In France, the terrorist attacks of 2015 strongly impacted on police work. On patrol, the French police officers construct action situations by means of cultures of collective interpretation: they “discern”. These cultures are changing day by day. After the attacks, they changed suddenly; the frames of interpretation, the self-images acting, the images of the public and especially the self-image acting in front of the public are transformed, in particular thanks to the activity of reinterpretation of the situation experienced by the police officers on that infamous day. En France, les attentats terroristes de 2015 ont fortement impacté le travail policier. En patrouille, les policiers français construisent des situations d’action au moyen de cultures d’interprétation collective : ils « discernent ». Ces cultures se transforment au jour le jour. Après les attentats, elles ont évolué brutalement ; les cadres d’interprétation, les images de soi agissant, les images du public et surtout l’image de soi agissant face au public se transforment, notamment grâce à une activité de réinterprétation de la situation vécue par les policiers, ce fameux jour. W artykule przewija się teza, że to, co określa się jako rozeznanie policyjne, stanowi społecznie oceniany rezultat kolektywnej aktywności nieustannej interpretacji zdarzeń. Strażnicy porządku/pokoju (les gardiens de la paix) – policjanci interpretują zdarzenia w trakcie patrolu, w komisariacie, przed, podczas i po akcji. Tworzą w ten sposób konsensus interpretacji lub opowiadania interpretacji kolektywnej, konstruujące poczucie kolektywnego podmiotu. Ta aktywność strażników porządku/pokoju sprzyjała konstruowaniu ram interpretacyjnych zdarzeń, z jakimi mają do czynienia policjanci, i szerzej – budowania pewnej kultury interpretacyjnej, właściwej dla danego zespołu. Te ramy procesu konstruowania kultury policyjnej uległy transformacji w następstwie ataków na „Charile Hebdo” w roku 2015. Śmierć policjanta sfilmowana na żywo przez media „złamała” kolektywy. Policjanci już nie przedstawiają się publicznie w taki sam sposób: ich obraz siebie wobec społeczeństwa przekształca się i wpisuje w zespołową wyobraźnię policyjną. Dzięki zespołowej aktywności: nieustannej interpretacji-reinterpretacji zdarzeń, ataki z 2015 r. stają się elementami konstruującymi doświadczenia policyjne, które interesują prowadzących kształcenie. Te konstrukty doświadczenia ulegają ewolucji i przekształcają, każde ze swej strony, sposoby interpretacji, a więc i rozeznania zdarzenia. Artykuł ten przedstawia, jak po roku 2015 konstruowane jest zespołowe doświadczenie interpretatywne policjantów, będące efektem transformacji powiązanych aspektów: podmiotów indywidualnych i kolektywnych, aktywności oraz kultur interpretacji.

I would like to argue for a shift of emphasis to co-creation—the sustained, collaborative effort of a number of people concentrated on a common task. I begin by contrasting the views of G. W. Leibniz and Kuki Shūzō. In his Théodicée, Leibniz lays out his paradigm of creation as an almighty God fashioning the “best of all possible worlds.” Despite all the unhappiness in our lives, from God’s point of view, the world could not be better than it is. The idea of God responding to the pleas of human beings to improve their lives, or of human beings affecting the workings of divine providence, is alien to his way of thinking. Kuki, in contrast, sees the idea of God creating a perfect world is fundamentally flawed, because creation, by its very nature, is contingent and imperfect. The most one can expect from the divinity is to sympathize with human beings in their lot; to change it is beyond even the reach of God. Our pursuit of happiness begins by resigning ourselves to contingency and creating what beauty we can. Although stressing the social nature of the individual, the idea of collaboration in the creation of beauty does not figure in his idea of “encounter with the other.” Nakai Masakazu approaches the question from the opposite end of the spectrum. In place of the solitary individual, he begins from what he calls “the collective subject.” True creativity is grounded, he argues, not in the extraordinary genius of a single person but in collaborative performance, and this requires concerted efforts to organize people into creative units that can hold their own against rugged individualism and totalitarian fascism alike. I am persuaded that his concept of the collective subject can guide us toward a more comprehensive philosophy of co-creation.

