Aim: People are experiencing stigma while seeking for mental health in the community. Study was conducted to test the Turkish validity and reliability of the Military Stigma Scale (MSS) to determine employees' perceptions of stigma and barrier access to mental health services. Materials and Methods: A questionnaire containing introductory features and the MSS scale developed by Skopp et al. (2012) were adapted to public employees and used. Exploratory and confirmatory factor analyzes were performed for the validity of the scale through SPSS and AMOS programs. Results:The average age was 38.38±7.85. 33.5% were men, 55.6% of them were university graduates. The Cronbach's Alfa coefficient was found as .877. The ratio of chi-square statistics to degrees of freedom(χ2/df) .226; root mean square approximation error(RMSEA).052. Conclusions:Newly called "Stigma Scale in Seeking Psychiatric Help” is a valid and reliable measurement tool with strong internal consistency reliability. It could be used to evaluate public employees' perceptions of stigma in accessing mental health services.

Objectives: Nurses are professionals who lead innovations. They also bring innovations to the clinical field through evidence based practices. This study aims to determine the relationship between nurses’ innovative leadership levels and evidence-based practice nursing leadership–work environment levels. Materials and Methods: This study was conducted with a descriptive correlational design. Data were collected using the personal information form, Innovative Leadership Scale, Evidence-Based Practice Nursing Leadership, and Evidence-Based Practice Work Environment Scales. The study was conducted with 246 volunteer nurses. The models were evaluated using path analysis, and fit indices in the study. Results: The nurses evaluated that the innovative leadership of the managers was high and the evidence-based practice nursing leadership/the evidence-based practice work environment of their managers was moderate. It was determined that the level of managers' innovative leadership directly and positively affected evidence-based practice nursing leadership, and evidence-based practice work environment. Conclusions: Innovative leadership positively affects evidence-based practice nursing leadership and evidence-based practice work environment. Managers’ innovativeness and leadership characteristics increase innovative leadership and evidence-based practice.

This study was conducted to determine the incorrect strategies developed by seventh-grade students to solve problems that require proportional reasoning and evaluate their solutions according to SOLO Taxonomy. This two-stage case study was conducted in a public school in the Central Black Sea region. The Proportional Reasoning Skill Test was administered to 33 seventh-grade students in the first stage. In the second stage, semi-structured interviews were held with 10 students by determining the 5 problems that students made mistakes in most. The students developed 5 different incorrect strategies when solving problems requiring proportional reasoning: additive relationships, data neglect, using numbers and no content, giving an emotional response, and failure to identify non-proportional situations. Students had difficulty identifying non-proportional situations and established additive relationships in problems requiring multiplicative relationships. Also, the levels of the participants were examined with the SOLO Taxonomy Rubric developed for proportional reasoning skills. Accordingly, the students with a high level of proportional reasoning were at abstract and relational structure levels, whereas those with moderate scores were at uni-structural and multi-structural levels. The students with low scores had low-level skills according to SOLO Taxonomy criteria.

The following details about Sayyid Mehmet Tahir Efendi were explained in the light of the registers and the documents in the Meshihat Archive, which was one of the main sources of Shayk al-Islam Institution and Ottoman scholars: his education and service life, lineage, scientific journey, assignment in China, written works and articles activities in New Caucasus Newspaper, North Caucasian Society and Lausanne Conference. Thus, the struggle of Sayyid Mehmet Tahir Efendi, a traveller of science and culture from Dagestan to China, was introduced to the world of science., Osmanlı Devleti, miras aldığı İslam kültürünü uzak doğu ülkelerinden Çin’e kadar taşımıştır. “İttihâd-ı İslam’ı” sağlamak ve Müslüman halkı “İslam Halifesi”ne bağlamak için bu bölgelere ilim adamları göndermiştir. Osmanlı Devleti ile Uzak Doğu arasında bir nevi köprü vazifesi gören ulema, ailelerinden uzakta birçok sıkıntıya göğüs germiş ve gittikleri yerlerdeki halkın manevî destekçileri olmuşlardır. Çin’e gönderilen ilim heyeti içerisinde yer alan Ahmed Hüsameddin Dağıstânî’nin halifelerinden ve Hz. Peygamber’in nesebinden Seyyid Mehmet Tahir Efendi, kendisini ilme ve Kafkasya Müslümanlarının maruz kaldığı zulme karşı direniş mücadelesine adamıştır. Bu çalışmada, “Çin Vaizi Dağıstanlı Seyyid Mehmet Tahir Efendi’nin Uzak Doğu’daki İslam Birliği Politikasına Katkıları” ele alınmıştır. Şeyhülislâmlığın ve Osmanlı ulemasının temel kaynaklarından birisi olan Meşihat Arşivi’ndeki defter ve belgeler ışığında Seyyid Mehmet Tahir Efendi’nin eğitim ve hizmet hayatı, nesebi, ilim yolculuğu ve Çin’de vazifelendirilmesi, yazdığı eser ve makaleleri, Yeni Kafkasya Gazetesi, Şimali Kafkasya Cemiyeti ve Lozan Mahkûm Milletler Konferansındaki faaliyetleri ayrıntılı izah edilmiştir. Böylece Dağıstan’dan Çin’e uzanan ilim ve kültür yolcusu Seyyid Mehmed Tahir Efendi’nin mücadelesi ilim dünyasına tanıtılmıştır.

