With the integration of information and communication technologies (ICT) into curricula, teachers are responsible for promoting ICT literacy among secondary school students, which requires in-depth technological knowledge (TK) and technological-pedagogical knowledge (TPK) on the part of teachers. This study uses a multilevel analysis to examine how teachers' professional knowledge at TK and TPK influences secondary school students' ICT literacy. Using data from n = 1,566 students from a larger sample taught in N = 134 classes by N = 220 teachers in N = 39 schools, our results show contrary to our hypotheses, no significant relationship between teachers' professional knowledge regarding TK and TPK and students' cross-curricula ICT literacy. Furthermore, we did not find any significant relationship in our model between students' study-related ICT use and ICT literacy. By analyzing the relationship between teachers' TK and TPK and students' ICT literacy, our study provides new insights into the relationship between teachers' cross-curricular knowledge and students' cross-curricular achievements. Rationale & Objective: The option for A2/A2B deceased donor kidney transplantation was integrated into the kidney allocation system in 2014 to improve access for B blood group waitlist candidates. Despite excellent reported outcomes, center uptake has remained low across the United States. Here, we examined the effect of implementing an A2/A2B protocol using a cutoff titer of ≤1:8 for IgG and ≤1:16 for IgM on blood group B kidney transplant recipients at a single center. Study Design: Retrospective observational study. Setting & Participants: Blood group B recipients of deceased donor kidney transplants at a single center from January 1, 2019, to December 2022. Exposure: Recipients of deceased donor kidney transplants were analyzed based on donor blood type with comparisons of A2/A2B versus blood group compatible. Outcomes: One-year patient survival, death-censored allograft function, primary nonfunction, delayed graft function, allograft function as measured using serum creatinine levels and estimated glomerular filtration rate at 1 year, biopsy-proven rejection, and need for plasmapheresis. Analytical Approach: Comparison between the A2/A2B and compatible groups were performed using the Fisher test or the χ2 test for categorical variables and the nonparametric Wilcoxon rank-sum test for continuous variables. Results: A total of 104 blood type B patients received a deceased donor kidney transplant at our center during the study period, 49 (47.1%) of whom received an A2/A2B transplant. Waiting time was lower in A2/A2B recipients compared with blood group compatible recipients (57.9 months vs 74.7 months, P = 0.01). Asesmen merupakan suatu kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh pendidik untuk memberikan penilaian terhadap perkembangan individu anak. Melalui proses asesmen, dapat diketahui tingkat kemajuan dan perkembangan setiap anak. Hal ini terjadi karena proses penilaian dilakukan terhadap setiap aspek perkembangan anak usia dini. Proses penilaian dilakukan secara paralel dengan proses pembelajaran. Pelaksanaan penilaian perkembangan pada era merdeka belajar dibedakan menjadi penilaian diagnostik, formatif, dan sumatif. Penilaian dapat menunjang pembelajaran karena hasil penilaian dapat mengidentifikasi kebutuhan siswa dan menyesuaikannya dengan proses pengajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi di lembaga taman kanak-kanak dalam menilai perkembangan anak dengan menggunakan konsep belajar mandiri. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan tipe fenomenologis yang bertujuan untuk memperoleh data mendalam mengenai perubahan kurikulum yang dapat mengubah penilaian tumbuh kembang anak. Hasilnya adalah kegiatan penilaian Taman Kanak-kanak PH dan SK mulai dari tahap perencanaan hingga pelaporan melalui tiga jenis penilaian yaitu diagnostik, formatif, dan sumatif. Instrumen assesmen berupa checklist, catatan anekdot, hasil kerja dan foto berseri. Proses pelaporan kepada orang tua dilakukan agar orang tua dapat mengetahui pencapaian perkembangan anaknya. Foto berseri merupakan intrumen yang paling sulit dilakukan. Membagi tanggungjawab dengan guru lain merupakan solusi yang dilakukan oleh kedua TK ini.

