This paper discussed the construction of Traditional Chinese Medicine continuous nursing service system under the background of Internet Plus. The sub-professional nursing group was set up to train nursing professionals of TCM, and the TCM nursing clinic was set up, based on the "hospital-community-family" management model, the hospital-patient interactive network platform, patients' Wechat group and patients' health files were established to support the implementation of TCM continuous nursing service. The construction of TCM continuous nursing service system under the background of Internet Plus can improve the ability of nurses, provide multi-level medical service and meet the needs of patients at different levels. (本文探讨“互联网+”背景下中医延续护理服务体系的构建方法。成立相关护理亚专业学组, 培养中医护理专科人才, 开设中医护理门诊, 通过医院与患者间的交互网络平台、患者微信群, 依据“医院-社区-家庭”管理模式开展中医延续护理, 同时建立患者健康档案, 提供中医延续性护理服务。“互联网+”背景下中医延续护理服务体系的构建能够提升护理人员的服务能力, 提供多层次医疗服务, 满足不同层次患者需求。)

Objective To observe the effect of using the therapeutic apparatus for music therapy based on Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM)syndrome differentiation in the treatment of functional abdominal distension. Methods Totally 60 patients with functional abdominal distension were randomly divided into the control group and the intervention group, with 30 cases in each group. All patients received a routine treatment and nursing (7 days per course, two courses), and the music therapy based on TCM syndrome differentiation by using a therapeutic apparatus was performed in the intervention group. The Gastrointestinal Symptom Assessment score and overall effective rate were compared between two groups. Results The Gastrointestinal Symptom Assessment score decreased in both two group after two courses of treatment, and the Gastrointestinal Symptom Assessment score in the intervention group was lower than that in the control group(P＜0. 01). The overall effective rate was 93. 33%(28/30) in the intervention group, which was significant higher than 73. 33%(22/30) in the control group(P＜0. 01). No serious adverse reaction was reported in either group. Conclusion The therapeutic apparatus for music therapy based on TCM syndrome differentiation is safe and effective in the treatment of functional abdominal distension. (目的 观察运用中医辨证移情音乐胃肠治疗仪改善功能性腹胀的效果。方法 将符合纳入标准的60例功能性腹胀患者随机分为两组, 各30例。对照组接受常规治疗和护理, 干预组在常规治疗的基础上采用中医辨证移情音乐胃肠治疗仪。两组均以7 d为1个疗程, 共2个疗程。记录与评价患者腹胀症状, 对比两组干预效果。结果 干预后, 两组胃肠症状评分均较干预前下降, 且干预组胃肠症状评分低于对照组, 差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 01)。干预组总有效率93. 33%(28/30), 高于对照组的73. 33%(22/30), 差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 05)。两组均无严重不良反应。结论 中医辨证移情音乐胃肠治疗仪改善功能性腹胀具有较好的疗效, 且安全可行。)

民主的公民教育是政治社會化的機制，必須涵蓋法治政治的核心價值與社會統合之機制，同時二者之間具有邏輯一致性，才能達成公民教育的目標。本文首先從探討民主政治的核心價值出發，探討其運作原則。由民主的核心價值與公共規範作為公民教育的內涵，其實踐則仰賴民主政治社的重要關鍵——公共理性，其為討論公民教育模式的重要依據。民主的公民教育應涵養未來公民作道德的、價值的與可實踐決定之能力，而非二分為社會科學知識的傳遞或道德教條的灌輸，這個目標的達成必須檢視學校可否成為「民主的公共領域」，透過對於課程內涵與組織發展的模式，檢視公民教育的成功與否。本文期待透過對於現有課程的分析，作為未來課程檢討、修正與發展的依據。 Democratic civic education is the mechanism of political-socialization. To reach the goal, the curriculum must include the core values and social integration of democratic politics; meanwhile, there must be a logical relationship between these two key elements. This study begins with the discussion on the core values and the fundamentals of democracy. Furthermore, it states that democratic fundamentals construct the curriculum for Civics and that the practice of civic education depends on public reason, which is essential for civic education. Finally, it argues that Civics is not the teaching of social science knowledge or the indoctrination of a moral creed. Instead, the course should aim to develop future citizens’ competence in making ethical and practical decisions. To achieve this ultimate goal, it is necessary to check if school is a“democratic public sphere.＂Through analyzing the content and the format of the current curriculum, the researcher hopes to provide insightful guidelines for the evaluation, modification or development of the future Civics curriculum in Taiwan.

As the lowest high - order spectrum, bi spectrum has many excellent characteristics, but it also has the defect of large calculation. Based on bi spectrum matrix, a feature extraction method for two - dimensional ECG signal is proposed in the present study. The spectral flatness, spectral brightness and spectral roll off are combined to form the eigenvector, which is further combined with the support vector machine classification method founded on radial basis kernel function to realize the classification and recognition of ECG signals. The ECG signal in MIT - BIH database is applied Lo verify the method. Experimental result show that the two - dimensional spectrum feature extraction method based on bi spectrum proposed in this study has a small amount of computation and an accuracy of 93. 4 %, indicating that the proposed method can effectively realize the diagnosis of arrhythmia and the classification of ECG signals. Taking the rock bedding slope landslide in Jiwei Mountain located in Wulong, Chongqing, China as an example, the similarity modeling are conducted based on the similar principle. The bedding slope similarity model experiment device with the adjustable slide surface in Chongqing University is adopted. The deformation and fracture responses under the influence of different mining goafs formed by downslope mining, upslope mining and leaving in the upper and lower boundary pillars are shown in the experiments. The results indicates that： Where the subsidence value on slide surface in the rock bedding slope reaches maximum, the deformation and failure are large and fractures are developed obviously. Under the same geological environments and mining conditions, the goaf shaped by upslope mining leads to the worst influence on slope deformation and failure. It is easy to induce instability and failure, followed by downslope mining. The effect on the slope deformation and failure of leaving upper and lower boundary pillars is relatively small. Different rock properties and normal distances to the slide surface result in different deformation response characteristics. However, the sliding along the slide surface towards the free face exists generally.Under the influence of underground mining goaf, the deformation mechanism of gently inclined bedding slope with weak interlayer is bend-fracture, extrusion-slipping-tension crack.
