本稿は、教育哲学会第65回ラウンドテーブル(2022年10月23日)で報告した内容の一部に、大幅な加筆修正を加え、リライトしたものである。

自然環境や社会環境を惑星の視座から捉え直すことを試みる惑星思考は、人間が地質学的脅威とされる人新世において重要な思考の枠組みである。惑星思考は比較文学者であるスピヴァクの『ある学問の死』（Death of a Discipline 2003）においてはじめて提唱され、その後、文学研究のみならず歴史学や哲学などの人文諸分野において理論的議論が重ねられている。それらの理論は、互いを参照しつつ、独自の理論的展開を遂げており、用語的統一もされていない。本稿では、それぞれの惑星思考の背景にある問題意識を明らかにし、それらが人間中心主義的あるいは西洋中心主義的な地球像への多様な応答であることを確認しながら、スピヴァク、ディモック、ハイザ、チャクラバルティ、ラトゥールによって提唱されている惑星思考の位相を整理する。そして、「環境危機は想像力の危機である」というゴーシュのことばを手掛かりに、惑星思考への文学的アプローチの重要性を議論する。

application/pdf, Since the Japanese government introduced “Plan for 300,000 Exchange Students” in 2008, higher educational institutions of the nation have been striving to increase the number of international students by strategically creating education programs targeted for them. Indeed, these programs are attracting many international students to Japan, significantly boosting their number. The rapid growth of the international student population has led to English communication problems in Japanese universities. Here I investigated the communication problems experienced by international students in Japan, focusing on science graduate students who require daily communication with their supervisors and cohort in their thesis laboratory. Quantitative analysis of an online survey was conducted, followed by interviews of selected participants. It was found that the majority of the participants were satisfied with their current study environment in Japan, in line with the recent government report on the significant “globalization” of Japanese higher educational institutions. However, cases were identified where students expressed concerns about their English communication in Japan, including issues related to their personal situations. It seems that the shorter international students stay in Japan, the stronger they feel about their communication problems with Japanese students. It is evident that, with the continued growth of the international student population in Japan, more personalized care for international students, especially for those experiencing adjustment and communication problems, needs to be considered with high priority., 政府の「留学生30 万人計画」による留学生の飛躍的な増加に伴い、さまざまな課題が浮上している。本論文では、国内の理系大学院に在学する、英語を母語としない留学生の英語でのコミュニケーションについて、（1）日本の高等教育機関の問題点、（2）所属研究室における日本人教員・学生とのコミュニケーションの課題、および、（3）これらを解決するための方策について、量的・質的検証と考察を行った。調査結果から、日本の大学の教育研究環境に満足している留学生の割合が高いことが明らかになり、政府の継続的な「グローバル化」の促進が高等教育機関において成果をあげていると考えられた。一方、日本での滞在期間が短い留学生ほど、日本人学生とのコミュニケーションに不安を感じる傾向があることも明らかになった。お互いの文化的背景を理解するために、コミュニケーションの機会を重視するとともに、留学生に対する個別のケアも継続的に行う必要がある。

application/pdf, 本稿は，近年のアメリカ経済の「グローバル蓄積構造」の一部をなしているオフショアリングに関する研究ノートである。製造業におけるオフショアリングと金融業における国際金融取引とは1990年代後半から今日までのアメリカ経済を支えてきた国際的取引ネットワークであり，これらが現代アメリカ経済の基本的特徴，すなわち一方における経済停滞傾向と貧困化，他方におけるバブル経済とダイナミックな景気変動を生み出してきた。本稿は， 1 でこの蓄積構造が形成される過程と特徴を概観し， 2 でオフショアリングとサプライチェーン・マネジメントの基本点を紹介し， 3 でそれらの地理的配置とその変化を概観し， 4 でメキシコと中国における自動車産業のアップグレードの様子を比較している。以上の作業を通じてアメリカ経済にとっての他国との経済的・政治的関係の重要性と変化を探る一助とする。

Citizenship studies have changed from the theory of national citizenship in the era when the framework of the state was given to that of post-national citizenship under globalization. After the arguments about post-national citizenship, we will discuss the possibility of "post citizenship" as a new way of citizenship that has emerged with the transformation of the local community in the global era, beyond the binary opposition of "national—postnational". In this case, we argue post-citizenship using the framework of four types: pre-citizenship, national citizenship, local citizenship, and post-national citizenship that classified by two horizons: "migration/cross border— settlement, community/publicity—common."