Cryopreservation of mammalian cells is an important technology; however, freezing damage due to osmotic pressure differences and ice crystal formation is inevitable. In addition, cryopreserved cells cannot be used immediately after thawing in many cases. Therefore, in this study, we developed a method for supercooling and preserving adherent cells using a precision temperature-controlled CO2 incubator. The effects of the cooling rate from 37 to −4°C, the warming rate from −4 to 37°C and a preservation solution on cell viability after storage were examined. Human hepatocarcinoma-derived cell line HepG2 cells, preserved with HypoThermosol FRS at −4°C with a cooling rate of −0.028°C/min (24 h from 37°C to −4°C) and warming to 37°C at a rate of +1.0°C/min (40 min from −4 to 37°C), displayed high cell viability after 14 days of preservation. The superiority of supercooling preservation at −4°C was demonstrated by comparing the obtained results with that of refrigerated preservation at +4°C. Cells preserved for 14 days under optimal conditions showed no cell shape abnormalities and may be used for experiments immediately after thawing. The optimized supercooling preservation method determined in this study is suitable for the temporary preservation of adherent cultured cells. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

California is moving quickly to transform transitional kindergarten (TK) into a universal preschool program to be available to all four-year-olds in the state by 2025 (California Legislative Information, 2021b).This will create the need for as many as 8,000 to 11,000 additional lead TK teachers.1 In child care centers and family child care homes across the state, a diverse cadre of early educators are experienced in teaching young children and well prepared to meet this demand. Yet this expansion of TK — currently planned to operate exclusively in public school settings — risks bypassing these trained professionals. Without careful attention to how TK is implemented, this model stands to bring greater instability to the early care and education (ECE) system and fuel existing racial pay gaps among the ECE workforce, ultimately undermining the state’s vision for an equitable system for children, families, and educators.This snapshot highlights original key findings from a recent workforce survey of center-based and TK teachers and includes analysis of secondary data that are immediately relevant to the expansion of transitional kindergarten.2 Additional findings from the workforce study, including results from family child care (FCC) providers and center administrators, are forthcoming.

Abstract Trichosanthes kirilowii Maxim. (TK) is a dioecious plant in the Cucurbitaceae family of which different sexes have separate medicinal uses. We used Illumina high-throughput sequencing technology to sequence miRNAs from male and female flower buds of TK. We performed bioinformatics analysis, miRNA identification, and target gene prediction on the data obtained from sequencing, and association analysis was performed in combination with the results of a previous transcriptome sequencing study. As a result, there were 80 differentially expressed miRNAs (DESs) between the female and male plants (48 upregulated and 32 downregulated in female plants). Moreover, 27 novel miRNAs in DESs were predicted to have 282 target genes, and 51 known miRNAs were predicted to have 3418 target genes. By establishing a regulatory network between miRNAs and target genes, 12 core genes were screened, including 7 miRNAs and 5 target genes. Among them, tkmiR157a-5p, tkmiR156c, tkmiR156_2, and tkmiR156k_2 jointly target the regulation of tkSPL18 and tkSPL13B. These two target genes are specifically expressed in male and female plants, respectively, and are involved in the biosynthesis process of BR, which is closely related to the sex differentiation process of TK. The identification of these miRNAs will provide a reference for the analysis of the sex differentiation mechanism of TK.

Perilaku Cuci Tangan Pakai Sabun (CTPS) yang tidak tepat masih tinggi ditemukan pada anak usia 10 tahun ke bawah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan antara perilaku cuci tangan pakai sabun dengan diare pada anak. Penyakit diare sampai saat ini masih termasuk dalam urutan 10 penyakit terbanyak di Kota Padang. Tujuan kegiatan ini untuk meningkatkan perilaku CTPS pada siswa Taman Kanak-Kanak. Sasaran kegiatan adalah siswa TK di Kecamatan Nanggalo Kota Padang yaitu TK/PAUD Islam Arrozaq dan TK/PAUD Islam Nurul Halim yang berjumlah 66 orang. Kegiatan diawali dengan perkenalan dan pemberian informasi tentang pentingnya CTPS dan penanyangan video yang berisikan drama singkat mengenai pentingnya CTPS, akibat bila tidak CTPS, dan tari CTPS. Tari CTPS mengajarkan cara mencuci tangan pakai sabun yang baik dan benar. Setelah itu dilakukan praktek CTPS yang baik dan benar. Promosi kesehatan menggunakan media tarian dan nyanyian mendapatkan respon yang baik dari siswa TK. Peserta memperhatikan dengan seksama informasi yang diberikan dan antusias dalam melakukan kegiatan terutama pada sosialisasi tari CTPS. Diharapkan kegiatan ini dapat berlangsung secara berkelanjutan kepada seluruh siswa taman kanak-kanak yang ada di kota Padang, mengingat syarat dari pengajuan akreditasi taman kanak-kanak adalah tersedianya alat CTPS di sekolah. Oleh karena itu diharapkan ada pelatihan yang berkelanjutan kepada siswa tentang CTPS.

