This research delves into the critical evaluation of the “Party Building + Civic and Political” program within higher education, addressing the sector’s contemporary challenges and opportunities. By implementing the entropy value method and the efficacy function model, this Analysis spans an experimental cohort of 38 students from College J, scrutinizing their autonomous learning proficiency, educational outcomes, and the integrative impact of Party building on civic and political education. The empirical evidence showcases a substantial elevation in independent learning abilities among participants (with improvements ranging from 1.181 to 1.765, markedly surpassing the control group’s 0.257 to 0.563) and a remarkable increase in the coupling degree from 0.1542 in 2012 to 0.8186 in 2023. These results underscore the significant strides made in student learning and teaching quality through the “Party Building + Civic and Political” model, advocating its utility in enhancing the comprehensive capabilities of students and innovating higher education methodologies.

Cross-border electronic platform trade is an important embodiment of the digitalization of international trade, with much attention and response to national policies. This is a global business activity in which traders from different countries negotiate and conclude deals online, and the flow of goods is realized through international transportation. Taking the effectiveness of the coordinated development of cross-border trade and international transportation as the direction of exploration, we study the development mechanism of the harmonious, proper coordination, and virtuous cycle of both from the digital background. According to the established model assumptions, based on the principles of science, objectivity, operability, and representativeness, the evaluation system of coordinated development level is constructed, and the subsystem sequential covariate efficacy function and the composite system coordination degree are calculated. From the results of correlation and coordination degree analysis, it shows that the total volume of transactions in this form of trade grows from $1.4 trillion in 2013 to $8.7 trillion in 2020, with an average annual growth rate of 32%. The orderliness of the cross-border logistics subsystem keeps increasing between 2013 and 2020, and the growth rate reached an average of 15.84 %/year. On the whole, the orderliness of each of the two subsystems steadily increases year by year. The resulting coordinated development trend of electronic trade between countries and international transportation coincides with the electronic trade between countries stepping into a brand-new development period, which is sufficient to verify the science and reasonableness of the evaluation system.

Internet finance, a byproduct of the close coupling of Internet technology with the financial sector, has contributed significantly to the growth of local economies. This essay first examines the relationship between regional economic growth and online financing. Second, the constraint mechanism between Internet finance and local economic growth is examined using the efficacy function of the coupling degree evaluation model. The consistency of the spillover impact of the Internet finance cluster on the economic growth of the region and the surrounding areas is examined using the spatial effect decomposition. In 2021, the Moran indices of W1, W2, and W3 were 0.418, 0.123, and 0.341, respectively. The correlation between Internet financing and local economic growth is strengthened, while the influence factor of economic and geographical distance is reduced.

This paper constructs a teaching model for the integration of Civics and Mental Health Education based on the VAR model, establishes an efficacy function by utilizing the system sequential covariate fitness, and sets the number of district states of the VAR model to be constant, so as to be able to understand the relationship between Civics and Mental Health Education comprehensively. In addition, the fitness function was established to objectively reflect the degree of coordination and fitness of the entire education system. Meanwhile, a composite system synergy degree model was constructed by combining coupling theory. And the gray correlation statistics were introduced, by taking the average of the results, they were able to determine the comprehensive weight of the evaluation indexes. In the LNL order difference variable, its value is 0.262, which is lower than the 1% critical value of 3.556, indicating that there is a basic consistency between college students’ mental health and Civic and Political Education in terms of cultivation objectives.

At the same time, various types of efficacy functions, weighted factor analysis and cluster analysis are used to carry out dimensionless processing, weighted calculation and data statistical analysis of the basic data of Digital China index system. Aim. Estimation of an optimal corticosteroid (CS, prednisone) dosage for the remission induction in patients with ulcerative colitis (UC) and Crohn’s disease (CD) based on the construction of a dose-effect relationship during the first and second courses of therapy.Materials and methods. The study included 86 patients with moderate to severe active disease (61 with UC and 25 with CD) aged 18 to 65 years. To induce remission, all patients had the first course of prednisone at a starting dose of 30 to 60 mg/day, with a subsequent reduction. Prednisone was continued in a repeat course in 28 patients. The effect was evaluated past two weeks and at a time of complete withdrawal of prednisone using the generally accepted clinical response and remission criteria. The dose-effect relationship for prednisone was constructed using an original method. The method realises an adequate statistical transformation of primary clinical data in form of a quantitative expression of factual doses and registered alternative responses established with endpoint criteria into a visual efficacy function graph suitable for downstream analyses. The mean at each point was estimated with the regression kernel scoring method. The mean confidence intervals and significance values were estimated with the Student’s t-test.Results. The dose-effect relationship constructed upon completion of the first prednisone course is a graph showing the plateau point of the efficacy function as a statistical measure of character saturation and a clinical measure of the highest expected drug effect. This graph is referred to as the optimal clinically effective dose (OCED). The first induction prednisone course had the OCED estimates of 50.70 ± 0.65 (49.41÷51.98) mg (p = 0.05). A highest expected effect for this dose was obtained in the interval of 82.21 ± 8.23 (66.08÷98.33)% (p = 0.05). The repeat prednisone course had OCED values of 51.43 ± 1.55 (48.24÷54.61) mg (p = 0.05), with the expected effect of 40.02 ± 12.86 (13.59÷66.45)% (p = 0.05).Conclusion. In medium to severe UC and CD patients, the first induction prednisone course had OCED estimates of 50.70 ± 0.65 mg/day prescribed at the onset of therapy. The highest effect at this dose was 82%, and 18% of the patients did not respond to the prednisone treatment, accordingly. The repeat CS treatment had the same OCED values of 51.43 ± 1.55 mg/day, but a 42% lower expected effect compared to the first course. The effect did not exceed 40% suggesting its inadequacy in repeat CS treatments in this category of patients.

A dynamic sensor management algorithm based on improved efficacy function is proposed to solve the multi-target and multi-sensory management problem. The tracking task precision requirements (TPR), target priority and sensor use cost were considered to establish the efficacy function by weighted sum the normalized value of the three factors. The dynamic sensor management algorithm was accomplished through control the diversities of the desired covariance matrix (DCM) and the filtering covariance matrix (FCM). The DCM was preassigned in terms of TPR and the FCM was obtained by the centralized sequential Kalman filtering algorithm. The simulation results prove that the proposed method could meet the requirements of desired tracking precision and adjust sensor selection according to target priority and cost of sensor source usage. This makes sensor management scheme more reasonable and effective.

We propose and analyze an optimal control problem where the control system is a mathematical model for tuberculosis that considers reinfection. The control functions represent the fraction of early latent and persistent latent individuals that are treated. Our aim was to study how these control measures should be implemented, for a certain time period, in order to reduce the number of active infected individuals, while minimizing the interventions implementation costs. The optimal intervention is compared along different epidemiological scenarios, by varying the transmission coefficient. The impact of variation of the risk of reinfection, as a result of acquired immunity to a previous infection for treated individuals on the optimal controls and associated solutions, is analyzed. A cost-effectiveness analysis is done, to compare the application of each one of the control measures, separately or in combination. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
