Introduction: In recent years, graph neural network has been extensively applied to drug discovery research. Although researchers have made significant progress in this field, there is less research on bibliometrics. The purpose of this study is to conduct a comprehensive bibliometric analysis of graph neural network applications in drug discovery in order to identify current research hotspots and trends, as well as serve as a reference for future research. Methods: Publications from 2017 to 2023 about the application of graph neural network in drug discovery were collected from the Web of Science Core Collection. Bibliometrix, VOSviewer, and Citespace were mainly used for bibliometric studies. Results and Discussion: In this paper, a total of 652 papers from 48 countries/regions were included. Research interest in this field is continuously increasing. China and the United States have a significant advantage in terms of funding, the number of publications, and collaborations with other institutions and countries. Although some cooperation networks have been formed in this field, extensive worldwide cooperation still needs to be strengthened. The results of the keyword analysis clarified that graph neural network has primarily been applied to drugtarget interaction, drug repurposing, and drug-drug interaction, while graph convolutional neural network and its related optimization methods are currently the core algorithms in this field. Data availability and ethical supervision, balancing computing resources, and developing novel graph neural network models with better interpretability are the key technical issues currently faced. This paper analyzes the current state, hot spots, and trends of graph neural network applications in drug discovery through bibliometric approaches, as well as the current issues and challenges in this field. Handwriting is a biometric behavioral characteristic with evident individual distinctiveness. With the rise of the deep learning trend and demands for forensic identification, handwriting identification has become one of the focal points of research in the field of pattern recognition. Research in handwriting identification for major global languages has matured. However, in China, there is limited attention in the field of writer identification for minority languages such as Mongolian, making it challenging to resolve criminal cases involving handwriting issues. This paper initiates an initial exploration of Mongolian handwriting identification by constructing a structurally simple convolutional neural network. This convolutional neural network, consisting of 12 convolution operations and designed for Mongolian handwriting identification, is referred to as MWInet-12. In this paper, the model evaluation experiments were conducted using a dataset comprising 156,372 samples contributed by 125 writers from the MOLHW dataset. The dataset was divided into training, validation, and test sets in an 8:1:1 ratio. The final results of the experiments reveal impressive accuracy on the test set, achieving a top-1 accuracy of 89.60% and a top-5 accuracy of 97.53%. Furthermore, through comparative experiments involving Resnet50, Fragnet, GRRNN, VGG16, and VGG19 models, this paper establishes that the proposed model yields the most favorable results for Mongolian handwriting identification. The exploratory research on Mongolian handwriting identification in this paper contributes to increasing awareness of information processing for minority languages. Accurate prediction of sea level height is critically important for the government in assessing sea level risk in coastal areas. However, due to the nonlinear, time-varying and highly uncertain characteristics of sea level change data, sea level prediction is challenging. To improve the accuracy of sea level prediction, this paper uses a new swarm intelligence algorithm named the sparrow search algorithm (SSA), which can imitate the foraging behavior and antipredation behavior of sparrows, to determine optimal solutions. To avoid the algorithm falling into a local optimal situation, this paper integrates the sine–cosine algorithm and the Cauchy variation strategy into the SSA to obtain an algorithm named the SCSSA. The SCSSA is used to optimize the parameter values of the CNN-BiLSTM (convolutional neural network combined with bidirectional long short-term memory neural network) model; finally, a combined neural network model (named SCSSA-CNN-BiLSTM) is proposed. In this paper, the time series data of seven tidal stations located in coastal China are used for experimental analysis. First, the SCSSA-CNN-BiLSTM model is compared with the CNN-BiLSTM model to predict the time series data of SHANWEI Station. With respect to the training and test sets of data, the SCSSA-CNN-BiLSTM model outperforms the other models on all the evaluation metrics. In addition, the remaining six tide station datasets and five neural network models, including the SCSSA-CNN-BiLSTM model, are used to further study the performance of the proposed prediction model. Four evaluation indices including the root mean squared error (RMSE), mean absolute error (MAE), mean absolute percentage error (MAPE) and coefficient of determination (R2) are adopted. For six stations, the RMSE, MAE, MAPE and R2 of SCSSA-CNN-BiLSTM model are ranged from 20.9217 ~ 27.8427 mm, 9.4770 ~ 17.8603 mm, 0.1322% ~ 0.2482% and 0.9119 ~ 0.9759, respectively. The experimental analysis results show that the SCSSA-CNN-BiLSTM model makes effective predictions at all stations, and the prediction performance is better than that of the other models. Even though the combination of SCSSA algorithm may increase the complexity of the model, indeed the proposed model is a new prediction method with good accuracy and robustness for predicting sea level change. After many years of exploitation in the petroleum field, most of the oil fields are in advanced stages of development, with a strong non-homogeneity of the reservoir, more residual oil, and low recovery efficiency. Therefore, research on various methods has been carried out by scholars to improve the rate of recovery and to understand the distribution pattern of residual oil in reservoirs. Among the whole clastic reservoirs, fluvial reservoirs occupy a large proportion, so fluvial reservoirs will be the priority for future reservoir research in China. The key to the fine characterization of fluvial-phase reservoirs is to able to reproduce the continuous curvature of the channel, and one important parameter is the width of the channel. The width of the channel sand body is one of the key factors in designing well programs, and accurately identifying the channel boundary is the key to identifying a single channel. Traditional research methods cannot accurately characterize the continuous bending and oscillating morphology of underwater diversion channels, and it is not easy to quantitatively characterize the spatial structure. Therefore, in this paper, a deep learning method is applied to quantitatively identify the width of a single channel within an underwater diversion channel at the delta front edge. Based on the sedimentary background of the block and modern depositional studies, we established candidate models for underwater diversion channels with channel widths of 100, 130, 160, 190, 220, and 250 m based on target simulation and human–computer interactions. The results show that when the width of the underwater diversion channel is 160 m, it has the highest matching rate with the conditional data and corresponds to the actual situation. Therefore, it can be determined that it is the common width of underwater diversion channel in the study area. And it is shown that the method can accurately identify the width of underwater diversion channels, and the results provide a basis for reservoir fine characterization studies. The coronavirus first appeared in China in 2019, and the World Health Organization (WHO) named it COVID-19. Then WHO announced this illness as a worldwide pandemic in March 2020. The number of cases, infections, and fatalities varied considerably worldwide. Because the main characteristic of COVID-19 is its rapid spread, doctors and specialists generally use PCR tests to detect the COVID-19 virus. As an alternative to PCR, X-ray images can help diagnose illness using artificial intelligence (AI). In medicine, AI is commonly employed. Convolutional neural networks (CNN) and deep learning models make it simple to extract information from images. Several options exist when creating a deep CNN. The possibilities include network depth, layer count, layer type, and parameters. In this paper, a novel Xception-based neural network is discovered using the genetic algorithm (GA). GA finds better alternative networks and parameters during iterations. The best network discovered with GA is tested on a COVID-19 X-ray image dataset. The results are compared with other networks and the results of papers in