Cellular hypoxia is a common pathological process in various diseases. Detecting cellular hypoxia is of great scientific significance for early diagnosis of tumors. The hypoxia fluorescence probe analysis method can efficiently and conveniently evaluate the hypoxia status in tumor cells. These probes are covalently linked by hypoxic recognition groups and organic fluorescent molecules. Currently, the fluorescent molecules used in these probes often exhibit the aggregation‐caused quenching effect, which is not conducive to fluorescence imaging in water. Herein, an activatable hypoxia fluorescence probe was constructed by covalently linking aggregation‐induced emission luminogens to the hypoxic recognition group azobenzene. It does not emit fluorescence in solution and in solid state under light excitation due to the presence of photosensitive azo bonds. It can be cleaved by intracellular azoreductase into fluorescent amino derivatives with aggregation‐induced emission characteristic. As the concentration of oxygen in cells decreases, its fluorescence intensity increases, making it suitable for fluorescence imaging to detect hypoxic environment in live cancer cells. Prodigiosin (PG) is a secondary metabolite produced by Serratia marcescens which has a promising future in food, textile, and other industries due to its bright color and diverse biological activities. Currently, the production of PG is mainly restricted by the components of the fermentation medium and large losses during its extraction process, making large-scale industrial production impossible. In this study, a Box–Behnken design (BBD) was used to optimize the response surface of the fermentation medium of S. marcescens. The optimum medium composition was found to be sucrose, 16.29 g/L; peptone, 11.76 g/L; and tween 80, 2.64 g/L. This composition produced a PG amount of 1653.95 ± 32.12 mg/L, which is a 64-fold increase compared to the initial medium. A Box–Behnken design (BBD) was then used to optimize the response surface of the extraction process of PG, aiming to reduce loss during extraction. The optimal extraction conditions were determined to be a solvent fermentation liquid ratio of 9.12:1, an extraction temperature of 25.35 °C, and an extraction time of 30.33 min. These conditions resulted in a final PG production amount of 2142.75 ± 12.55 mg/L, which was nearly 84 times higher than the initial production amount of PG. Autonomous underwater manipulation is very important for the robotic and intelligence operations of oceanic engineering. However, a small target often involves limited features and results in inaccurate visual matching. In order to improve visual measurement accuracy, this paper has proposed an improved unsharp masking algorithm to further enhance the weak texture region of blurred and low contrast images. Moreover, an improved ORB feature-matching method with adaptive threshold, non-maximum suppression and improved random sample consensus has also been proposed. To overcome unknown underwater disturbances and uncertain system parameters in the underwater robotic manipulations, an adaptive non-singular terminal sliding mode controller has been proposed with a quasi-barrier function to suppress the chattering problem and improve grasp accuracy for small target. To ensure efficient railroad operation and maintenance management, the accurate reconstruction of railroad BIM models is a crucial step. This paper proposes a workflow for automated segmentation and reconstruction of railroad structures using point cloud data, without relying on intensity or trajectory information. The workflow consists of four main components: point cloud adaptive denoising, scene segmentation, structure segmentation combined with deep learning, and model reconstruction. The proposed workflow was validated using two datasets with significant differences in railroad line point cloud data. The results demonstrated significant improvements in both efficiency and accuracy compared to existing methods. The techniques enable direct automated processing from raw data to segmentation results, providing data support for parameterized modeling and greatly reducing manual processing time. The proposed algorithms achieved an intersection over union (IoU) of over 0.9 for various structures in a 450-m-long railroad line. Furthermore, for single-track railroads, the automated segmentation time was within 1 min per kilometer, with an average mean intersection over union (MIoU) and accuracy of 0.9518 and 1.0000, respectively. Variable flow ducted rockets are excellent candidates for propulsion systems in hypersonic vehicles. However, the anti-regulation characteristics of the gas flow not only decrease the stability of ducted rockets but also create difficulties in the control system design. In this study, a model predictive control (MPC)–based compound control algorithm