The paper took speed regulation system of switched reluctance motor with 8/6 structure as object of study, analyzed influence of state of switched reluctance motor on H-bridge chopper switch under condition that rotate speed is closed loop, and gave calculation method of voltage power spectrum of chopper switch in two kinds of chaotic state. It proved effectiveness of suppression of electromagnetic interference by chaos with nonlinear simulation model of switched reluctance motor and method of getting probability density distribution by eigenvalue, and calculated voltage power spectrum of chopper switch under two conditions by composite Simpson formula. The simulation and experimental results approximately agree with theory analysis results, confirm that chaos has great potentiality in improving electromagnetic compatibility of power transmission system.

In view of problem of higher requirement for safety factor in shaft operation, a blocking function of leakage communication and shaft hoist signal was developed, which was used to realize blocking and unlocking operation for hoist signal by dotting of hand-held interphone of leakage communication in maintenance process of shaft. Implementing schemes through two ways namely reforms of hoist signal system and electrical and control system of hoist were introduced in details. The actual application shows that operation personnel of shaft can participate in hoist control directly and can block hoist signal when need not startup, which improves safety in shaft operation.

The paper introduced hardware structure of electrical parameter acquisition system based on S7-300/200 PLC and Modbus protocol and design of program of S7-200 PLC, and expounded process that S7-300 PLC reads electrical parameters stored in S7-200 PLC through MPI communication. The practical application showed that the system is simple and convenient in application, stable and reliable in running, which has certain reference value in engineering.

This article discusses a study on double expressor lymphoma (DEL) subtypes and the therapeutic mechanism of epigenetic agents. The study identified three subtypes of DEL with unique characteristics and found that DEL had an inferior survival compared to double negative lymphoma (DNL). The subtypes of DEL were associated with different cell-of-origin and genetic classifications. The study also analyzed the effects of tucidinostat and doxorubicin treatment on different oncogenic transcriptional factors and signaling networks in these subtypes. The results showed distinct molecular heterogeneity and a complex tumor microenvironment in DEL, which contribute to resistance to standard treatment. However, tucidinostat plus doxorubicin demonstrated broad-spectrum sensitivity in vitro and in vivo. The study provides insights for optimizing current treatment paradigms in DEL. Gastric cancer (GC) is a gastric epithelium‐derived malignancy insensitive to post‐surgical radiotherapy. Paclitaxel, an anti‐microtubule drug, has been proven to induce apoptosis of GC cells; however, its exact mechanism of action is unclear. Therefore, the molecular mechanism by which paclitaxel inhibits the proliferation, migration and invasion of GC cells was investigated in this study. First off, SNU‐719 cells were co‐cultured with paclitaxel and/or Caspase1 inhibitor VX765. Then the proliferation ability of the cells was detected by MTT after paclitaxel treatment (0, 10, 20, 40, and 80 nM), the migration ability by scratch assay, and the invasion ability by Transwell assay. Next, the levels of interleukin (IL)‐1β and IL‐18 in cell culture supernatant were detected by the enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). And the level of lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) in the supernatant was measured by a corresponding kit. Finally, western blot was performed to detect the concentrations of Gasdermin E (GSDME), GSDME‐N, nod‐like receptor family pyrin domain‐containing 3 (NLRP3), caspase‐1, cleaved caspase‐1 protein in GC cells. As a result, paclitaxel inhibited the proliferation, migration, and invasion of SNU‐719 cells in a concentration‐dependent manner. Moreover, it induced the pyroptosis of SNU‐719 cells. After cell co‐culture with VX765 paclitaxel showed decreased inhibitory effect on the migration and invasion of SNU‐719 cells. VX765, additionally, suppressed the NLRP3/caspase‐1/GSDME mediated pyroptosis pathway activated by paclitaxel. CD47 overexpression is associated with tumor-associated macrophage infiltration and the progression of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL). High CD47 expression is linked to elevated serum lactic dehydrogenase levels and an increased proportion of non-germinal center B-cell subtype. Patients with high CD47 expression have lower progression-free survival and overall survival rates compared to those with low CD47 expression. CD47 is also involved in genetic mutations and dysregulated pathways in DLBCL, and it promotes the polarization of M2-polarized macrophages and an immunosuppressive microenvironment. CD47 expression can be evaluated using immunohistochemistry, and it serves as a potential immunotherapeutic target for DLBCL treatment. [Extracted from the article]