En un primer momento, se realiza un acercamiento a la justicia transicional desde el ámbito internacional, haciendo un análisis particular de los conceptos de daño y reparación. En un segundo momento, se realiza un contexto sobre la realidad transicional en Colombia, refiriendo los mecanismos y concepciones del daño y la reparación colectiva. Finalmente, en un tercer momento, se realiza un análisis del diagnóstico del daño de la Central Nacional Provivienda y se realiza una presentación de algunos debates y recomendaciones sobre la reparación colectiva en el caso de organizaciones políticas como CENAPROV. (Texto tomado de la fuente) The objective of this work is to analyze the understanding of damage and collective reparation in Colombia, particularly in the reparation process carried out with the Central Nacional Provivienda (CENAPROV). At first, an approach is made to transitional justice from the international level, making a particular analysis of the concepts of damage and reparation. In a second moment, a context is made on the transitional reality in Colombia, referring to the mechanisms and conceptions of collective damage and reparation. Finally, in a third moment, an analysis of the diagnosis of the damage of the Central Nacional Provivienda is carried out and a presentation is made of some debates and recommendations on collective reparation in the case of political organizations such as CENAPROV. Статья посвящена исследованию правового статуса коллективных субъектов научной деятельности. Актуальность исследования предопределена важностью качественной организации работы коллективных субъектов научной деятельности в целях достижения наиболее эффективных научных результатов. Методология исследования включает общие методы научного исследования – системный, логический, исторический, а также специальные методы, среди которых сравнительно-правовой и формально-юридический. Формально-юридический метод позволяет провести анализ легальной терминологии по заявленной теме исследования. Метод сравнительно-правового исследования позволяет сопоставить различные точки зрения и выделить основные проблемы правового регулирования коллективных субъектов научного права. Исследование включает три основных этапа: (1) – терминологический анализ используемой законодателем терминологии; (2) –критический анализ предложенных законодателем легальных определений и выявление возникающих в связи с этим проблем правового регулирования; (3) – сопоставление дискуссионных мнений и определение путей совершенствования научного законодательства. Основными выявленными проблемами являются неопределенность в разграничении статусов смежных коллективных субъектов научной деятельности, а также смешение научных и образовательных функций этих организаций. В результате проведенного исследования авторы приходят к выводу о необходимости совершенствования законодательства, направленного на регулирование правового статуса научных организаций и иных коллективных субъектов научного права. &nbsp, The article discusses the study of the legal status of collective subjects of scientific activity. The relevance of the research is predetermined by the importance of the qualitative organization of the work of collective subjects of scientific activity in order to achieve the most effective scientific results. The research methodology includes general methods of scientific research – systemic, logical, historical, as well as special methods, including comparative legal and formal legal. The formal legal method makes it possible to analyze the legal terminology on the research topic above. The method of comparative legal research allows us to compare different points of view and highlight the main problems of legal regulation of collective subjects of scientific law. The research includes three main stages: (1) – terminological analysis of the terminology used by the legislator; (2) – critical analysis of the legal definitions proposed by the legislator and the identification of the problems of legal regulation arising in this connection; (3) – comparison of controversial opinions and determination of ways to improve scientific legislation. The main problems identified are the uncertainty in the delimitation of the statuses of related collective subjects of scientific work, as well as the mixing of scientific and educational functions of these organizations. As a result of the study, the authors have come to the conclusion that it is necessary to improve legislation aimed at regulating the legal status of scientific organizations and other collective subjects of scientific law.

The article discusses the problems of the typology of network communities, representing the new social reality of modern digital society. The methodology of a comprehensive study of social communities based on socio-psychological and psycholinguistic methods, the use of the discursive approach and the subject category, little studied in relation to large social groups, determine the novelty of the research. According to the main research hypothesis, various forms of group subjectivity, which determine its readiness for joint activities, are manifested in the discourse of the network community, which constitutes it by mediating the interaction of its members, transmitting ideas about the world, values, relations, attitudes and setting patterns of behavior. We defined discursive features of internet communities relevant to the various forms of group subjectivity and subjectivity criteria - interconnectedness, focus on joint activities, etc. A procedure for identifying discursive characteristics of the subjectivity of a network community of various levels (lexical, procedural, semantic) was presented and their examples were given. On this basis, a comparative analysis of network communities, providing for the future creation of their psychological typology was carried out.

