Bi2S3 is a n-type (negative type) semiconductor that has a narrow band gap and an ideal band edge position for hydrogen generation. However, high charge recombination rate, low photoelectrochemical (PEC) efficiency and poor stability are of major concerns of Bi2S3 as a photoelectrode. Herein, we report an efficient Vanadium-rich Bi2S3 nanowires (atomic ratio of V to Bi is 1/22) that have been prepared on fluorine-doped tin oxide (FTO) substrate by an in-situ solution-processed reaction with BiVO4 film as precursor. The resulting V-rich photoelectrode demonstrates notably high charge separation efficiency and fast charge transport with respect to pristine Bi2S3 nanowires. As a result, the photocurrent density of ca. 10 mA·cm−2 at -0.2 V vs Ag/AgCl is obtained under visible light illumination. In addition, V-rich Bi2S3 generates IPCE (incident photocurrent-to-current conversion efficiency) of 50% at 460 nm and 45% at 760 nm, demonstrating a 2.0 and 2.8-fold increase, respectively, when compared with pristine Bi2S3. This enhancement is probably due to increased light absorption, less charge recombination, and faster charge transfer. More importantly, in contrast to pristine Bi2S3 sample that suffers detrimental photocorrosion in sulfide containing electrolyte, V-rich Bi2S3 nanowires retain 84.6% of its initial photocurrent over the course of 1 h. These findings are expected to shed light on engineering high-performance and robust metal sulfide materials for photoelectrochemical application.

The results of bisulfite sequencing showed that the methylation status of HOPX in breast cancer tissues was higher than that in normal breast cancer tissues, but little known about the biological functions of HOPX in breast cancer.Methods: A total of 13 paired breast cancer and adjacent noncancerous tissues were subjected to bisulfite sequencing. Meanwhile, the methylation levels of cg218995965 and cg24862548 in breast cancer cells were detected by methylation-specific PCR (MSP). Flow cytometry, wound healing and transwell invasion assays were used to detect the apoptosis, migration and invasion in breast cancer cells. In addition, the expressions of HOPX, p21, cyclin D1 and CDK4 in cells were detected with Western blot assay.Results: Bisulfite sequencing indicated that the CpG sites (cg218995965 and cg24862548) in the HOPX promoter region showed significantly higher methylation in breast cancer tissues. In addition, methylation-specific PCR revealed that HOPX was significantly hypermethylated in breast cancer cell lines MDA-MB-468 and MCF-7. Furthermore, overexpression of HOPX significantly inhibited the proliferation of MDA-MB-468 and MCF-7 cells via inducing the apoptosis. Moreover, upregulation of HOPX markedly inhibited the migration and invasion abilities of MDA-MB-468 cells. Meanwhile, overexpression of HOPX obviously induced cell cycle arrest in MDA-MB-468 cells via upregulation of p21, and downregulation of cyclin D1 and CDK4. Additionally, overexpression of HOPX suppressed tumor growth of breast cancer in vivo.Conclusion: Our data showed that HOPX, a tumor suppressor, is epigenetically silenced in breast cancer. Overexpression of HOPX could suppress the progression of breast cancer, and thus indicating that it might serve as a potential target for the treatment of patients with breast cancer.Keywords: breast cancer, DNA methylation, HOPX, apoptosis

В статье рассматриваются метафорические значения отзоонимных прилагательных. При этом выделяются основные семантические группы отзоонимных прилагательных. Для выделения семантических групп учитывается специфика семантики прилагательных и применяется метод, основанный на характеристике денотативного пространства, которое выявляется с помощью таксономических классов существительных, с которыми эти прилагательные вступают в синтагматические отношения. В результате выделяется 5 семантических групп прилагательных. Наибольшее внимание уделяется анализу прилагательных с метафорическими значениями, которые представляют наибольший интерес в культурологическом плане. The article deals with metaphorical meanings of adjectives derived from zoonyms (names of animals). The main semantic groups of adjectives derived from zoonyms are singled out. In order to classify these semantic groups the author proposes to give the semantic specificity of adjectives and apply the method based on the characteristics of denotational space, which is detected by taxonomic classes of nouns, which adjectives come into syntagmatic relations with. As a result five groups of semantic adjectives are picked out. Most attention is paid to the analysis of adjectives with metaphorical meanings, which are of greatest interest in a cultural sense.