the literature. The novel network of this paper gives more successful results. Accurate short-term load forecasting is the key to ensuring smooth and efficient power system operation and power market dispatch planning. However, the nonlinear, non-stationary, and time series nature of load sequences makes load forecasting difficult. To address these problems, this paper proposes a short-term load forecasting method (EPT-VMD-TCN-TPA) based on the hybrid decomposition of load sequences, which combines ensemble patch transform (EPT), variational modal decomposition (VMD), a temporal convolutional network (TCN), and a temporal pattern attention mechanism (TPA). In which, the trend component (Tr(t)) and the residual fluctuation component (Re(t)) of the load series are extracted using EPT, and then the Re(t) component is decomposed into intrinsic modal function components (IMFs) of different frequencies using VMD. The Tr(t) and IMFs components of the fused meteorological data are predicted separately by the TCN-TPA prediction model, and finally, the prediction results of each component are reconstructed and superimposed to obtain the final predicted value of the load. In addition, experiments after reconstructing each IMF component according to the fuzzy entropy (FE) values are discussed in this paper. To evaluate the performance of the proposed method in this paper, we used datasets from two Areas of the 9th Mathematical Modeling Contest in China. The experimental results show that the predictive precision of the EPT-VMD-TCN-TPA model outperforms other comparative models. Wind turbine energy generators operate in a variety of environments and often under harsh operational conditions, which can result in the mechanical failure of wind turbines. In order to ensure the efficient operation of wind turbines, the detection of any abnormality in the mechanics is particularly important. In this paper, a method for detecting abnormalities in the bearings of wind turbine energy generators, based on the cascade deep learning model, is proposed. First, data on the mechanics of wind turbine generators were collected, and the correlation between the data was studied in order to select the parameters related to the bearing temperature. Then, the logical relationship between the observation parameters and the target parameters was established based on a one-dimensional convolutional neural network (CNN) and a long short-term memory (LSTM) network, and the difference between the predicted temperature and the actual temperature was assessed using the root mean square error evaluation model. Finally, a numerical example was used to verify the operational data from a wind farm unit in northwest China. The results show that the CNN-LSTM model proposed in this paper can detect abnormalities earlier in the state of the main bearing than the LSTM model, and the CNN-LSTM model can detect abnormalities in the main bearing that the LSTM network cannot find. Crude oil has dual attributes of finance and energy. Its price fluctuation significantly impacts global economic development and financial market stability. Therefore, it is necessary to predict crude oil futures prices. In this paper, a hybrid forecast model of EEMD-CNN-ILSTM for crude oil futures price is proposed, which is based on Ensemble Empirical Mode Decomposition (EEMD), Convolutional Neural Network (CNN), and Improved Long Short-Term Memory (ILSTM). ILSTM improves the output gate of Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) and adds important hidden state information based on the original output. In addition, ILSTM adds the learning of cell state at the previous time in the forget gate and input gate, which makes the model learn more fully from historical data. EEMD decomposes time series data into a residual sequence and multiple Intrinsic Mode Functions (IMF). Then, the IMF components are reconstructed into three sub-sequences of high-frequency, middle-frequency, and low-frequency, which are convenient for CNN to extract the input data's features effectively. The forecast accuracy of ILSTM is improved efficiently by learning historical data. This paper uses the daily crude oil futures data of the Shanghai Energy Exchange in China as the experimental data set. The EEMD-CNN-ILSTM is compared with seven prediction models: Support Vector Regression (SVR), Multi-Layer Perceptron (MLP), LSTM, ILSTM, CNN-LSTM, CNN-ILSTM, and EEMD-CNN-LSTM. Simple Summary: Most management methods for poultry farming currently rely on human labor. Such management is labor-intensive and inefficient, especially in identifying poultry growth stages. Given the lack of a high-precision artificial method for chick's day-age detection, a high-performance day-age classification and detection model for chicks was proposed based on artificial intelligent techniques. This method can detect and classify chicks in six different living stages from 1 to 32 day-ages, and the accuracy is 95.2%, superior to other current ones. In order to apply this method in practical scenarios, it has been deployed into an application based on the IOS system, which can recoganize the day-age of chicks by capturing real-time photos. The system is currently deployed in Rizhao City, Shandong Province, China. It helps chicken farm staff automatically detect the behavior of chickens, whose excellent working effect proves the robust availibility of the proposed method. Thanks to the boom of computer vision techniques and artificial intelligence algorithms, it is more available to achieve artificial rearing for animals in real production scenarios. Improving the accuracy of chicken day-age detection is one of the instances, which is of great importance for chicken rearing. To solve this problem, we proposed an attention encoder structure to extract chicken image features, trying to improve the detection accuracy. To cope with the imbalance of the dataset, various data enhancement schemes such as Cutout, CutMix, and MixUp were proposed to verify the effectiveness of the proposed attention encoder. This paper put the structure into various mainstream CNN networks for comparison and multiple ablation experiments. The final experimental results show that by applying the attention encoder structure, ResNet-50 can improve the accuracy of chicken age detection to 95.2%. The timely and accurate acquisition of information on the distribution of the crop planting structure in the Loess Plateau of eastern Gansu Province, one of the most important agricultural areas in Western China, is crucial for promoting fine management of agriculture and ensuring food security. This study uses multi-temporal high-resolution remote sensing images to determine optimal segmentation scales for various crops, employing the estimation of scale parameter 2 (ESP2) tool and the Ratio of Mean Absolute Deviation to Standard Deviation (RMAS) model. The Canny edge detection algorithm is then applied for multi-scale image segmentation. By incorporating crop phenological factors and using the L1-regularized logistic regression model, we optimized 39 spatial feature factors—including spectral, textural, geometric, and index features. Within a multi-level classification framework, the Random Forest (RF) classifier and Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) model are used to classify the cropping patterns in four test areas based on the multi-scale segmented images. The results indicate that integrating the Canny edge detection algorithm with the optimal segmentation scales calculated using the ESP2 tool and RMAS model produces crop parcels with more complete boundaries and better separability. Additionally, optimizing spatial features using the L1-regularized logistic regression model, combined with phenological information, enhances classification accuracy. Within the OBIC framework, the RF classifier achieves higher accuracy in classifying cropping patterns. The overall classification accuracies for the four test areas are 91.93%, 94.92%, 89.37%, and 90.68%, respectively. Wildfires cause great losses to the ecological environment, economy, and people's safety and belongings. As a result, it is crucial to establish wildfire susceptibility models and delineate fire risk levels. It has been proven that the use of remote sensing data, such as meteorological and topographical data, can effectively predict and evaluate wildfire susceptibility. Accordingly, this paper converts meteorological and topographical data into fire-influencing factor raster maps for wildfire susceptibility prediction. The continuous convolutional neural network (CCNN for short) based on coordinate attention (CA for short) can aggregate different location information into channels of the network so as to enhance the feature expression ability; moreover, for different patches with different resolutions, the improved CCNN model does not need to change the structural parameters of the network, which improves the flexibility of the network