Con la pregunta del título, que rememora una cuestión que ya Valcárcel se preguntó en 1991, en este artículo reflexiono sobre la necesidad de recuperar la lucha del feminismo como lucha política. Para ello, argumento que no se puede entender el feminismo (los feminismos) sin el objetivo de intentar transformar las sociedades, sin la aspiración a la emancipación. Por ello, será urgente poder contestar y resistir a la tarea de despolitización que el sistema capitalista neoliberal está administrando, hasta intentar convertir el feminismo en una mercancía más. Propongo recuperar el sujeto colectivo del feminismo, por encima de la función ontológica y epistemológica constante que la política neoliberal aplica, como única forma de poder aspirar a esa liberación y emancipación que las feministas anhelamos. With the question of the title of this paper, which recalls an issue that Valcárcel already asked herself in 1991, I reflect on the need to recover the struggle of feminism as a political struggle. To this end, I argue that feminism (feminisms) cannot be understood without the objective of trying to transform societies, without the aspiration to emancipation. Therefore, it will be urgent to be able to answer and resist the task of depoliticization that the neoliberal capitalist system administers until it tries to convert feminism into another commodity. I propose to recover the collective subject of feminism, above the constant ontological and epistemological function that neoliberal politics applies, as the only way to aspire to that liberation and emancipation that we feminists long for.

Recientemente se ha vuelto a destacar el asunto de las víctimas del conflicto armado interno y su reparación en un marco de justicia transicional. En los 2000, la estigmatización de varias organizaciones sociales afecto la Red de iniciativas Ciudadanas por la paz y contra la guerra – REDEPAZ como sujeto nacional de reparación colectiva. La investigación tuvo como propósito identificar la manera en que la jurisprudencia contenciosa de la corte IDH ha protegido los derechos de las comunidades indígenas o tribales y sus miembros, bien como de sujetos individuales, o como sujeto colectivo. Al respecto, se evidencio que la tendencia de la corte fue reconocer solo a personas humanas debidamente individualizadas e identificadas como titulares de los derechos humanos convencionales. Sin embargo, en la actualidad se manifiesta un cambio de dirección al realizar un reconocimiento expreso de la comunidad indígena o tribal como sujeto colectivo titular de derechos humanos, lo que está en oposición a lo dispuesto en el artículo 1 de la convención, norma a la que se encuentra supeditada. The purpose of the investigation was to identify the manner in which the contentious jurisprudence of the IDH Court has protected the rights of indigenous or tribal communities and their members, either as individuals or as a collective subject. In this regard, it was evident that the tendency of the court was to recognize only human persons duly individualized and identified as holders of conventional human rights. Desde una preocupación por ganar una clarificación conceptual, este texto se propone una genealogía de la noción de subjetivación política, teniendo en cuenta la manera en que ha sido concebida y problematizada en la filosofía francesa, partiendo de Michel Foucault. El artículo se remonta, por una parte, a las apuestas conceptuales que estaban en juego en la controversia entre Jacques Rancière y Louis Althusser, confronta enseguida el uso rancierianio de la noción con el de Foucault, para aproximarlos y diferenciarlos a la vez de la noción arenditana de singularización. Para concluir, el autor sugiere un acercamiento entre esta comprensión arendtiana de la singularización política y el análisis que propone Deleuze en torno a las formas de subjetivación. With a need for conceptual clarification as a starting point, this text proposes a genealogy of the notion of political subjectivation, taking into account the manner in which it has been conceived and developed in French philosophy, beginning with Foucault. This article first traces the concepts at stake in the controversy between Jacques Rancière and Louis Althusser; it then pits the Rancerian concept against Foucault’s, to point out the similarities and differences with Arendt’s idea of singularization. To conclude, the author suggests placing Arendt´s understanding of political singularization in close dialogue with the analysis proposed by Deleuze on forms of subjectivation. Esta investigación tiene por objeto analizar el fenómeno de los feminicidios en la ciudad de Buenaventura, sus causas, dinámicas y el contexto que ha conllevado a una serie de muertes que rebasan la concepción del feminicidio y se entrelazan con el sentido