Objective To investigate the differences in epidemiological and clinical characteristics of patients with spotted fever (SF) and severe fever with thrombocytopenia syndrome (SFTS). Methods A total of 86 patients with SF and 113 patients with SFTS who were laboratory-confirmed in the second-level and above hospitals in Lu'an City from January 2017 to January 2022 were selected. The basic data, epidemiological history, clinical data and laboratory test results of the two diseases were retrospectively analyzed for comparison. Results The proportion of male in SF group was 32.56% (28/86), and the proportion of male in SFTS group was 53.98% (61/113), the difference was statistically significant (χ2=9.067, P<0.01). The proportions of abdominal pain and diarrhea in the SF group were (3.49%, 3/83) and (21.24%, 24/113), which were significantly lower than corresponding (6.98%, 6/86) and (46.90%, 53/113) in the SFTS group (χ2=13.121, 37.322, P<0.01). The incidences of rash and eschar in SF group were 95.35% (82/86) and 20.93% (18/86), which were significantly higher than corresponding 1.77% (2/113) and 0.88% (1/113) in SFTS group (χ2=175.311, 22.721, P<0.01). The levels of leukocytes, platelets and Creactive protein in the SF group were significantly higher than those in the SFTS group, and the levels of transaminase, lactate dehydrogenase and D-dimer were significantly lower than those in the SFTS group, and the differences were statistically significant (all P<0.05). Conclusions The rash and inflammatory reaction are more obvious in SF patients, while the liver function, myocardial function and coagulation function are significantly impaired in SFTS patients. Relying on the new development concept and the high-quality development connotation of the construction industry, an evaluation index system of high-quality development of China's construction industry is constructed from nine dimensions. Integrating the subjective and objective weight calculation methods, an optimal model integrating the G1 method with improved expert credibility and the temporal extreme difference entropy weight method was developed to measure the level of high-quality development of China's construction industry in four major regions from 2009 to 2019 and reveal the regional differences in terms of the high-quality development of China's construction industry. The results show that the overall level of the high-quality development of China's construction industry is not high, and the development scale as well as the stability are the most critical constraints; the eastern region has the highest level of high-quality development of the construction industry, mainly due to its huge scale effect of the construction industry and a higher level of innovation; there is still a big gap between the western and northeastern regions and the eastern and central regions. Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) is an aggressive lymphoma with variable clinical outcomes and prediction of prognosis remains important for long-term remission. We performed serial serum soluble interleukin-2 receptor (sIL-2R) measurement pretreatment and before each cycle of the treatment in 599 patients with de novo DLBCL. Genomic and transcriptomic features were analyzed by 223 DNA- and 227 RNA-sequencing, respectively. Applying the cut-off value to sIL-2R pretreatment and cycle 2 (C2) level, patients were classified into FINE subtype (pretreatment low level) with good prognosis, RES subtype (pretreatment high level and C2 low level) with intermediate prognosis, and RET subtype (pretreatment high level and C2 high level) with poor prognosis, independent of International Prognostic Index. In "others" genetic subtype, dynamic change of sIL-2R showed prognostic significance and genetic features. Compared with FINE subtype, RES subtype had increased ARID1A and MYD88 mutations, and RET subtype had increased KMT2D, LYN and SOCS1 mutations. RES and RET subtypes showed significant enrichment in oncogenic pathways, such as ERK, NF-κB, JAK-STAT, and immune-associated pathways. As for tumor microenvironment, RES subtype exhibited increased recruiting activity of CD8 + T, T helper 1, and natural killer cells, and RET subtype with increased recruiting activity of CD4 + T and regulatory T cells in silico. There was a positive correlation between transcripts of IL-2R and immune checkpoint expressions including PD-1 and CTLA-4. Our