The “revitalization” development of traditional village culture is more embodied as the revitalization of the “traditional village cultural landscape genes.” This paper combines the overall concept and development strategy for the protection and development of traditional Hakka villages in western Fujian and puts forward the path of “revitalization” development of traditional Hakka villages in western Fujian. “Revitalization” development path. Construct a cultural development prediction based on the grayscale GM (1,1) model and test its accuracy by combining it with the GDP value of eight counties in western Fujian (Longyan City). Analyze the Hakka cultural tourism resources and major source markets in western Fujian and use the grayscale GM (1,1) model to make a future development prediction for the development of the Hakka traditional village culture industry in western Fujian. The GM(1,1) model’s absolute value for both relative error and rank deviation is less than 0.1. When combined with the grayscale GM(1,1) prediction model, we expect the culture of Hakka traditional villages in western Fujian to generate approximately 59024 million yuan in cultural tourism revenue by 2027.

Objective To explore the clinical significance of monitoring neuron specific enolase (NSE), carbohydrate antigen 125 (CA125), and carbohydrate antigen 199 (CA199) in patients with pneumoconiosis. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted among 222 patients with pneumoconiosis admitted to this hospital from January 2018 to December 2022. The patients were divided into three groups according to the stage of pneumoconiosis (stage I, II, and III). The serum levels and abnormal rates of NSE, CA125, and CA199 among these groups were compared. Results Among the 222 patients with pneumoconiosis, 51 (22.97%) were in stage I, 52 (23.42%) were in stage II, and 119 (53.61%) were in stage III. There were statistically significant differences in serum NSE and CA125 levels among pneumoconiosis patients at different stages (P < 0.001), and serum NSE and CA125 levels in patients at stage III were higher than those in stage I and stage II (P < 0.001). There was no statistically significant difference in serum CA199 level among pneumoconiosis patients at different stages (P = 0.163). The abnormal rates of serum NSE, CA125, and CA199 levels among 222 patients were 45.05%, 27.93%, and 2.70%, respectively. There were statistically significant differences in serum NSE and CA125 abnormal rates among pneumoconiosis patients at different stages (both P < 0.001), and both showed an increasing trend with the increase of stage. Conclusions Monitoring serum NSE and CA125 in patients with pneumoconiosis can indicate the progression of their condition and provide references for the treatment plan. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Video sharing has been an increasingly popular application in online social networks (OSNs). However, its sustainable development is severely hindered by the intrinsic limit of the client/server architecture deployed in current OSN video systems, which is not only costly in terms of server bandwidth and storage but also not scalable with the soaring amount of users and video content. The peer-assisted Video-on-Demand (VoD) technique, in which participating peers assist the server in delivering video content, has been proposed recently. Unfortunately, videos can only be disseminated through friends in OSNs. Therefore, current VoD works that explore clustering nodes with similar interests or close location for high performance are suboptimal, if not entirely inapplicable, in OSNs. Based on our long-term real-world measurement of over 1,000,000 users and 2,500 videos on Facebook, we propose SocialTube, a novel peer-assisted video sharing system that explores social relationship, interest similarity, and physical location between peers in OSNs. Specifically, SocialTube incorporates four algorithms: a social network (SN)-based P2P overlay construction algorithm, an SN-based chunk prefetching algorithm, chunk delivery, and scheduling algorithm, and a buffer management algorithm. Experimental results from a prototype on PlanetLab and an event-driven simulator show that SocialTube can improve the quality of user experience and system scalability over current P2P VoD techniques. Background: Pulmonary rehabilitation is a crucial part of the nonpharmacological treatment of stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), but management remains problematic. WeChat could serve as a useful tool in patient management. Baduanjin is a popular exercise in China that is usually applied in pulmonary rehabilitation, which has been confirmed to be effective in improving lung function and life quality. Objective: This study aimed to explore the efficiency of WeChat in the management of Baduanjin exercise in COPD patients. Methods: A total of 200 patients from the respiratory department of Putuo Hospital participated in the Baduanjin rehabilitation project from September 2018 to October 2019, and were randomly assigned to the WeChat and control groups and followed up using the WeChat platform or telephone for 12 weeks. The frequency of Baduanjin exercise, lung function (percentage of forced expiratory volume in 1 second predicted, FEV1% predicted), and COPD assessment test (CAT) scores were collected and compared between the two groups. The number of message exchanges and a