In recent years, percutaneous catheter interventions have continuously evolved, becoming an essential strategy for interventional diagnosis and treatment of many structural heart diseases and arrhythmias. Along with the increasing complexity of cardiac interventions comes ever more complex demands for intraoperative imaging. Intracardiac echocardiography (ICE) is well-suited for these requirements with real-time imaging, real-time monitoring for intraoperative complications, and a well-tolerated procedure. As a result, ICE is increasingly used many types of cardiac interventions. Given the lack of relevant guidelines at home and abroad and to promote and standardize the clinical applications of ICE, the members of this panel extensively evaluated relevant research findings, and they developed this consensus document after discussions and correlation with front-line clinical work experience, aiming to provide guidance for clinicians and to further improve interventional cardiovascular diagnosis and treatment procedures.

Territorial space planning in the new era is an important part of the spatial governance of China. At the city and county levels, the management of the relationship between urban and agricultural land is especially important to coordinate the protection and development of space and realize the harmonious coexistence between humans and nature. However, supporting data are still lacking. In the current territorial space planning system of China, the effective protection of urban agriculture and coordinated development with the urban regional system are being discussed. This study takes Shunde District of Foshan City as an example, relying on a 2020 research project concerning the characteristic culture and ecological landscape protection and development of Shunde District. The methods used included conference discussion, field survey, and interviews with villagers, village cadres, and entrepreneurs, and others. The research involved 17 villages, one aquaculture farm, one cultural and creative park, and one dike-pond system cultural leisure farm. Remote sensing (30 m resolution), land use change survey, and statistical and department data were used. Based on the analysis of the collaborative development mechanism of multi-functional reservoirs and land space, the production function, ecological function, and social function characteristics of the Shunde reservoir were assessed. The findings summarize the challenges faced by the current land space governance. The implementation strategy of the collaborative development of reservoirs and other land function spaces are discussed. The land spatial governance of Shunde is faced with problems of spatial fragmentation and nested distribution, aggravation of disaster and ecological risk, and the loss of cultural characteristics of Lingnan waterside villages. As an economic subsystem of the regional system, the foundation pond coordinates the functional coupling between this pond and different regional subsystems. The foundation pond also has a supporting and collaborative role in the regional system function, which is the basis to realize the coordinated development and sustainable utilization of land and space. Based on the production, and the social and ecological functions of reservoirs, the paper highlights land space governance strategies, including the implementation of reservoir function zoning governance, optimization of the main functions of key areas for coordinated development, protection of contiguous reservoirs and improvement of wetland ecosystem services, integration of reservoir cultural resources, creation of reservoir historical and cultural heritage path, promotion of regional cultural characteristics protection, and promotion of reservoir- and village-related industries. The collaborative governance of the park, functional optimization of the ponds near and at the center of the village, promotion of industrial upgrading, optimization of human settlements, and urban-rural integration are also highlighted. The results of this study enrich the research theory of reservoir systems and land space governance. The results also provide the basis for scientific decision-making of land space planning in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.

Abstract Preferred oriented ZnFe2O4 nanowire arrays with an average diameter of 16 nm were fabricated by post-annealing of ZnFe2 nanowires within anodic aluminum oxide templates in atmosphere. Selected area electron diffraction and X-ray diffraction exhibit that the nanowires are in cubic spinel-type structure with a [110] preferred crystallite orientation. Magnetic measurement indicates that the as-prepared ZnFe2O4 nanowire arrays reveal uniaxial magnetic anisotropy, and the easy magnetization direction is parallel to the axis of nanowire. The optical properties show the ZnFe2O4 nanowire arrays give out 370–520 nm blue-violet light, and their UV absorption edge is around 700 nm. The estimated values of direct and indirect band gaps for the nanowires are 2.23 and 1.73 eV, respectively.