The article discusses nouns denoting persons derived from animal names in the semantic aspect. These nouns are divided into five semantic subgroups according to their definitions presented in the various dictionaries of the Russian language. Based on the analysis, the article concludes word-formation potential of zoonyms and characteristics of derivative nouns denoting persons. В данной статье рассматриваются отзоонимные существительные со значением лица в семантическом аспекте. Выделяется 5 семантических подтипов наименований лиц, образованных от зоонимов на основе анализа дефиниций, представленных в различных толковых словарях русского языка. В результате анализа делается вывод о словообразовательном потенциале зоонимов и о характеристике производных существительных со значением лица.

В данной статье рассматриваются редко попадающие в поле зрения исследователей глаголы, соотносительные с названиями животных. Выделяются основные семантические группировки данных глаголов, которые формируются на основе анализа дефиниций, представленных в различных толковых словарях русского языка. Предпринимается попытка создания деривационной типологии зооглаголов, и в соответствии с этим дается иная словообразовательная интерпретация зооглаголов со значением "рождать детеныша", имеющих более сложное структурно-семантическое устройство, что порождает неоднозначное решение вопроса о их деривационных связях с родственными словами в составе словообразовательного гнезда. Обоснование иной точки зрения в отношении данных глаголов строится на основе достижений современной словообразовательной теории и с учетом существующих в русском языке отношений между производным словом и производящей основой. При этом акцент в данном случае делается на формально-деривационных отношениях между словами как наиболее наглядных и адекватных, с нашей точки зрения. В результате формально-деривационного анализа производных и производящих слов в словообразовательном гнезде делается вывод о непроизводности глаголов со значением "рождать детеныша". The article discusses correlative verbs with animal names, which seldom come to the attention of researchers. These verbs are divided into major semantic groups according to their definitions presented in the various dictionaries of the Russian language. With an attempt to create a derivational typology of zooverbs (verbs related with animal names), another derivational interpretation of zooverbs with the meaning "to give birth to cubs" is shown. As a result of zooverbs with more complex structural semantic units generates an ambiguous decision on their derivational links to related words in the composition of derivational nest. The different perspective on verbs related with animal names is presented on the basis of the achievements of modern word formation theory and existing relationship between derivatives and stems. In this instance the emphasis lies on formal and derivational relations between words, which in our view, are the most evident and adequate relations. As a result of the formal and derivational analysis of derivatives and stems in the derivational nest concludes that verbs with the meaning "to give birth to cubs" aren't derived from cub names.

The article focuses on the problem of semantic organization of the word-formative nest and its constituting components on the basis of cognitive approach to the study of linguistic phenomena. Onomasiological analysis of derivatives as a part of the wordformative nest expands the idea of derivational semantic space of the word-formative nests due to the more detailed explanation of semantic relations between cognates belonging to different structural units: derivational couple, derivational chain and derivational paradigm. A special accent is made on the process of identifying semantic correlation between the source word of the word-formative nest and derivatives at the first stage of derivation. The analysis revealed three types of relations, each of them has several modifications based on quantitative correlation between lexical-semantic variants of the producing and the derivative words as well as on the possibility to identify the motivational basis of derivatives. The article gives characteristic of the word-formative nest according to the transformations of the semantic base of source word and the appearance of derivatives with phraseological semantics in the composition of derivatives. On this basis word-formative nests are divided into commutative (without derivatives with phraseological semantics) and non-commutative (having in their composition derivatives with phraseological semantics). В данной статье рассматривается вопрос о смысловой организации словообразовательного гнезда и составляющих его компонентов в русле когнитивного подхода к исследованию языковых явлений. На основе ономасиологического анализа производных слов в составе словообразовательного гнезда расширяется представление о деривационно-семантическом пространстве словообразовательных гнезд за счет более детального обоснования характера смысловых связей между однокоренными словами, входящими в различные структурные единицы: словообразовательную пару, словообразовательную цепочку и словообразовательную парадигму. При этом акцент делается на выявлении семантического соотношения исходного слова гнезда с дериватами первой ступени производности. В результате анализа выявлено три типа таких соотношений, каждый из которых имеет свои разновидности, основанные на количественном соответствии лексико-семантического варианта производящего и производного, а также на степени сохранения мотивационной базы у производного слова. Кроме того, дается характеристика словообразовательного гнезда в зависимости от преобразования смысловой базы исходного слова гнезда и появления в составе производных слов дериватов с фразеологичной семантикой. На основе этого словообразовательные гнезда делятся на коммутационные (не имеющие производных слов с фразеологичной семантикой) и некоммутационные (имеющие в своем составе производные слова с фразеологичной семантикой).