findings identified that dynamic change of sIL-2R, with this simple and easy detection method in peripheral blood, had long-term prognostic effect and specific relation to microenvironment alterations in DLBCL. Diffuse large B‐cell lymphoma (DLBCL) is a genetically heterogeneous disease with complex tumor microenvironment (TME) alterations. However, immune cell signatures of TME and their prognostic value remain unclear in DLBCL. We aimed to identify high‐risk DLBCL with specific immune cell signatures in TME. Clinical and gene expression data of DLBCL patients were obtained from previously reported retrospective datasets in Gene Expression Omnibus (GSE108466 and GSE5378616) and a multi‐center prospective clinical trial NHL001 (NCT01852435). Patients treated with cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, vincristine, and prednisone (CHOP) regimen (n = 159) from GSE10846 were referred as training cohort for CHOP regimen, while patients treated with rituximab‐CHOP (R‐CHOP) regimen (n = 192) from GSE10846 as training cohort for R‐CHOP regimen. Patients from NHL001 (n = 68) and GSE53786 (n = 57) were referred as validation cohorts for R‐CHOP regimen. CIBERSORT was applied to estimate the relative proportions of 22 subtype of immune cells. We established a prognostic model for model for R‐CHOP regimen included Age, performance status, lactate dehydrogenase, T cells follicular helper and macrophages M0, defining a low‐risk group with 2‐years OS of 92.9% and a high‐risk group with 2‐years OS of 52.5% (HR 6.57 [3.27–13.18], p < 0.0001). Gene mutations were first screened in 180 patients with WGS/WES/targeted sequencing data, including 40 cases of EBER-positive DLBCL and 140 cases of EBER-negative DLBCL. As serum EBV DNA is mostly derived from tumor cells,6 our findings emphasized the advantage of serum EBV DNA as noninvasive biomarker for predicting tumor EBER status and prognostic factor of DLBCL. Background: Diffuse large B‐cell lymphoma (DLBCL) is an aggressive subtype of lymphoma, and multiple extranodal involvement (ENI) indicates adverse clinical outcomes. The aim of this study was to investigate the influence of oncogenic mutations and tumor microenvironment alterations on ENI in DLBCL. Methods: The clinical features of 1960 patients with newly diagnosed DLBCL were analyzed, and DNA and RNA sequencing was performed on 670 and 349 patients, respectively. Oncogenic mutations and tumor microenvironment alterations were compared according to ENI and evaluated in zebrafish patient‐derived tumor xenograft models. Results: Multiple ENI was significantly associated with poor performance status, advanced stage, elevated serum lactate dehydrogenase, low response rate, and inferior prognosis. Lymphoma invasion of the bones, spleen, bone marrow, liver, and central nervous system were independent unfavorable prognostic factors. MYD88 was frequently mutated in patients with multiple ENI, co‐occurred with mutations in CD79B, PIM1, TBL1XR1, BTG1, MPEG1, and PRDM1, and correlated with invasion of the bones, kidney/adrenal glands, breasts, testes, skin, and uterus/ovaries. For tumor microenvironment alterations, patients with multiple ENI showed higher regulatory T‐cell (Treg)‐recruiting activity, but lower extracellular matrix‐encoding gene expression, than those without ENI and with single ENI. Elevated Treg‐recruiting activity was related to mutations in B2M, SGK1, FOXO1, HIST1H1E, and ARID1A, and correlated with invasion of the bone marrow and thyroid. Additionally, mutations in MYD88, PIM1, TBL1XR1, SGK1, FOXO1, HIST1H1E, and ARID1A were associated with decreased major histocompatibility complex class I expression. Zebrafish models further revealed relationships between MYD88 mutations and invasion of the kidneys and gonads, as well as B2M mutations and invasion of the bone marrow. Increased CXCR4 expression is linked to bone marrow invasion in an organotropic way. To address the problem of cumbersome and unrepresentative collection of activity-related data in the calculation of carbon emissions of prefabricated building components, the calculation method of social average carbon emissions based on quota data is proposed. On this basis, combined with the results of standardization of prefabricated components in China, three calculation methods are proposed based on the availability of data to form a standardized carbon emission database for prefabricated components, which extends the standardization of prefabricated component design to the field of carbon emission calculation. Through calculation and analysis, the equations of the steel content of prefabricated components, the carbon emission ratio of reinforced concrete, and carbon emission per unit volume are obtained. By studying the gravity relationships among cities within the region, the economic relationships