that suppresses the anti-regulation is proposed. First, a mathematical model involving a gas flow regulation system was developed to describe and analyse the anti-regulation. Next, a fused feedback variable that included both the gas flow and the gas generator pressure signal was constructed. An MPC control system with the fused feedback variable was also designed. Then, to accurately predict the gas flow and the anti-regulation, a nonlinear disturbance observer was constructed. To evaluate the performance of the controller, two scenarios that were regulated by a tracking differentiator proportional–integral–derivative controller and a model reference adaptive control controller were constructed and compared. The theoretical results demonstrate that the proposed method exhibited a superior performance compared to previous methods by overcoming the supposed trade-off between the response rate and the anti-regulation of gas flow systems. To reduce the structural deterioration of mass concrete structures from temperature cracks, and lower energy consumption caused by the traditional mass concrete hydration heat cooling process, this paper reports the preparation of concrete temperature-controlled phase change aggregate (PCA) by a vacuum compaction method using light and high-strength black ceramite and No. 58 fully refined paraffin wax as phase change material (PCM), and the encapsulation technology of the aggregate by using superfine cement and epoxy resin. Further, through laboratory tests, the cylinder compressive strength, thermal stability and mixing breakage rate of the encapsulated PCA were tested, and the differences in mechanical properties such as compressive strength, flexural strength and splitting tensile strength between phase change aggregate concrete (PCAC) and ordinary concrete were studied. A test method was designed to test the heat storage effect of PCA, and the temperature control effect of PCAC was analyzed based on the law of conservation of energy. The research conclusions are as follows: (1) Both superfine cement and epoxy resin shells increase the strength of the aggregate, with the epoxy resin increasing it more than the superfine cement. The thermal stabilization of the PCA is good after encapsulation of superfine cement and epoxy resin. However, PCA encapsulated in superfine cement is more easily crushed than that encapsulated in epoxy resin. (2) Under the condition of water bath heating and semi-insulation, when the water bath temperature reaches 85 °C, the temperature difference between the PCA and the common stone aggregate can be up to 6 °C. Based on the law of energy conservation, the test results will be converted to mass concrete with the same volume of aggregate mixture;, the difference of PCAC and ordinary concrete temperature can be up to 10 °C, so the temperature control effect is significant. (3) The mechanical properties of PCAC with 100% aggregate replacement rate compared to ordinary concrete are reduced to varying degrees, and the performance decline of the epoxy-encapsulated PCA is smaller than that encapsulated with superfine cement; in an actual project, it is possible to improve the concrete grade to make up for this defect. This letter presents an imaging approach for multiple input–multiple output ground penetrating radar (MIMO GPR) systems working in down-looking contactless mode. The approach exploits a linear approximation of the scattering phenomenon and is based on a ray-based propagation model, which takes into account the presence of the air–soil interface. Accordingly, the interface reflection point (IRP) concept is extended to the case of MIMO GPR. The proposed approach performs the imaging in the 2-D scalar case and applies the truncated singular value decomposition regularization scheme to perform the inversion. The effectiveness of the approach is assessed by processing synthetic and real data. Performing object tracking tasks and efficiently perceiving the underwater environment in real time for underwater vehicles is a challenging task due to the complex nature of the underwater environment. A hybrid excitation model based lightweight Siamese network is proposed to solve the mismatch between underwater objects with limited characteristics and complex deep learning models. The lightweight neural network is applied to the residual network in the Siamese network to reduce the computational complexity and cost of the model while constructing a deeper network. In addition, to deal with the changeable complex underwater environment and consider the timing of video tracking, the global excitation model (HE module) is introduced. The model adopts the excitation methods of space, channel, and motion to improve the accuracy of the algorithm. Based on the designed underwater vehicle, the underwater target tracking and target grabbing experiments are carried