Nicosulfuron, one of the most widely used selective herbicides in corn field, can effectively control annual and perennial grass weeds, sedges, and some broadleaf weeds. The residual phytotoxicity of nicosulfuron in soil and water has become increasingly prominent. Therefore, an efficient method for detection of nicosulfuron was critical to ensure the sustainable and healthy development of agriculture and the ecological environment. In this paper, five nicosulfuron haptens which contained carboxyl group or aldehyde groups were designed and synthesized, and an indirect competitive immunoassay was developed for the first time. The assay showed an IC50 of 8.42 ng/mL and had negligible cross reactivities toward other sulfonylurea herbicides. In the spike and recovery studies, the recovery rate from soil samples was 95 %-104 %, and that of wheat roots was 92 %-98 %, which showed a good correlation with LC-MS analysis for nicosulfuron. The immunoassay was then used to quantify nicosulfuron concentration which could cause the obvious phytotoxic symptoms to wheat. Obvious symptoms of nicosulfuron phytotoxicity in wheat root was observed at the concentration of 0.068 ± 0.006 mg/kg (ELISA result) which was consistent with 0.072 ± 0.007 mg/kg obtained by LC-MS. The developed immunoassay method is an effective tool for environment contamination monitoring.

2,4-Dichlorophenoxyacetic acid (2,4-D) is a systemic conductive herbicide widely used across the world. With the large-scale and continuous use of 2,4-D, its possible harm to the environment and non-target organisms has attracted increasing attention, and the construction of a stable rapid on-site detection method is particularly important. In order to achieve on-site rapid detection of 2,4-D, we developed a gold nanoparticle immunochromatographic strip method with the visual elimination value was 50 ng/mL, and a quantitative detection limit of 11 ng/mL based on a nanobody. By combing with the color snap, the immunochromatographic strip could quantitatively analyze the amounts of 2,4-D. Meanwhile, a colorimetric card based on the true color of the test strips was developed for the qualitative analysis of 2,4-D on-site. The samples (water, fruits and vegetables) with and without 2,4-D were detected by the immunochromatographic strips, and the results showed the accuracy and reliability. Thus, this assay is a rapid and simple on-site analytical tool to detect and quantify 2,4-D levels in environmental samples, and the analytical results can be obtained in about ten minutes. In addition, the nanobody technology used in this study provides an inexhaustible supply of a relatively stable antibodies that can be archived as a nanobody, plasmid or even its sequence.

Abstract This report describes the genetic characterization of 297 wild-type measles viruses that were isolated in 24 provinces of China between 1995 and 2003. Phylogenetic analysis of the N gene sequences showed that all of the isolates belonged to genotype H1 except 3 isolates, which were genotype A. The nucleotide sequence and predicted amino acid homologies of the 294-genotype H1 strains were 94.7%–100% and 93.3%–100%, respectively. The genotype H1 isolates were divided into 2 clusters, which differed by approximately 2.9% at the nucleotide level. Viruses from both clusters were distributed throughout China with no apparent geographic restriction and multiple co-circulating lineages were present in many provinces. Even though other measles genotypes have been detected in countries that border China, this report shows that genotype H1 is widely distributed throughout the country and that China has a single, endemic genotype. This important baseline data will help to monitor the progress of measles control in China.

Dicamba herbicide is increasingly used in the world, in particular' with the widespread cultivation of genetically modified dicamba-resistant crops. However, the drift problem in the field has caused phytotoxicity against naive, sensitive crops, raising legal concerns. Thus, it is particularly timely to develop a method that can be used for on-the-spot rapid detection of dicamba in the field. In this paper, a lateral flow immunochromatographic strip (LFIC) was developed. The quantitative detection can be conducted by an app on a smartphone, named "Color Snap." The tool reported here provides results in 10 min and can detect dicamba in water with a LOD (detection limit) value of 0.1 mg/L. The developed LFIC shows excellent stability and sensitivity appropriate for field analysis. Our sensor is portable and excellent tool for on-site detection with smartphone imaging for better accuracy and precision of the results. Graphical abstract.