This paper focuses on ideological manifestations in Yorkshire school novels by Jack Sheffield, analyses his unique characters, dramatic plots, and impressive expressions, and discovers his belief that globalization and regionalism can coexist―blended, reconciled, and integrated in a village life. Although the pastoral and idyllic scenes of good, old days of England in his Teacher series (2004- ) may well seem quite conservative and even patriotic, the views and prospects proposed by Sheffield are in fact pretty liberal, progressive, and enlightening. This author and ex-teacher features the functions and potentials of a school in realizing a new, balanced world order of rising generations. He particularly lays emphasis on the importance of teachers as individuals that can grow a sense of proportion in children’s mind. Presenting various types of enemies or “the other” in the ages of Falklands War, Vietnam War, World War II, and Irish Conflicts, Sheffield invites the reader to delve into the political, historical, and psychological obstacles to conquer in the contemporary world. This realistic experience to be gained in fiction proves the practical value of literature which can serve as an illuminating, powerful, and highly effective form of citizenship education especially required in the present times of Brexit from the EU.

国際関係研究における英国学派の「国際社会論」と I・ウォーラーステインによる「世界システム論」は、ともに巨視的視点から近代以降の世界全体の構造とその歴史的な形成過程を明らかにしようとする理論である。両論は、世界規模で政治と経済の諸現象が複雑に絡み合い生起するグローバリゼーションの実態を理解し分析するための枠組を提供してきたとされる。本稿では、グローバル化が進む現代世界の諸課題を歴史的・構造的な観点から考察すべく、両論の結節点を探究し、近代世界システムとして国際社会を理解することの可能性と意義を論ずる。当該論究を通じて、グローバル政治経済（global political economy）において対立や競争とともに共存や秩序を齎す原理としての「勢力均衡」（balance of power）が析出される。

本稿は，1966 年の制度開始より50 年以上が経過したメキシコのマキラドーラについて，その成長の軌跡を振り返るとともに，そうした作業を通じ，同国の開発（工業化）戦略について一定の考察を加えることを主な目的とした．また本稿は上編と下編の2 編に分かれ，上編では，マキラドーラ，一般的に言えば，保税加工制度とそれに基づく生産の特質や，マキラドーラの成長をもたらした諸要因，また，特にカラーテレビ生産を主とする家電産業で世界の脚光を浴びた1990 年代頃までのマキラドーラの発展プロセス等の問題を扱った．そして今回の下編では，その後2000 年代以降の安定成長期の特徴等を検討するとともに，50 年以上にわたるマキラドーラ成長とそれに基づく成長モデルをどう評価するのか，という問題について論じることを主な課題とした．後者の問題については，主にマキラドーラの雇用および実質賃金，国内付加価値創出の推移等のデータを用いて分析し，そこでは，とりわけメキシコのような多くの「余剰労働」を抱える大国の場合，マキラドーラ（保税加工型）型の発展戦略は，開発の“呼び水” 以上の役割を果たすことが難しいであろうこと，また，同戦略は，長期的な持続可能性（Sustainability）にも乏しいと考えられることから，サポートイング・インダストリー（SI）のさらなる育成を軸とした産業のアップグレーディングに集約される次の発展段階へと入る必要性があることが示唆された．

本稿は、グローバル化社会においては世界が均一化するとみられる中で、ナショナルな事象が顕在化するとともに、国内においてもローカルな事象が自己主張を展開し、ナショナルな動向はローカルな事象を包摂しようとする反面、ローカルな事象はグローバルな事象に自らの存在を接合させながらナショナルな事象に対峙するといった傾向が顕著になるという仮説をキューバにおける民衆宗教を題材に検証するものである。 具体的には、キューバにおけるヨルバ系宗教であるレグラ・デ・オチャ－イファ信仰をローカルな事象の題材とし、それに対するナショナルな影響として考えられるヨルバ文化協会の動向、またそれに対するアフリカ回帰主義的動向について整理し、それらにみられるヘゲモニー的実践について考察する。