del territorio y de lo étnico-racial para dar cabida a lo que he denominado femigenocidio étnico/territorial. La incidencia de las migraciones, de las economías criminales en Buenaventura junto con el conflicto armado, y la cultura patriarcal y misógina que se refuerza con los esquemas de militarización de la ciudad, son fenómenos en los que me detengo para dar cuenta del impacto que tienen las muertes de varias mujeres sobre el tejido social de Buenaventura, lo que a su vez facilita el acceso y el control territorial para otros fines distintos a los de la comunidad. This research aims to analyze feminicides in the city of Buenaventura, its causes, dynamics and context, leading to a series of deaths that go beyond the concept of feminicide as they are interwined with the notions of land and racial ethnicity, and giving place to what I have named as ethnical/land femigenocide. Furthermore, the incidence of migration, criminal economies and armed conflict in Buenaventura, as well as a patriarchal and misogynist culture reinforced with the city’s militarizatIon, are phenomenaI stop by to account for the impact of various deaths of women on the social fabric of Buenaventura. This research –using literary sociology specifically the categories of genetic structure and collective subject highlighted by Lucien Goldmann– tries to make an approach to Sebastian Salazar Bondy’s plays: Amor gran laberinto (1947) [Love, Great Labyrinth] and El rabdomante (1965 ) [The Diviner]. Thus, it will show how the discourse of the works being studied, recognizes the mental structures of the totalities during the time period between 1945 and 1965. It will also show how the text suggests textual and contextual proposals in the face of individualism through the transindividual voice of the collective subject., La presente investigación, valiéndose de la sociología literaria, específicamente de las categorías de estructura genética y sujeto colectivo resaltadas por Lucien Goldmann, tratará de hacer un acercamiento a las obras teatrales de Sebastián Salazar Bondy: Amor, gran laberinto (1947) y El rabdomante (1965). De esta forma, se evidenciará cómo es que el discurso de las obras en estudio homologan las estructuras mentales de las totalidades del periodo de tiempo comprendido entre 1945 y 1965. O texto apresenta duas concepções sobre política, buscando mapear o debate contemporâneo sobre a disputa epistemológica em torno da emergência do político como um ato de especificidade. Apresenta esse mapeamento objetivando discutir o elemento do antagonismo como definidor do conceito de político e as consequências desse tipo de abordagem para a compreensão do contemporâneo. A partir desse debate, evidencia-se a importância dos conceitos de poder e política em Michel Foucault como base para uma analítica dos antagonismos contemporâneos no campo da política e as consequências de se pensar no sujeito político a partir de uma ontologia do político. O artigo finaliza apontando a relevância desse debate para o contemporâneo dada a re-emergência do conceito do político frente à desvalorização da política nas sociedades atuais. The text aims to discuss two views on the concept of politics, seeking to map the contemporary debate about the epistemological dispute surrounding the emergence of the political as an act of specificity. By submitting this mapping, it discusses the element of antagonism as defining the concept of political and consequences of this approach for understanding the contemporary. From this discussion, it shows the importance of the concepts of power and politics in Michel Foucault as a basis for analytical antagonisms contemporaries in politics and the result of thinking about the political subject from a political ontology. Finally, it indicates the importance of this debate for the contemporary dialogue given the re-emergence of the concept of the political front the devaluation of politics in contemporary societies. El texto presenta dos puntos de vista sobre la política, tratando de asignar el debate contemporáneo sobre la disputa epistemológica que rodea la aparición de la política como un acto de especificidad. Este mapeo se presenta con el objetivo de analizar el elemento del antagonismo como facilitador para definir el concepto de político y las consecuencias de este enfoque para la comprensión de lo contemporáneo. A partir de este debate, se muestra la importancia de los conceptos de poder y la política en Michel Foucault como base para los antagonismos analíticos contemporáneos en la política y el resultado de pensar en el sujeto político de una ontología política. Por último, indica la importancia de este debate para el contemporáneo que se da el resurgimiento del concepto de lo político de la devaluación de la política en las sociedades contemporáneas.