out, and the experimental results show that the proposed tracking algorithm has a high tracking success rate. The Rover-mounted Subsurface Penetrating Radar (RoSPR) is one of the scientific payloads onboard China's first independent Mars exploration mission, Tianwen-1. The radar aims to characterize the thickness of the upper Martian soil and investigate the subsurface stratigraphy by collecting and processing the data. This article is mainly divided into two parts, the introduction of data pre-processing and analysis of pre-processed radar signals, aiming at helping scientists make more effective use of radar data. The first part describes the operating principle of the RoSPR and the procedure of radar data pre-processing at all levels. Data pre-processing is mainly designed to transfer the raw data format to a common PDS (Planetary Data System) and eliminate the influence of the instrument. In the signal analysis part, the performances of both self-check signals and echo signals of low- and high-frequency channels are analyzed, which indicate a stable radar system and are useful for background removal. Phase and time calibration is of great importance for improving data quality and making the radar data more accurate. Effectively evaluating high-embankment deformation and stability is important for heavy-haul railway safety. An improved extension model with an attribute reduction algorithm was proposed for the comprehensive evaluation method. First, a hierarchical evaluation system for high embankments in heavy-haul railways was established using the attribute reduction algorithm, which includes the principal component analysis, maximum information coefficient, coefficient of variation, and improved Dempster-Shafer evidence theory. Furthermore, the improved extension model was used to evaluate high-embankment performance in heavy-haul railways. In this improved extension model, the combination weighting method, an asymmetric proximity function, and the maximum membership principle effectiveness verification were used. Finally, three high embankments in a Chinese heavy-haul railway were studied. The results illustrate that the main influencing factors for high-embankment performance in a heavy-haul railway are annual rainfall, annual temperature, and 21 other indicators. The performance of the three embankments is level III (ordinary), level II (fine), and level III (ordinary), respectively, indicating that these embankments have generally unfavourable performance. The three embankments' performance matches field measurements, and the proposed method outperforms the Fuzzy-AHP method, cloud model, and gray relational analysis. The measurement of the pressure in the gas generator (GG) plays a decisive role in the closed-loop regulation of the gas flow in a solid ducted rocket ramjet (SDR). Therefore, the fault detection and isolation (FDI) of the pressure sensors is particularly significant. Especially in the GG with double pressure feedback, there are issues such as less available data and sensor fault transmission, which make the FDI more difficult. In this paper, for the GG with double pressure feedback, firstly, the "Consistency Index" was constructed based on the principal component analysis (PCA) algorithm, which made it easier to evaluate the consistency of the measured values. Secondly, based on Kalman's principle, the redundancy information of the system was used to estimate the pressure in the GG. Finally, the gap metric between the measured pressure and the estimated pressure was employed to characterize the health of the sensors. Compared with the MWPCA algorithm, it was shown that our proposed algorithm was more accurate in fault diagnosis and could avoid the problem of missing alarm when two sensors had consistent faults, which would provide strong support for the safe operation of the SDR and could further promote its application in long-endurance aircrafts. Variable-throat adjustment is the most practical flow regulation method of solid ducted rocket ramjet (SDR). The high-fidelity mathematical model of the interstage valve is the basis for realizing high-precision gas flow and thrust regulation. In this paper, the complex effect of gas was divided into load and throat deformation effect. The load was mainly determined by the clearance, friction torque, and pneumatic torque that the valve was subjected to during operation. And the throat deformation was determined primarily by the deposition and ablation of the valve faced in the gas. Therefore, we could divide the valve model into three parts: the servo motor model, the load characteristic model, and the deformation model of the actual acting throat (referred to as the throat). Given, we have designed a cold-air experiment program, using cold air to equalize the valve load. Furthermore, we analyzed its mechanism of action and established the