application in different forest areas. In order to reduce the annotation of training samples, we adopt an active learning method to learn positive features by selecting high-confidence samples, which contributes to enhancing the discriminative ability of the network. We use fire probabilities output from the model to evaluate fire risk levels and generate the fire susceptibility map. Taking Chongqing Municipality in China as an example, the experimental results show that the CA-based CCNN model has a better classification performance; the accuracy reaches 91.7%, and AUC reaches 0.9487, which is 5.1% and 2.09% higher than the optimal comparative method, respectively. Furthermore, if an accuracy of about 86% is desired, our method only requires 50% of labeled samples and thus saves about 20% and 40% of the labeling efforts compared to the other two methods, respectively. Ultimately, the proposed model achieves the balance of high prediction accuracy and low annotation cost and is more helpful in classifying fire high warning zones and fire-free zones. China has proposed two major measures to address the "three rural issues": the first is to abolish the agricultural tax, which has been in place for over 2000 years; the second is to propose the construction of a new socialist countryside, which would mark the end of the old era and the beginning of the new. As a result, this paper employs in-depth learning technology to enhance rural tourism development and the creation of a new socialist countryside. This paper investigates deep-learning-based rural tourism and the creation of a new socialist countryside. Because MSE and MAE reflect the prediction error score, the lower the value, the better the recommendation accuracy. The MSE value of the machine learning algorithm is 2.456, the MSE value of the data mining algorithm is 2.324, and the MSE value of the convolution neural network algorithm is 2.102, when the number reaches 80. It can be concluded that the convolution neural network algorithm proposed in this paper has the lowest MSE and MAE values of the three methods, implying that the convolution neural network algorithm is the best of the three. Deformation can effectively reflect the structural state of concrete dams and, thus, establishing na accurate concrete dam deformation prediction model is important for dam health monitoring and early warning strategies. To address the problem that the spatial coordinates introduced in the traditional multi-point deformation prediction model of dams not being able to accurately and efficiently reflect the spatial correlation of multiple-measuring points, a 2D-1D-CNN model is proposed which expresses the spatial correlation between each measuring point through spatial feature vectors, replacing the spatial coordinates in the traditional multi-point model. First, the spatial feature vector is extracted from the historical spatio-temporal panel series of deformation values of measuring points via a Two-Dimensional Convolutional Neural Network (2D-CNN); second, the vector is combined with the environmental impact factor of dam deformation to form the final input factor of fused spatial features; and, thirdly, this vector is combined with the environmental impact factors of dam deformation to form the final input factor of fused spatial features, and the non-linear linkage between the factors and the measured displacement values is constructed by the efficient feature processing capability of a One-Dimensional Convolutional Neural Network (1D-CNN) to obtain the prediction results. With the popularization of higher education, China's higher education has moved from the stage of elite education to the stage of universal education, and the number of graduates is also increasing. At present, college students are facing tremendous pressure on employment. One is the huge number of jobs, the other is the difference in professional needs, and the third is the spread of job information, which makes it difficult for college students to find a job that suits them. In order to solve this dilemma, this paper analyzes the related technologies and in-depth basic theories of data mining. After introducing several traditional recommendation algorithms, the traditional convolutional network method is improved from three aspects: activation function, pooling strategy, and loss function. Finally, using the hybrid convolutional neural network, a career recommendation model for college students based on deep learning and machine learning is proposed, and simulation experiments are carried out on it. The main research work is as follows: (1) a hybrid convolutional neural network is proposed, which uses convolution operation to learn high-level features to achieve personalized employment recommendation; (2) the training optimization strategy of the hybrid convolutional neural network is studied, aiming at the activation function, pooling processing, and loss function, and the feasibility of the optimization method is verified through simulation experiments; (3) finally, according to the evaluation index of the recommendation algorithm (recall rate and F1-Score), the recall rate of the algorithm in this paper is nearly 15% higher than that of the DNN model. The experiment is compared with the traditional commonly used recommendation algorithm, and the comparative analysis of the experimental results proves the effectiveness of the algorithm for the employment recommendation of college students. In recent years, China's automobile industry has undergone rapid development, creating new opportunities for the auto loan industry. Currently, auto financing companies are actively seeking to expand their cooperation with banks. Therefore, improving the approval rate and scale of joint loan business is of significant practical importance. In this paper, we propose a Stacking‐based financial institution risk approval model and select the optimal stacking model by comparing its performance with other models. Additionally, we construct a bank approval model using deep learning techniques on a biased data set, with feature extraction performed using convolution neural networks (CNN) and feature‐based counterfactual augmentation used for balanced sampling. Finally, we optimize the model of the prediction of auto finance companies by selecting the optimal coefficients of loss function based on the features and results of the bank approval model. The accurate estimation of forest aboveground biomass is of great significance for forest management and carbon balance monitoring. Remote sensing instruments have been widely applied in forest parameters inversion with wide coverage and high spatiotemporal resolution. In this paper, the capability of different remote-sensed imagery was investigated, including multispectral images (GaoFen-6, Sentinel-2 and Landsat-8) and various SAR (Synthetic Aperture Radar) data (GaoFen-3, Sentinel-1, ALOS-2), in aboveground forest biomass estimation. In particular, based on the forest inventory data of Hangzhou in China, the Random Forest (RF), Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) and Convolutional Neural Networks Long Short-Term Memory Networks (CNN-LSTM) algorithms were deployed to construct the forest biomass estimation models, respectively. The estimate accuracies were evaluated under the different configurations of images and methods. The results show that for the SAR data, ALOS-2 has a higher biomass estimation accuracy than the GaoFen-3 and Sentinel-1. Moreover, the GaoFen-6 data is slightly worse than Sentinel-2 and Landsat-8 optical data in biomass estimation. In contrast with the single source, integrating multisource data can effectively enhance accuracy, with improvements ranging from 5% to 10%. The CNN-LSTM generally performs better than CNN and RF, regardless of the data used. The combination of CNN-LSTM and multisource data provided the best results in this case and can achieve the maximum R2 value of up to 0.74. It was found that the majority of the biomass values in the study area in 2018 ranged from 60 to 90 Mg/ha, with an average value of 64.20 Mg/ha. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Drought is an important meteorological event in China and can cause severe damage to both livelihoods and socio‐ecological systems, but current seasonal prediction skill for drought is far from successful. This study used convolutional neural network (CNN) to build an effective seasonal forecast model for the summer consecutive dry days (CDD) over China. The principal components (PC) of the six leading empirical orthogonal function modes of CDD anomaly were predicted by CNN, using the previous winter precipitation, 2‐m temperature and 500 hPa geopotential height as predictors. These predicted PCs were then projected onto the observed spatial patterns to obtain the final predicted summer CDD anomaly over China. In the independent hindcast period of 2007–2018, the interannual variabilities of first six PCs were significantly predicted by CNN. The spatial patterns of CDD were then skillfully predicted with anomaly correlation coefficient skills generally higher than 0.2. The interannual variability of summer CDD over the middle and lower Yangtze River valley, northwestern China and northern China were significant predicted by our CNN model three months in advance. CNN identified that the previous winter precipitation was the important predictor for PC1–PC3, whereas the previous winter 2‐m temperature and 500 hPa geopotential height were important for the prediction of PC4–PC6. This research provides a new and effective method for the seasonal prediction of summer drought. Plain Language Summary: Drought can cause serious agricultural and ecosystem disasters, so its forecast is valuable for preventing and mitigating related natural disasters and regional socioeconomic sustainability. However, current prediction skill for drought is far from successful since its extreme feature. The gradually emerging deep learning methods offer new possibilities, but how to effectively apply deep learning models in climate prediction with a small sample size remains an open question. In this paper, we build seasonal prediction convolutional neural network model for summer consecutive dry days over China using previous winter predictors. This model achieves significant prediction skill three months in advance. The empirical orthogonal function decomposition is used to reduce the dimensionality of consecutive dry days data in our model. In recent years, with the development of geological prospecting from shallow ore to deep and hidden ore, the difficulty of prospecting is increasing day by day, so the application of computer technology and new methods of geological and mineral exploration is paid more and more attention. The mining and prediction of geological prospecting information based on deep learning have become the frontier field of earth science. However, as a deep artificial intelligence algorithm, deep learning still has many problems to be solved in the big data mining and prediction of geological prospecting, such as the small number of training samples of geological and mineral images, the difficulty of building deep learning network models, and the universal applicability of deep learning models. In this paper, the training samples and convolutional neural network models suitable for geochemical element data mining are constructed to solve the above problems, and the model is successfully applied to the prediction research of gold, silver, lead and zinc polymetallic metallogenic areas in South China. Taking the Pangxidong research area in the west of Guangdong Province as an example, this paper carries out prospecting target prediction research based on a 1:50000 stream sediment survey original data. Firstly, the support vector machine (SVM) model and statistical method were used to determine the ore-related geochemical element assemblage. Secondly, the experimental data of geochemical elements were augmented and a dataset was established. Finally, ResNet-50 neural network model is used for data training and prediction research. The experimental results show that the areas numbered 9, 29, 38, 40, 95, 111, 114, 124, 144 have great metallogenic potential, and this method would be a promising tool for metallogenic prediction. By applying the ResNet-50 neural network in metallogenic prediction, it can provide a new idea for the future exploration of mineral resources. In order to verify the generality of the research method in this paper, we conducted experimental tests on the geochemical dataset of B area, another deposit research area in South China. The results show that 100% of the prediction area obtained by using the proposed method covers the known ore deposit area. The analysis of marine environmental parameters plays a significant role in various aspects, including sea surface target detection, the monitoring of the marine ecological environment, marine meteorology and disaster forecasting, and the monitoring of internal waves in the ocean. In particular, for sea surface target detection, the accurate and high-resolution input of marine environmental parameters is crucial for multi-scale sea surface modeling and the prediction of sea clutter characteristics. In this paper, based on the low-resolution wind speed, significant wave height, and wave period data provided by ECMWF for the surrounding seas of China (specified latitude and longitude range), a deep learning model based on a residual structure is proposed. By introducing an attention module, the model effectively addresses the poor modeling performance of traditional methods like nearest neighbor interpolation and linear interpolation at the edge positions in the image. Experimental results demonstrate that with the proposed approach, when the spatial resolution of wind speed increases from 0.5° to 0.25°, the results achieve a mean square error (MSE) of 0.713, a peak signal-to-noise ratio (PSNR) of 49.598, and a structural similarity index measure (SSIM) of 0.981. When the spatial resolution of the significant wave height increases from 1° to 0.5°, the results achieve a MSE of 1.319, a PSNR of 46.928, and an SSIM of 0.957. When the spatial resolution of the wave period increases from 1° to 0.5°, the results achieve a MSE of 2.299, a PSNR of 44.515, and an SSIM of 0.940. The proposed method can generate high-resolution marine environmental parameter data for the surrounding seas of China at any given moment, providing data support for subsequent sea surface modeling and for the prediction of sea clutter characteristics. In this paper, we mainly use Generative Adversarial Network (GAN), Deep Convolutional Generative Adversarial Network and VGG model, and multiscale discriminator theory and use ACGAN research method. Strengthening the construction of intellectual property rights of SM-TE (small and medium-sized scientific and technological enterprises) in China is an important measure to speed up the development of SM-TE, and improve their scientific and technological innovation ability and market competitiveness. In this paper, a patent recommendation algorithm based on deep semantic similarity is proposed to solve the problem of low calculation accuracy of similarity matrix among users in sparse interaction matrix. The algorithm trains the patent corpus, and obtains the Doc2vec DL (Deep Learning) model, and then constructs the semantic similarity matrix among patents through the DL model. On this basis, to further improve the modeling ability of semantic expression and feature extraction, this paper optimizes CNN (Convolutional Neural Network) model, using a variety of pretrained word vector models, multi-layer classifiers, etc., to improve the model accuracy and generate feature vectors of different dimensions. The results show that the accuracy, recall rate and F1 value of the proposed algorithm are better than those of the traditional recommendation algorithm, which are 22.41%, 20.86% and 21.51% respectively. The North China type cucumber, characterized by its dense spines and top flowers, is susceptible to damage during the grading process, affecting its market value. Moreover, traditional manual grading methods are time-consuming and labor-intensive. To address these issues, this paper proposes a cucumber quality grader based on machine vision and deep learning. In the electromechanical aspect, a novel fixed tray type grading mechanism is designed to prevent damage to the vulnerable North China type cucumbers during the grading process. In the vision grading algorithm, a new convolutional neural network is introduced named MassNet, capable of predicting cucumber mass using only a top-view image. After obtaining the cucumber mass prediction, mass grading is achieved. Experimental validation includes assessing the electromechanical performance of the grader, comparing MassNet with different models in predicting cucumber mass, and evaluating the online grading performance of the integrated algorithm. Experimental results indicate that the designed cucumber quality grader achieves a maximum capacity of 2.3 t/hr. In comparison with AlexNet, MobileNet, and ResNet, MassNet demonstrates superior cucumber mass prediction, with a MAPE of 3.9% and RMSE of 6.7 g. This study proposes a novel method, which is a U‐shaped convolutional neural network that combines non‐local attention mechanisms, Res2net residual modules, and terrain information (UNR‐Net). The original U‐Net method and the linear regression (LR) method are conducted as benchmarks. Generally, the UNR‐Net has demonstrated promise in performing a 10× downscaling for daily 2‐m temperature over North China with lead times of 1–7 days and shows superiority to the U‐Net and LR methods. To be specific, U‐Net and UNR‐Net demonstrate higher Nash‐Sutcliffe Efficiency coefficient values compared to LR by 0.052 and 0.077, respectively. The corresponding