satisfaction survey on the WeChat platform were used to assess the feasibility of WeChat management outside the hospital. Results: The Baduanjin exercise frequency significantly differed between the control group and WeChat group (F =33.82, P<.001) and across various time points (F =214.87, P<.001). After the follow-up on WeChat, there were fewer patients not performing Baduanjin exercise. The FEV1% predicted value significantly differed before and after Baduanjin exercise in the control group (Z =−3.686, P <.001) and the WeChat group (Z =−6.985, P<.001). A significant difference in the FEV1% predicted value was observed after Baduanjin exercise between the two groups (Z =−3.679, P <.001). The CAT score significantly differed before and after Baduanjin exercise in the control group (Z =−4.937, P<.001) and the WeChat group (Z =−5.246, P <.001). A significant difference in the CAT score was observed after Baduanjin exercise between the two groups (Z =−5.246, P<.001). The number of completed Baduanjin exercises, lung function, and CAT scores in active patients were higher than those in nonactive patients. All satisfaction survey items were scored with more than 4 points. Among the items, the highest score (mean 4.54, SD 0.77) was for continued WeChat management, followed by the effective management of Baduanjin exercise (mean 4.46, SD 0.87). The patients in the WeChat group showed much higher enthusiasm for and compliance with Baduanjin exercise, resulting in better life quality and lung function. The patients were very satisfied with the WeChat management because of the obvious curative effect and home feeling. Conclusions: The WeChat platform provided a feasible, effective, and sustainable management plan for Baduanjin rehabilitation. Background: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the safety, tolerability, and efficacy of milnacipran following a direct switch from duloxetine in fibromyalgia patients experiencing inadequate clinical response to duloxetine after receiving treatment for 6 weeks or longer., Methods: This exploratory study included 107 patients with fibromyalgia who had been treated with duloxetine 60 mg/day for at least 4 weeks prior to enrollment. Following a 2-week open-label period on duloxetine, patients who had visual analog scale pain scores ≥ 40 and were dissatisfied with current treatment were randomized 4:1 to milnacipran 100 mg/day (n = 86) or placebo (n = 21) for 10 weeks of double-blind treatment. The small placebo group was included solely to blind the study and minimize expectation bias among patients and investigators, and there was no preplanned statistical comparison between treatment groups. The primary efficacy parameter was the percentage of patients rating themselves as "much improved" or "very much improved" on the Patient Global Impression of Change (PGIC) at the final visit. Other efficacy parameters included changes in one-week recall visual analog scale pain, Fibromyalgia Impact Questionnaire Revised (FIQR), and Multiple Ability Self-Report Questionnaire (MASQ)., Results: Of patients switched to milnacipran, 32.9% were classified as PGIC responders, and they also demonstrated improvement in visual analog scale pain, FIQR total, and MASQ total scores (mean changes from baseline were -12.3, -7.77, and -2.39, respectively). Nausea and dizziness were the most common treatment-emergent adverse events in patients switched to milnacipran, reported in 21% and 15%, respectively, of patients in this group., Conclusion: Results from this exploratory study suggest that switching from duloxetine to milnacipran may be beneficial in some patients with fibromyalgia who have an inadequate response to duloxetine. Further research investigating the efficacy and safety of switching fibromyalgia therapies is warranted.

Purpose: Efforts to conclusively establish that human epidermal receptor (HER)-2 overexpression is important to androgen-dependent carcinoma of the prostate (AD-CaP) or to progression to androgen independence (AI-CaP) have failed because of variability in tissue procurement, antibodies, immunostaining procedures, and assessment methods. However, because some in vitro and animal model data correlate HER-2 overexpression with progression to androgen independence, trials of agents that target the HER-2 receptor are under way. To clarify human tumor findings, we studied HER-2 expression at the gene (DNA), mRNA, and protein levels in well-characterized CaP specimens., Experimental Design: Fifty AD-CaP and 25 AI-CaP specimens from similar numbers of Caucasian and African Americans were immunostained for HER-2 receptor. HER-2 mRNA levels were measured using real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR in patients for whom frozen specimens were available. HER-2 amplification was evaluated using fluorescent in situ hybridization., Results: HER-2 receptor immunostained in 52% of androgen-dependent and one (4%) androgen-independent tumor. HER-2 immunostaining was not related to age, race, serum prostate-specific antigen levels, or pathologic stage and Gleason grade. HER-2 overexpression was not detected in AI-CaP at the mRNA or gene level. Mean HER-2 mRNA expression was higher (P < 0.05) in AD-CaP than AI-CaP (22,080 versus 15,496 HER-2 copies). HER-2 was not amplified in any of 20 AD-CaP or 19 AI-CaP specimens., Conclusions: HER-2 protein and message overexpression and HER-2 amplification were not found in AI-CaP.