load model using the experimental data and neural network. Finally, the deformation mechanism of the throat was investigated, and simultaneously, the deformation model was shown based on the flight test data. Compared with the traditional interstage valve model, the model established in this paper is closer to the actual working conditions, which is helpful to carry out the more comprehensive and practical ground simulation. The Chinese Chang'E-5 probe landed in the Mons Rümker of Oceanus Procellarum on the near side of the Moon. The lunar regolith penetrating radar (LRPR) carried by the Chang'E-5 probe allows for the determination of in situ lunar regolith dielectric properties, which are probably related to the age and chemical composition of the regolith. In this paper, we analyze the Chang'E-5 LRPR data with the frequency shift method to estimate the loss tangent of the lunar regolith within a depth of ∼2.8 m. The loss tangent of the Chang'E-5 landing site is constrained to be 0.0148 ± 0.0016, which is substantially higher than that of the typical lunar regolith. The high loss tangent is found to be characteristic of the young basalt age (∼2.0 Ga) and high TiO 2 +FeO content (28.21 ± 1.57%) of the Chang'E-5 landing site. Integrated analysis of results from Chang'E-3, Chang'E-4, and Chang'E-5 show that the younger is the geologic age of the mare unit, the greater is the loss tangent of the lunar regolith, and the weaker is the radar electromagnetic signal penetrating ability. Variable flow ducted rockets (VFDRs) are promising candidates for propulsion systems in hypersonic vehicles because of their inherent advantages, such as high specific impulse, low weight, and high speed. The control of gas flow is essential for optimal VFDRs performance. However, the characteristics of gas flow regulation systems, such as anti-regulation, non-linearity, and parameter variation, make it difficult to construct gas flow controllers. Aiming at the above problems, we propose a compound control strategy integrating a novel second-order fuzzy adaptive tracking differentiator (SOA-TD) and an intelligent proportional-integral controller based on adaptive neuro-fuzzy inference system (ANFIS). First, a mathematical model of a gas flow regulation system was developed to analyze the control characteristics of VFDRs. Next, an ANFIS-based proportional-integral controller to developed to respond to the system's time-varying characteristics. In addition, a novel SOA-TD was constructed to optimize the "arrange transient process" of instructions, which effectively suppressed anti-regulation of the gas flow without increasing response time. Finally, a hardware in loop (HIL) simulation device for VFDRs was established, and serial HIL simulation tests were carried out to verify the validation of the controller. The HIL simulation results indicate that our strategy exhibited a superior performance compared to traditional controllers in terms of adaptability, ability to suppress anti-regulation, and robustness, which is hoped to fulfill VFDRs' thrust control requirements for a wide range of altitudes and Mach numbers in future engineering applications. A phosphorylated polyethyleneimine(P-PEI) with bonding and flame retardancy was synthesized by PEI and DPPC, and then fully mixed with expandable graphite (EG). The mixture P-PEI/EG was uniformly coated on the surface of polyurethane flexible foam (FPUF) and the combustion performance test was carried out. During the combustion performance test, it is shown that the combustion performance of FPUF/P-PEI/EG was significantly better than that of FPUF, FPUF/PEI and FPUF/PEI/EG. The limiting oxygen index (LOI) of the prepared FPUF/P-PEI/EG sample reached 30.1%, and was not ignited in both open flame test and horizontal combustion test. During the cone calorimetry test, the peak heat release rate of the sample decreased by 81.4% compared with FPUF/PEI/EG, which showed a good flame retardancy. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Objective: To evaluate and analyze the accuracy of ultrasound estimation of the fetal weight of Macrosomia at term. Method: The instruments used were α6(Aloka; Japan) color Doppler ultrasound imagers, and vinno 80 (feieno; China) with a frequency of 3.5 MHz. The formula used to calculate the estimated fetal birth weight (EFW) was that proposed by Hadlock et al. (Hadlock 2). The biparietal diameter (BPD), head circumference (HC), abdominal circumference (AC), and femur length (FL) measurements were performed strictly following the practice guidelines. Detailed measurement standards are shown in the figure and the table in the text. Macrosomia is typically defined as a birth weight above the 90th percentile for gestational age or >4000 g.Two indexes were used to calculate the error between EFW and birth weight (BW): Simple error (SE = BW − EFW); Absolute percentage error (APE, which reflects this percentage in absolute value, percentage error [PE = SE/BW] × 100). In order to better evaluate the measurement results, we made the following definitions: 1. When APE > 15%, the measurement deviation is significant. 