Abstract Background Deoxythymidine triphosphate (dTTP) is an essential building block of DNA, and defects in enzymes involved in dTTP synthesis cause neurodegenerative disorders. For instance, mutations in DTYMK, the gene coding for thymidylate kinase (TMPK), cause severe microcephaly in human. However, the mechanism behind this is not well-understood. Here we used the zebrafish model and studied (i) TMPK, an enzyme required for both the de novo and the salvage pathways of dTTP synthesis, and (ii) thymidine kinases (TK) of the salvage pathway in order to understand their role in neuropathology. Results Our findings reveal that maternal-stored dNTPs are only sufficient for 6 cell division cycles, and the levels of dNTPs are inversely correlated to cell cycle length during early embryogenesis. TMPK and TK activities are prominent in the cytosol of embryos, larvae and adult fish and brain contains the highest TMPK activity. During early development, TMPK activity increased gradually from 6 hpf and a profound increase was observed at 72 hpf, and TMPK activity reached its maximal level at 96 hpf, and remained at high level until 144 hpf. The expression of dtymk encoded Dtymk protein correlated to its mRNA expression and neuronal development but not to the TMPK activity detected. However, despite the high TMPK activity detected at later stages of development, the Dtymk protein was undetectable. Furthermore, the TMPK enzyme detected at later stages showed similar biochemical properties as the Dtymk enzyme but was not recognized by the Dtymk specific antibody. Conclusions Our results suggest that active dNTP synthesis in early embryogenesis is vital and that Dtymk is essential for neurodevelopment, which is supported by a recent study of dtymk knockout zebrafish with neurological disorder and lethal outcomes. Furthermore, there is a novel TMPK-like enzyme expressed at later stages of development.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kegiatan outbond TK dan SD yang sering dilaksanakan di Kabupaten Kuningan. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan fenomenologi yang merupakan bagian dari metode kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket, wawancara, dan observasi. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa, guru, dan kepala TK dan SD di Kabupaten Kuningan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan outbond yang dilaksanakan beberapa TK dan SD di Kabupaten Kuningan dirasa belum bisa mengembangkan potensi anak. Hal tersebut disebabkan karena beberapa faktor diantaranya: 1) Terbatasnya fasilitas outbond di area Kuningan dan sekitarnya yang children friendly, 2) Tingginya biaya yang dikeluarkan sekolah apabila ingin melakukan kegiatan outbond yang representatif. Berdasarkan hasil temuan penelitian, munculnya harapan dari sekolah-sekolah agar pengembangan fasilitas outbond yang children friendly dengan biaya terjangkau menjadi prioritas yang harus segera direalisasikan agar kegiatan dapat berjalan sesuai tujuan dari kegiatan outbond tersebut.

In patients with severe internal carotid artery stenosis (sICAS), cerebral circulation time (CCT) is associated with cerebral hyperperfusion syndrome. This study aims to investigate the effect of remote ischemic preconditioning (RIC) on CCT in patients with sICAS. Patients are randomly assigned to the RIC group (RIC twice daily, for 2-4 days before carotid artery stenting [CAS] as an adjunct to standard medical therapy) and the control group. The results show that RIC produces a significant decrease in CCT of the stenosis side (sCCT) from baseline to pre-CAS, and the occurrence of contrast staining on brain computed tomography (CT) is lower in RIC versus control group after CAS. In addition, significant changes in some serum biomarkers suggest that anti-neuroinflammation, anti-oxidative stress, protecting endothelial injury, and improving cerebral autoregulation may be associated with the effect of RIC. These findings provide supporting evidence that RIC can modulate cerebral circulation in patients with sICAS. Kelurahan Labuhbaru Barat merupakan salah satu kelurahan yang ada di Kota Pekanbaru. Kelurahan ini menjadi salah satu tempat pelaksanaan Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN). Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) merupakan salah satu mata kuliah yang ada di perguruan tinggi. KKN menjadi wujud nyata yang harus dilaksanakan oleh mahasiswa dalam bentuk pengabdian yang harus dilakukan oleh mahasiswa. Tujuan pelaksanaan KKN adalah untuk membantu kehidupan masyarakat dari segala aspek, termasuk dalam bidang pendidikan. Pendidikan adalah hal terpenting dalam kehidupan setiap manusia. Setiap manusia harus memiliki pendidikan guna mencapai tujuan dari pembukaan UUD 1945 alinea keempat yakni mencerdaskan kehidupan anak bangsa. Berdasarkan tujuan itu, mahasiswa dapat mengambil langkah untuk membantu pendidikan dengan cara berperan dalam proses pembelajaran di dua sekolah yang ada di Kelurahan Labuhbaru Barat yakni TK Darul Hikmah dan MDA Muhammadiyah. Metode yang digunakan oleh mahasiswa saat menjalankan pengabdian di TK Darul Hikmah dilakukan dengan metode pembelajaran yang menyengkan seperti belajar sambil bermain, belajar melalui lagu, pembelajaran dari buku cerita anak islami, buku bahan ajar literasi dan numerasi. Metode yang digunakan oleh mahasiswa saat menjalankan pengabdian di MDA Muhammadiyah dilakukan dengan metode pembelajaran menyimak bacaan ngaji siswa, pembelajaran sambil bernyanyi, dan hafalan surah pendek. Hasil pengabdian dapat memberikan manfaat dalam peran pembelajaran di TK Darul Hikmah dan MDA Muhammadiyah berupa membantu pengajaran pada dua sekolah.

