sixty-five undergraduates participated in this study by completing measures of support received through online social networking sites, fear of missing out, problematic smartphone use, and addiction to Chinese social media. The results showed that fear of missing out and problematic smartphone use mediated the relationship between support through online social networking sites and addiction to such sites, both in series and in parallel. This might be among the first studies to elucidate the mechanism underlying the development of social media addiction from the perspective of online support. Although prior studies have to some extent clarified the mechanism underlying the development of social media burnout, the present study contributes to the literature by showing how social media addiction contributes to this phenomenon. Chinese university students (N = 519) completed self-report questionnaires on social media addiction, social media burnout, envy, and social media use anxiety. The results showed that addiction, envy, and social media use anxiety were all significant predictors of burnout. Moreover, envy and social media use anxiety mediated the relationship between social media addiction and burnout, both in parallel and as a pair in series. Chronic cough is a common chronic respiratory disease in which cough is the only or main symptom. This cough typically lasts for more than eight weeks without significant abnormalities on the X-ray image. However, some chronic coughs may be diagnosed as chronic refractory cough (CRC) in two conditions; cough without definite causes after thorough examinations; symptoms without improving after conventional treatment. With the rapid advancement of science and society, CRC has received increased attention from clinicians, presenting the respiratory system research community with new challenges and opportunities. CRC has no specific name in the Chinese medicine system, but it can be named "Wan Ke" based on its "long duration". In the history of Chinese medicine, the treatment of "Wan Ke" has been scattered throughout the clinical theory and practice of Chinese medicine, but a systematic theory is still lacking. In this article, we use "multidimensionality" as an entry point to understand the pathogenesis of CRC in terms of its cause, nature, location, and syndrome, and to summarize the ideas of its syndrome differentiation and treatment variation. We believe that CRC is a disease of mixed deficiency and reality, with a mixture of cold and heat. The disease is located in the lungs, and its pathogenesis is closely related to the internal organs, with "lung and spleen related" being significant. The wind-evil hidden lung is the basic and central pathogenesis of CRC. In terms of treatment, the primary approach is Qufeng Xuanfei, combined with the identification of the symptoms and focusing on the lung and spleen. This is combined with syndrome differentiation to clear heat and dampness, invigorate the spleen, warm the lungs, dissolve drinks, and remove dampness and phlegm. This study aimed to conduct a meta-analysis to investigate whether short-term exposure to fine (PM2.5) and coarse (PM10) particulate matter was associated with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (AECOPD) hospitalization, emergency room visit, and outpatient visit at different lag values. PubMed, Embase, and the Cochrane Library were searched for relevant papers published up to March 2021. For studies reporting results per 1-µg/m3 increase in PM2.5, the results were recalculated as per 10-µg/m3 increase. We manually calculated the RRs for these two studies and transferred the RRs to estimate 10 µg/m3 increases in PM2.5. Automation tools were initially used to remove ineligible studies. Two reviewers independently screened the remaining records and retrieved reports. Twenty-six studies (28 datasets; 7,018,419 patients) were included. There was a significant association between PM2.5 and AECOPD events on lag0 (ES = 1.01, 95%CI: 1.01-1.02, p < 0.001; I2=88.6%, Pheterogeneity<0.001), lag1 (ES = 1.00, 95%CI: 1.00-1.01, p < 0.001; I2=82.5%, Pheterogeneity<0.001), lag2 (ES = 1.01, 95%CI: 1.01-1.01, p < 0.001; I2=90.6%, Pheterogeneity<0.001), lag3 (ES = 1.01, 95%CI: 1.00-1.01, p < 0.001; I2=88.9%, Pheterogeneity<0.001), lag4 (ES = 1.00, 95%CI: 1.00-1.01, p < 0.001; I2=83.7%, Pheterogeneity<0.001), and lag7 (ES = 1.00, 95%CI: 