The intention-behavior gap exposes the pressing demand for more studies to investigate consumers’ behavior toward organic fisheries foods in developing contexts owing to the growing demand for these foods. Additionally, while most research exploits heavily the beneficial effects of organic foods, very few probe the potential risk counterpart. The present study, thus, aims to contribute to the existing gap by examining how risk plays out in the provided context. Besides core factors borrowed from the seminal Theory of Planned Behavior, consumers’ intention and stated behavior can be explained through the influence of perceived risk, past behavior, and their habits. The Structural Equation Modeling method was utilized to analyze the data of 202 participants from Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Findings revealed that, for consumers with prior organic shopping experience and repetitive buying habits, perceived risk is less likely to render an impact on their intentions to buy. In the absence of habits and past experience, consumers’ attitudes and intentions are barricaded by the potential risks perceived. Further details and multiple implications were also discussed.

It can be said that traditional Vietnamese identity has been preserved and developed by many generations. Fine art has proved this statement through many traditional and contemporary works of art. They are not only the works for purely artistic purposes but also Vietnamese cultural and artistic values of the period, contributing to the richness of traditional cultural treasure trove. Lacquer is considered a long-standing traditional art of Vietnam. Because of having been inherited and developed by many generations, it possesses a unique role reflected in the works and products in many historical periods. Vietnamese contemporary applied lacquer products not only make life more beautiful but also bring new artistic values, creating a combination of aesthetics and function in the same product. Although it contains traditional elements, it still carries the breath of the times, existing in modern life and each living space.

Background: Most spinal meningiomas primarily grow in the intradural extramedullary location. Epidural meningiomas are uncommon; if detected, they usually coexist with intradural lesions. They inhere more aggressive and invasive characteristics compared with their counterparts inside the dura. Case Description: We report a 22-year-old female who was admitted to the hospital with weakness and numbness in both lower limbs. Her cervical magnetic resonance imaging revealed an en-plaque and dumbbell-shaped lesion located from C5 to C8. After gadolinium injection, the whole mass was enhanced and unveiled two portions: intradural and extradural. The bone window of the computed tomography scan revealed calcification inside the lesion. The patient underwent tumor removal surgery. The pathology findings showed a psammomatous meningioma. After 6 months of surgery, the patient has been able to walk with walkers. Conclusion: We should consider spinal meningioma as a differential diagnosis when encountering an extradural lesion in the cervical region. The optimal surgical treatment for young patient with epidural meningiomas is radical surgery with dura attachment removal.

The residue of antibiotics in meat and meat products is one of the social problems for its effects and risks to human health, especially in the antibiotic resistance crisis. Nowadays, there are hundreds of drugs commercially available, with difference biochemical characteristics. Therefore, it is necessary to determine and monitor these residues in meat and meat products. The methods using liquid chromatography (LC) and ELISA are widely applied in numbers of laboratories to determine specified substances. In several laboratories, the state-of-the-art highresolution analytical technique, using Ultra Performance Liquid chromatography-triple quadrupole Time-of-flight mass spectrometry (UPLC-QTOF-MS), is applied to analyse the knowns and unknowns residues in food. In this study, we used this technique for screening the residue of antibiotics, banned substances (Sulfonamids, Quinolones, Tetracyclines, β-Agonists…) and other toxins in pork, chicken, beef and fish samples. Ninety-three randomly collected samples have been screened and residues of Amoxicillin, Cefalexin and Ampicillin have been detected in three of them.

There is inadequate morphological nomenclature and definition of organ pathology when using wild fish in biomonitoring of environmental pollution. The aim of this investigation was to provide a guide that assesses histology of Shorthorn (Myoxocephalus scorpius) and Fourhorn (Myoxocephalus quadricornis) sculpins obtained from a study using these two fish species as bioindicator organisms to evaluate environmental impact attributed to a dumpsite located in East Greenland. Specific histopathological lesions were quantified on the basis of Bernet et al. (1999) and all lesions were photomicrographed, evaluated and placed into specific categories of 5 reaction patterns. These were circulatory disturbances, regressive changes, progressive alterations, inflammation and tumors based upon anatomical location, type and severity. This method is postulated to enable an objective assessment of the histological integrity of fish gills and liver; thus, making it possible to compare sculpin pathology and reaction patterns at different locations. Data suggest that this updated histological guide might be used for identification and quantification of histological lesions when applying sculpins in biomonitoring programs in Greenland and other Arctic regions.