Abstrak Informasi merupakan hal yang penting untuk selalu diperbaharui, agar informasi yang akan disampaikan efektif dan efisien ke pengguna, maka dibutuhkanlah media yang mengikuti perkembangan zaman yaitu suatu platform digital hasil karya anak bangsa berupa TV Sekolah. Dimana TV Sekolah ini dapat dijadikan media informasi yang dapat diakses dengan mudah oleh siapapun, dimanapun dan kapanpun. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan fitur Panggung Sekolah dari TV Sekolah sebaga media informasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara dan dokumentasi. Komponen yang diamati terdiri dari penggunaan TV Sekolah dan manfaat fitur Panggung Sekolah. Hasil yang didapat dari penelitian ini adalah TV Sekolah sangat berguna sebagai media informasi kepada orangtua/wali murid dalam melihat kegiatan intrakurikuler dan ekstrakurikuler anak didik khususnya di TK Islam Rahmaniyah Kota Balikpapan. Dengan adanya TV Sekolah menjadikan guru dapat meningkatkan kreativitasnya dalam merencanakan, menyusun dan mewujudkan bentuk tayangan kegiatan anak didik di Panggung Sekolah TV sekolah. Hal ini dapat dijadikan sebagai media informasi untuk memfasilitasi orangtua/wali murid dalam mengakses saluran TV Sekolah terutama kegiatan anak didik di TK. To evaluate the value of total keratometry (TK) to estimate corneal power in eyes that underwent SMILE for treatment of myopia or myopic astigmatism in subgroups of low and high astigmatism. The difference between preoperative and postoperative measurements of corneal power (ΔTCRP, ΔTK) was compared with the surgically induced refractive change at the corneal plane (ΔSEco) by Pearson correlation. Vector analysis of TCRP- and TK-derived astigmatism was performed to evaluate the corneal astigmatism. Single-angle plots were generated with the AstigMATIC tool for standard astigmatism vector analysis. Paired t-test revealed statistically significant differences in preoperative (p =.02) and postoperative (p =.0455) measurements between TK and TCRP in the group of high-level astigmatism and the postoperative low astigmatism group (p <.01). No significant differences were found in preoperative data in the group of low-level astigmatism (p =.60). The correlation of ΔSEco and TK (low astigmatism, R2 = 0.978; high astigmatism R2 = 0.980) was stronger than the correlation of TCRP 4.0 mm and ΔSEco (low astigmatism, R2 = 0.743; high astigmatism R2 = 0.959) in both astigmatic groups. The vector analysis demonstrated nearly identical results concerning the correction index (CI) for TK and TCRP. Comparing the difference vector (DV) between both parameters, TK-derived results were closer to the optimum. The purpose of this study is to identify a model in the protection of traditional knowledge (TK) of medicinal herbs by adopting a comprehensive protection instrument, comprising positive and defensive protection. Based on the regulation of TK in international conventions and the national laws, the best practice for the protection of TK of medicinal herbs is by implementing a sui generis regulation that stems from the principle of justice in fulfilling the traditional communities' rights over access to health and welfare. Based on the results of research conducted by interview and observation methods, the leadership style obtained at the Headmaster of Yogyakarta State Kindergarten is the executive leadership style. Where have the characteristics of giving high spirits to subordinates with high moral example, maintaining others in accordance with their respective characteristics and view people as coworkers and more importantly is able to establish good relationships with new people and view conflict as a matter of reasonable. Abstrak: Penelitian ini dilakukan di TK Negeri Pembina Yogyakarta yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui, diantaranya., Pertama, gambaran gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah TK Negeri Pembina Yogyakarta, Kedua, faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan Kepemimpinan subjek, Ketiga, cara mengembangkan gaya kepemimpinan subjek. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan dengan metode wawancara dan observasi, maka diperoleh gaya kepemimpinan pada kepala sekolah TK Negeri Pembina Yogyakarta adalah gaya kepemimpinan executive. Dimana memiliki ciri-ciri memberikan semangat yang tinggi kepada bawahan dengan contoh moral yang tinggi, mempertahankan orang lain sesuai dengan sifat masing-masing dan memandang orang sebagai teman kerja dan yang lebih penting adalah dapat menjalin hubungan yang baik dengan orang baru dan memandang konflik sebagai hal yang wajar.