This article aims to discuss the subject of nationaliy and universality in modern art through Turkey’s participation in international biennials and exhibitions in which it was represented at the national level between 1950 and 1970, and how international representation of Turkey was interpreted through discourses of Turkish and foreign art critics, art historians and curators. Turkey continued to participate in North and South Biennials such as Venice, São Paulo, Paris and Ljubljana Graphic Arts Biennials in the 1960s, where it was represented as a country in the 1950s. It was also represented in biennials in different geographies, as it participated in the Tehran Biennale in 1966. In addition to biennials, exhibitions on Turkish Art held in the East and West, also attracted the attention of art critics. It is seen that the subjects of western influence, originality, locality, and universality which were discussed with the westernization in Tanzimat period and the establishment of the Turkish Republic, were also on agenda between 1950 and 1970, in a way that preceded the globalization period. The article examines the place of Turkey in international exhibitions, the problems of interpretation of Turkish art from an orientalist, western-centric perspective, and nationality-locality-universality debates using primary sources such as correspondences, exhibition reviews, and catalogs about international biennials and exhibitions., Bu makale, ulusallık ve evrensellik konusunu, Türkiye’nin 1950-1970 arası ülke düzeyinde temsil edildiği uluslararası bienaller ve sergiler üzerinden modern sanatta tartışmayı amaçlamakta; Türkiye’nin uluslararası alandaki temsilinin, Türk ve yabancı sanat eleştirmenleri, sanat tarihçileri, küratörler tarafından nasıl değerlendirildiğini ele almaktadır. Türkiye 1950’li yıllarda ülke olarak temsil edildiği Venedik, São Paulo, Paris, Ljubljana Grafik Sanatlar Bienali gibi kuzey ve güney bienallerine 1960’lı yıllarda da katılmaya devam etmiş, 1966’da Tahran Bienaline katılımında olduğu gibi farklı coğrafyalardaki bienallerde de temsil edilmiştir. Bienallerin yanında Doğu’da ve Batı’da düzenlenen Türk sanatı konulu sergiler de aynı dönemde Türk ve yabancı eleştirmenlerin ilgisini çekmiştir. Tanzimat dönemi batılılaşmadan ve Cumhuriyet’in kuruluşunun ardından devam eden Batı etkisi, özgünlük, yerellik ve evrensellik tartışmalarının 1950-1970 arasında da, küreselleşme dönemini önceleyerek ele alındığı gözlenir. Makale, Türkiye’nin uluslararası sergilerdeki yerinin, Türk sanatının oryantalist, batı merkezci bakış açısıyla değerlendirilmesinin sorunlarını, ulusallık-yerellik-evrensellik tartışmalarını, uluslararası bienallerle ilgili yazışmalar, sergi eleştiri metinleri, kataloglar gibi birincil kaynakları kullanarak incelemektedir.

Cotton is the leading natural fiber in the apparel and fashion industry. One of the reasons for this high demand is the belief that cotton is an environmentally safe product since cotton is a biodegradable fiber obtained from natural sources. However, contrary to what is conceived, cotton fiber has some ecological drawbacks, both in the cultivation and during processing. Recycling of fibers, such as polyester, obtained from synthetic polymers is widely applied for a long time. Even some synthetic yarns obtained from wastes have been branded. However, in terms of cotton, the recycling ratio does not seem to be as good as synthetic ones. One of the reasons for this situation is the opinion of insufficient quality of recycled or reclaimed cotton products. The purpose of this study was to compare some main mechanical properties of recycled cotton clothing fabrics with the ones obtained from carded cotton and by this way showing the potential of recycled cotton fibers in the clothing industry. Besides that, we summarized the ecological drawbacks of cotton cultivation and processing and reviewed current challenges that the textile industry has to overcome in cotton recycling., Pamuk, giyim ve moda endüstrisinde önde gelen doğal liflerden birisidir. Bu yüksek talebin nedenlerinden biri, pamuğun doğal kaynaklardan elde edilen, biyolojik olarak parçalanabilen bir elyaf olmasından ötürü çevre açısından güvenli bir ürün olduğu inancıdır. Bununla birlikte, düşünülenin aksine, pamuk elyafının hem yetiştirme hem de işleme sırasında bazı ekolojik sakıncaları da bulunmaktadır. Sentetik polimerlerden elde edilen polyester gibi liflerin geri dönüşümü uzun bir süreden beri yaygın olarak uygulanmaktadır. Atıklardan elde edilip markalanan bazı sentetik iplikler de mevcuttur. Ancak geri dönüşüm oranları ele alındığında, pamuk liflerinde sentetik liflerde olduğu gibi yüksek bir oran ile karşılaşılmamaktadır. Bu durumun nedenlerinden biri, geri dönüştürülmüş veya geri kazanılmış pamuk ürünlerinin kalitesinin yetersiz olduğu görüşüdür. Bu çalışmanın amacı, geri kazanılmış iplikten üretilen pamuklu dokuma kumaşların çeşitli mekanik özelliklerini, karde pamuk ipliğinden elde edilenlerle karşılaştırmak ve bu sayede geri kazanılmış pamuk liflerinin giyim endüstrisindeki potansiyeline dikkat çekmektir. Bunun yanı sıra, çalışmada pamuk yetiştirme ve işlemenin ekolojik sakıncaları ile tekstil endüstrisinin pamuk geri kazanım sürecinde üstesinden gelmesi gereken mevcut zorluklar da ele alınmıştır.

