The article is devoted to the overview of encryption protocols using for instant messaging systems – messengers, and to the development of system, that excludes the considered security flaws. Analysis of using security model development is carried out.

The article describes the preparation process of software complex (package) consisting of secure corporate chat and DLP (Data Leak Prevention) system in the form of security monitor. Software development, project architecture, testing and other creation stage are demonstrated. The operation processes of security monitor are shown; the functionality of software package DLP–system is considered.

As a rule, during the choice of the most viable organizational structure of a cluster, traditional methods of the assessment of economic efficiency are used, taking into account the influence of financial, production and technological risks. The high level of the fluctuations of social, political, economic and technological impacts of the intercountry level has a strong impact on the result of their production activities. The peculiarities of this influence include the emergence of new institutions of interaction between the subjects of a cluster, the growth of uncertainty within the system and a change in the level of specificity of the assets of its participants. The task to find new tools for the assessment of the potential of economic security of a cluster is becoming urgent. It is necessary to find such tools which would take into account the ability to adapt to technological and geopolitical challenges in the future. Within the framework of this study, the authors developed an algorithm for the assessment of the potential of alternative models of the organizational structure of a high-tech cluster. The important methodological aspect of the process of forecasting the level of adaptability of alternative cluster structures to external changes is the condition for the availability of institutional support to promising areas of technical development. The developed algorithm presupposes the further development of the methods of system analysis and the formation of Institutional Atlases for the parameters of the assessment of the opportunistic behavior risks of subjects or synergistic effects. The use of this algorithm allowed drawing some important intermediate conclusions about the unequal composition and the influence of dominant institutional factors in modeling different organizational structures of a high-tech cluster.

The article is devoted to the issues of practical implementation of planning observations of information processes flows, the sources of which are dynamic network objects that can appear in the network at random times. A variant of the implementation of the suboptimal distribution of time resources of the monitoring system between the tasks of detecting and evaluating random processes that appear in accordance with the laws of the Poisson flow is proposed.

The law “On Education in the Russian Federation” of December 29, 2012 is to provide the possibility of creating educational programs in the network form. However, today there is no regulatory base for the methodological explanation of the financial calculations between organizations that are using educational programs in the network form. The situation is made worse despite the transition to the normative per capita financing of educational institutions. Most of the universities have not proceeded to normative distribution of incoming funds yet and are still using so-called “expensive” methods that help to determine the main articles of incoming funds spending (first of all – the wage fund of the faculty staff). In this paper we propose to extend the previously developed method for the wage funds formation of the faculty staff that is based on determining the proportions of structural units in the educational process implementation, in the case of network form of educational programs. In this case, the key parameter determining such proportions is a complexity of the curriculum, expressed in the credit units. The paper also provides a method of calculating the labor-intensive rates of the different components of curriculum network of educational programs. The developed method of conducting financial settlements between institutions-participants of the network form educational programs is to take into account the particular features of the specific educational program, the complexity of educational process organization, etc. Moreover, this method is a logical continuation of the normative per capita financing system of educational organizations and it promotes the conditions for the curriculum process optimizations and the optimal options of the educational process planning system for network participants.

The article discusses the risk assessment methods, the influence of safety threats on the occurrence and likelihood of risks, the difficulties encountered before risk assessment, raises issues of planning and extent of the construction entity's influence on risk assessment and construction protection. Particular attention is paid to the processing of results and analysis of threat assessment. An assumption is made that planning can be used as a risk assessment tool, and a way of using this tool to protect against emerging threats is suggested.

There are methods for determining the quantitative and qualitative need for labor in the paper. The methods of recruitment are analyzed. Classification of methods of recruiting is given. Their advantages and disadvantages are revealed. The paper presents the results of a study on modern methods of recruiting personnel used by construction organizations in Tyumen.