This type of research is Classroom Action Research, which uses two cycles with each cycle consisting of four stages, namely (1) planning, (2) implementation, (3) observation, (4) reflection. The subjects of this study were group B TK Pertiwi Margorejo Tempel Sleman with 15 children, consisting of 9 boys and 6 girls. The object of this research is an effort to improve children's fine motor skills through drawing activities. Data analysis was obtained through demonstration, performance, assignment, observation and documentation. The results of increasing fine motor skills through drawing activities in the first cycle of children who developed very well 71% increased to 85.43%. In the second cycle the fine motor skills of children who developed very well 50% increased to 93.71%..

Cyanobacteria are one of the most promising microorganisms to produce biofuels and renewable chemicals due to their oxygenic autotrophic growth properties. However, to rely on photosynthesis, which is one of the main reasons for slow growth, low carbon assimlation rate and low production, is a bottleneck. To address this challenge, optimizing the Calvin-Benson-Bassham (CBB) cycle is one of the strategies since it is the main carbon fixation pathway. In a previous study, we showed that overexpression of either aldolase (FBA), transketolase (TK), or fructose-1,6/sedoheptulose-1,7-bisphosphatase (FBP/SBPase), enzymes responsible for RuBP regeneration and vital for controlling the CBB carbon flux, led to higher production rates and titers in ethanol producing strains of Synechocystis PCC 6803. In the present study, we investigated the combined effects of the above enzymes on ethanol production in Synechocystis PCC 6803.The ethanol production of the strains overexpressing two CBB enzymes (FBA ​+ ​TK, FBP/SBPase ​+ ​FBA or FBP/SBPase ​+ ​TK) was higher than the respective control strains, overexpressing either FBA or TK. The co-overexpression of FBA and TK led to more than 9 times higher ethanol production compared to the overexpression of FBA. Compared to TK the respective increase is 4 times more ethanol production. Overexpression of FBP/SBPase in combination with FBA showed 2.5 times higher ethanol production compared to FBA. Finally, co-overexpression of FBP/SBPase and TK reached about twice the production of ethanol compared to overexpression of only TK. This study clearly demonstrates that overexpression of two selected CBB enzymes leads to significantly increased ethanol production compared to overexpression of a single CBB enzyme.