improvements in pattern correlation coefficient are 0.013 and 0.016, while the root mean square error values are higher by 0.22 and 0.338, respectively. Additionally, the structural similarity index metric is higher by 0.033 and lower by 0.015. Furthermore, regions with significant errors are primarily distributed in complex terrain areas such as the Taihang Mountains, where UNR‐Net exhibits noticeable improvements. In addition, the 12 components‐based error decomposition method is proposed to analyze the error source of different models. Generally, the smallest errors are observed during the summer season and the sequence error component is proven to be the main source error of 2‐m temperature forecasts. Furthermore, UNR‐Net consistently demonstrates the lowest errors among all 12 error components. Therefore, combining the numerical weather prediction model and deep learning method is very promising in downscaling temperature forecasts and can be applied to routine forecasting of other atmospheric variables in the future. Wind speed exacerbates challenges associated with rock stability, introducing factors such as heightened erosion and the possibility of particle loosening. This increased sensitivity to erosion can result in material displacement, thereby compromising the overall stability of rock layers within the open-pit mining site. Therefore, accurate wind speed predictions are crucial for understanding the impact on rock stability, ensuring the safety and efficiency of open-pit mining operations. While most existing studies on wind speed prediction primarily focus on making overall predictions from the entire wind speed sequence, with limited consideration for the stationarity characteristics of the sequence, This paper introduces a novel approach for effective monitoring and early warning of geotechnical hazards. Our proposed method involves dividing wind speed data into stationary and non-stationary segments using the sliding window average method within the threshold method, validated by the Augmented Dickey-Fuller test. Subsequently, we use temporal convolutional networks (TCN) with dilated causal convolution and long short-term memory to predict the stationary segment of wind speed, effectively improving prediction accuracy for this segment. For the non-stationary segment, we implement complete ensemble empirical mode decomposition with adaptive noise (CEEMDAN) to reduce sequence complexity, followed by TCN with an attention mechanism (ATTENTION) to forecast wind speed one step ahead. Finally, we overlay the predictions of these two segments to obtain the final prediction. Our proposed model, tested with data from an open-pit mining area in western China, achieved promising results with an average absolute error of 0.14 knots, mean squared error of 0.05 knots2, and root mean squared error of 0.20 knots. These findings signify a significant advancement in the accuracy of short-term wind speed prediction. This advancement not oniy enables the rapid assessment and proactive response to imminent risks but also contributes to geotechnical hazard monitoring in open-pit mining operations. Introduction: Leaf area index (LAI) is a critical physiological and biochemical parameter that profoundly affects vegetation growth. Accurately estimating the LAI for winter wheat during jointing stage is particularly important for monitoring wheat growth status and optimizing variable fertilization decisions. Recently, unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) data and machine/depth learning methods are widely used in crop growth parameter estimation. In traditional methods, vegetation indices (VI) and texture are usually to estimate LAI. Plant Height (PH) unlike them, contains information about the vertical structure of plants, which should be consider. Methods: Taking Xixingdian Township, Cangzhou City, Hebei Province, China as the research area in this paper, and four machine learning algorithms, namely, support vector machine(SVM), back propagation neural network (BPNN), random forest (RF), extreme gradient boosting (XGBoost), and two deep learning algorithms, namely, convolutional neural network (CNN) and long short-term memory neural network (LSTM), were applied to estimate LAI of winter wheat at jointing stage by integrating the spectral and texture features as well as the plant height information from UAV multispectral images. Initially, Digital Surface Model (DSM) and Digital Orthophoto Map (DOM) were generated. Subsequently, the PH, VI and texture features were extracted, and the texture indices (TI) was further constructed. The measured LAI on the ground were collected for the same period and calculated its Pearson correlation coefficient with PH, VI and TI to pick the feature variables with high correlation. The VI, TI, PH and fusion were considered as the independent features, and the sample set partitioning based on joint x-y distance (SPXY) method was used to divide the calibration set and validation set of samples. Results: The ability of different inputs and algorithms to estimate winter wheat LAI were evaluated. The results showed that (1) The addition of PH as a feature variable significantly improved the accuracy of the LAI estimation, indicating that wheat plant height played a vital role as a supplementary parameter for LAI inversion modeling based on traditional indices; (2) The combination of texture features, including normalized difference texture indices (NDTI), difference texture indices (DTI), and ratio texture indices (RTI), substantially improved the correlation between texture features and LAI; Furthermore, multi-feature combinations of VI, TI, and PH exhibited superior capability in estimating LAI for winter wheat; (3) Six regression algorithms have achieved high accuracy in estimating LAI, among which the XGBoost algorithm estimated winter wheat LAI with the highest overall accuracy and best results, achieving the highest R² (R² = 0.88), the lowest RMSE (RMSE=0.69), and an RPD greater than 2 (RPD=2.54) Discussion: This study provided compelling evidence that utilizing XGBoost and integrating spectral, texture, and plant height information extracted from UAV data can accurately monitor LAI during the jointing stage of winter wheat. In this paper, a method for seismic random noise detection and suppression using a denoising convolutional neural network (DnCNN) is presented. Thanks to the residual learning and batch normalization, deep learning networks can converge faster, the gradient descent and disappearance due to the increase of network layers are solved, and the residual results can be predicted more accurately. For seismic data, the variance estimation method is useful for obtaining an accurate noise distribution model and statistical parameters that provide a useful assessment of the noise level. With the variance estimation method based on weak texture blocks, a noise distribution model and statistical parameters can be derived with high accuracy, and this method effectively estimates seismic noise levels. The DnCNN networks are trained, and non-Gaussian noise reduction technology is used to achieve blind noise reduction at unknown levels, improving the noise reduction of seismic data. In addition, stratigraphic dip characteristics related to layer structure are used as DnCNN training network constraints to prevent effective signals in seismic data from being corrupted by conventional DnCNN noise reduction methods. Geological features such as faults and fracture-cavities can be effectively protected. Carbonate faults in the Tarim Basin in China are affected by the desert surface and the depth at which reservoirs are buried. The seismic data has a low signal-to-noise ratio, and the effective signals of the reservoir are low resolution. Cognitive competency is an essential complement to the existing ship pilot screening system that should be focused on. Situation awareness (SA), as the cognitive foundation of unsafe behaviors, is susceptible to influencing piloting performance. To address this issue, this paper develops an identification model based on random forest- convolutional neural network (RF-CNN) method for detecting at-risk cognitive competency (i.e., low SA level) using wearable EEG signal acquisition technology. In the poor visibility scene, the pilots’ SA levels were correlated with EEG frequency metrics in frontal (F) and central (C) regions, including α/β (p = 0.071 < 0.1 in F and p = 0.042 < 0.05 in C), θ/(α + θ) (p = 0.048 < 0.05 in F and p = 0.026 < 0.05 in C) and (α + θ)/β (p = 0.046 < 0.05 in F and p = 0.012 < 0.05 in C), and then a total of 12 correlation features were obtained based on a 5 s sliding time window. Using the RF algorithm developed by principal component analysis (PCA) for further feature combination, these salient combinations are used as input sets to obtain the CNN algorithm with optimal parameters for identification. The comparative results of the proposed RF-CNN (accuracy is 