Objective To explore the efficacy of atorvastatin combined with compound probiotics in the treatment of hyperlipidemia. Methods From January 2019 to December 2019, 33 patients with hyperlipidemia were recruited from the People‘s Hospital of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and were randomly divided into the test group（n=18） and the control group（n=15） using a randomized, double-blind, controlled trial design. The 20mg atorvastatin （once a day） plus compound probiotics（once a day, 2g each time） was given in test group, and the same dose of atorvastatin plus placebo was given in control group. The blood lipid level was measured once every 4 weeks for 12 weeks to compare the blood lipid levels at each time point between two groups. Results There were no significant differences in the baseline data between two groups (P＞0.05). There were no significant differences in the levels of TC, TG, LDL-C and other blood lipid levels related to the treatment effects between two groups(P＞0.05). According to English level of Chinese ocean sailors at present, we analyze the characteristics and instruction needs of navigation English and point out current English teaching in maritime specialty has many problems. Traditional teaching modes are not suitable for modern maritime needs any longer. So we propose feasible methods and countermeasures on how to improve English teaching in maritime specialty of Chinese colleges. Hopefully advanced sailors with high quality and adapting modern navigation will be brought up.

Branching is an important trait of plant development regulated by environmental signals. Phytochromes in Arabidopsis mediate branching in response to the changes in the red light:far-red light ratio (R:FR), the mechanisms of which are still elusive. Here it is shown that overexpression of CONSTANS-LIKE 7 (COL7) results in an abundant branching phenotype which could be efficiently suppressed by shade or a simulated shade environment (low R:FR). Moreover, col7 mutants develop shorter hypocotyls and COL7 overexpression lines develop longer hypocotyls in comparison with the wild type in low R:FR, indicating that COL7 acts as an enhancer of the shade avoidance response. In shade or transient low R:FR, transcriptional and post-transcriptional expression levels of COL7 are up-regulated and positively associated with rapid mRNA accumulation of PHYTOCHROME INTERACTING FACTOR 3-LIKE 1 (PIL1), a marker gene of shade avoidance syndrome (SAS). Taken together, the results suggest a dual role for COL7 which promotes branching in high R:FR conditions but enhances SAS in low R:FR conditions.

In order to assess whether condensation will occur on the shipside of a bulk grain cargo hold during transportation at sea, this paper has established a ventilation model for the bulk cargo hold of the ship, and optimized the model according to the characteristics of the solid bulk grain stowed on a moving ship at sea. The temperature field, micro-airflow field and relative humidity field of the bulk grain in a cargo hold are simulated by using fluent software (v.2020). Incorporating the impact of grain moisture exchange, the Equilibrium Relative Humidity (ERH) method is introduced alongside the Dew Point (DP) method to determine the condensation on the shipside of the cargo hold. The results of simulation are in agreement with the practical observation results obtained from an actual ship with a heavy cargo damage claim. Conclusively, this paper finds that the risk of the condensation on the shipside of a bulk grain cargo hold always exists if the inner part of the shipside is directly in contact with the grain. Meanwhile, when the grain temperature near the shipside decreases, the moisture in the cargo hold will migrate to the shipside due to the temperature gradient. Furthermore, the longer the voyage, the more obvious the migration of moisture from the central part of the bulk grain to the shipside, and the greater the risk of condensation. In this study, we found that Fe 3 O 4 promoted horizontal gene transfer (HGT), but when Fe 3 O 4 was composited with MoS 2 , the Fe 3 O 4 @MoS 2 nanocomposite interacting with bacteria significantly blocked the HGT in the conjugation system. qPCR was used to analyze the expression of genes belonging to the chromosome and plasmid in the conjugation system. Results demonstrated that Fe 3 O 4 @MoS 2 inhibited conjugation by promoting the expression of the global regulatory gene (trbA) and inhibiting the expression of conjugative transfer genes involved in mating pair formation (traF, trbB), DNA replication (trfA), and porins (outer membrane protein (omp) A and ompC). All of these genes are related to the permeability of the cell membrane, except for trfA. The results showed that Fe 3 O 4 @MoS 2 interacted with bacteria to decrease their permeability against exogenous DNA. MoS 2 may play an essential role in the HGT-inhibiting activity of Fe 3 O 4 @MoS 2 . Nanomaterials of Al 2 O 3 and TiO 2 have been proved to promote the spread of antibiotic resistance genes (ARGs) by horizontal gene transfer. In this work, we found that Fe 2 O 3 @MoS 2 nanocomposite inhibited the horizontal gene transfer (HGT) by inhibiting the conjugative transfer mediated by RP4-7 plasmid. To discover the mechanism of Fe 2 O 3 @MoS 2 inhibiting HGT, the bacterial cells were collected under the optimal mating conditions. The collected bacterial cells were used for analyzing the expression levels of genes unique to the plasmid and the bacterial chromosome in the conjugation system by qPCR. The results of genes expression demonstrated that the mechanism of Fe 2 O 3 @MoS 2 inhibited conjugation by promoting the expression of global regulatory gene (trbA) and inhibiting the expression of conjugative transfer genes involved in mating pair formation (traF, trbB) and DNA replication (trfA). The risk assessment of Fe 2 O 3 @MoS 2 showed that it had very low toxicity to organisms.
