山梨県の精神医療施設の病棟勤務看護職の全数を対象に「精神障害者の安全配慮」について行動レベルでの回答を求めた。有効回答の624部の解析結果は次のようであった。(1)行動制限、患者異動、病棟外活動、事故関連の各事項では〈大体実施〉のレベルであったが、日常的な配慮事項は〈２回に１回〉の実施度であった。(2)各事項とも性別に差はなく、年齢が高いほど得点が高かった。(3)准看護婦（士）よりも看護婦（士）の方が高得点。(4)職位が高いほど高得点であるが、患者への直接的ケアではスタッフ、主任、副婦長が高い。(5)閉鎖病棟よりも開放病棟の方が高得点。(6)看護及び精神科勤務年数が多いほど高得点であるがバラツキもある。(7)年齢と看護経験の相関に比し精神科勤務との相関は低い。(8)日常配慮の得点が高いと他の安全配慮事項も高い。(9)職場状況では看護側の支援体制の得点は低く、職位による格差があった。以上の結果より、県下の精神科に入院する精神障害者に対する看護職の安全配慮の特徴と課題を論じた。, The purpose of this study was to see actual Safety care for Mental disorders in the Psychiatric hospital. The sample analysis was done with 624 psychiatric nurses who worked at a hospital ward in Yamanashi Prefecture. The results were as follows : All Safety care scores were more than point 4 except daily Safety care. All Safety care scores were significant except sex. Especially as for senior, register nurses than practical nurses, higher position, at opener ward than closed ward, and with more experiencing of nursing, Safety care points increased. Daily Safety care and other events care were relative. These findings suggest that it is impoitant to take Safety care for Mental disorders atthe ward.