84.8%) against individual RF (accuracy is 78.1%) and CNN (accuracy is 81.6%) methods demonstrate that the RF-CNN with feature optimization provides the best identification of at-risk cognitive competency (accuracy increases 6.7%). Overall, the results of this paper provide key technical support for the development of an adaptive evaluation system of pilots’ cognitive competency based on intelligent technology, and lay the foundation and framework for monitoring the cognitive process and competency of ship piloting operation in China. Extracting high-accuracy landslide areas using deep learning methods from high spatial resolution remote sensing images is a hot topic in current research. However, the existing deep learning algorithms are affected by background noise and landslide scale effects during the extraction process, leading to poor feature extraction effects. To address this issue, this paper proposes an improved mask regions-based convolutional neural network (Mask R-CNN) model to identify the landslide distribution in unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV) images. The improvement of the model mainly includes three aspects: (1) an attention mechanism of the convolutional block attention module (CBAM) is added to the backbone residual neural network (ResNet). (2) A bottom-up channel is added to the feature pyramidal network (FPN) module. (3) The region proposal network (RPN) is replaced by guided anchoring (GA-RPN). Sanming City, China was selected as the study area for the experiments. The experimental results show that the improved model has a recall of 91.4% and an accuracy of 92.6%, which is 12.9% and 10.9% higher than the original Mask R-CNN model, respectively, indicating that the improved model is more effective in landslide extraction. During the last two decades, as computer technology has matured and business scenarios have diversified, the scale of application of computer systems in various industries has continued to expand, resulting in a huge increase in industry data. As for the medical industry, huge unstructured data has been accumulated, so exploring how to use medical image data more effectively to efficiently complete diagnosis has an important practical impact. For a long time, China has been striving to promote the process of medical informatization, and the combination of big data and artificial intelligence and other advanced technologies in the medical field has become a hot industry and a new development trend. This paper focuses on cardiovascular diseases and uses relevant deep learning methods to realize automatic analysis and diagnosis of medical images and verify the feasibility of AI-assisted medical treatment. We have tried to achieve a complete diagnosis of cardiovascular medical imaging and localize the vulnerable lesion area. (1) We tested the classical object based on a convolutional neural network and experiment, explored the region segmentation algorithm, and showed its application scenarios in the field of medical imaging. (2) According to the data and task characteristics, we built a network model containing classification nodes and regression nodes. After the multitask joint drill, the effect of diagnosis and detection was also enhanced. In this paper, a weighted loss function mechanism is used to improve the imbalance of data between classes in medical image analysis, and the effect of the model is enhanced. (3) In the actual medical process, many medical images have the label information of high-level categories but lack the label information of low-level lesions. The proposed system exposes the possibility of lesion localization under weakly supervised conditions by taking cardiovascular imaging data to resolve these issues. Road extraction is crucial in urban planning, rescue operations, and military applications. Compared to traditional methods, using deep learning for road extraction from remote sensing images has demonstrated unique advantages. However, previous convolutional neural networks (CNN)-based road extraction methods have had limited receptivity and failed to effectively capture long-distance road features. On the other hand, transformer-based methods have good global information-capturing capabilities, but face challenges in extracting road edge information. Additionally, existing excellent road extraction methods lack validation for the Chinese region. To address these issues, this paper proposes a novel road extraction model called the global–local information fusion network (GLNet). In this model, the global information extraction (GIE) module effectively integrates global contextual relationships, the local information extraction (LIE) module accurately captures road edge information, and the information fusion (IF) module combines the output features from both global and local branches to generate the final extraction results. Further, a series of experiments on two different Chinese road datasets with geographic robustness demonstrate that our model outperforms the state-of-the-art deep learning models for road extraction tasks in China. On the CHN6-CUG dataset, the overall accuracy (OA) and intersection over union (IoU) reach 97.49% and 63.27%, respectively, while on the RDCME dataset, OA and IoU reach 98.73% and 84.97%, respectively. The prevalence of cybercrime has emerged as a critical issue in contemporary society because of its far-reaching financial, social, and psychological implications. The negative effects of cyber-attacks extend beyond financial losses and disrupt people's lives on social and psychological levels. Conventional practice involves cyber experts sourcing data from various outlets and applying personal discernment and rational inference to manually formulate cyber intelligence specific to a country. This traditional approach introduces personal bias towards the country-level cyber reports. However, this paper reports a novel approach where country-level cyber intelligence is automatically generated with artificial intelligence (AI), employing cyber-related social media posts and open-source cyber-attack statistics. Our innovative cyber threat intelligence solution examined 37,386 tweets from 30,706 users in 54 languages using sentiment analysis, translation, term frequency–inverse document frequency (TF-IDF), latent Dirichlet allocation (LDA), N-gram, and Porter stemming. Moreover, the presented study utilized 238,220 open-intelligence cyber-attack statistics from eight different web links, to create a historical cyber-attack dataset. Subsequently, AI-based algorithms, like convolutional neural network (CNN), and exponential smoothing were used for AI-driven insights. With the confluence of the voluminous Twitter-derived data and the array of open-intelligence cyber-attack statistics, orchestrated by the AI-driven algorithms, the presented approach generated seven-dimensional cyber intelligence for Australia and China in complete automation. Finally, the topic analysis on the cyber-related social media messages revealed seven main themes for both Australia and China. This methodology possesses the inherent capability to effortlessly engender cyber intelligence for any country, employing an autonomous modality within the realm of pervasive computational platforms. Speech recognition and assessment technology are at the heart of language learning, and speech recognition technology is the foundation. Because of the complex changes in speech pronunciation, a large amount of speech signal data, the high dimension of speech characteristic parameters, and a large amount of speech recognition and evaluation computation, the large volume of speech signal processing requires higher requirements of hardware and software resources and algorithms. With the emergence of new technologies such as artificial intelligence and big data, the automation and intelligence of advanced algorithms and innovative design methods for online product decision driven by multimodal multimedia data in e-commerce have become inevitable trends in the field of product design, and it is a big challenge to improve the innovative design ability of products by using information technology. In order to solve this problem, based on the research of BP neural network technology, this paper puts forward an innovative product design method based on image-Kempi method. The color features of images are reconstructed and integrated, and then transferred to product modeling, so as to generate new products with both content image modeling features and style image color features, which brings visual inspiration to users. The results show that KENPI method combines the theories of Kansei engineering, convolutional neural network, and neural style transfer, and establishes a mapping model between product modeling elements and product semantics. Convolutional neural network and neural style transfer model are used to extract, reconstruct, and integrate the color features of style diagrams, and transfer