For the complex background of traditional radar image target detection methods is affected by multiple interferers, which leads to a low recognition rate of multi-target classification and a high false alarm rate. In this paper, the current hot research BM3D denoising method is introduced into radar image target detection. Firstly, the detection process of the BM3D algorithm is constructed, and the image pixels are reasonably clustered by denoising so that the image blocks in homogeneous regions have a high matching degree and those in non-homogeneous regions have a low matching degree. Secondly, the clustering recognition feature is used to limit the search range of similar blocks to homogeneous regions, to improve the denoising efficiency of the algorithm. Finally, the simulation results of this paper show that compared with previous algorithms, the BM3D detection method has significantly improved in both the subjective visual effect map and objective numerical indexes. For example, the image denoising quality is improved by about 0.716dB on average and up to 1.031dB, the image denoising time is shortened by about 19.962s on average, and the algorithm runs 1.211 times faster than the original algorithm. It is proved that the algorithm can improve denoising efficiency and reduce computational complexity while enhancing detailed information.

This article elucidates the key functionalities of Factsage's diverse modules, including Equilib, Viscosity, EpH, Reaction, and Phase Diagram modules. Furthermore, it delineates the present usage and research progress of the software in the realms of air pollution, water pollution, and solid waste treatment. By predicting the thermodynamic properties of pollutants, their chemical reactions, and complex phase changes, Factsage provides a critical scientific foundation for environmental decision-making and optimization of waste treatment processes. Objectives: To investigate the prognosis and quality of life for primary malignant maxillary sinus tumors. Methods: This was a retrospective analysis. 164 patients diagnosed with primary malignant maxillary sinus tumors between 2005 and 2018 were recruited. Patients were treated according to the pathological type and the lesion range. Prognostic differences of different pathological types, surgical resection methods, repair methods, treatment methods, and different local recurrence sites were analyzed. Survival analysis and prognostic factors analysis were performed. Results: Overall survival (OS) rate was 74.7% at 3 years, 60.5% at 5 years, and 45.8% at 10 years. Disease-free survival (DFS) rate was 67.2% at 3 years, 45.6% at 5 years, and 30.8% at 10 years. There was significant difference in OS rate among different pathological types (χ2 = 14.18, P < 0.05). The order of 5-year OS rate was as follows: malignant transformation of inverted Papilloma (77.7%) > adenoid cystic carcinoma (74.1%) > squamous cell carcinoma (48.4%) > sarcoma (22.1%). The order of disease-free survival was as follows: total maxillary resection > subtotal maxillary resection > endoscopic nasal tumor resection ≥enlarged maxillary resection, the 5-year DFS rate were 68.6%, 53.5%, 46.2%, and 42.9%, respectively. The OS of postoperative radiotherapy was significantly better than that of preoperative radiotherapy (χ2 = 7.16, P < 0.05). There was significant difference in OS between recurrent and non-recurrent patients (χ2 = 68.57, P < 0.05). Conclusions: The pathological type and the timing of radiotherapy are independent prognostic factors for primary malignant tumor of maxillary sinus. Summary: Coal fly ash (CFA) is produced on very large scales in thermal energy plants. The recycling of coal fly ash (CFA) is essential decreasing its environmental impact. In this research, a FaL-G (coal fly ash (CFA), lime, and FGD gypsum) technology is used to reuse coal fly ash (CFA) in brick-type form. First, all of the small-grained FaL-G were dried in the oven at 60°C for 24 h. Three different combinations of coal fly ash (CFA), FGD gypsum, and lime were tested for block preparation. The blocks were treated with five conditions for hardening and drying, i.e., i. Sunlight, ii. Shade (room temperature), iii. Oven, iv. Presence of moisture, and v. Freezer (-16°C). After complete drying, the compressive strength and flexural strength tests were applied. Over all, the sunlight treated blocks showed strong compressive strength of 5.9 MPa and flexural strength of 7.19 MPa. The blocks made through FaL-G technology are very good raw materials for construction, i.e., partition walls and decoration, as these blocks have impressive texture and plain edges. It was the first time that the variable combinations of coal fly ash (CFA), gypsum, and lime were tested through different conditions and have achieved good strength. The literature showed that little work has been carried out through FaL-G, while additional materials have also been used. The main novelty of the current research work is development of an enhanced technique for preparing building materials, stabilizing coal fly ash (CFA), and reducing its environmental hazards. N6-methylation of adenosine (m6A), a post-transcriptional regulatory mechanism, is the most abundant nucleotide modification in almost all types of RNAs. The biological function of m6A in regulating the expression of oncogenes or tumor suppressor genes has been widely investigated in various cancers. However, recent studies have addressed a new role of m6A modification in the anti-tumor immune response. By modulating the fate of targeted RNA, m6A affects tumor-associated immune cell activation and infiltration in the tumor microenvironment (TME). In addition, m6A-targeting is found to affect the efficacy of classical immunotherapy, which makes m6A a potential target for immunotherapy. Although m6A modification together with its regulators may play the exact opposite role in different tumor types, targeting m6A regulators has been shown to have wide implications in several cancers.
