This study aims to analyze the effect of education via Whatsapp on increasing mothers' knowledge about MP-ASI in children aged 6-24 months at UPT Puskesmas Damai, West Kutai Regency. The design used in this study was a quasy experimental design with a pre-post test with a control group. The population in this study were all mothers with children aged 6-24 months in the working area of ​​the Damai Health Center, West Kutai Regency. The sampling technique used was consecutive sampling. Data analysis technique using paired t-test. The results showed that there was a significant difference in the average knowledge score between the pretest and posttest of the MP-ASI education intervention group via the Whatsapp group with a p-value = 0.000 (

Puberty is a stage of development for children who enter adolescence which is always characterized by the maturity of the sexual organs and has reached the ability to reproduce. In young women, the symptoms of hormonal changes can be seen clearly in the physical appearance in question. In addition, puberty in adolescent girls is also marked by menarche (dysmenorrhea), commonly referred to as menstruation or menstruation. -3 days, starting the day before the start of the first day of menstruation. This phenomenon occurs in most women, so it can be said as a disorder. Patterns to overcome these disorders are carried out both pharmacologically and non-pharmacologically. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of dark chocolate given to sufferers of menstrual pain during a certain observation period in overcoming symptoms of dysmenorrhea. This study uses a quantitative approach with the Quasi Experiment method on a population of junior high school students. By involving 36 respondents who were divided into two sample groups according to Fereder's formula, each of which was determined as many as 18 respondents. One group received treatment consuming dark chocolate, and the other group was a control group without treatment. The experimental process was carried out for a span of 30 days for each respondent which was adjusted to the period of dysmenorrhea. All respondents (100%) felt "moderate" pain before consuming dark chocolate, and after consuming dark chocolate 27.8% experienced mild pain and 72.2% did not feel pain anymore. The study concluded that the experimental group showed a reduction in pain of 72%, no longer felt pain, and 28% still felt a little pain. Meanwhile, the control/intervention group did not show any change in the pain scale. This means that consuming dark chocolate can reduce the pain of dysmenorrhea. At the end of the observation, the results of the statistical test showed that in the experimental group the p-value (0.000) 0.05, which means that the hypothesis (Ha ) is rejected. There is an effect of dark chocolate consumption on reducing dysmenorrhea pain, and there is a difference in pain between groups that consume and those who do not consume dark chocolate.

Latar belakang: Perdarahan post partum dapat disebabkan oleh atonia uteri, robekan jalan lahir, retensio plasenta, inversio uteri dan pembekuan darah. Pada umumnya dengan melakukan senam nifas maka dapat mempercepat proses pemulihan kondisi ibu setelah melahirkan dan mencegah komplikasi yang mungkin terjadi selama masa nifas. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh senam nifas terhadap penurunan tinggi fundus uteri pada ibu post partum di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Temindung Samarinda. Metode penelitian: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pre experimental dengan pre test-post test control group design. Subjek penelitian yang diambil adalah semua ibu post partum yang melahirkan di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Temindung pada bulan Agustus-Oktober 2019. Sampel terdiri dar 2 kelompok dengan 48 responden, yang dipilih menggunakan teknik consecutive sampling. Analisis statistik uji t independen dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,05. Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukan perbedaan yang signifikan dari penurunan TFU pada ibu post partum antara kelompok yang melakukan senam nifas dan tidak senam nifas di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Temindung dibuktikan dengan p-value = 0,002. Kesimpulan dan saran: Pada penelitian ini Ho ditolak yang menunjukan bahwa ada pengaruh senam nifas terhadap penurunan tinggi fundus uteri pada ibu post partum di Klinik Kartika Jaya. Diharapkan senam nifas di terapkan oleh Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Temindung karena bermanfaat dalam proses pemulihan kondisi ibu pasca partus.

Maternal mortality rate in Indonesia is still high enough which is dominated by three main causes of death that is bleeding, preeclampsia, and infection. Maternal Mortality in Samarinda city in 2015 increased by 76 per 100,000 live births. Maternal mortality in Samarinda city, dominated maternal death aged 20-34 years that fall into maternal and maternal death category. One of the causes of maternal death is preeclampsia and one of the causes of preeclampsia in pregnant women is obesity. The purpose of this study to determine the relationship of obesity with preeclampsia in pregnant women trimester II and III in RSUD Abdul Wahab Sjahranie Samarinda with specified α is 0,05The design of this study is cross sectional, sampling technique with purposive sampling of 39 pregnant women trimester II and III. The results of this study found there is a significant relationship between obesity with preeclampsia in pregnant women trimester II and III (p value = 0.006) with the value of α = 0.05.There is a significant relationship between obesity with preeclampsia in pregnant women trimester II and III in RSUD Abdul Wahab Sjahranie Samarinda 2018. Kematian ibu di kota Samarinda tahun 2015 meningkat menjadi 76 per 100.000 kelahiran hidup hidup. AKI di kota samarinda, didominasi kematian ibu usia 20-34 tahun yang masuk dalam kategori kematian ibu hamil dan ibu bersalin. Salah satu penyebab kematian ibu adalah preeklampsia dan salah satu penyebab terjadinya preeklampsia pada ibu hamil yaitu obesitas. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan obesitas dengan preeklampsia pada ibu hamil trimester II dan III di RSUD Abdul Wahab Sjahranie Samarinda dengan α yang ditentukan adalah 0,05Desain penelitian ini adalah cross sectional, Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan purposive sampling dan responden sebanyak 39 ibu hamil trimester II dan III. Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh terdapat hubungan bermakna antara obesitas dengan preeklampsia pada ibu hamil trimester II dan III (p value=0,006) dengan nilai α=0,05.Terdapat hubungan bermakna antara obesitas dengan preeklampsia pada ibu hamil trimester II dan III di RSUD Abdul Wahab Sjahranie Samarinda Tahun 2018.