Bienaller, II. Dünya Savaşı sonrasında ülkelerin kültür ve sanatla yenilenme sürecinde önemli etkinliklerden biridir ve ulus devletlerin kültür politikaları ile desteklenmiştir. 1895’te düzenlenmeye başlanan Venedik Bienalinin ardından, 1950 sonrasında Ljubljana, São Paulo, Paris gibi şehirlerde düzenlenen bienallerle, dünyanın farklı coğrafyalarında bienallerin ve bu etkinliklere katılan ülkelerin sayısı artar. Çok kültürlülüğün ve dünya barışının yeniden sağlanmaya çalışıldığı II. Dünya Savaşı sonrasını izleyen dönemde, Türkiye de uluslararası bienallere davet edilen ülkeler arasında yer alır. Fakat ekonomik ya da organizasyondan kaynaklanan sebeplerle ancak 1950’lerden itibaren katılabilir. Türkiye’nin ülke olarak bienallere katılımının yanı sıra çeşitli sebeplerde Türkiye’den ayrılmış sanatçılar da bu dönemde bienallerde ya da documenta gibi önemli sergilerde yer alır. Bu makale, Soğuk Savaş döneminin kültür politikaları bağlamında, Türkiye’nin uluslararası bienallere katılımının başladığı 1950’li yıllarda dünya sanat ortamındaki temsiline, bu katılımların neden bu dönemde gerçekleştiğine ve bienallerin sanat ortamındaki etkisine odaklanmaktadır. Soğuk Savaş döneminin yarattığı hayali sınırların karşısında, Türkiye’nin 1950’li yıllarda uluslararası bienallerde yer alması, sanatçıların dünyanın farklı coğrafyalarında temsili, çalışmalarının dünya müze koleksiyonlarına girmesi ve farklı uluslararası sergilerden davet almaları, Türkiye’nin dönemin modern sanatının bir parçası olduğunu göstermektedir., Biennials became important events for regeneration through culture and art in the post-WWII era, and as such they were supported through the cultural policies of nation-states. The Venice Biennale was first organized in 1895, and after 1950, other biennials took place in cities like Ljubljana, São Paulo, and Paris. Their number continued to increase over the years, as did the number of countries participating in them. In the atmosphere marked by the promotion of multiculturalism and world peace that followed the Second World War, Turkey was among the countries invited to take part in international biennials. However, because of economic and organizational challenges, it was only able to participate in such events from the 1950s onwards. In addition to Turkey’s participation in international biennials as a country, individual artists who had left Turkey for various reasons took part in major exhibitions such as biennials and documenta during this period. This article focuses on Turkey’s representation in the world art scene in the 1950s, when the country first began taking part in international biennials. It also questions why Turkey began participating in such events at that time and considers the impacts they had on the Turkish art scene in the context of cultural policies of the Cold War. Drawing on new information and documents obtained from ASAC-Archivio Storico delle Arti Contemporanee, Fundação Bienal de São Paulo/Arquivo Histórico Wanda Svevo, Archives de la critique d’art, Rennes, Mednarodni Grafični Likovni Center (MGLC), and the Cincinnati Art Museum and Documenta Archiv, this study sheds light on Turkey’s early participation in Ljubljana, International Biennial of Contemporary Color Lithography, Venice, São Paulo, and Paris Biennials as well as the inclusion of artists from Turkey in documenta, issues that have been little discussed in the literature on art history. By considering the imaginary boundaries that were drawn during the Cold War, Turkey’s participation in international biennials in the 1950s, the global representation of Turkish artists at international exhibitions, and the incorporation of Turkish artists’ works into the collections of major museums, it becomes clear that Turkey was an established part of the modern art movements of the period.

Çalışmanın amacı, Parasız Yatılı ve Bursluluk Sınavı (PYBS) matematik test maddelerinin, Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı Ortaokul Matematik Programı öğrenme alanlarına uygunluğunu ve Bloom’un Yenilenmiş Bilişsel Alan Taksonomisi’ne göre seviyelerini belirlemektir. Araştırma kapsamında 2011-2015 yılları arasındaki 5 senelik kesit alınarak PYBS'de 5., 6. ve 7. sınıf seviyelerinde sorulan 368 adet matematik test maddesi incelenmiştir. Maddelerin sınıflandırılması için çalışmanın amacı dâhilinde MEB'in ortaokul matematik programının öğrenme alanları ve Bloom’un Yenilenmiş Bilişsel Alan Taksonomisi kullanılmıştır. Bulgulara göre sınavda her sınıf seviyesinde ve her öğrenme alanına uygun test maddesinin olduğu ancak maddelerin konu dağılımının homojen olmadığı görülmüştür. İncelenen test maddelerinin Bloom Taksonomisi’ne göre seviyeleri incelendiğinde hatırlama düzeyinde 12 madde (%3), anlama düzeyinde 33 madde (%9), uygulama düzeyinde 178 madde (%48), analiz düzeyinde 115 madde (%31) ve değerlendirme düzeyinde 26 madde (%7) olduğu belirlenmiştir. Maddelerin daha çok uygulama ve analiz düzeyinde yoğunlaştığını söylemek mümkündür. PYBS gibi sonuçları dezavantajlı grupların daha adaletli bir eğitim almalarını sağlayan merkezi sınavlarda sınav soruları hazırlanırken öğrenme alanları, alt öğrenme alanları, her bir kazanım ve bunların her birine kaçar ders saati ayrıldığı göz önünde bulundurularak standart bir formatta hazırlanması, ayrıca sınavın ayırt ediciliğini artırmak için uygulama ve analiz düzeyinde sorulara daha çok yer verilmesi önerilmektedir.

