Để được phép đấu nối lên lưới điện, nhà máy điện gió cần đáp ứng yêu cầu về khả năng điều chỉnh công suất phản kháng tại điểm kết nối chung (PCC). Yêu cầu này đối với nhà máy điện gió ngoài khơi phụ thuộc vào nhiều yếu tố như loại máy phát điện gió, máy biến áp và đặc biệt là đường dây cáp truyền tải xoay chiều điện áp cao. Bài báo trình bày kết quả tính toán xác định dung lượng bù công suất phản kháng cho nhà máy điện gió sử dụng máy phát loại cảm ứng nguồn kép (DFIG) được nối lưới thông qua các máy biến áp ngoài khơi và cáp ngầm cao áp để đáp ứng tiêu chuẩn đấu nối lưới của Việt Nam. Khả năng phát và tiêu thụ công suất phản kháng của các phần tử trong hệ thống điện gió được phân tích nhằm tính toán dung lượng bù. Mô phỏng trên máy tính được thực hiện để kiểm chứng đáp ứng công suất phản kháng yêu cầu tại điểm PCC. Kết quả mô phỏng cho thấy, dung lượng bù đã chọn đảm bảo tiêu chuẩn đấu nối lưới.

In this article, we present a local observer based on infinitesimal observability along trajectories. The gain of this observer derives from a dynamical Lyapunov equation. The inputs for which the observer converges are those which render the system observable at each point of the Ω-limit of the unknown trajectory (infinitesimal observability at infinity along trajectories). Summary: The paper presents an investigation of a new electromagnetic signal for the diagnosis of the doubly fed induction generator (DFIG). The signal is acquired by using a dedicated sensor located on the bus surface of the DC link in the DFIG system. To demonstrate the feasibility and efficiency of applying this signal in condition monitoring of DFIG, a procedure of diagnosing stator asymmetrical fault is shown. Physical phenomena of the defect are first analysed to obtain the harmonic signature. Afterwards, the benchmark will be processed with the defect to extract the specific signature in the DC bus magnetic field. The experiment results show that the proposed signal can be efficiently applied in the diagnosis of wind power generators. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