The purpose of this paper is to analyze actual stress-strain states of casting crane traverse taking into account weight of lifted load, thermal effects and additional inertial loads. The object of the study is a pattern of stress distribution inside the traverse elements. Methodology is proposed for modeling and analyzing stress-strain states of the casting crane traverse based on strength calculations considering allowable stresses and FEM. Calculation scheme and equivalent model were developed, and FEM calculation was performed in CAD/CAE system. Regularity of stress distribution in the traverse is obtained, and possible ways to further research are identified.

This article presents some methods for calculating the residual life of building structures. Areas of application for each of them are highlighted. A new method for calculating the residual life of building structures is proposed, which is proposed to be called a combined procedure for calculating the residual life of building structures. This method outlines a methodical approach that involves the joint use of all the techniques listed in this article. This will remove the limitations that each of these techniques had individually, which makes the combined methodology a universal technique for calculating the residual life of building structures. Combined methodology with its further improvement allows the use in some cases of special methods for calculating the remaining resource.

This article discusses the possibility of generalizing the existing methods of optimization of observations to the problems of resource management of intrusion detection systems. The aim of this work is to study the applied aspects of the application of the surveillance optimization method, which increases the efficiency of using the resources of intrusion detection systems. The set goal of the work was achieved through the following tasks: (1) on the basis of experimental data, the development of a dynamic model of the controlled object and the observation model was carried out; and (2) numerical modeling of the solution to the problem of optimizing observations of the state of monitored objects in the intrusion detection system was carried out. As a result of this research, modern approaches to the management of resources of intrusion detection systems have been analyzed. A practical study of the possibility of using the mathematical apparatus for optimizing observations in relation to the problems of resource management of intrusion detection systems has been carried out. The most important scientific findings are as follows: (1) model of the dynamics of the controlled object; (2) model for monitoring the state of controlled objects; and (3) procedure for optimizing the plan for monitoring the state of monitored objects in intrusion detection systems. The significance of the results obtained is confirmed by a numerical experiment, within the framework of which a relative gain in the accuracy of assessing the state of controlled objects of 99.9% was obtained in comparison with a uniform observation plan. The article is devoted to the problem of normative and legal regulation of incentives for workers of the building companies. The company considered is engaged in high-rise construction. The part of the document “Regulations for the incentives of employees of the enterprise” is presented. This document is introduced into the practical activities of the Tyumen enterprise. The presented part of the document regulates the issues of material incentives for employees of the enterprise. The document “Regulations for the incentives of employees of the enterprise” is developed in accordance with the approach proposed by author. The document was developed, after the authors had carried out an analysis of the scheme of incentives at the enterprise.