In this study, the effects of monetary and fiscal policies on the health sector aims to examine the example of Turkey. As a result of the study, it is seen that the fiscal policy is more effective than the monetary policy because the coefficients of the variables in which the fiscal policy is represented are larger than the coefficients of the variables in which the monetary policy is represented . In the study, two different models were used to determine the effects of monetary and fiscal policy in order to examine the effects of monetary and fiscal policy on the health sector. Firstly, cointegration analysis was done through the established models, and then, the VAR model, the relationships between variables, error correction model (VECM) and Impact-Response analysis were applied. As a result of the research, it was seen that fiscal policies are more effective and sensitive policies on the health sector compared to monetary policies., Çalışmanın amacı, iktisat politikasının alt ana politikaları olan para ve maliye politikalarının sağlık sektörü üzerindeki etkisini Türkiye örneği üzerinden ortaya koyabilmektir. Çalışmada para ve maliye politikasının sağlık sektörü üzerindeki etkisini incelemek amacıyla para politikası ve maliye politikası etkisinin tespit için iki ayrı model kullanılmıştır. Kurulan modeller aracılığıyla öncelikle eşbütünleşme analizi yapılmış daha sonra VAR modeli aracılığıyla, değişkenler arasındaki ilişkiler hata düzeltme modeli (VECM) ve Etki-Tepki analizi uygulanmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda para politikalarına kıyasla maliye politikalarının sağlık sektörü üzerinde daha etkili ve duyarlı politikalar olduğu görülmüştür.

Objectives: The aim of this study is to investigate the nutrition behaviors of workers in a factory and to evaluate their relationship with the factors affecting them.Materials and Methods: Data on 100 workers were used for statistical analysis. Participants had different weight (evaluated depending on Body Mass Index assessments) and blood triglyceride values. Sociodemographic Characteristics of 18 questions and Adult Nutrition Knowledge (ANK) Scale were utilized to collect data and SPSS Windows Version 20.00 Packet program was used to evaluate. Data were analyzed using chi-square test, One Way ANOVA, Pearson Correlation Analysis, and Independent t-tests.Results: The mean score of ANK Scale on Basic Nutrition (BN) was 46.05 ± 5.80, and on Food Preference (FP) was 33.88 ± 5.33. Statistically meaningful association was found between FP, daily meals (P:0,005) and education of worker’s fathers (P:0,050). Conclusions and recommendations: Knowledge of Basic Nutrition and Food Preferences of the participants were moderate. FP were impacted by amount of daily meals and BN were impacted by father education. Nutrition training programs should include strategies for gaining healthy lifestyle behaviors for workers. Also, further large-scale studies with different group analyses are required to emphasize the importance of nutrition., Amaç: Bu çalışmanın amacı, obez ve fazla kilolu fabrika işçilerinin beslenme bilgi düzeylerini ve ilişkili faktörleri belirlemektir.Yöntem: İstatistiksel analiz için 88 işçinin verileri kullanılmıştır. Katılımcıların farklı BKI değerleri olduğu belirlenmiş ve bu değerler WHO sınıflandırmasına göre [0,05).Sonuç ve Öneriler: Çalışmaya katılanların Temel Beslenme ve Besin Tercihleri bilgi düzeyleri orta seviyededir. Günlük öğün sayısının besin tercihlerini etkilediği belirlenmiştir. Yaş, BKI, medeni durum, sigara ve alkol kullanma durumu, beden kitle indeksi değerleri, herhangi bir sağlık sorunu olma durumunun beslenme bilgisi üzerinde bir etkisi yoktur. Beslenme eğitim programları, işçiler için sağlıklı yaşam tarzı davranışları kazanmaya yönelik stratejileri içermelidir. Ayrıca iş sağlığı alanında beslenmenin önemini vurgulamak için farklı grup analizleri ile daha büyük ölçekli çalışmalara ihtiyaç vardır.Anahtar Kelimeler: Bilgi Düzeyi, Beslenme, Obez, İşçi.