This essay takes up the question of a “new” social paradigm by first examining the recent emergence of the U.S. Occupied Movement (OM) as a provocative and inspiring moment of political re-composition, but one that also narrates a more complex unraveling of what W.E.B Du Bois called “democratic despotism.” The most recent political tensions and economic “crisis” of the global north point to the disruption of a white “middle class” hegemony alongside inspiring moments of reconstructed conviviality. I suggest that the tension within spaces of occupation and convergence are animated by conviviality that should be read “politically” by noting the emergence of tools in service of community regeneration. Towards that end, I introduce Universidad de la Tierra Califas, a local project somewhere in-between network and collective pedagogies that is also a project of strategic conviviality and a Zapatismo beyond Chiapas. I argue that UT Califas engages a collective subject as part of an epistemological struggle inspired by Indigenous autonomy currently underway throughout Latin America. Cet essai traite de la question d’un “nouveau” paradigme social, examinant dans un premier lieu la récente apparition du Mouvement Occupé (OM) aux Etats-Unis en tant que moment provocateur et inspirateur de recomposition politique, mais qui démontre aussi une issue plus complexe que ce que W.E.B. Du Bois appelle “despotisme démocratique”. Les tensions politiques les plus récentes et la « crise » économique mondiale de l’extrême nord marque l’interruption de l’hégémonie de la « classe moyenne blanche » tout en faisant apparaître des moments d’inspiration de convivialité reconstruite. Il est suggéré que la tension au sein des espaces d’occupation et de convergence est traversée par la convivialité qui peut être interprétée « politiquement » par l’appréciation de l’apparition d’outils au service de la régénération de la communauté. C’est à cette fin qu’est présentée l’Université de la Terre Califas, un projet local associant réseau et pédagogies collectives, qui constitue aussi un projet de convivialité stratégique et un zapatisme ne se limitant pas au seul Chiapas. Il est affirmé que la UT Califas s’adapte à un sujet collectif, celui-ci faisant partie d’une lutte épistémologique, inspiré par le processus d’autonomie indienne actuellement en cours en Amérique latine. En este ensayo se aborda la cuestión de un «nuevo» paradigma social, examinando en primer lugar la reciente aparición del estadounidense Movimiento Ocupado (OM) como un momento provocador e inspirador de recomposición política, pero que también narra un desenlace más complejo de lo que W.E.B. Du Bois llama «despotismo democrático». Las tensiones políticas más recientes y la «crisis» económica mundial del extremo norte señalan la interrupción de la hegemonía de la «clase media blanca” junto a momentos de inspiración de convivencia reconstruida. Se sugiere que la tensión dentro de los espacios de ocupación y convergencia, están animados por la convivencia que puede ser leída «políticamente» al apreciar la aparición de herramientas al servicio de la regeneración de la comunidad. Con ese fin, se presenta la Universidad de la Tierra Califas, un proyecto local en algún punto entre la red y las pedagogías colectivas, que también es un proyecto de convivencia estratégica y un zapatismo más allá de Chiapas. Se sostiene que UT Califas se acopla a un sujeto colectivo, como parte de una lucha epistemológica, inspirado por la autonomía indígena actualmente en curso en América Latina. This essay takes up the question of a "new" social paradigm by firstexamining the recent emergence of the U.S. Occupied Movement (OM) as a provocativeand inspiring moment of political re-composition, but one that also narrates a morecomplex unraveling of what W.E.B Du Bois called "democratic despotism." The mostrecent political tensions and economic "crisis" of the global north point to the disruptionof a white "middle class" hegemony alongside inspiring moments of reconstructedconviviality.
