The article focuses on the implication of the Florida law Informed Consent for Spaceflight Act which limits the liability for human spaceflight. Accordingly, the law states that a passenger or the passenger's representative may not maintain an action against or recover from a spaceflight entity for the loss, damage, or death of the participant. It does not apply in cases of intentional injury, willful or wanton disregard for safety, and gross negligence.