調査報告, ASEANの一員であるベトナムは，近年，著しい経済成長の伸びを示し，高等教育の規模も急速に拡大しつつある．さらに，ASEAN地域での資格参照枠組を踏まえ国家資格枠組みを制定しており注目されている．本稿は，ベトナムの国家資格枠組みについて紹介するとともに，同国の高等教育関係機関であるベトナム国家大学ホーチミン校高等教育評価センターおよびフルブライト大学ベトナム公共政策大学院を対象に，2019年9月に実施した実地調査の概要を報告することが目的である．2機関の調査の結果，ベトナムの高等教育における社会主義国家としての特質もうかがい知れたが，一方で，ASEAN地域での学位の等価性，学生・研究者や高度職業人材の国境を越えた円滑な移動を促進するための高等教育質保証システムの充実・醸成を目指していることも強く認識できた．国境を越えた大学評価システム改革において，ASEAN地域は我が国の取り組みより進んでいるともいえ，今後，我が国が大学教育の国際化を進めるためにもASEAN地域のグローバルな視点を取り入れた高等教育質保証システムの取り組みを学び，発展させることが今後より必要になっていくものと思われる．, Vietnam, a major member of ASEAN, has a remarkable economic growth, and the scope of higher education in Vietnam has also increased significantly. To examine the latest trend in the development of higher education quality assurance systems in the ASEAN countries, we visited the Center for Education Accreditation, Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City and the Fulbright School of Public Policy and Management, Fulbright University Vietnam. The aims of this research visit are to understand how the ASEAN countries promote educational exchanges in higher education, and to investigate the real pictures and innovativeness of the higher education accreditation system including the institutional evaluation and the educational program evaluation in Vietnam. In recent years, the number of foreign students from Vietnam to Japan has been increasing, and the relationship between the two countries is growing both economically and socially. This study suggests that we must focus more on the higher education systems in ASEAN countries to meet the global standards.

英語は国際的な言語です。当たり前なことと思われるほどよく言われる言葉です。ただし、英語はいわゆるネイティブスピーカーに属している、またはネイティブスピーカーによって管理されるべき言語であるという感覚があります。これは、第二言語として英語を話す人々が第一言語としてそれを話す人々よりもはるかに多いという事実にもかかわらずです。国際語としての英語は、ますますグローバリゼーションする世界における多くの社会的、文化的、経済的要因とともに、当局としてのネイティブスピーカーのこの規範的な見方からの変化とともに変わります。

DIY (Do It Yourself) is a widely practiced activity, especially in the western industrialized countries. A number of studies have been conducted on the DIY activity in terms of sociology, economics, housing studies, design studies and media studies in the West. In Japan, however, little academic attention has been paid to DIY activity although the country has 10 million DIY participants and it is popular as a typical hobby for male. In order to discuss characteristics of DIY activity in Japan and expand the possibilities of DIY studies in the country, this paper ,as the first step, reviews previous researches written in English and classifies them into five categories: history, typology and motivation, gender, media and globalization.

Born Globalは成長直後から世界展開をするスタートアップ企業を表す。類似概念として,一般には知られていないが,高い世界シェアを持つ中堅企業である「隠れたチャンピオン」がある。本研究ノートでは,これらの概念をもとに,いくつかの日本の伝統的業界,および,デジタルのプラットフォーマー企業に予備的インタビューを行った結果を報告する。, Born Global is a concept of start-up corporation going global rather rapidly. A closely related concept is Hidden Champion, that is a corporation rather unknown to public but has leading global share in a global niche segment. This paper focus on the character of Japanese examples in traditional corporation and some digital platform for discussing if there are possible special features for Japanese start-up for going global.

研究成果の概要 (和文) : 日本に関連した衣のグローバルな循環を、一六～一八世紀の近世期と一九二〇年～七〇年の二つの時期に分けて描きだした。近世期は、小袖とヤポンセ・ロック、バニヤン等の連環に関する共同研究を進めた。また、オランダ東インド会社がアジア産の簡易服を大量循環させ、それと呼応しながらケープ植民地で安価な奴隷衣が流通したことを示した。二〇世紀では、日本製品が東西アフリカの晴れ着と下着の双方の形成で重要な役割を担ったことについて、史料収集・整理・分析を行った。この時期に拡大した循環として、スポーツウェアと古着や染め直しに注目し、日本の果たす役割を位置づけた。, 研究成果の概要 (英文) : This project explored globalization of dress from Japanese perspectives of two periods, Early Modern times (1550-1700), and 20th-21st centuries. These two periods have been shed much less light upon compared to the period of 1850-1920, when Japan experienced rapid process of westernization. For the Early Modern Period, the project unveiled interconnections between Kosode,Japonse Rok,Banyan and Quimono, which were produced and circulated involving Japan, China, India, South East Asia, North Western Europe and North and Latin Americas. In addition the project verified mass circulation of Asian produced clothing through the Dutch India Company and clarified the making of slave clothing in Cape Colony amidst the global circulation. For the 20th-21st century, the project analysed Japanese product's entrance and impact on garment formation in East and West Africa in the 1920-1970s. As global circulation enhanced in this period, the project focused upon sportswear and secondhand circulation.