them to product modeling to design new product images. By evaluating the image quality and comparing the product semantics before and after the migration, the validity and feasibility of the migration are verified. Based on BP neural network, a nonlinear mapping model between product attribute space and product semantic space is constructed, and the generalization ability of the model is evaluated, which verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of this method. Passenger flow is an important benchmark for measuring tourism benefits, and accurate tourism passenger flow prediction is of great significance to the government and related tourism enterprises and can promote the sustainable development of China's tourism industry. For daily passenger flow time series data, a passenger flow forecasting method based on convolutional neural network (CNN) and improved quantile regression long short-term memory network (QRLSTM), denoted as CNN-IQRLSTM, is proposed with reconstructed correlation features and in the form of sliding windows as inputs. First, four discrete variables such as whether the day is a weekend and holiday are created by time; then, a sliding window of width 42 is used to pass the passenger flow data into the network sequentially; finally, the loss function of the sparse Laplacian improved QRLSTM is introduced for passenger flow prediction, and the point prediction and interval prediction results under different quartiles are obtained. The application of quantile regression captures the overall picture of the data, enhances the robustness, fit, predictive power and nonlinear processing capability of neural networks, and fills the gap between quantile regression and neural network methods in the field of passenger flow prediction. CNN can effectively handle complex input data, and the improved nonlinear QR model can provide passenger flow quantile prediction information. The method is applied to the tourism traffic prediction of four 5A scenic spots in Jilin Province, and the effectiveness of the method is verified. The results show that the method proposed in this paper fits best in point prediction and has higher prediction accuracy. The MAPE of the Changbai Mountain dataset was 0.07, the MAPE of the puppet palace museum dataset was 0.05, the fit of the Sculpture Park dataset reached 93%, and the fit of the net moon lake dataset was as high as 99%. Meanwhile, the interval prediction results show that the method has a larger interval coverage as well as a smaller interval average width, which improves the prediction efficiency. In 95% of the interval predictions, the interval coverage of Changbai Mountain data is 99% and the interval average width is 0.49. Thunderstorm gusts are a common form of severe convective weather in the warm season in North China, and it is of great importance to correctly forecast them. At present, the forecasting of thunderstorm gusts is mainly based on traditional subjective methods, which fails to achieve high-resolution and high-frequency gridded forecasts based on multiple observation sources. In this paper, we propose a deep learning method called Thunderstorm Gusts TransU-net (TG-TransUnet) to forecast thunderstorm gusts in North China based on multi-source gridded product data from the Institute of Urban Meteorology (IUM) with a lead time of 1 to 6 h. To determine the specific range of thunderstorm gusts, we combine three meteorological variables: radar reflectivity factor, lightning location, and 1-h maximum instantaneous wind speed from automatic weather stations (AWSs), and obtain a reasonable ground truth of thunderstorm gusts. Then, we transform the forecasting problem into an image-to-image problem in deep learning under the TG-TransUnet architecture, which is based on convolutional neural networks and a transformer. The analysis and forecast data of the enriched multi-source gridded comprehensive forecasting system for the period 2021–23 are then used as training, validation, and testing datasets. Finally, the performance of TG-TransUnet is compared with other methods. The results show that TG-TransUnet has the best prediction results at 1–6 h. The South-to-North Water Diversion Project in China is an extensive inter-basin water transfer project, for which ensuring the safe operation and maintenance of infrastructure poses a fundamental challenge. In this context, structural health monitoring is crucial for the safe and efficient operation of hydraulic infrastructure. Currently, most health monitoring systems for hydraulic infrastructure rely on commercial software or algorithms that only run on desktop computers. This study developed for the first time a lightweight convolutional neural network (CNN) model specifically for early detection of structural damage in water supply canals and deployed it as a tiny machine learning (TinyML) application on a low-power microcontroller unit (MCU). The model uses damage images of the supply canals that we collected as input and the damage types as output. With data augmentation techniques to enhance the training dataset, the deployed model is only 7.57 KB in size and demonstrates an accuracy of 94.17 ± 1.67% and a precision of 94.47 ± 1.46%, outperforming other commonly used CNN models in terms of performance and energy efficiency. Moreover, each inference consumes only 5610.18 μ J of energy, allowing a standard 225 mAh button cell to run continuously for nearly 11 years and perform approximately 4,945,055 inferences. This research not only confirms the feasibility of deploying real-time supply canal surface condition monitoring on low-power, resource-constrained devices but also provides practical technical solutions for improving infrastructure security. At present, the classification method used in image colour element analysis in China is still based on subjective visual evaluation. Because the evaluation process will inevitably be disturbed by human factors, it will not only have low efficiency but also produce large errors. To solve the above problems, this paper proposes an image colour data element analysis model based on depth neural network. Firstly, intelligent analysis of image colour data elements based on tensorflow is constructed, and the isomerized tensorflow framework is designed with the idea of Docker cluster to improve the efficiency of image element analysis. Secondly, considering the time error and spatial error diffusion model in the process of image analysis, the quantization modified error diffusion model is replaced by the original model for more accurate colour management. Image colour management is an important link in the process of image reproduction; the rotating principal component analysis method is used to correct and analyze the image colour error. Finally, using the properties of transfer learning and convolution neural network, an image colour element analysis model based on depth neural network is established. Large-scale image data is collected, and the effectiveness and reliability of the algorithm are verified from different angles. The results show that the new image colour analysis method can not only reveal the true colour components of the target image; furthermore, the real colour component of the target image also has high spectral data reconstruction accuracy, and the analysis results have strong adaptability. The research focuses on the application of positive psychology theory, and studies the educational utility of national films by using deep learning (DL) algorithm. As an art form leading China's film and TV industry, national films have attracted the interest of many domestic scholars. Meanwhile, researchers have employed various science and technologies to conduct in-depth research on national films to improve film artistic levels and EDU-UTL. Accordingly, this paper comprehensively studies the EDU-UTL of national films using quality learning (Q-Learning) combined with DL algorithms and educational psychology. Then, a deep Q-Learning psychological model is proposed based on the convolutional neural network (CNN). Specifically, the CNN uses the H-hop matrix to represent each node, and each hop indicates the neighborhood information. The experiment demonstrates that CNN has a good effect on local feature acquisition, and the representation ability of the obtained nodes is also powerful. When K = 300, the psychological factor Recall of Probability Matrix Decomposition Factorization, Collaborative DL, Stack Denoising Automatic Encoder, and CNN-based deep Q-Learning algorithm is 0.35, 0.71, 0.76, and 0.78, respectively. The results suggest that CNN-based deep Q-Learning psychological model can enhance the EDU-UTL of national films and improve the efficiency of film education from the Positive Psychology perspective. Level set method has been extensively used for image segmentation, which is a key technology of water extraction. However, one of the problems of the level-set method is how to find the appropriate