Bitkiler arasındaki allelopatik ilişkiler doğal ortamlarda farklı ekosistemlerin oluşumu, biyolojik çeşitliliğin düzenlenmesi ve sürdürülebilirliği yönünden büyük öneme sahiptir. Özellikle tıbbi bitkilerde fazla sayı ve çeşitlilikte sentezlenen bazı biyokimyasallar çevredeki diğer bitkilerin büyüme ve gelişmesi üzerine teşvik edici veya engelleyici etki yapmaktadırlar. Bu araştırma Karadeniz Bölgesi’nde doğal yayılış gösteren bazı tıbbi bitki ekstraktlarının mısır, soya ve ayçiçeği tohumlarının çimlenmesi ve fide gelişimi üzerine allelopatik etkisini belirlemek amacıyla yürütülmüştür. Araştırmada farklı dozlarda (0, %5, %10 ve %20) ısırgan ve karalahana ile mor ve sarı çiçekli ormangülü yaprak ekstraktlarının mısır, soya ve ayçiçeği tohumlarının çimlenme ve fide gelişimine etkileri incelenmiştir. Tüm bitkilerde ekstrakt dozlarının artışına paralel olarak mısır, soya ve ayçiçeği tohumlarının çimlenme ve fide gelişiminde ekstrakt uygulanmayan kontrol tohumlarına göre çok önemli azalmalar ortaya çıkmıştır. Artan ekstrakt dozlarının çimlenme ve fide gelişimini engelleyici etkisi tıbbi bitkilere göre büyük ölçüde değişim göstermiş olup, ısırgan ve karalahana ekstraktlarının engelleyici etkisi mor ve sarı çiçekli orman gülüne göre daha fazla olmuştur. Bütün test bitkilerinde tıbbi bitkilere ait yaprak ekstraktlarının çimlenme ve fide gelişimini engelleyici etkisi ısırgan > karalahana > mor çiçekli ormangülü > sarı çiçekli ormangülü şeklinde azalan bir sıralama izlemiştir. Isırgan ve karalahana yaprak ekstraktlarının %20’lik dozları soya ve ayçiçeği tohumlarında çimlenme ve fide gelişimini tamamen engellemiştir. Sonuç olarak, bu araştırma bulguları ısırgan ve karalahana yaprak ekstraktlarının soya, mısır ve ayçiçeği tohumlarının çimlenme ve fide gelişimi üzerine çok önemli allelopatik etkiye sahip olduğunu ortaya koymuştur., Allopathic effects among plants are of considerable importance in existence of different ecosystems, regulating of biodiversity and sustainability in natural environments. Certain biochemicals especially synthesized in medicinal plants inhibit or promote the growth and development of other plants in surrounding environment. This study was carried out with the aim of determining allopathic effect of certain medicinal plants widespread in the Black Sea region of Turkey. The effects of leaf extracts of nettle, black cabbage and rhododendrons with purple and yellow flower in different concentrations (0, 5%, 10%, and 20%) on seed germination and seedling growth of maize, soybean and sunflower were investigated. In accordance with increasing extract doses, very significant decreases were observed in seed germination and seedling growth of maize, soybean and sunflower as compared to the control treatment. The inhibitory effect of increasing extract doses varied rather significantly according to plant source of the extract and the inhibitory effects of nettle and black cabbage were much pronounced than those of purple and yellow flowered rhododendron. In all test plants, inhibitory effects of the leaf extracts on seed germination and seedling growth were in the order of nettle > black cabbage > purple flowered rhododendron > yellow flowered rhododendron. The treatments of 20% nettle and black cabbage leaf extracts completely inhibited seed germination and seedling growth of soybean and sunflower. In conclusion, these results indicate that leaf extracts of nettle and black cabbage have strong allopathic effects on seed germination and seedling growth in maize, soybean and sunflower.

Giriş: Bu araştırma, Ağrı il merkezinde çalışan hemşirelerin kanıta dayalı hemşireliğe yönelik tutumunun belirlenmesi amacıyla yapılmıştır.Yöntem: Bu araştırma, Şubat 2018 ile Haziran 2018 arasında tanımlayıcı türde yapılmıştır. Araştırmanın evrenini; 1. ve 2. basamak sağlık kurumlarında çalışan 276 hemşire oluşturmuştur. Herhangi bir örnekleme yöntemine gidilmemiş olup çalışmaya gönüllü olarak katılmayı kabul eden 203 hemşirenin tümü örnekleme alınmıştır. Veri toplama aracı olarak; Anket Formu ve Kanıta Dayalı Hemşireliğe Yönelik Tutum Ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın yapılabilmesi için etik kurul onayı ve kurum izinleri alınmıştır. Verilerin değerlendirilmesinde, frekans, yüzde, tek yönlü varyans analizi, ki-kare analizi, mann whitney u testi ve t testi kullanılmıştır.Bulgular: Hemşirelerin kanıta dayalı hemşireliğe yönelik tutumunun, Kanıta Dayalı Hemşireliğe Yönelik Tutum Ölçeğine göre orta; İnanç, Uygulama Niyeti ve Hemşirelikle İlgili Duygular Alt Boyutlarına göre düşük düzeyde olduğu saptanmıştır.Sonuç: Çalışmanın sonucuna göre, hemşirelerin kanıta dayalı hemşireliğe yönelik tutumunun orta düzeyde olduğu ve tutumlarının geliştirilmesi için farklı eğitim metotlarının geliştirilmesinin gerekliliği ortaya konmuştur.Anahtar Sözcük: Hemşirelik, Kanıta dayalı hemşirelik, Tutum

Zr0.99Gd0.01O2, Zr0.98Gd0.01Dy0.01O2 and Zr0.98Gd0.01Yb0.1O2 phosphors were synthesized by Pechini method at 1200 °C for 12 h in air. The phosphors were characterized by using X-ray powder diffraction (XRD), differential thermal analysis/thermal gravimetry (DTA/TG), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and photoluminescence spectrofluorometer (PL). X-ray powder diffraction studies showed that the phosphors were crystallized as monoclinic and tetragonal multiphases. The particle size of the phosphors after heat treatment at 1200 °C was found to be of 200 nm to 250 nm. Luminescence studies on these phosphors have been carried out on the emission and excitation, along with lifetime measurements. The results of emission analysis indicate that the phosphors are expected to find potential applications as new optical materials.

In this study, the seam tensile properties of the ultrasonically bonded nonwoven fabrics were investigated and the effects of the fabric type, roller type and sewing speed on the seam tensile properties of the samples were studied. It was deduced that fabric type, roller type and sewing speed have statistically significant effect on the seam tensile properties of the nonwoven fabrics. The experimental results indicate that, the tensile strength of the seams made with made with the engraving roller 4 mm wide point and 25 dm/min speed is the highest, and with the engraving roller 9 mm wide point and 45 dm/min is the lowest.