研究成果の概要 (和文) : 素材毎、製品段階毎、地域毎、に分断して叙述されてきた繊維製品の歴史を、繊維横断的に、繊維―糸－布―衣―古着までの生産・消費・再消費・再生までを視野に、グローバルなつながりを重視して描きだした。布と衣服の廉価化のプロセスの解明につとめ、奴隷衣などの低廉布衣の成立過程を明らかにした。また、生産過程で生じる廃棄分(waste)や既使用分の再活用に着目し、交織、絹屑糸、レース、染め直しなど新視点に立脚する研究群を打ち出した。期間中に１５回のテーマ研究会、１０回の国際シンポジウム、８回の国際学会パネルを実施し、英文論文集とジャーナル論考をはじめとした諸成果を既刊し、さらに準備中である。, 研究成果の概要 (英文) : The project “Linking Cloth-Clothing Globally (LCCG)” aims to describe 18th-20th century’s interconnected history of textile fibres, threads, textiles and garments from global perspective. The globe shared and circulated increasingly cheaper commercialized cloth and clothing in 18th-20th century. This project sees penetration of cheaper cloth or clothing not as a simple and automatic process but as a process that accompanied structural changes in the global commodity chains, as well as transformations in the dress value systems in local, regional and global level. The project aims to describe that process focusing mainly on 1700-1970. So far, it has sheds lights on 1. Popularization process and materiality on a global scale, 2. Mixed fabrics and other diversifications of textile products, and 3.Dynamisms of Textile waste, by-products and re-circulations. During 2015-2019, LCCG has held more than 15 study meetings, 10 symposiums, and 8 session panels at academic associations.

本稿は、キューバにおけるヨルバ系宗教、レグラ・デ・オチャ－イファ信仰の組織化の動向について、特にそこでの多様性について論じるものである。レグラ・デ・オチャ－イファ信仰は、アフリカ・ナイジェリアおよびその周辺地域に発展したヨルバ語系文化を起源とする宗教が、大西洋奴隷貿易を契機にキューバにもたらされ、その後カトリックや心霊主義と融合しながら発展した民衆的宗教習俗である。しかしグローバル化の影響のもと、キューバ国内の政治的状況の変化によって、近年では同信仰の組織化が顕著となり、これまでの宗教実践の性質が変容しつつある。本稿では、歴史的に隠蔽されてきたアフロ・キューバ系宗教の実践が、政府の政治的、経済的、文化的方向性の変化によって促された組織化の流れの中で、従来の実践コミュニティ的特徴を弱化させつつあると共に、キューバ的伝統を重視するグループとアフリカ回帰主義的グループが台頭し、特に後者において様々な立場の主張が顕在化しており、それが民衆宗教の特徴を理解する上で重要な題材を提示しているという点について論を展開する。

本稿では,第一に,戦後の資本主義経済がどのような構造的枠組みで,国家やその国民を支配していったのか,日本資本主義を中心に明らかにした。そのうえで,第二に,国家は,資本主義経済に対して,どのように構造転換していくべきなのか若干の問題提起を行った。このための第一歩は,国家は大企業や金融資本のための制度改革を行うのではなく,自国民の生活を保障するための社会経済システムをつくること,そのうえで国家間の多様性を尊重し,お互いの利益を高めていくための国際経済システムの構築を目指すことにある。, In this paper, first, we clarify a structural framework of post-war capitalist economics and how it was applied to control states or citizens in mainly Japan. Second, we pointed problems how states motivate structural framework change to capitalistic economics based on the analysis. The first step to solve this problem is not states to reform systems for large companies or financial capital but to establish social and economic system to guarantee citizen's lives, and then with a respect the diversity between states, enhance mutual profit of each country.