among cities can be explored, which is the basis for reasonably dividing the urban groups within the city circle and achieving the coordinated development. Based on the theory of urban gravity model, this paper introduces the theory of psychological distance and improves the urban gravity model based on the urban competitiveness and vector-based gravity model. Taking Chengdu city circle as an example, this paper expounds the current situation and economic connection of Chengdu city cycle's gravity pattern. The results show that the improved gravity model can objectively reflect the current conditions of relative gravity among cities. The city circle of Chengdu clearly presents the economic pattern of "overdominance". The urban competitiveness and gravity of Chengdu are far beyond the average level. By means of software including Citespace and SATI 2668 literatures with "location problem" as the keywords in CNKI database were clustered and visualized. Research hotspots of location problem including site selection model and algorithm were analyzed to select the most suitable site selection model for PC component factory. Through the analysis the scale of PC component factory is large and the investment payback period is long thus the selection of PC factory is attributed to the single facility site. Based on the comprehensive evaluation method this paper summarizes the factors of site selection for PC factories, which is beneficial for selecting the suitable alternative location. With the increasing of prefabricated rate, the on-site construction has make higher requirements for hoisting operation, thus the systematical analysis of technical and economic aspects of cranes is particularly urgent. Taking the hoisting process of tower crane as the research objective, a calculation model for the selection and location of tower crane is established by calculating the lifting range of the crane and decomposing the hoisting processes. With the shortest lifting time as the optimization objective, the optimal locating points of different types of tower crane are solved. In order to consider cost and function simultaneously, this paper introduced value engineering indexes to calculate the value engineering indexes of different tower cranes. The logistics dispatching of fabricated construction components is an important issue for China to achieve "building industrialization". In order to have a thorough understanding of prefabricated transportation scheduling research, and explore more information and fill the research gap in this field, this study uses the keywords "logistics" and "wheels" to select literature based on CNKI database. By using the visualization software to conduct the co-occurrence analysis with the collected data, this study shows the hotspots in the field of logistics scheduling; At the same time, we also investigated the hot issues, main fields, research algorithms and applications of technology in the field of logistics. On this basis, the development trend of logistics scheduling of prefabricated buildings is analyzed by considering the characteristics of prefabricated components. Background: To determine the seroprevalence, latent infection rate and risk factors for severe fever with thrombocytopenia syndrome virus (SFTSV) infection, a cross-sectional study was conducted in the general population of the Western region of Anhui Province of China from 1 September to 31 December 2014. Methods: Twelve villages with the highest rates of endemic SFTS infection were selected from six towns in two counties in the western region of Anhui Province. Blood samples were collected and tested for the presence of SFTSV-IgG antibodies by ELISA. Each participant was interviewed using a structured questionnaire before blood collection. Participants with seropositive specimens were further investigated using another structured questionnaire. Results: Of 2126 blood specimens collected, 99 (4.66%) were seropositive for SFTSV. None of the participants had been diagnosed with SFTS before the blood collection or were accompanied by fever, thrombocytopenia and leukocytopenia after blood collection. Multivariate logistic regression model analysis revealed living in areas of uncontrolled vegetation growth, long-term residents of the locality and tick bites as high risk factors for SFTSV infection. Conclusions: The overall seroprevalence of SFTSV is higher in the western region of Anhui, possibly due to latent infection, with the main risk factors being living in areas of uncontrolled vegetation growth, long-term residents of the locality and tick bites. Further investigations are warranted to clarify the modes of SFTS virus transmission, while vector management, education on tick bite prevention and personal hygiene management should be implemented for high risk groups in endemic areas.