Nowadays the electronic devices are extremely important for us to continue our lives. Producing new products is possible by using electronic circuits, which form the basis of the devices, in different disciplines. In addition, in order to compete in textile industry, it is necessary to develop new products with high added value besides conventional products. By transferring the electronic circuits to the textile surface with embroidery, the functional properties can be added to the products used in the apparel industry. In this study, it is aimed to apply electronic circuits on fabric by embroidery. For this purpose, a fabric surface that measures UV radiation intensity is planned to develop. In this context, conductive yarns are provided and the electronic circuit was transferred to the fabric by embroidery using conductive yarns. It is aimed to be a pioneer in the development of new functional products through the application of electronic circuits on the fabric by embroidery process., Günümüzde kullandığımız elektronik cihazlar hayatımızı sürdürmemiz açısından son derece önemlidir. Bu cihazların temelini oluşturan elektronik devrelerin farklı bilim dallarında kullanımı ile yeni ürünler üretmek mümkün hale gelmiştir. Ayrıca tekstil sektöründe rekabet edebilmek için konvansiyonel ürünler dışında, katma değeri yüksek ürünlerin de geliştirilmesi gerekmektedir. Elektronik devrelerin nakış vasıtasıyla tekstil yüzeyine aktarılması ile hazır giyim sektöründe kullanılan ürünlere fonksiyonel anlamda çeşitlilik katılabilmektedir. Bu çalışmada, elektronik devrelerin nakış işlemi ile kumaş üzerine uygulanması amaçlanmış, bu amaç doğrultusunda UV radyasyon şiddetini ölçen fonksiyonel bir devre tasarımı yapılması planlanmıştır. Bu kapsamda iletken iplikler temin edilmiş ve hazırlanan elektronik devrenin iletken iplikler kullanılarak nakış yoluyla kumaşa aktarılması sağlanmıştır. Elektronik devrelerin kumaş üzerine nakış işlemi ile uygulanması vasıtasıyla, yeni fonksiyonel ürünlerin gelişimine öncü olunması amaçlanmıştır.

Çalışma, kronik hastalığa sahip, herhangi bir semptom nedeniyle hastaneye yatan çocukların duygusal istismar ve ihmal belirtilerinin incelenmesi amacıyla projektif resim yöntemiyle yapılmıştır. Araştırma Mart 2018-Mayıs 2018 tarihleri arasında Pamukkale Üniversitesi Hastanesi Çocuk Kliniği'nde yürütülmüştür. Çalışma, çocuk kliniğine herhangi bir sebeple yatışı yapılmış, en az altı ay önce kronik hastalık tanısı almış ve tedavisi devam eden 7-12 yaş grubu arasındaki 62 çocuk (44'ü kız, 18'i erkek) ve ebeveynlerinden oluşmaktadır. Etik kurul ve kurum onayı; ebeveynlerin yazılı ve sözlü onamları, çocukların ise sözlü onamları alınmıştır. Veriler, ebeveynlere uygulanan `Tanıtıcı Bilgi Formu`, `Ebeveynlerin Hasta Çocuklara Karşı Yaklaşımını Belirleme Formu` ve çocuklara uygulanan resim çizme yöntemi ile toplanmıştır. Ebeveynlerden `Tanıtıcı Bilgi Formunu` ve `Ebeveynlerin Hasta Çocuklara Karşı Yaklaşımını Belirleme Formunu` doldurması, çocuklardan ise `anne, baba ve hastalık` kavramlarıyla ilgili resim yapmaları istenmiştir. Çizimler 20-30 dakika arasında tamamlanmıştır. Verilerin toplanması, tedavi ve ziyaret saatleri dışında; çocuklara ağrılı işlemlerin uygulanmadığı sürelerde yapılmıştır. Çalışmanın nicel verilerinin analizinde SPSS 24.0 kullanılmıştır. Ebeveynlerin %32.3'ünün çocukluğunda ebeveynleri tarafından yaşına uygun olmayan işler yaptığı belirlenmiştir. Ebeveynlerin büyük bir oranının (%93.5) hasta çocuklarına hiçbir zaman argo ifadeler kullanmadığı saptanmıştır. Nitel verilerin analizinde ise uzman görüşlerine başvurulmuştur. Uzman yorumları sonucunda; çizimlerin %59.6'sında duygusal istismar ve ihmal belirtilerinin olabildiği düşünülmektedir. Bu resimlerdeki; figürlerin dağılımı incelendiğinde en fazla aileye ait figürlerin çiziminde duygusal istismar ve ihmal belirtilerinin olduğu (%94.6) görülmektedir. Duygusal istismar ve ihmal belirtilerinin resim çizme yöntemiyle değerlendirilmesi pratikte uygulanabilir. Çocuk hastaları için pediatri hemşirelerinin bu yöntemi kullanması önerilmektedir. This study was carried out using the projective drawing method to investigate the emotional abuse and neglect signs of children with chronic diseases who were hospitalized due to any symptoms. The study was conducted between March 2018 and May 2018 at Pamukkale University Hospital Children's Clinic. The study group consisted of 62 children aged between 7 and 12 (44 females, 18 males) who were hospitalized in the pediatric clinic for any symptoms, diagnosed with a chronic disease at least six months ago, and whose treatment was in progress and their parents. The ethics committee and institutional approval, written and verbal consent of the parents, and verbal consent of the children were obtained. Data were collected by using a `Descriptive Information Form`, `Form to Determine Parents' Approach to Sick Children` and the drawing technique that was applied to the children. The parents were asked to fill out the `Descriptive Information Form`, `Form to Determine Parents' Approach to Sick Children` and the children were asked to draw pictures about themes such as `mother, father and illness`. It took around 20-30 minutes to complete the drawings. The data collection process was conducted outside the treatment and visit hours and during when painful procedures were not applied to children. SPSS 24.0 software package was used in the analysis of the quantitative data of the study. As a result, 32.3% of the parents were made to do jobs during their childhood by their parents that were not suitable for their age. A large proportion of the parents (93.5%) were determined to never use slang expressions to their sick children. In the analysis of qualitative data, on the other hand, expert opinions were utilized. The comments of the experts suggested that there might be signs of emotional abuse and neglect in 59.6% of the drawings. The examination of the distributions of the figures in these pictures indicated that emotional abuse and neglect signs were mostly prevalent in family figures (94.6%). The evaluation of emotional abuse and neglect signs by the drawing method can be applied in practice. Pediatric nurses are recommended to use this method for pediatric patients. 138

