Objective The existing target speed planning algorithm for the automatic driving of urban rail transit train cannot handle in real time the temporary change of the line speed limit in case of emergency due to the large computational load and long computation time. With regard to the problem, a real-time target speed planning algorithm based on global optimization is proposed to generate the speed planning curve in real time. Method Based on the conditions of train current position, current speed and speed limit of the forward line, the speed planning curve is firstly generated in the shortest time through point by point calculation. Then the traction and braking levels are being adjusted to keep the train running at uniform acceleration or deceleration, optimizing the comfort index of the train running. Next, the cruising speed in the maximum speed limit section is adjusted to reduce unnecessary traction and braking time, optimizing the energy consumption index of the train running. Finally, the train speed planning curve is output. Result & Conclusion The simulation results show that the real-time speed planning curve generated by the proposed algorithm satisfies the basic constraints of safety, punctuality and accurate parking. Compared with the traditional algorithm, it improves the comfort level and reduces the energy consumption during train operation. Meanwhile, the proposed algorithm can effectively handle the temporary change of the line speed limit in emergency and optimize several operation indicators.

This paper summarized the practice of umbilical moxibustion combined with acupoint application therapy based on the theory of nourishing yang in spring and summer for a patient with heart failure. Based on the theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome differentiation and principle of treatment in line with seasons’ change, the patient was treated with the umbilical moxibustion combined with acupoint application therapy. This paper summarized the nursing of a patient with coronary heart disease treated with scrapping combined with auricular acupoint pressing therapy based on the theory of combining with disease and syndrome. Based on the theory of combining with disease and syndrome, face, hand, tongue and ear diagnosis were carried out to formulate a comprehensive nursing assessment. Warm scraping, holographic scraping, auricular acupoint pressing therapy and Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing by syndrome differentiation were carried out to relive the clinical symptoms and improve the comfort level of the patient. This paper summarized the nursing management for a patient with chronic heart failure of yang deficiency and water accumulation treated with ginger-partitioned moxibustion combined with acupoint application umbilical therapy. Based on the Traditional Chinese Medicine theory of Nourishing Yang in Spring and Summer, the ginger-partitioned moxibustion combined with acupoint application umbilical therapy and Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing intervention on medication, dietary and emotion were carried out to relieve the concomitant symptoms of chronic heart failure, improve the exercise tolerance and quality of life. Objective To explore the clinical practice effect and optimization method of optimizing the Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM)nursing plan for chest obstruction and heart pain (coronary heart disease) based on Feng Yunhua's academic viewpoint of blood stasis syndrome and nursing for promoting blood circulation and resolving stasis. Methods The clinical data of 793 patients with chest obstruction and heart pain admitted to the hospital from June 2021 to May 2022 were retrospectively analyzed. Totally 390 patients with hospital admission between June 2021 and November 2021 were recruited as the control group, receiving routine nursing plan of promoting blood circulation and resolving blood stasis. Another 403 patients with hospital admission between December 2021 and May 2022 were included as the observation group, received modified nursing plan. Effect of nursing interventions on main symptoms and syndrome integral of blood stasis syndrome were measured, and patient satisfaction and evaluation of nursing program by nurses were investigated. This paper reviewed the effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine holographic scraping combined with moxibustion therapy on a patient with renal malignant tumor who had diarrhea adverse reaction of targeted therapy and immunotherapy, and summarized the relevant nursing experience. By TCM syndrome differentiation holographic scraping combined with moxibustion treatment were carried out. Comprehensive nursing measures including life guidance, diet guidance, psychological guidance and other interventions were carried out during the treatment. This paper summarized the nursing management of a patient with gastric cancer of Qi and blood deficiency type. On the basis of strengthening routine nursing, the patient was intervened by implementing Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) holographic scraping combined with moxibustion to evaluate their digestive tract symptoms, sleep quality and fatigue status. After the intervention, the scores of pain visual analogue scale, Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index scale, Subjective Overall Nutrition Assessment of tumor patients, Piper Fatigue Scale and Hamilton Depression Scale decreased significantly. It showed that the combination of TCM holographic scraping combined with moxibustion can effectively alleviate the symptoms and improve the quality of life of the patient. This paper briefly introduced the definition and main contents discharge planning, and summarized the research progress of discharge planning for patients with coronary heart disease and related assessment tools. This paper summarized the nursing experience of holographic meridian scraping in a patient with refractory hypertension. A comprehensive evaluation based on Traditional Chinese Medicine diagnosis of face, hand and tongue inspection and scraping should be carried out before implementation of holographic meridian scraping therapy. Therapeutic principles and scraping area should be determined before nursing management based on syndrome differentiation, and a standard scraping procedure is required to control blood pressure and improve the symptoms. Introduction: Despite the available secondary preventive treatments, the management of stable coronary artery disease (SCAD) remains challenging. Intermediate coronary lesion (ICL), defined as luminal stenosis between 50% and 70%, is a key stage of SCAD. However, existing therapeutic strategies are limitated in delaying plaque progression and associated with various adverse effects and economic burdens. Qing-Xin-Jie-Yu Granules (QXJYG) with proven anti-platelet, anti-inflammatory, and lipid-lowering effects may compensate for the drawbacks of current treatments and can be tested as a complementary therapy. Therefore, this study aims to investigate the efficacy and safety of QXJYG in treating ICL, with a particular focus on its impact on myocardial ischemia and plaque progression. Materials and methods: This is a multicenter, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial. A total of 120 participants with ICL will be randomly assigned to two groups in a 1:1 ratio. In addition to basic medications, the intervention group will receive QXJYG, while the control group will receive a placebo for over 6 months, followed by a 12-month follow-up. The primary efficacy outcome is computed tomography-derived fractional flow reserve. The secondary outcomes include the degree of coronary stenosis, coronary artery calcification score, Gensini score, Seattle Angina Questionnaire score, high-sensitivity C-reactive protein, matrix metalloproteinase-9, blood lipids, and carotid artery ultrasound parameters. Major adverse cardiovascular events are recorded as endpoints. The safety outcomes include composite events of bleeding, laboratory test results, and adverse events. Clinical visits are scheduled at baseline, every 2 months during the treatment, and after a 12-month follow-up. Discussion: This trial is anticipated to yield reliable results to verify the efficacy and safety of QXJYG in the treatment of ICL, which will provide novel insights to help address the prevailing therapeutic dilemma of ICL, thereby facilitating for the management of SCAD. Sluggish transfer kinetics caused by solid–solid contact at the lithium (Li)/solid-state electrolyte (SE) interface is an inherent drawback of all-solid-state Li metal batteries (ASSLMBs) that not only limits the cell power density but also induces uneven Li deposition as well as high levels of interfacial stress that deteriorates the internal structure and cycling stability of ASSLMBs. Herein, a fast Li+ transfer scaffold is proposed to overcome the sluggish kinetics at the Li/SE interface in ASSLMBs using an α-MnO2-decorated carbon paper (CP) structure (α-MnO2@CP). At an atomic scale, the tunnel structure of α-MnO2 exhibits a great ability to facilitate Li+ adsorption and transportation across the inter-structure of α-MnO2@CP, leading to a high critical current density of 3.95 mA cm−2 at the Li/SE interface. Meanwhile, uniform Li deposition can be guided along the skeletons of α-MnO2@CP with minimized volume expansion, significantly improving the structural stability of the Li/SE interface. Based on these advantages, the ASSLMBs using α-MnO2@CP protected the Li anode and can stably cycle up to very high charge/discharge rates of 10C/10C, paving the way for developing high-power ASSLMBs.