2. The ratio of those cases with APE > 15% to the total number of cases measured by a sonographer was greater than 20%, indicating that the sonographer was prone to significant measurement deviation. Result: A total of 374 cases were analyzed. The mean maternal age was 31.48 (±15.93) years. Each pregnant woman carries only one fetus. The mean gestational age at delivery was 39.93 (±0.84) weeks. There were 245 male infants (65.5%), 129 female infants (34.5%), 214 cesarean section (57.2%), and 160 vaginal delivery (42.7%). 339 cases (90.64%) were estimated to be lower than the actual BW. The estimated weight was higher than the actual weight in 35 cases, accounting for 9.36%.The APE>15% in 56 cases, accounting for 14.97%. The accuracy of estimated fetal weight was closely related to the BW of the fetus and had no significant correlation with the seniority of the physician, the gender of the fetus, and the fetal position. Conclusion: Studies on macrosomia have shown that the BW of macrosomia tends to be underestimated, which is also reflected in the results of this study. The accuracy of estimated fetal weight still needs to be improved. Our study found that the accuracy of estimated fetal weight was closely related to the BW of the fetus and had no significant correlation with the seniority of the physician, the gender of the fetus, and the fetal position. The correlation between the section and calculation formula on the measurement accuracy needs to be studied. Through systematic data analysis, we can find the doctors whose measurements are relatively inaccurate in our department and carry out targeted quality control to improve the measurement accuracy. Mars Orbiter Subsurface Investigation Radar (MOSIR) is carried by China's first Mars probe, Tianwen‐1 orbiter, investigating the Martian subsurface stratification. Surface clutter from topography off‐nadir will overlap with the subsurface echoes, which affects the recognition of Martian subsurface reflections. Surface clutter simulation can effectively distinguish the nadir and off‐nadir radar echoes. In this paper, we choose the facet method to model the Mars surface topography and combine the roughness parameter with the radar backscatter function. We also provide an analytic expression of the echo phase considering the distance variation in the whole facet. The Chinese first Mars landing site is on Utopia Planitia, which is also one of the key investigating regions of MOSIR. Therefore, we also carried on surface clutter simulation of this region and generated simulation radargram with the Chirp Scaling algorithm. Furthermore, we use the contrast method to compensate for ionospheric error introduced by the NeMars Mars ionosphere model. Our surface clutter simulation program will significantly support MOSIR subsurface investigation, and provide a chance to verify the related data processing. Objective. Dingkun Pill (DKP) is a proprietary Chinese medicine that has been utilized for patients with gynecological diseases, and its clinical application has been widely accepted in China. However, the effects of DKP on reproduction and metabolism in women with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) have never been systematically evaluated. Our objective was to evaluate the efficacy and safety of DKP in treating reproductive and metabolic abnormalities with PCOS. Methods. We searched in PubMed, Embase, Web of Science, Cochrane Library, China National Knowledge Infrastructure, Wanfang Database, VIP Database, and Chinese Biomedical Literature Database up until January 2022 to identify randomized controlled trials (RCTs). The methodological quality of the included RCTs was estimated using the Cochrane collaboration risk-of-bias instrument, and the meta-analysis was performed using RevMan. Results. A total of 22 RCTs (including 1994 participants) were identified. DKP, combined with ovulation-inducing drugs (OID) or combined oral contraceptives (COC) was superior to OID or COC alone in improving the pregnancy rate (relative risk (RR) 1.84, 95% CI 1.62 to 2.11 and RR 1.38, 95% CI 1.16 to 1.64, respectively), ovulation rate (RR 1.38, 95% CI 1.03 to 1.84 and RR 1.23, 95% CI 1.11 to 1.37, respectively), endometrial thickness (weighted mean difference (WMD) 2.50, 95% CI 1.91 to 3.09 and WMD 0.62, 95% CI 0.08 to 1.16, respectively), luteinizing hormone (WMD −1.93, 95% CI −2.80 to−.07 and WMD −1.79, 95% CI −2.66 to−0.92, respectively), and testosterone (standardized mean difference (SMD) −2.12, 95% CI −3.01 to−1.24 and SMD −1.21, 95% CI −1.64 to−0.78, respectively). DKP combined with COC led to a greater improvement