The current study investigates the prospective teachers' Pedagogical Technological and Content Knowledge (TPACK). It was aimed to explore: 1) the level of Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK) of prospective teachers. 2) and the prospective teachers' weak and strong areas of TPACK knowledge. The study group consisted of 85 prospective teachers enrolled in B.Ed (Hons) degree programs at Karakoram International University. The survey data was analysed using the SPSS 22 software. Standard deviation and Mean were used to illustrate the level of pre-service teachers regarding various TPACK knowledge domains. Pedagogical Knowledge (PK) of pre-service teachers has the highest score. The Technological Pedagogical Knowledge (TPK) contains the second-highest score. Technological Knowledge (TK) has the third highest value. The Pedagogical Content Knowledge (PCK) has the fourth-highest score. The Content Knowledge (CK) has the second-lowest score, and the Technological Pedagogical & Content Knowledge (TPACK) domain has the lowest score. Rationale & Objective: The option for A2/A2B deceased donor kidney transplantation was integrated into the kidney allocation system in 2014 to improve access for B blood group waitlist candidates. Despite excellent reported outcomes, center uptake has remained low across the United States. Here, we examined the effect of implementing an A2/A2B protocol using a cutoff titer of ≤1:8 for IgG and ≤1:16 for IgM on blood group B kidney transplant recipients at a single center., Study Design: Retrospective observational study., Setting & Participants: Blood group B recipients of deceased donor kidney transplants at a single center from January 1, 2019, to December 2022., Exposure: Recipients of deceased donor kidney transplants were analyzed based on donor blood type with comparisons of A2/A2B versus blood group compatible., Outcomes: One-year patient survival, death-censored allograft function, primary nonfunction, delayed graft function, allograft function as measured using serum creatinine levels and estimated glomerular filtration rate at 1 year, biopsy-proven rejection, and need for plasmapheresis., Analytical Approach: Comparison between the A2/A2B and compatible groups were performed using the Fisher test or the χ 2 test for categorical variables and the nonparametric Wilcoxon rank-sum test for continuous variables., Results: A total of 104 blood type B patients received a deceased donor kidney transplant at our center during the study period, 49 (47.1%) of whom received an A2/A2B transplant. Waiting time was lower in A2/A2B recipients compared with blood group compatible recipients (57.9 months vs 74.7 months, P  = 0.01). A2/A2B recipients were more likely to receive a donor after cardiac death (24.5% vs 1.8%, P  < 0.05) and experience delayed graft function (65.3% vs 41.8%). There were no observed differences in the average serum creatinine level or estimated glomerular filtration rate at 1 month, 3 months, and 1 year post kidney transplantation, acute rejection, or primary nonfunction., Limitations: Single-center study. Purpose: Malignant gliomas are aggressive spinal cord tumors. In this study, we hypothesized that combination therapy using an anti-angiogenic agent, bevacizumab, and hypoxia-inducible glioblastoma-specific suicide gene could reduce tumor growth. Materials and Methods: In the present study, we evaluated the effect of combination therapy using bevacizumab and pEpo-NI2- SV-TK in reducing the proliferation of C6 cells and tumor growth in the spinal cord. Spinal cord tumor was generated by the injection of C6 cells into the T5 level of the spinal cord. Complexes of branched polyethylenimine (bPEI)/pEpo-NI2-SV-TK were injected into the spinal cord tumor. Bevacizumab was then administered by an intraperitoneal injection at a dose of 7 mg/kg. The anti-cancer effects of combination therapy were analyzed by histological analyses and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). The Basso, Beattie and Bresnahan scale scores for all of the treatment groups were recorded every other day for 15 days to assess the rat hindlimb strength. Results: The complexes of bPEI/pEpo-NI2-SV-TK inhibited the viability of C6 cells in the hypoxia condition at 5 days after treatment with ganciclovir. Bevacizumab was decreased in the cell viability of human umbilical vein endothelial cells. Combination therapy reduced the tumor size by histological analyses and MRI. The combination therapy group showed improved hind-limb function compared to the other groups that were administered pEpo-NI2-SV-TK alone or bevacizumab alone. Conclusion: This study suggests that combination therapy using bevacizumab with the pEpo-NI2-SV-TK therapeutic gene could be useful for increasing its therapeutic benefits for intramedullary spinal cord tumors. Raising of local language needs to be implemented especially for children. In order to do so, we use reading poetry and poem training for students of TK Nasyiatul Aisyyah Mungka, 50 Kota. With the practice of reading poetry and poem in this Minangkabau language, students of TK Nasyiatul Aisyyah Mungka, 50 Kota will be able to speak and communicate with their local language. Local languages have long been used by many Indonesian authors, both in works of fiction and poetry. It is expected that this method will increase their awareness Of Minangkabau language. They will also appreciate the beauty of the poetry a nd poem in the Minangkabau language

Indonesia Pendahuluan: Artikel ini bertujuan untuk membahas penggunaan metode cerita untuk mengembangkan moral Anak TK/SD. Metode: Tulisan ini adalah kajian literatur untuk menjelaskan penggunaan metode cerita dalam pengembangan moral Anak TK/SD. Hasil: Penggunaan metode cerita dapat digunakan untuk mengembangkan nilai menghargai teman, sopan santun, dan tanggung jawab. Guru sebaiknya menggunakan teknik bercerita yang sesuai dengan tahap perkembangan anak, baik dari bahasa, media dan langkah-langkah pelaksanaannya. English Introduction: This article aims to discuss the use of story methods to develop the moral of kindergarten or elementary school student. Method: This paper is literature review to explain the use of story method to develop the moral of kindergarten or elementary school. Results: The use of story methods can be used to develop thr child moral, such as: appreaciate, courtesy, and responsibility. Teachers should use storytelling techniques appropriate to the child's developmental stage, both from language, media and implementation steps.