〈Abstract〉Abstract: In this paper, I clarify changes in the nature of Company Law in Japan. First, after explaining the necessity of legal rules concerning companies from an economic point of view, I examine changes in the character of Company Law, and its background. In addition, the characteristics current Company Law are discussed.

ギュレン運動は、1970年代よりトルコでイスラーム解釈者フェトフッラー・ギュレンを筆頭に発祥した奉仕活動(ヒズメト)であり、ヒズメト運動とも呼ばれている。筆者はアメリカにおけるトルコ移民社会に着目し、2013年から2016年にかけて現地調査を行ってきた。ニューヨークのほか、ニュージャージー、ボストン、ワシントンD.C.、トルコにおいて、計9回の聞取り調査や参与観察を行った結果、ギュレン運動の勢力がアメリカ東海岸で増していることが明らかになった。本論では、これまで蓄積された研究のなかでギュレン運動がどのように語られてきたのかを再検討し、アメリカ東海岸におけるギュレンの理念に賛同する人びと(ギュレニスト)及びギュレン運動の実態と比較考察を行う。これにより、ギュレン運動に関する新たな研究視座を見出すことを最終的な目的とする。, This study focuses on the Hizmet Movement, also known as the Gülen Movement, founded by Fethullah Gülen in Turkey. I attempt to examine how the Gülen Movement develops through the Turkish immigrant community in New York. Onsite research was conducted in New York Metropolitan Area, Boston and Washington D.C. from 2013 through 2016. As a result of interviews with Turkish immigrants and participant observation, this article argues that the Gülen Movement has been a big influence among the community and it has been expanding. In this paper, first I will look at previous studies on the Gülen Movement and discuss the different opinions on this network. Then, I compare the previous studies with my research to clarify the situation of the Gülen network in the east coast of the U.S. The aim of this study is to provide a new perspective on the global Gülen Movement.

「グローバルに生きる」に関する本論文は、グローバリゼーションのトレンドを主として強く牽引する資源、土地（資源）、資本についての取引が如何になされているかという視点から、グローバリゼーションのトレンドを説明することを目的としている。また、輸送と通信における発達により、市場への距離の重要性は失われつつある。これらの活動により獲得された効率性は企業や経済の競争力を強化しているのである。

東京対地方の対立、地域間格差の是正、行政主導型の地域開発は終焉を迎えつつある。人口増加から人口減少へ、工業からサービス業へ、不足から過剰へ、国内から海外へ、均質性から多様性へ、B級からS級へ、新規の社会資本整備から社会資本の更新・維持・廃棄へという新しい時代の潮流や課題に対して、東京都を含む地域が、「新しい公共」という新しい主体によって、新しい手法をもとに、地域の課題を解決し、地域の福祉水準を向上させていくこと、これが地域創生である。

現在，大学の教育現場において「国際文化理解」や「国際理解教育」といったことがさかんに取り上げられ，その理論的な観点や各種のデータ，そして現場での実践例等が授業においても議論される．本稿執筆者は，その中でも複言語・複文化主義的態度や実践面に注目し，いくつかの授業でそれらを扱って来た．しかし，大学の中だけでは，なかなかこうした問題を身近な問題として実感することが難しいのも事実である．そこで，現代ヨーロッパの若者たちの群像劇である「セドリック・クラピッシュの三部作」を通して，国際的な相互理解の問題に主体的な関心を持ってもらおうと考えた．同時に，これらの作品は，その物語に描かれる内容だけでなく，映画としての構成や形式の面においても興味深い特色を持っている．従って，単に映画を国際理解教育の「教材」と見做すのではなく作品の理解を通して様々な観点が浮上して来ることの実践として，これらの解釈を試みた．In order to help our students to understand and realize the values of intercultural communication, we carried out intensive courses analysing the French films known as the "trilogy of Cedric Klapisch（L’Auberge Espagnole, Les Poupées russes, Casse-tête chinois）". We consider this trilogy not only as exemples of the tough situation of France or French communities in globalization, but also as good texts for film studies. By reflecting on our courses, we will look for more effective approaches that will help our students to appreciate the films as well composed works.