1.00-1.00, p < 0.001; I2=0.0%, Pheterogeneity=0.743). Coupling appropriate semiconductor nanoparticles with massive surface-area support has become a promising but challenging strategy to photocatalyst design for enhanced photocatalytic activity in environmental cleaning applications, owing to the severe aggregation issues of nanoparticles. Herein, the atomic layer deposition (ALD) approach was applied to uniformly disperse ultrafine Cu 2 O nanoparticles (5–10 nm) on metal-organic frameworks without aggregation, forming NH 2 -MIL-101(Fe)/Cu 2 O nanocomposite photocatalysts. The Cu 2 O mass within the nanocomposites can be well controlled by merely adjusting the ALD cycles. The optimal NH 2 -MIL-101(Fe)/Cu 2 O displays a high photodegradation efficiency of 92% for RhB and excellent stability under visible light. The reaction kinetics and photocurrent response experimental results reveal that the optimal NH 2 -MIL-101(Fe)/Cu 2 O photocatalyst exhibits effective charge separation/transfer and suppressed recombination rate of charge carriers, which will significantly increase the solar light utilization efficiency and photocatalytic activity. Objective. To evaluate the efficacy and safety of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) on lung function and quality of life of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF) patients by meta-analysis. Methods. Randomized controlled trials (RCTs) related to TCM and IPF were searched on PubMed, EMBASE Cochrane Library, ClinicalTrials, China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), Wanfang Database, Chin VIP Information (VIP), and Chinese Biomedical Database (CBM) until December 2018. Standard mean difference (SMD) and 95% CI were calculated for the measurements related to lung function (FEV1/FVC, FVC%, FEV1%, TLC%, DLCO% or DLCO, and VC%) and other parameters (PO2, 6MWD, and SGRQ) when comparing TCM treatment to the control group. Relative risk (RR) and 95% CI of adverse events (AEs) were calculated to assess the safety of TCM. Results. A total of 40 RCTs comparing TCM to western medicine (WM) and involving 3194 IPF patients were eligible for the meta-analysis. The pooled results showed that TCM treatment improved significantly PO2 (SMD = 0.80, 95% CI 0.54 to 1.06, p < 0.001), FEV1% (SMD = 0.57, 95% CI 0.42 to 0.71, p < 0.001), DLCO% (SMD = 0.38, 95% CI 0.28 to 0.48, p < 0.001), 6MWD (SMD = 0.70, 95% CI 0.56 to 0.84, p < 0.001) and other measurements and reduced SGRQ scores (SMD = −0.51, 95% CI −0.70 to −0.22, p < 0.001). Subgroup analysis of different study durations (3 months, ≥ 6 months) and comparison models (TCM vs. WM, TCM + WM vs. WM or TCM vs. placebo) showed similar results. No significant difference of risk of AEs was observed between both groups (RR = 0.66, 95% CI: 0.27–1.60, p = 0.352). There was no obvious publication bias, and the pooled results were stable according to sensitivity analysis. Conclusion. To the best of our knowledge, the present study had the largest sample size. Our results indicated that TCM treatment may help provide benefit to the lung function, exercise capacity, and quality of life of IPF patients, alone or combined with WM, when compared to WM. Zn 1-x Fe x Se thin films are synthesized for photoelectrochemical cell application using the simple and cost-effective potentiostatic electrodeposition method. The Fe2+ ions are varied from 10 to 40% concerning Zn. The Zn2+ atoms in ZnSe crystals replaced by Fe2+ ions and studied the optical, morphological, structural, photoluminescence and photoelectrochemical cell characteristics of the Zn 1-x Fe x Se based composite. The different analytical tools are used to investigate the properties of Zn 1-x Fe x Se based composite. Wettability studies of thin films are investigated using contact angle meter. The EIS technique is used to study the electrochemical properties. Photoelectrochemical cell properties are investigated using the J-V characteristic study. The variation in Fe2+ ions is responsible for the change in crystal size and morphology. Hence differences are observed in corresponding photoluminescence and photoelectrochemical cell performance. Intercropping is one of the most potential ways to remediate contaminated soil. In this study, three plants, includingRumex nepalensiswhich is a lead (Pb) accumulator plant,Lolium perennewhich is tolerant to zinc (Zn) and a native plantTrifolium