Introduction: A novel indicator of inflammation is the systemic immune-inflammation index (SII), and liver dysfunction is linked to the advancement of inflammation. In light of this, this study aims to look into any potential connections between SII and markers of liver injury. Methods: A cross-sectional study was conducted using the National Health and Nutrition Examination (NHANES) dataset for 2017–2020. The linear relationship between SII and markers of liver injury was examined using multiple linear regression models. Examining threshold effects and fitted smoothed curves were utilized to describe nonlinear connections. Results: A total of 8213 adults aged 18–80 years participated in this population-based study. In the fully adjusted model, SII maintained a negative association with ALT(β = -0.003, 95%CI:-0.005, -0.002, P<0.00001), AST(β = -0.004, 95% CI:-0.005, -0.002, P<0.00001), and GGT(β = -0.004, 95% CI:-0.007, -0.000, P = 0.03791) and a positive association with ALP (β = 0.005, 95% CI:0.003, 0.007, P<0.00001). In subgroup analyses, it was found that SII remained negatively correlated with ALT, AST and GGT in gender, age and body mass index. SII was positively correlated with ALP at BMI≥25(kg/m2)(β = 0.005, 95% CI:0.003, 0.008, P = 0.00001), and was negatively correlated with ALT(β = -0.004, 95% CI:-0.005, -0.002, P<0.00001), AST(β = -0.004, 95% CI:-0.005, -0.003, P<0.00001) and GGT(β = -0.004, 95% CI:-0.008, -0.000, P = 0.02703) at BMI≥25, whereas no significant correlation was observed at BMI<25 (all P-values>0.05). Furthermore, the association between SII and markers of liver injury was nonlinear. By using a two-stage linear regression model for analysis, a U-shaped relationship was found to exist between SII and ALT with a turning point of 818.40(1,000 cells/μl). The inflection points of SII with AST and GGT were 451.20 (1,000 cells/μl) and 443.33 (1,000 cells/μl), respectively, and no significant inflection point with ALP was observed. Interaction tests demonstrated that SII correlation with ALT, AST, ALP, and GGT was not significantly different between strata (all p for interaction>0.05). Conclusions: The research findings suggested that there was a negative correlation between SII and ALT, AST and GGT, and a positive correlation with ALP. A novel bio-based epoxy resin system with rosin-sourced acid anhydrides was established by formula design and selection according to the resin film’s forming performance and state with different storage time. The formula involves epoxy resin/curing agent/accelerator with mass proportion of 100/60/3-4. The curing property and the relationship between viscosity-temperature-time of resin were characterized by dynamic or steady state DSC analysis and cone plate viscometer, respectively. The results show the resin system can be cured at the range of 120-140℃, and the range of hot melt prepreg temperature is 60-85℃ with the viscosity from 1500mPa·s to 5000mPa·s. The processing time of hot melt prepreg is about 180min at 70℃. The curing mechanism of bio-based resin was also investigated through the samples with different curing time by IF and DSC.

Alcohol use is a major risk factor for the burden of mortality and morbidity. Alcoholic cirrhosis (AC) and alcoholic liver cancer (ALC) are most important and severe liver disease outcomes caused by alcohol use. The objectives of the current study were to investigate the global prevalence and burden of disease in disability-adjusted life years (DALYs) for AC and ALC, based on data from the Global Burden of Disease (GBD). Incidence, prevalence, death, and DALYs for GBDs in different locations, years, sex, and age groups were estimated using DisMod-MR 2.1 and a generic Cause of Death Ensemble Modeling approach. The correlations between the age-standardized incidence rate or age-standardized death rate and gender, sociodemographic index (SDI), and alcohol usage were conducted by Generalized Linear Models. Globally, the changes of age-standardized rates of indicators were not much significant over the 30-year period. However, the changes varied widely across regions. Central Asia and East Europe contributed the highest age-standardized incidence, prevalence, death, and DALYs and increased sharply by past 30 years. Generalized Linear Models (GLMs) showed male gender as a risk factor of AC, with the relative risk of incidence of 1.521 and relative risk of death of 1.503. Globally, there were improvements in overall health with regard to GBDs over the 30 years. However, the prevention of AC and ALC should be promoted in middle and middle-high SDI regions, especially Central Asia and East Europe, whereas more medical resources should be provided to improve treatment levels in low SDI region. In order to improve the position high-precision synchronization performance of multi-motor synchronous control, a multi-motor position synchronization control method based on non-singular fast terminal sliding mode control (NFTSMC) combined with an improved deviation coupling control structure (Improved Deviation Coupling Control(IDCC), NFTSMC+IDCC). Firstly, this paper designs a sliding mode controller using a non-singular fast terminal sliding mode surface with a Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (PMSM) as the control object. Secondly, the deviation coupling is improved to enhance the coupling between multiple motors and achieve position synchronization. Finally, the simulation results show that the total error of multi-motor position synchronization under NFTSMC control is 0.553r in the simulation of multi-motor synchronization control under the same working conditions, which is 2.873r and 1.772r less than that of SMC and FTSMC in terms of speed error, and the anti-disturbance performance is 83.68% and 76.22% higher than that of both of them, respectively. In the subsequent simulation of the improved multi-motor position synchronization structure, the total error of the multi-motor position is in the range of 0.56r-0.58r at three speeds, which is much smaller than the synchronization error under the Ring Coupling Control (RCC) structure and Deviation Coupling Control (DCC) structure, showing a better The synchronization error is much smaller than that of the RCC structure and DCC structure, which shows better position synchronization performance. Therefore, the multi-motor position synchronization control method proposed in this paper has a good position synchronization effect and achieves the control effect of small displacement error and fast convergence of the multi-motor position synchronization control system after being disturbed, the control performance is significantly improved. Activation of tetrodotoxin-resistant sodium channels contributes to action potential electrogenesis in neurons. Antisense oligonucleotide studies directed against [Na.sub.v]1.8 have shown that this channel contributes to experimental inflammatory and neuropathic pain. We report here the discovery of A-803467, a sodium channel blocker that potently blocks tetrodotoxin-resistant currents ([IC.sub.50] = 140 nM) and the generation of spontaneous and electrically evoked action potentials in vitro in rat dorsal root ganglion neurons. In recombinant cell lines, A-803467 potently blocked human [Na.sub.v]1.8 ([IC.sub.50] = 8 nM) and was >100-fold selective vs. human [Na.sub.v]1.2, [Na.sub.v]1.3, [Na.sub.v]1.5, and [Na.sub.v]1.7 ([IC.sub.50] values [greater than or equal to]1 [micro]M). A-803467 (20 mg/kg, i.v.) blocked mechanically evoked firing of wide dynamic range neurons in the rat spinal dorsal horn. A-803467 also dose-dependently reduced mechanical allodynia in a variety of rat pain models including: spinal nerve ligation ([ED.sub.50] = 47 mg/kg, i.p.), sciatic nerve injury ([ED.sub.50] = 85 mg/kg, i.p.), capsaicin-induced secondary mechanical allodynia ([ED.sub.50] [approximately equal to] 100 mg/kg, i.p.), and thermal hyperalgesia after intraplantar complete Freund's adjuvant injection ([ED.sub.50] = 41 mg/kg, i.p.). A-803467 was inactive against formalin-induced nociception and acute thermal and postoperative pain.