55 Background: The identification and quantification of actionable mutations are of critical importance for effective genotype-directed therapies, prognosis and drug response monitoring in patients with non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Although tumor tissue biopsy remains the gold standard for diagnosis of NSCLC, the analysis of plasma circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA), known as liquid biopsy, has recently emerged as an alternative and noninvasive approach for exploring tumor genetic constitution. In this study, we developed a mutation detection approach for liquid biopsy using ultra-deep massively parallel sequencing (MPS) with unique molecular identifier (UID) tagging and evaluated its performance for the identification and quantification of tumor-derived mutations from plasma of patients with advanced NSCLC. Methods: Tissue biopsy and plasma samples were collected from a total of 58 patients diagnosed with NSCLC in Vietnam. Genetic alterations in four driver genes including EGFR, KRAS, NRAS and BRAF were identified by using ultra-deep MPS combined with UID tagging. Subsequently, the concordance rate of mutation testing between matched plasma and tissue samples was assessed. Additionally, a commercially available ddPCR (Bio-rad) assay was used to conduct a cross-platform comparison with ultra-deep MPS for the detection and quantification of the three most common actionable EGFR mutations (del19, L858R and T790M). Results: Compared to the mutations detected in paired tissue samples, the plasma based ultra-deep MPS achieved high concordance rate of 87.5%. Cross-platform comparison with droplet digital PCR demonstrated comparable detection performance (91.4% concordance, Cohen's kappa coefficient of 0.85 with 95% CI = 0.72 – 0.97) and great reliability in quantification of mutation allele frequency (Intraclass correlation coefficient of 0.96 with 95% CI = 0.90 – 0.98). Conclusions: Our results highlight the potential application of liquid biopsy using ultra-deep MPS as a routine assay in clinical practice for both detection and quantification of actionable mutation landscape in NSCLC patients.