Although dicamba has long been one of the most widely used selective herbicides, some U.S. states have banned the sale and use of dicamba because of farmers complaints of drift and damage to nonresistant crops. To prevent illegal use of dicamba and allow monitoring of nonresistant crops, a rapid and sensitive method for detection of dicamba is critical. In this paper, three novel dicamba haptens with an aldehyde group were synthesized, conjugated to the carrier protein via a reductive-amination procedure and an indirect competitive chemiluminescent enzyme immunoassay (CLEIA) for dicamba was developed. The assay showed an IC50 of 0.874 ng/mL which was over 15 times lower than that of the conventional enzyme immunoassay. The immunoassay was used to quantify dicamba concentrations in field samples of soil and soybean obtained from fields sprayed with dicamba. The developed CLEIA showed an excellent correlation with LC-MS analysis in spike-and-recovery studies, as well as in real samples. The recovery of dicamba ranged from 86 to 108% in plant samples and from 105 to 107% in soil samples. Thus, this assay is a rapid and simple analytical tool for detecting and quantifying dicamba levels in environmental samples and potentially a great tool for on-site crop and field monitoring.

ABSTRACT Significant advancements have been made in the field of humanoid robot, particularly in walking control strategies. However, achieving straight‐legged walking remains a challenge. Both the traditional model‐based and the learning‐based control methods confront with difficulties in achieving natural humanoid gait feature. To address this issue, a general motion retargeting method is developed and also evaluated for humanoid robots with different structure, size and degrees of freedom. Moreover, a conditional adversarial motion priors method is proposed based on reinforcement learning and validated on the humanoid robot GTX‐III. Through various motion segments from the motion capture database, it is shown that this method can successfully enable the humanoid robot to perform straight‐legged walking with flexible and natural transitions between different gaits within a single discriminator network. BACKGROUND: Transketolase (TKL, EC 2.2.1.1) is a key enzyme in the pentose phosphate pathway and Calvin cycle, and is expected to act as a herbicidal site‐of‐action. On the basis of TKL, we designed and synthesized a series of 1‐oxy‐propionamide‐pyrazole‐3‐carboxylate analogues and evaluated their herbicidal activities. RESULTS: Methyl 1‐methyl‐5‐((1‐oxo‐1‐((4‐(trifluoromethyl)phenyl)amino)propan‐2‐yl)oxy)‐1H‐pyrazole‐3‐carboxylate (C23) and methyl 1‐methyl‐5‐((1‐oxo‐1‐((perfluorophenyl)amino)propan‐2‐yl)oxy)‐1H‐pyrazole‐3‐carboxylate (C33) were found to provide better growth‐inhibition activities against Digitaria sanguinalis root than those of nicosulfuron, mesotrione and pretilachlor at 200 mg L−1 using the small‐cup method. These compounds were also identified as promising compounds in pre‐emergence and postemergence herbicidal‐activity experiments, with relatively good inhibitory effects toward Amaranthus retroflexus and D. sanguinalis at 150 g ai ha−1. In addition, enzyme inhibition assays and molecular docking studies revealed that C23 and C33 interact favourably with SvTKL (Setaria viridis TKL). 3-Phenoxybenzoic acid (3-PBA) is a human urinary metabolite of many pyrethroid insecticides and can be used as a biomarker to monitor human exposure to these pesticides. A rapid and sensitive direct competitive fluorescence enzyme immunoassay (dc-FEIA) for detecting 3-PBA on the basis of a nanobody (Nb)-alkaline phosphatase (AP) fusion protein was developed. The anti-3-PBA Nb-AP fusion protein was expressed and purified. The 50% inhibitory concentration (IC50) and linear range of dc-FEIA were 0.082 and 0.015-0.447 ng/mL, respectively, with a detection limit of 0.011 ng/mL. The IC50 of dc-FEIA was improved by nearly ten times compared with those of one-step and three-step direct competitive enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (dc-ELISA). Spiked urine samples were detected by both dc-FEIA and liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS), and the results showed good consistency between the two analysis methods, indicating the reliability of dc-FEIA based on the Nb-AP fusion protein for detecting 3-PBA in urine.
