Pertumbuhan industri makanan dan minuman menyebabkan persaingan yang semakin ketat. Perusahaan perlu mengidentifikasi dan mengevaluasi faktor yang menyebabkan konsumen melakukan keputusan pembelian dan perusahaan meningkatkan penjualan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas layanan dan brand awareness terhadap keputusan pembelian pada konsumen Le Meilleur Brownies. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang pernah membeli produk Le Meilleur Brownies pada Januari 2017 sampai Juli 2018. Penentuan sampel menggunakan metode simple random sampling. Sampel berjumlah 100 responden dengan menggunakan perhitungan rumus slovin. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dengan menggunakan skala Likert sebagai alat ukur. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil uji F menunjukkan bahwa kualitas layanan dan brand awareness secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian. Hasil uji t menunjukkan adanya pengaruh variabel kualitas layanan dan brand awareness terhadap keputusan pembelian secara parsial. Kata kunci: Kualitas Layanan, Brand Awareness, Keputusan Pembelian

Intrakranielle Blutungen sind im Säuglingsalter seltene, aber lebensbedrohende Ereignisse. Neben Gefäßmissbildungen, Stoffwechseldefekten sowie Störungen der Blutgerinnung kommen v. a. nichtakzidentielle Traumata, Schütteltrauma in Betracht. Die klinische Diagnostik umfasst hinsichtlich der Blutungsgenese neben Sonographie und MRT als apparatives Verfahren auch eine Fundoskopie sowie laborchemische Analysen, insbesondere der Gerinnungsparameter. Für die Blutgerinnung ist das fettlösliche Vitamin K essenziell: Frühe, klassische und späte Vitamin-K-Mangel-Blutungen werden dabei unterschieden. Um ein gehäuftes Wiederauftreten von Vitamin-K-Mangel-Blutungen bei Neugeborenen und jungen Säuglingen zu verhindern, bedarf es einer hinreichenden Aufklärung der Eltern. Eine Verweigerung der Prophylaxe scheint Folge einer weltanschaulich begründeten Ablehnung der Schulmedizin und ein zunehmendes Phänomen in wohlhabenden Industrieländern zu sein., Intracranial hemorrhages in infants are rare but life-threatening events. Apart from vascular malformations, metabolic disorders and coagulopathies, nonaccidental trauma, in particular shaken baby syndrome must be taken into consideration. Clinical diagnostic tests and procedures to further evaluate the etiology of the hemorrhage include sonography and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) as imaging procedures as well as fundoscopy and laboratory tests, especially with respect to coagulation parameters. Fat-soluble vitamin K is essential for blood coagulation. A differentiation is made between classical and delayed hemorrhages due to vitamin K deficiency. In order to avoid an increased recurrence of bleeding due to vitamin K deficiency in neonates and young infants, an adequate clarification for the parents is necessary. A refusal of prophylaxis seems to be the result of an ideologically founded rejection of classical medicine and an increasing phenomenon in affluent industrial countries.

Top of pageAbstract Background: Group B Streptococcal infection is still the most common cause of neonatal sepsis in industrial countries. Activation of the platelet FcgammaRII-receptor (CD32) leads to platelet activation, aggregation and secretion, being tightly regulated by intracellular signalling pathways. Expression of inflammatory markers, e.g. P-selectin (CD62p) on activated platelets promotes adhesion of leucocytes to endothelial lesions and induces inflammatory reactions. We examined the molecular and functional effects of the direct interaction between platelets and Group B Streptococci (GBS). Methods: Platelet-rich plasma was incubated with septic or non-septic strains in the presence or absence of FcgammaRII-receptor-blocking antibodies. Platelet aggregation was measured with PAP3-aggregometer (BioData). Activation of intracellular signalling pathways (PhospholipaseCgammaII (PLCgammaII), Calcium/Calmodulin-dependent proteinkinase II (CaMKII) and Myosin-light-chain-kinase 2 (MLC2)) was evaluated by western-blot-analysis. CD62p-expression was measured by flow cytometry. Results: The septic strains induced rapid and full platelet aggregation (mean lag time until full aggregation: 5 min, range 2–8 min) while there was no aggregation after incubation with the non-septic strain. Incubation of platelets with the septic strains and to a lesser extent the non-septic strain lead to activation of PLCgammaII, CaMKII und MLC2; activation could be blocked by preincubation with anti-FcgammaRII-receptor-blocking antibodies. Incubation of platelets with the septic strains lead to a significant increase in P-selectin-expression (p< 0,05), while incubation with the non-septic strain (p=0,976) did not have any effect on CD62-expression in platelets. Conclusions: In our experiments platelets incubated with the septic GBS-strains were activated, while incubation with the non-septic strain did only have little or no effect on platelet function. There seem to be different potentials to activate platelets in different GBS-strains. Group B streptococci seem to influence not only hemostasis but also inflammatory reactions in the setting of a possible septic event.