Günümüzde önemli bir halk sağlığı sorunu olan obezite, kadınların ruhsal, fiziksel, sosyal sağlığını, stres düzeyini ve baş etmelerini olumsuz etkileyebilmektedir. Bu araştırma, obez kadınlara verilen baş etme eğitiminin yeme tutumu, stres ve stresle baş etme üzerine etkisinin belirlenmesi amacı ile yapılmıştır. Araştırmanın örneklemini Sivas İline bağlı Şarkışla Toplum Sağlığı Merkezi Obezite Birimi'ne başvuran, Beden Kitle İndeksi 30 ve üzerinde olan kadınlar oluşturmuştur. Araştırmanın örneklemini, baş etme eğitimi verilen çalışma grubu (n=35) ve eğitim yapılmayan kontrol grubu (n=35) olmak üzere 70 obez kadın oluşturmuştur.Veriler Kişisel Bilgi Formu, Algılanan Stres Ölçeği, Stresle Başa Çıkma Tarzları Ölçeği, Hollanda Yeme Davranışı Anketi ile toplanmıştır. Objective: To investigate thiol/disulfide homeostasis in patients with stable angina pectoris.Materials and Methods: The study population consisted of 85 stable angina pectoris patients and 31 healthy volunteers. To compare the thiol/disulfide values of the patients and controls, the newly developed analysis method was used by Erel and Neselioglu. Disulfide/total thiol, free thiol/total thiol and disulfide/free thiol values were calculated for both groups.Results: Disulfide, free thiol and total thiol values obtained in the study were; 18.00 µmol/L, 365.08 µmol/L, 401.10 µmol/L for the patient group and 9.67 µmol/L for the control group, 372.51 µmol/L, 391.85 µmol/L for the control group. Küreselleşmenin etkisi ile birlikte etkisi azalmış olsa da gündemden hiçbir zaman düşmeyecek bir olgu olan sosyal refah ikinci Dünya Savaşı ile birlikte kendisine devlet politikaları içerisinde daha çok yer bulmuş ve modern medeniyet olabilmenin önündeki en temel adımlardan biri olarak kabul edilmiştir.Sosyal devlet olabilmenin en temel özellikleri ise düzenleyici, müdahaleci ve geliri tekrar dağıtıcı olabilmesidir. Sağlık harcamaları da sosyal refah devleti gereklerindendir ve hemen hemen bütün ülkelerin önemli harcama kalemlerindendir. Bu çalışma para ve maliye politikalarının sağlık sektörü üzerindeki etkisini Türkiye örneği ile incelemeyi amaçlamaktadır. 1999-2018 yılları arasındaki yıllık verilerin kullanıldığı bu çalışmada, literatürdeki diğer çalışmalar da göz önünde bulundurularak para ve maliye politikasının sağlık sektörü üzerindeki etkisini ortaya koyabilmek adına ekonometrik model kurgulamıştır. Çalışmada para ve maliye politikasının sağlık sektörü üzerindeki etkisini incelemek amacıyla para politikası ve maliye politikası etkisinin tespit için iki ayrı model kullanılmıştır. Kurulan modeller aracılığıyla öncelikle eşbütünleşme analizi yapılmış daha sonra VAR modeli aracılığıyla, değişkenler arasındaki ilişkiler hata düzeltme modeli (VECM) ve Etki-Tepki analizi uygulanmıştır. In this study, the effects of monetary and fiscal policies on the health sector aims to examine the example of Turkey. In the study, which uses annual data between 1999 and 2018, cointegration analysis was applied econometricly in order to reveal the effect of monetary and fiscal policy on health sector by taking into consideration other studies in the literature.In this study, two different models are used to determine the effect of monetary and fiscal policy in order to examine the impact of monetary and fiscal policy on the health sector. Firstly, cointegration analysis was performed by means of the established models, and then the relationship between variables error correction model (VECM) and Impact-Response analysis were applied through VAR model. Bu araştırmanın amacı, ilkokullarda görevli öğretmenlerin algılarına göre okul yöneticilerinin dönüşümcü liderlik davranışlarının öğretmenlerin bireysel yenilikçilik algısının anlamlı bir yordayıcısı olup olmadığının belirlenmesidir. Çalışma evreni 2018-2019 eğitim öğretim yılında İstanbul ili Üsküdar İlçe Milli Eğitim Müdürlüğüne bağlı resmi ilkokullarda görev yapan 1037 öğretmenden oluşturulmuştur. Uygulama sonucunda 426 öğretmenden görüş alınmıştır.Araştırmada nicel araştırma yöntemlerinden tarama modelinden yararlanılmıştır. Araştırmada üç bölümden oluşan bir veri toplama aracından yararlanılmıştır. Veri toplama aracının ilk bölümünde kişisel bilgi formu, ikinci bölümünde Oran (2002) tarafından geliştirilen Dönüşümcü Liderlik Ölçeği ve üçüncü bölümünde Kılıçer ve Odabaşı (2010) tarafından Türkçe'ye uyarlanan Bireysel Yenilikçilik Ölçeği yer almıştır.Araştırmanın sonuçlarına göre; araştırmaya katılan öğretmenlerin algılarına göre okul müdürlerinin dönüşümcü liderlikleri tüm alt boyutlarında yüksek düzeyde sergiledikleri tespit edilmiştir. Öğretmenlerin bireysel yenilikçilikleri; 35'inin (%8,2) yenilikçi, 145'inin (% 34) öncü, 207'sinin (% 48,6) sorgulayıcı, 37'sinin (% 8,7) kuşkucu ve 2'sinin (%0,5) gelenekçi olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. İlişki açısından; Dönüşümcü liderlik ilham verici motivasyon alt boyutu ile Bireysel yenilikçilik değişime direnç, fikir önderliği, deneyime açıklık, risk alma alt boyut puanları ve yenilikçilik toplam puanı arasında pozitif yönlü anlamlı ilişkiler olduğu saptanmıştır. Dönüşümcü liderlik alt boyutlarından ideal etki, bireysel ilgi ve entelektüel uyarım ile Bireysel yenilikçilik değişime direnç, fikir önderliği, deneyime açıklık, risk alma alt boyut puanları ve yenilikçilik toplam puanları arasında pozitif yönlü anlamlı ilişkiler olduğu bulunmuştur. Yordayıcılık açısından; Dönüşümcü liderlik ilham verici motivasyon ve entelektüel uyarım alt boyutlarının öğretmenlerin yenilikçilik düzeyinin pozitif ve anlamlı olarak yordayan değişkenler olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. The aim of this study is to determine whether transformational leadership behaviors of school administrators are a significant predictor of individual innovativeness perception of teachers based on the perceptions of teachers working in official primary schools. The population of the research was composed of 1037 teachers working in official primary schools affiliated to Üsküdar District Directorate of National Education in Istanbul in 2018-2019 academic year. 426 teachers submitted their completed scales.Scanning model, which is one of quantitative research methods, was used in the study. A data collection tool consisting of three parts was used in the study. The first part of the data collection tool includes the personal information form, the second part includes the Transformational Leadership Scale developed by Oran (2002) and the third part includes the Individual Innovativeness Scale adapted to Turkish by Kılıçer and Odabaşı (2010).The results of the research reveals that transformational leadership of the school principals is moderate in all sub-dimension based on the perceptions of the teachers who have participated in the research. The results point out to Individual innovativeness of teachers as the following; 35 teachers, which equals to 8.2%, were innovative, 145 teachers, which equals to 34%, were pioneers, 207 teachers, which equals to 48.6% were questioning, 37 teachers, which equals to 8.7%, were skeptical and 2 teachers which equals to 0.5% were traditionalist. In terms of the relationship; it was concluded that there was a positive correlation between inspirational motivation and resistance to change, idea leadership, openness to experience, risk taking sub-dimension scores and total innovativeness score. It was also concluded that there was a positive relationship between ideal effect, individual interest and intellectual stimulation, resistance to change, idea leadership, openness to experience, risk taking sub-dimension scores and total innovatiness scores. Öğretmen adaylarının toplumsal uzaklık konusundaki görüşlerini tespit etmeye yönelik bu çalışmada, nicel araştırma deseni ve betimsel- tarama modeli kullanılmıştır. Çalışmanın evrenini Gaziantep Üniversitesinde Sosyal Bilgiler, Türkçe, Matematik ve Sınıf öğretmenliği bölümlerinde 2017-2018 yılında öğrenim gören öğretmen adayları oluşturmuştur.Araştırmada veri toplama aracı olarak beşli likert tipi ölçek kullanılmıştır. Bogardus'un kullandığı ölçeğe araştırmacının kendisi tarafından yeni maddeler de eklenerek yeniden düzenlenmiştir. Oluşturulan ölçek dört yüz bir öğretmen adayına uygulanmıştır. Araştırmada elde edilen verilerin analizinde SPSS 22 paket programı kullanılmıştır. SPSS programına girilen verilerin analizi için yüzde, frekans, aritmetik ortalama, t testi ve varyans analizleri yapılmıştır. The universe of the study consists of preservice teachers who were studying in Social Studies, Turkish, Mathematics and Teaching at Primary School Departments in Gaziantep University in 2017-2018.In the study, five-point lilert type scale was used as data collection tool. The scale used by Bogardus was reorganized by the researcher herself adding new substances. The scale was applied to four hundred one preserviceteachers.SPSS 22 package program was used to analyze the data obtained from the study.Percentage, frequency, arithmetic mean, t test and variance analysis were performed to analyze the data entered into the SPSS program. According to the findings of the study, it was seen that there was a significant difference between the social distance points of women and the social distance points of the men, the total distance scores of the participants at different age level did not show statistically significant difference and the social distance scores of the participants did not differ according to the income level variable.Keywords:Social Studies, Society, Social Distance, Teacher Candidates 76