Sammanfattning Bakgrund: Att leva med bipolär sjukdom är besvärligt för många. Sjukdomen ger upphov till allvarliga förändringar i känsloläget. Medicinering är en viktig del i behandlingen av bipolär sjukdom men när detta ger upphov till allvarliga biverkningar som viktökning kan det leda till lidande hos denna patientgrupp. Syftet med studien var att beskriva hur patienter med bipolär sjukdom upplever mediciners biverkningar i samband med viktuppgång och deras erfarenheter av att hantera det samt upplevelser av stödet och deras förväntningar på sjukvården inom aktuellt området. Metod: En kvalitativ och deskriptiv design användes. Undersökningsgruppen bestod av fem kvinnliga och en manlig patient från ett sjukhus i Mellansverige. Huvudresultatet visade att deltagarna upplevde en stark påverkan på välbefinnande och hälsa av medicinbiverkningar i form av viktökning. Genomgående led deltagarna av biverkningar som påverkade både det fysiska och psykiska måendet. Samtliga deltagare hade gått igenom svåra kamper för att hantera viktökning och det krävdes mycket av deras egna krafter. Vidare betonade de att de inte blivit sedda av sjukvården och deras viktproblem inte tagits på allvar. Deltagarna upplevde starka känslor och lidanden av medicinbiverkningar och viktökning och det framkom förväntningar på att få stöd och information samt kontinuerlig vård för att kunna känna sig trygg i behandlingen och få uppleva en bättre livskvalitet. Slutsatsen visar att personer med bipolär sjukdom lider mycket av viktökning i samband med medicinbiverkningar. Det belyser att viktproblem är svårhanterbart och förbisett av sjukvården, vilket gör att livskvalitén blir svår att bevara. Abstract. Background: Living with bipolar disorder is difficult for many. The disease causes severe changes in emotional state. Medication is an important component in the treatment of bipolar disorder, but when this gives rise to serious side effects such as weight gain, it can lead to suffering of this population. The purpose of the study was to describe how bipolar patients experienced the medication's side effects associated with weight gain and their experience of dealing with it and the experiences of support as well as their expectations of health care within the current range. Method: A qualitative and descriptive design was used. The study group consisted of five women and one male patient from a hospital in central Sweden. The main result showed that participants experienced a great impact on the wellbeing and health of medication side effects such as weight gain. Through the participants suffered from the side effects that affected both the physical and mental health. All participants had gone through difficult struggles to manage weight gain and it took a lot of their own powers. Furthermore, they stressed that they had not been seen by the healthcare and their weight problems were not taken seriously. The participants experienced strong feelings and suffering from the medication side effects and weight gain, and there were expectations of getting support and information as well as continuous care to be able to feel safe in the treatment and experience and to have a better quality of life. The conclusion shows that people with bipolar disorder suffer a lot of the weight gain associated with medication side effects. It highlights that weight problems are difficult to manage and overlooked by the healthcare, making the quality of life of the patient difficult to maintain. That the problems are taken seriously and to get information and support in the area concerned was considered necessary in order to alleviate the suffering of care. Syftet med studien var att beskriva yrkeserfarna sjuksköterskors upplevelser av att arbeta med och stödja nyutexaminerade sjuksköterskor. En kvalitativ och beskrivande design användes. Undersökningsgruppen bestod av åtta kvinnliga sjuksköterskor från ett sjukhus i mellansverige. Huvudresultatet visade att de yrkeserfarna sjuksköterskorna var nöjda med nyutexaminerade sjuksköterskors arbetsinsats. En viktig aspekt var att nyutexaminerade sjuksköterskor frågade vid osäkerhet för att känna tillit. Sjuksköterskorna ansåg att stöd och uppskattning för att komma in i arbetet och gemenskapen var viktigt för att nyutexaminerade sjuksköterskor skulle känna sig trygga. Trots att sjuksköterskorna upplevde att nyutexaminerade sjuksköterskor var snabblärda, duktiga och nyfikna på att ta in ny lärdom i yrket, kom det dock fram att det fanns svårigheter att fokusera och prioritera rätt. Genomgående ansågs nyutexaminerade sjuksköterskor fokusera mer på dokumentation än omvårdnadsarbetet. Sjuksköterskorna betonade att mer praktik behövdes i grundutbildningen för att bättre förbereda nyutexaminerade sjuksköterskor i klinisk verksamhet. Vidare framkom det att längre introduktionstid behövdes i klinisk verksamhet för att komma in i rutinerna och sjuksköterskerollen. Slutsatsen visade att yrkeserfarna sjuksköterskor var nöjda med arbetsinsatsen från nyutexaminerade sjuksköterskor. Det ansågs viktigt att fråga vid osäkerhet och att mer fokus behövdes på omvårdnadsarbetet. Mer praktik ansågs nödvändigt för att lättare klara av den kliniska verksamheten. The aim of the study was to describe professional experienced nurses' experiences of working with and supporting newly qualified nurses. A qualitative and descriptive design was used. The study group consisted of eight female nurses from a hospital in central Sweden. The main results showed that the professional experienced nurses were satisfied with the graduates’ nurses’ job performance. An important aspect was that newly qualified nurses asked if unsure to feel confident. The nurses felt that support and appreciation to get into work and community was important for newly qualified nurses to feel safe. Although the nurses felt that newly qualified nurses were quick to learn, skilled and curious to take on new learning in the profession, was however shown that there were difficulties to focus and 0Tprioritize the right0 Consistentlyconsidered graduates nurses to focus more on documentation than nursing. The nurses emphasized that more training was needed in basic education to better prepare graduate nurses for clinical practice. It was also found that longer introduction where needed in clinical practice to get into the routine and the nursing role. The conclusion showed that experienced nurses were satisfied with the effort from newly graduates’ nurses. It was considered important to ask if in doubt and that more focus was needed on nursing. More training was needed to help manage the clinical operations.