in homeostasis model assessment-β (WMD 20.42, 95% CI 16.85 to 23.98) when compared with COC alone. There was a significant difference between DKP and COC in terms of decreasing total cholesterol (WMD −0.37, 95% CI −0.72 to−0.02), triacylglycerol (WMD −0.85, 95% CI −1.50 to−0.20), and free fatty acid (WMD −130.00, 95% CI −217.56 to−42.22). However, DKP did not affect the follicle stimulating hormone, fasting blood glucose, fasting insulin, body mass index, waist-to-hip ratio, high-density lipoprotein cholesterol, or low-density lipoprotein cholesterol. Adverse reactions were more common in COC alone compared to DKP and COC in combination (RR 0.22, 95% CI 0.07 to 0.63). Conclusion. DKP shows promise in modifying reproductive and metabolic parameters in patients with PCOS and may be used as a primary choice in conventional or complementary therapies for PCOS. The quality of the evidence analyzed was suboptimal, and therefore, our results should be interpreted cautiously. Conventional direction-of-arrival (DOA) estimation algorithms are sensitive to array imperfections and outliers, making it challenging to realize accurate estimates in real applications. Facing the challenge, we propose a robust variational Bayesian inference based DOA estimation algorithm using the linear sparse array in this paper, where accurate DOA estimation with increased number of degrees of freedom (DOFs) is realized. With the mixture of von Mises model, a prior-grid scheme is further proposed to alleviate the computational burden introduced by the Bayesian variational inference framework. Since there is no restriction on the prior knowledge of the number of sources, the proposed algorithm is friendly to actual scenarios. A multi-channel pressure scanner is an essential tool for measuring and acquiring various pressure parameters in aerospace applications. It is important to note, however, that the pressure sensor of each of these channels will drift significantly with the increase in the temperature range of the pressure measurement, and the output voltage of each of these channels will show nonlinear characteristics, which will constrain the improvements in the accuracy of the measurement. In the regression fitting process, it is difficult to fit nonlinear data with the traditional least-squares method, which leaves pressure measurement accuracy unsatisfactory. A temperature compensation method based on an improved cuckoo search optimizing a BP neural network for a multi-channel pressure scanner is proposed in this paper to improve pressure measurement accuracy in a wide temperature range. Using the chaotic simplex algorithm, we first improved the cuckoo search algorithm, then optimized the connection weights and thresholds of the BP neural network, and finally constructed an experimental calibration system to investigate the temperature compensation of the multi-channel pressure scanning valves in the −40 °C to 60 °C temperature range. The compensation test results show that the algorithm has a better compensation effect and is more suitable for the temperature compensation of multi-channel pressure scanners than the traditional least-squares method and the standard RBF and BP neural networks. The maximum full-scale error of all 32 channels is 0.02% FS (full-scale error) and below, which realizes its high-accuracy multi-point pressure measurement in a wide temperature range. Background. Intervertebral disc degeneration (IDD) refers to intractable pain in patients' waist and legs, which is caused by internal structural disorder and degeneration of intervertebral. This disease severely affects the quality-of-life of people. It has been reported that hydroxysafflor yellow A (HSYA), the active ingredient in safflower extract, could inhibit IL-1β-induced apoptosis of endplate chondrocytes. However, the mechanism by which HSYA regulates the occurrence and progression of IDD remains unclear. Methods. Rat endplate chondrocytes were isolated from the intervertebral disc. Next, toluidine blue staining and collagen II immunofluorescence staining were used to identify endplate chondrocytes. Then, MDC staining was used to detect the autophagy of endplate chondrocytes. In addition, Western blot was used to measure the expression of cleaved caspase 3, LC-3I/II and ATG7 in endplate chondrocytes. Results. IL-1β obviously inhibited the viability and proliferation of endplate chondrocytes, while these phenomena were notably reversed by HSYA. Additionally, HSYA was able to inhibit IL-1β-induced apoptosis of endplate chondrocytes. Moreover, HSYA protected endplate chondrocytes against IL-1β-induced inflammation via inducing autophagy. Conclusion. HSYA protected rat endplate chondrocytes against IL-1β-induced injury via promoting autophagy. The genetic adaptations to harsh climatic conditions in high altitudes and genetic basis of important agronomic