It is not clear how the number of 15 N-injection needles affects the estimated results of gross N transformation rates in the presence of plants. To evaluate this, a 15 N tracing study of sandy loam soil and a silty loam soil in the presence of maize (Zea mays L., cv. "Zhengdan 958") was conducted and the Ntraceplant tool was used to quantify gross N transformation rates. Our results showed that the number of 15 N-injection needles could significantly influence the estimated results of gross N transformation rates in the studied soil–plant systems. There was no discernible difference in the gross rates of N mineralization (Min), the oxidation of NH4+ to NO3− (ONH4), the oxidation of recalcitrant organic-N to NO3− (ONrec), the NH4+ and NO3− plant uptake between 4-needle and 6-needle injections for both studied soils. However, for the 1-needle and 2-needle injections in the silty loam soil, Min was significantly lower than the 4-needle and 6-needle injections. While, in sandy loam soil, Min measured with 1-needle injection was significantly higher than the 4-needle and 6-needle injections. The ONH4 and ONrec also varied for the 1-needle and 2-needle injections, compared to the 4-needle and 6-needle injections. The total plant N uptake rate declined with the increase in the number of injection needles. Based on these results and considering the simplicity of the experimental procedure, we suggest that the 4-needle injection could be used in the 15 N tracing studies conducted in pot (diameter = 6.4 cm in this study) experiments with plants, i.e., one needle for about 8 cm2. In order to better reduce the cost of e-commerce operations and save resources for marketing promotion, e-commerce merchants must adopt a reasonable and effective way to screen customers and improve the competitiveness of their own products. This paper takes the measurement of latent variable customer loyalty as the starting point, collects data through the design of questionnaires as the research basis, and uses Analysis of Moment Structure (AMOS) to construct structural equation model to conduct a validating factor analysis. It was found that the hypotheses proposed from the three subjects of business, customers themselves and logistics are all basically valid, and all three have a positive impact on loyalty. Ecommerce businesses should improve the service quality of their stores, ensure that their products can meet the needs of most customers, and build a good brand image, and should also carefully choose logistics companies that are reliable and new to customers to cooperate with.

The occupational chemical 4-Vinylcyclohexene diepoxide (VCD) is a reproductively toxic environmental pollutant that causes follicular failure, leading to premature ovarian insufficiency (POI), which significantly impacts a woman's physical health and fertility. Investigating VCD's pathogenic mechanisms can offer insights for the prevention of ovarian impairment and the treatment of POI. This study established a mouse model of POI through intraperitoneal injection of VCD into female C57BL/6 mice for 15 days. The results were then compared with those of the control group, including a comparison of phenotypic characteristics and transcriptome differences, at two time points: day 15 and day 30. Through a comprehensive analysis of differentially expressed genes (DEGs), key genes were identified and validated some using RT-PCR. The results revealed significant impacts on sex hormone levels, follicle number, and the estrous cycle in VCD-induced POI mice on both day 15 and day 30. The DEGs and enrichment results obtained on day 15 were not as significant as those obtained on day 30. The results of this study provide a preliminary indication that steroid hormone synthesis, DNA damage repair, and impaired oocyte mitosis are pivotal in VCD-mediated ovarian dysfunction. This dysfunction may have been caused by VCD damage to the primordial follicular pool, impairing follicular development and aggravating ovarian damage over time, making it gradually difficult for the ovaries to perform their normal functions., Competing Interests: The authors declare there are no competing interests., (©2024 Li et al.)
