The Ni-Mo alloy coatings were electrodeposited in the choline-ethylene glycol deep eutectic system(ChCl-EG) using Cu as the substrates, and the electrochemical impedance spectrum(EIS), scanning electronic microscopy(SEM), energy dispersive spectrometer(EDS) and X-ray diffraction (XRD) were employed to investigate the deposition kinetics of Ni-Mo alloy coatings. The influence of polarization potential on electrocatalytic HER performance of Ni-Mo alloy coatings was investigated. The results indicate that as the polarization potential increases, the Ni-Mo alloy coatings undergoes a process of evolution from nano Ni, Ni+MoO2 (MoO2Ni4) to Ni4Mo, indicating that potential is an important factor affecting the component change of Ni-Mo alloy coatings. Ni-Mo alloy coating fabricated at -1.4 V vs Ag displays excellent hydrogen evolution catalytic activity and stability, where the overpotential at 10 mA·cm-2 is only 51 mV, the Tafel slope is 48.7 mV·dec-1, and the decrease in hydrogen evolution overpotential is not significant(Δη100=11 mV) at 100 mA·cm-2 after 1000 cycles of catalytic cycling.

This article presents a third-order, feedforward, single-bit Delta-Sigma analog-to-digital modulator (DSM) based on an output swing-enhanced gain-boost inverter for low-voltage low-power applications such as wearable devices, mobile health, and the Internet of Things (IoTs). The proposed output swing-enhanced structure addresses the output-swing reduction in the conventional structure while achieving high DC gain and large output swing simultaneously. Implemented in a 180 nm CMOS process, the entire chip is comprised of a delta-sigma modulator, an oscillator, and a current reference. It achieves 86.1 dB peak SNR and 92 dB dynamic range (DR) with 1.95 kHz signal bandwidth. The whole chip dissipates 54.5 μW, leading to a 167.6 dB Schreier Figure of Merit (FoMs). The Geza arc is an important part of the Sanjiang tectono-magmatic belt and is a newly discovered copper polymetallic ore concentration area in northwest Yunnan province, Southwest China. The area comprises numerous metal ore deposits, including one super-large deposit, three large deposits, etc. The formation of these deposits was closely related to intermediate–acidic magmatic intrusions. Based on previous studies, the “big data” analysis technique was used for a comparative study of large geochemical datasets of granite related to ore-formation in the Geza porphyry copper deposit and global adakites. As a result, 1313 element combinations and 127,765 overlap ratios were obtained. The results show that the Geza porphyry has similar geochemical characteristics to global adakites (the ratios of REE and Ga to major elements are in the range of global adakites). However, the Cu, Mo, and Zn contents of the porphyry are significantly higher than those of global adakites, and the porphyry may, therefore, represent an end-member of the global range of adakite composition. In addition, the geochemistry of adakites associated with the porphyry copper deposits overlaps in part with that of global adakites, although most of the data lie outside of the range of global adakites (i.e. low Mn/Cu, Sr/Cu, Na/Cu, and Zr/Cu values, and high Th/Cu, Ba/Cu, Na/Mo, Rb/Mo, Th/Mo, Ta/Mo, Ba/Mo, Mn/Zn, and Ba/Zn values). The samples with characteristics that deviate significantly from the geochemistry of global adakites show more advanced mineralization and alteration, and a stronger relationship with Cu and Mo mineralization. The results of geochemical data mining can be used as a prospecting indicator, and provide a new scientific basis for geological prospecting of the deep levels and periphery of the Geza Cu polymetallic ore belt.

The stability and accuracy of explicit high-order finite difference (HOFD) algorithms have been research hotspots in different fields. To improve the stability and accuracy of the HOFD algorithms in thermal simulations, we present a Lax-Wendroff high-order finite difference (LHOFD) algorithm to solve the 2D transient heat transfer equation in this paper and develop an improved LHOFD (IHOFD) algorithm to improve the stability of the LHOFD algorithm. The formulas of the general high-order central FD (HOCFD) coefficients and the truncation error coefficient as well as the high-order non-central FD (HONFD) coefficients and the truncation error coefficient of the fourth-order spatial derivative are derived concisely in a different way. Furthermore, a unified analytical formula of the general HOCFD and HONFD coefficients, which can calculate the spatial derivative of any integer order, is derived. A new strategy of combination with the HOCFD and HONFD approximations under the same high-order accuracy as the internal computational domain is proposed to calculate the mixed derivatives of the boundary domains with high accuracy, no additional computational cost, and easy implementation. Then, the accuracy analysis, stability analysis, and comparative analysis of numerical simulation results obtained by the LHOFD and IHOFD algorithms with the exact solution show the correctness and validity of the proposed algorithms and their stability formulas, and the advantages of the proposed algorithms. The proposed algorithms are valid under both symmetric and asymmetric boundary conditions. The stability factor of the LHOFD algorithm is slightly higher than that of the conventional algorithm. The stability factor of the IHOFD algorithm is twice that of the conventional algorithm, and the maximum absolute error of the thermal simulation is within 0.015 (°C). [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