本小論は，ESDとしての高校地理の学習内容を，実践の視点からいくつかの留意点についての検討により高校地理へのESD導入の意義を明らかにすることを目的とする。地球的課題を学習内容とする高校地理は学校教育におけるESDの主要な教科である。ESDとしての高校地理は，生徒が地球的課題の克服を目指してその要因を探究する。そのためにはグローバル化の問題点を取り上げるべきである。環境問題は自然地理学習の重要性の再確認ともなる。さらに地域調査の実践はその学習の課題を克服する契機ともなっている。

世界が小さくなるにつれ，人と人とのコミュニケーションが容易になり，文化や背景が異なる人々と接するようになる。調和を図り，一緒に効果的に働くためには，対人関係のスキルを向上させ，私たちとは異なる人たちを尊重する必要がある。この論文は，教育者が学生を多様な職場にどのように備えさせるかを研究した。, As the world is becoming smaller and communication among people is getting easier, we all come in contact with people whose cultures and backgrounds are different from us. In order to live harmoniously and work effectively together, we need to improve our interpersonal skills and respect those who are different from us. This paper investigates how educators can prepare their students for a diverse workplace.

1990 年代以降，台湾の電子部品部門の成長は著しく，台湾電子産業において4 分の3 を占めるに至っている。このような電子産業の電子部品部門への傾斜という構造変化をもたらした要因には，電子製品部門の中国等へのシフトと，半導体のファウンドリ部門のような一部の電子部品のグローバルな発展という2 つのダイナミズムがあることが，先行研究によって明らかになっている。本稿ではレンズ・メーカーの大立光電と，液晶パネル駆動IC を開発する半導体ファブレスの聯詠科技のケーススタディをおこない，後者のダイナミズム，すなわち電子部品のグローバルな発展がどのような企業活動から生み出されたのかについて，より深く検討を加えた。その結果として，両社はともに内外の市場に早い段階からアプローチしていること，台湾企業とのリンケージへの依存からグローバルな発展への移行がみられること，移行は自主的な技術の形成に支えられていたことを示した。

application/pdf, Adam Smith（1723-1790）, in his book An Inquiry into the Nature and Causes of the Wealth of Nations（1776）, asserts that self-interests of individuals would spur them on diligent work, which would develop economy and enhance accumulation of capital. During the Victorian era（1837-1901）, however, the gulf between rich and poor grew. John Stuart Mill（1806-1887）, in his book Principles of Political Economy（1848）, insists that labourersʼ education would cultivate their moral and intellectual standard, which would improve the productivities of labour. However, in the 21st century, today, child poverty is even increasing in economically advanced countries. ʻThe Innocenti Reportʼ（2016）issued by United Nations Childrenʼs Fund（UNICEF）reports that the inequalities are disadvantaging children in the early stages of life and weakening their futures. In regards to the theory of educationʼs effects on economy, child poverty could be eliminated by the reform of educational and economical systems. Strategies to solve employment gap, gender inequality and educational disparities are an urgent need of time.

This article draws on ethnographic research with a Japanese new religious organization to examine the interconnection between the processes of globalization and contemporary formations of religion and secularity in Japan. By tracing the development of new religions in modern Japan and examining a case study of a Japanese new religion pursuing a globalizing strategy, this article analyzes how leaders are attempting to transform the structure and image of their organization, the responses by members to these changes, and the larger implications of these changes regarding the dynamics of religious globalization and secularization. In line with recent comparative approaches to the secular, it reveals how religious globalization can become a vector for global growth and self-conscious institutional change, which draw simultaneously from global and local notions of religion and secularity. Ultimately, the article suggests that the “formations of the secular” in contemporary Japan are inextricably enmeshed with the processes of globalization, which resonate with broader social changes in Japanese society, and which are refracted through the selective yet dynamic interplay of both religion and secularity on local and global levels.

application/pdf, 紀要論文, Neoliberalist reform is a capitalist response to globalization throughout advanced societies. It takes a particular form in Japan to maintain breadwinner model at a cost of women. Gender equal legislation went hand in hand together with deregulation of employment, which resulted in the increase of women’s irregular employment with low wage and no job security. In the retrospective, the Equal Employment Opportunity Law launched women’s bipolarlization which ended up with feminization of poverty. While women’s mobilization to the labor market is imperative in the society with extreme low fertility, neoliberalist reform asks women both work and family, without changing malecentered work style. The Japanese style employment is proven as genderdiscriminating. As far as it is maintained, any legal legislations to promote women’s work are determined to fail. Neoliberalist reform in its Japanese style ends up with low fertility, where women hardly have future visions.