repens, were mutually intercropped in pots to study the effects of intercropping on co-remediation of Pb-Zn-contaminated soil from the Tangjia lead-zinc mine. Compared to the respective monoculture, the dry weights ofR. nepalensisandT. repenswere decreased under intercropping, while that ofL. perennewas increased. The concentrations of total Zn in the three plants were increased by intercropping in which roots were higher than shoots. Besides, intercropping increased the accumulation of Zn inR. nepalensisandL. perenneper plant. The accumulations of heavy metals forR. nepalensisandT. repensin a single pot were enhanced by intercropping. Both of the maximum values of heavy metals’ accumulation were produced by three-species intercropping (7819.31 μg/pot for Pb, 12576.05  μg/pot for Zn) in terms of a single pot. Although previous studies have reported the neural correlates and dynamics of emotional conflict processing, the neural oscillatory features of such processing remain unclear. The present study uses time–frequency analysis to determine the event-related spectral perturbation (ERSP) characteristics underlying emotional conflict processing. Our behavioral results replicate previous findings of shorter response times and fewer response errors under the congruent condition relative to the incongruent condition, indicating a robust interference effect. Theta oscillatory activity was larger for the incongruent than for the congruent condition over frontal and frontal–central midline areas, reflecting a greater need for control under conditions of conflict. Moreover, the theta power difference was negatively associated with the RT difference, indicating that greater theta power leads to better behavioral performance. Emotional conflict refers to the influence of task irrelevant affective stimuli on current task set. Previously used emotional face-word tasks have produced certain electrophysiological phenomena, such as an enhanced N450 and slow potential; however, it remains unknown whether these effects emerge in other tasks. The present study used an emotional body-word conflict task to investigate the neural dynamics of emotional conflict as reflected by response time, accuracy, and event-related potentials, which were recorded with the aim of replicating the previously observed N450 and slow potential effect. Results indicated increased response time and decreased accuracy in the incongruent condition relative to the congruent condition, indicating a robust interference effect. Furthermore, the incongruent condition evoked pronounced N450 amplitudes and a more positive slow potential, which might be associated with conflict-monitoring and conflict resolution. Herein, photocatalytic activity of pure CeO 2 and different metal ions (Ag, Bi, Cd and Pb) doped CeO 2 nanoparticles (NPs) is investigated using degradation of methylene blue (MB) dye under direct sunlight irradiation. In addition, electrochemical supercapacitor was performed for selected metal ion doped CeO 2 NPs. All the NPs are synthesized by one-step chemical precipitation method in aqueous medium at room temperature. The prepared samples were characterized by XRD, FE-SEM, TEM, FT-IR, Laser Raman, UV–Vis, PL, EPR, TGA and electrochemical techniques. According to XRD analysis, the synthesized pure CeO 2 and doped CeO 2 NPs are cubic crystal structure. Among the dopants, Ag doped CeO 2 exhibited excellent photocatalytic activity by degrading of more than 99.5% of the MB dye within 120 min irradiation under sunlight. The enhanced photocatalytic activity of doped CeO 2 NPs was ascribed to the significant suppression of the recombination rate of photo-generated electron–hole pairs due to charge transfer, increasing oxygen vacancy and the smaller optical band-gap. The reason behind the photocatalytic activity enhancement is studied through photoluminescence (PL) and the results indicated that the emission peak intensity of pure CeO 2 decreased compared to the doped CeO 2. The PL quenching was associated with a decrease in the electron–hole recombination rate. Electrochemical supercapacitor was performed for the best photocatalyst of Ag doped CeO 2 NPs, the result found to be specific capacitance of 456 F g−1 at 3 A g−1 current density. Among the different metal ions, the Ag doped CeO 2 showed as an excellent catalyst for dye degradation and electrochemical supercapacitor applications.
