Objective To investigate the relationship between the thresholds of intraoperative facial nerve response and postoperative facial nerve function recovery in patients with Bell's palsy. Methods Clinical data from Bell's palsy patients who underwent facial nerve decompression surgery at Beijing Tiantan Hospital from October 2015 to October 2022 were collected. The patients selected for analysis had intraoperative facial nerve monitoring with accurate recording of the facial nerve direct stimulation threshold and at least 1 year of detailed follow-up. The patients with postoperative facial nerve function recovery to grade Ⅰ-Ⅱ (HB grading) were defined as having good recovery, while those recovering to grade Ⅲ or higher were defined as having poor recovery. The patients were divided into two groups (A and B) according to facial nerve reaction excitability, with group A having a direct stimulation threshold of ≤1.5 mA and group B having a direct stimulation threshold of > 1.5 mA or a stimulation volume up to 3 mA without being able to record neural response waveform. The relationship between postoperative facial nerve function recovery and facial nerve direct stimulation threshold was analyzed. Results A total of 36 Bell's palsy patients were included in this study, who underwent facial nerve decompression surgery through the transmastoid-epitympanum approach within 1-3 months after onset. Of the 36 patients, 24 (66.7%) had good recovery and 12 (33.3%) had poor recovery. Only 20 (55.6%, 20/36) patients had facial nerve direct stimulation threshold recorded during the operation, and all were ≤1.5 mA(0.1-1.5 mA). The reaction waveforms of 16 (44.4%, 16/36) patients could not be recorded even when facial nerve stimulation increased to 3 mA. There was no significant difference in age, gender, lateral discourse, timing of surgery, and preoperative electroneurography (ENoG) between the two groups(all P > 0.05), but the good recovery rate of the patients in group A was significantly higher than that in group B, and the difference was statistically significant (P=0.009). Conclusion For patients with Bell's palsy undergoing decompression surgery of the facial nerve, the intraoperative direct stimulation threshold of the facial nerve may have some predictive value for postoperative facial nerve function recovery.

Based on the analysis of operation system capability testing and evaluation, this paper studies the data resource system of operation system capability testing and evaluation from operation, business and engineering aspects. A 3-View data resource framework is presented. And some suggestions on data resource construction are given. The research can help to clarify the data needs, improve the consistent understanding of joint operation system capability evaluation data, and promote the development of the data resource and data integrated service platform.

Objective To systematically study the efficacy and safety of KRASG12C inhibitors in advanced solid tumors with KRASG12C-mutated. Methods Computer searches from PubMed, The Cochrane Library, Web of Science, Embase, CNKI, and CBM databases were conducted to collect clinical studies on KRASG12C inhibitors in advanced solid tumors with KRASG12C-mutated, with a search time from inception to October 12, 2022. Then, two investigators independently screened the literature, extracted information, assessed the risk of bias in included studies, and performed meta-analyses using RevMan 5.4 software. Results There were four publications included, all of which were single-arm clinical studies. The KRASG12C inhibitors that completed clinical phase Ⅰ and Ⅱ trials were sotorasib and adagrasib, with two publications each. A total of 388 and 394 patients were included in the efficacy evaluation and safety evaluation, respectively. Resultsof the Meta-analysis showed that the patients had objective response rate, overall disease control, and disease stabilization rates of 35%, 82%, and 45%, respectively. In addition, the rate of serious adverse events, general adverse events, and all adverse events in patients was 2%, 28%, and 79%, respectively. Moreover, the rate of partial remission of disease in NSCLC patients was 38%. Conclusion The KRASG12C inhibitors sotorasib and adagrasib exhibited good efficacy and high safety in advanced solid tumors.

Objective To explore the effects of ginsenoside Rg1 on blood-brain barrier, neuroinflammation and behavioral function of traumatic brain injury (TBI) mouse model. MethodsThe experiment was divided into two parts. In the first part, 27 SPF male BALB/c mice were randomly divided into blank group, sham operation group and TBI model group, with 9 mice in each group. TBI model group was made by controlled cortical impact (CCI) after craniotomy, while sham operation group was only performed craniotomy without any treatment, and the blank group was not treated at all. The effect of modeling was evaluated after operation. In the second part, 50 male BALB/c mice were randomly divided into sham operation group, three different drug dosage groups and solvent (DMSO) control group, with 8 mice in each group. The drug treatment groups were injected with ginsenoside Rg1 at the doses of 10, 20 and 40 mg/kg respectively 6 hours after TBI model had been successfully established, while the DMSO control group was given the same amount of 1% DMSO for one week, twice a day. Modified neurological severity scores (mNSS) were performed on the 1st, 3rd, 7th and 14th day after modeling, and the blood-brain barrier leakage was detected by Western blotting on the 3rd day after modeling. On the 14th and 16th day, the elevated cross maze test and water maze test were used to detect the neurobehavioral function. On the 28th day after anesthesia and perfusion, the brains were taken out, and the neuroinflammation such as activation of microglia and astrocytes was observed by immunofluorescence staining. Aiming at the problem of serious deformation and failure of large section chamber surrounding rock, taking the large section reverse shaft construction chamber of Lijiahao Mine as the research background, using the research methods of numerical simulation, theoretical analysis and field monitoring, the deformation and failure law of surrounding rock of large section reverse shaft construction chamber of Lijiahao Mine is analyzed. The deformation and failure mechanism is revealed and the targeted control countermeasures are proposed. The results show that the roof rock of large section chamber is weak rock which is affected by excavation disturbance, the surrounding rock of roof is broken, and the horizontal and vertical displacement of roof are significant; the large section chamber has a large space, the roof rock is in the plastic zone, and the vertical displacement of the roof is 1 450 mm, 2.8 times that of the conventional section roadway; the key to the stability control of surrounding rock in large cross-section raise shaft construction chamber is roof support. The industrial application monitoring shows that the roof and floor deformation of the conventional section chamber has no obvious change, the maximum roof subsidence of the large section chamber is 132 mm, the maximum displacement of the two sides is 74 mm, and the floor has no obvious bulge, which effectively controls the deformation and damage of the surrounding rock.

Based on the ISO/IEC 18000-6C standard protocol, this paper conducted research on the design and implementation of UHF RFID tag′s physical layer baseband circuit. According to the design requirements and indicators of the baseband specified in the standard protocol, SystemVerilog was used to model the tag sending and receiving basebands, and the theoretical derivation and design implementation of the key modules in the baseband were given. SystemVerilog, as a hardware description and verification language developed on the basis of Verilog, can greatly improve the efficiency of SoC design. Finally, Modelsim SE-64 10.4 was used to simulate the digital baseband circuit design of the tag. The results showed that the digital baseband met the requirements of ISO/IEC 18000-6C protocol. This design provides a design reference for single-chip UHF RFID tag.