General theoretical approaches to the content of the concept of multi-channel marketing have been generalized. It is proved that multi-channel marketing differs from multi-channel communications and is a modern and global technology of integration of all components of the marketing complex in the process of interaction with the consumer. It is substantiated that the level of possession of mobile devices in Ukraine and their penetration among the population creates a background for widespread using of Internet channels by service providers. The special relevance of the use of multi-channel marketing takes on the market of banking services because it allows personalizing the contact with the consumer and take into account his or her requirements in terms of access points and convenient time. The data about the increase of non-contact payments in the domestic market and stability of this trend has been displayed in this article. At the same time, the reduction of traditional branches of banks is not always justified, as the consumer must have their own choice as to the convenience of using one or another channel. The expert assessment proved that despite the high cost of maintaining the liaison office has relatively high efficiency among the clients of advanced age. Therefore, against the background of reduction of unprofitable branches, there should be processes of modernization of those that remain on the market from the point of view of conversion into financial service centers. The article proposes a method of constructing a system of multi-channel marketing of a banking institution, which consists of four stages: analysis of large amounts of data on consumer behavior, their preferences regarding the ways and means of connecting to banking services, products and services, the volume, timing and regularity of provision; segmentation of the market and the definition of target segments depending on the level of ownership of mobile devices and information technology, age, income and social activity; optimization of the set of channels from the point of view of maximization of profit and minimization of expenses for their maintenance in the context of each target segment; evaluate the effectiveness of multi-channel interaction and adjustment of the configuration of the channels. It is proved that the main feature of segmentation of consumers in the construction of multi-channel marketing should be the level of ownership and frequency of use of electronic devices. A whole group of polymorphisms of genes involved in the formation of the epidermal barrier, immune responses, and their regulation is important in the formation of atopic phenotype. The purpose of the study is to determine the relationship of polymorphisms of genes of Toll-like receptors TLR2 and TLR4 with clinical and immunological parameters in atopic dermatitis patients in a "case-control" study. Polymorphisms of genes TLR2 (p.Arg753Gln) and TLR4 (Asp299Gly) were detected by PCR. Parameters of the state of innate and adaptive immunity were assessed by the level of local production of sIgA, cytokine profile of blood serum for IL-4, IL-10, and IFN-γ. Biological samples from 50 people with allergic pathology, aged 4.5 to 35 years, and 100 healthy individuals (controls) were analyzed. Observed dysregulation of cytokine production (IL-4, IL-10) in patients with heterozygous polymorphic genotypes probably reflects an imbalance of Th1/Th2/Th17 regulation of immune system response in these individuals. A novel approach for monitoring the biomolecular interactions of superparamagnetic nanoparticles was disclosed. Based on ultrafiltration of a human serum-nanoparticle mixture and the mass spectrometric analysis of filtrates, this assay revealed for iron oxide nanoparticles coated with poly(acrylic acid) satisfactory biopersistence and a bimodal binding to sulfur-containing biomolecules, with the formation of the protein corona completed in about 1 h. Spectral properties of cell suspensions, individual cells, and extracts of the unicellular green alga Parietochloris incisa (Reisigl) Shin Watan. grown under low light were studied. Long-term nitrogen (N) deprivation resulted in a decrease of chloroplast volume, appearance of numerous large cytoplasmic oil bodies, and the deposition of triacylglycerols with a high proportion of arachidonic acid. Chlorophylls a and b underwent a synchronous decline, whereas carotenoids (Car) showed a relative increase. Simultaneously, significant qualitative changes in the spectral properties of P. incisa individual cells, cell extracts, and cell suspensions were observed. To a large extent, the spectral changes observed in cell suspension could be attributed to a decrease in overall pigment content, leading to a gradual weakening of the so-called package effect and accumulation of additional amounts of Car over chl, most probably, in oil bodies. Several optical characteristics of cell suspensions could serve as sensitive indicators of N-deficiency in P. incisa. Furthermore, the absorption ratios, A476/ A676 and A650/ A676, showed close correlations with the Car-to-chl ratio and relative arachidonic acid (AA) content, respectively. The latter makes it possible to suggest that the increase in AA percentage in P. incisa proceeds in parallel with a decrease in cell chl content, accounting for the weakening of the package effect. N-replenishment resulted in complete recovery of cell optical properties. The possible significance of the changes in cell ultrastructure, pigments, lipids, and optical properties is discussed with special reference to the ability of algae to adapt to and survive under conditions of long-term nutrient deficiency. Objective: Non-invasive prenatal testing (NIPT) is increasingly being used in prenatal aneuploidy screening. The objective of this study was to assess the positive predictive value in our cohort of 68 cases with positive NIPT result. In addition, we wondered if the use of NIPT in cases with ultrasound abnormalities is appropriate, given the limited number of chromosomes investigated.Design: We performed confirmative invasive testing using karyotyping, fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) and/or high-resolution chromosomal microarray analysis.Results: In line with the published data, the positive NIPT result was confirmed in 64.7% of cases. Inconclusive and negative NIPT results followed by cytogenetically pathologic findings were encountered in three and in five cases, respectively. Four of the five fetuses with negative NIPT but pathologic cytogenetic findings were born with several malformations and diagnosed right after birth with severe genetic conditions. Of note, in all of those four cases, NIPT was offered despite the finding of major fetal ultrasound abnormalities and despite the fact that the family would not have opposed invasive testing or pregnancy termination.Conclusion: More education of health care providers and caution in counseling and interpretation of test results are needed in order to meet the challenges that this new test, which enriches our diagnostic options in prenatal testing, poses.