traits are poorly understood in Elymus sibiricus L. In this study, an association population of 210 genotypes was used for population structure, selective sweep analysis, and genome-wide association study (GWAS) based on 88,506 single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs). We found 965 alleles under the natural selection of high altitude, which included 7 hub genes involved in the response to UV, and flavonoid and anthocyanin biosynthetic process based on the protein–protein interaction (PPI) analysis. Using a mixed linear model (MLM), the GWAS test identified a total of 1,825 significant loci associated with 12 agronomic traits. Based on the gene expression data of two wheat cultivars and the PPI analysis, we finally identified 12 hub genes. Especially, in plant height traits, the top hub gene (TOPLESS protein) encoding auxins and jasmonic acid signaling pathway, shoot apical meristem specification, and xylem and phloem pattern formation was highly overexpressed. These genes might play essential roles in controlling the growth and development of E. sibiricus. A novel ternary dual Z-scheme 2D g-C3N4 nanosheet/Ag3PO4/α-Bi2O3 (CNN/AP/BO) photocatalyst was successfully synthesized by an in situ deposition and hydrothermal–calcination method. The coupling of AP and BO remarkably enhanced the photocatalytic tetracycline (TC) degradation under visible light illumination, with an optimal removal efficiency of 91.6% (60 min), which can be attributed to the extended visible-light absorption and increased specific surface area owing to the interfacial intimate coupling with well-matched energy band positions between semiconductors. The improved photocatalytic activity resulted from the abundant free radicals by the order of ˙O2− > h+ > ˙OH based on the electron spin resonance (ESR) and quenching experiment results. Flowering is a significant stage from vegetative growth to reproductive growth in higher plants, which impacts the biomass and seed yield. To reveal the flowering time variations and identify the flowering regulatory networks and hub genes in Elymus sibiricus , we measured the booting, heading, and flowering times of 66 E. sibiricus accessions. The booting, heading, and flowering times varied from 136 to 188, 142 to 194, and 148 to 201 days, respectively. The difference in flowering time between the earliest- and the last-flowering accessions was 53 days. Furthermore, transcriptome analyses were performed at the three developmental stages of six accessions with contrasting flowering times. A total of 3,526 differentially expressed genes (DEGs) were predicted and 72 candidate genes were identified, including transcription factors, known flowering genes, and plant hormone-related genes. Among them, four candidate genes (LATE, GA2OX6, FAR3 , and MFT1) were significantly upregulated in late-flowering accessions. LIMYB, PEX19, GWD3, BOR7, PMEI28, LRR , and AIRP2 were identified as hub genes in the turquoise and blue modules which were related to the development time of flowering by weighted gene co-expression network analysis (WGCNA). A single-nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) of LIMYB found by multiple sequence alignment may cause late flowering. The expression pattern of flowering candidate genes was verified in eight flowering promoters (CRY, COL, FPF1, Hd3, GID1, FLK, VIN3 , and FPA) and four flowering suppressors (CCA1, ELF3, Ghd7 , and COL4) under drought and salt stress by qRT-PCR. The results suggested that drought and salt stress activated the flowering regulation pathways to some extent. The solid ducted rocket ramjet (SDR) system faces many disturbances in the process of operation, and the linear active disturbance rejection controller (LADRC) has been widely used in engineering to solve such problems. However, the SDR also has strong nonlinearity, which brings a great challenge to the application of the LADRC in the gas flow regulation of the SDR. And the problem of fast adjustment of the "compensation factor" is one of the main difficulties in LADRC. In this paper, under the LADRC frame, the gas generator system's closed-loop stability of the SDR was analyzed and the range of compensation factors had been calculated, and then, the "gap factor" was introduced and the "cross-iteration" method was used to quickly map out the "compensation factor" in the multilinear model controller based on the variation of the zero-point position of the system and the gap metric between adjacent set points. This greatly simplifies the parameter tuning process of the LADRC when it was applied to strongly nonlinear systems. Finally, through the comparison of simulation with adaptive PI controller and model-assisted LADRC (M-LADRC), the results have shown that the control method designed in this paper can obtain satisfactory performance and has a good engineering application prospect.