initial surface parameters, which will affect the accuracy and speed of level set evolution. Recently, the semantic segmentation based on deep learning has opened the exciting research possibilities. In addition, the Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) has shown a strong feature representation capability. Therefore, in this paper, the CNN method is used to obtain the initial SAR image segmentation map to provide deep a priori information for the zero-level set curve, which only needs to describe the general outline of the water body, rather than the accurate edges. Compared with the traditional circular and rectangular zero-level set initialization method, this method can converge to the edge of the water body faster and more precisely; it will not fall into the local minimum value and be able to obtain accurate segmentation results. This paper mainly analyzes the current situation of e-commerce in domestic SMEs and points out that there are limited initial investment and difficulty in financing in China's SMEs; e-commerce control is not scientific; e-commerce personnel of SMEs are not of high quality, in the case of improper setting of the e-commerce sector and shortage of talents, rigid management model, and outdated management concepts. By using the loss function and the value chain management theory of the deep learning in the stationary wavelet domain residual learning model, the e-commerce model of SMEs is newly constructed, and the e-commerce department as the core department of the enterprise is proposed. By training the optimal parameters of the deep residual network and comparing the results with other models, the method of this paper has a good effect against the sample. The original loss function based on the residual learning model deep learning is modified to solve the original model fuzzy problem, which improves the effect and has good robustness. Massive online reviews of new energy vehicles in China are deemed crucial by companies, as they offer valuable insights into user demands and perceptions. An effective analysis enables companies to swiftly adapt and enhance their products while upholding a positive public image. Nonetheless, the sentiment analysis of online car reviews can pose challenges due to factors such as incomplete context, abrupt information bursts, and specialized vocabulary. In this paper, an enhanced hybrid model is introduced, combining Enhanced Representation through kNowledge IntEgration (ERNIE) and a deep (Convolutional Neural Network) CNN, to tackle these challenges. The model utilizes fine-tuned ERNIE for feature extraction from preprocessed review datasets, generating word vectors that encompass comprehensive semantic information. The deep CNN component captures local features from the text, thereby capturing semantic nuances at multiple levels. To address sudden shifts in public sentiment, a channel attention mechanism is employed to amplify the significance of crucial information within the reviews, facilitating comment relationship classification and sentiment prediction. The experimental results demonstrate the efficacy of the proposed model, achieving an impressive accuracy rate of 97.39% on the test set and significantly outperforming other models. Automatic weed identification and detection are crucial for precision weeding operations. In recent years, deep learning (DL) has gained widespread attention for its potential in crop weed identification. This paper provides a review of the current research status and development trends of weed identification in crop fields based on DL. Through an analysis of relevant literature from both within and outside of China, the author summarizes the development history, research progress, and identification and detection methods of DL-based weed identification technology. Emphasis is placed on data sources and DL models applied to different technical tasks. Additionally, the paper discusses the challenges of time-consuming and laborious dataset preparation, poor generality, unbalanced data categories, and low accuracy of field identification in DL for weed identification. A bacterial infection in the lungs can cause viral pneumonia, a disease. Later the middle of December 2019, there have been multiple episodes of pneumonia in Wuhan City, China, with no known cause; it has since been discovered that this pneumonia is actually a new respiratory condition brought on by coronavirus infection. Humans who have lung abnormalities are more likely to develop high-risk conditions; this risk can be decreased with much quicker and more effective therapy. The symptoms of Covid-19 pneumonia are similar to those of viral pneumonia; they are not distinctive. X-ray or Computed Tomography (CT) scan images are used to identify lung abnormalities. Even for a skilled radiologist, it might be challenging to identify Covid-19/Viral pneumonia by looking at the X-ray images. For prompt and effective treatment, accurate diagnosis is essential. In this epidemic condition, delayed diagnosis can cause the number of cases to double, hence a suitable tool is required is necessary for the early identification of Covid-19. This paper highlights various AI techniques as a part of our contribution to swift identification and curie Covid-19 to front-line corona. The safety of Covid-19 people who have viral pneumonia is a concern. Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN) and Recurrent Neural Networks (RNN), two AI technologies from Deep Learning (DL), were utilized to identify Covid-19/Viral pneumonia. The Algorithm is taught utilizing non-public local hospitals or Covid-19 wards, as well as X-ray images of healthy lungs, fake lungs from viral pneumonia, and ostentatious lungs from Covid-19 that are all publicly available. In this paper, a method for joint sea surface rainfall intensity (RI), wind speed, and wave height retrieval based on spaceborne global navigation satellite system reflectometry (GNSS-R) data is proposed, which especially considers the effects between these two parameters. A method of rainfall detection (RD) according to different wind speed ranges is also proposed by mitigating the impact of swell and wind speed. The results, with data collected over the oceans near Southeast Asia, show that the RD method has a detection accuracy of up to 81.74%. The RI retrieval accuracy can reach about 2 mm/h by simultaneously correcting the effects of wind speed and swell. The accuracy of wind speed retrieval is improved by about 5% after removing rainfall interference through RD in advance. After considering the influence of wind speed and eliminating rainfall interference, the retrieval accuracy of significant wave height (SWH) is improved by about 18%. Finally, the deep convolutional neural network (DCNN) model is built to estimate the SWH of the swell. The results show that the retrieval accuracy of the swell height is better than 0.20 m after excluding rainfall interference. The proposed joint retrieval method provides an important reference for the future acquisition of multiple high-precision marine geophysical parameters by spaceborne GNSS-R technology. Gross floor area is defined as the product of number of building stories and its base area. Gross floor area acquisition is the core problem to estimate floor area ratio, which is an important indicator for many geographical analyses. High data acquisition cost or inherent defect of methods for existing gross floor area acquisition methods limit their applications in a wide range. In this paper we proposed three instance-wise gross floor area estimation methods in various degrees of end-to-end learning from monocular optical images based on the NoS R-CNN, which is a deep convolutional neural network to estimate the number of building stories. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first attempt to estimate instance-wise gross floor area from monocular optical satellite images. For comparing the performance of the proposed three methods, experiments on our dataset from nine cities in China were carried out, and the results were analyzed in detail in order to explore the reasons for the performance gap between the different methods. The results show that there is an inverse relationship between the model performance and the degree of end-to-end learning for base area estimation task and gross floor area estimation task. The quantitative and qualitative evaluations of the proposed methods indicate that the performances of proposed methods for accurate GFA estimation are promising for potential applications using large-scale remote sensing images. The recommendation system in the online medical consultation website is a system to assist patients to find appropriate doctors. Based on the analysis of the current situation of the development of an online medical community (Haodf.com) in China, this paper puts forward recommendation suggestions of finding the right hospital and doctor to promote the rapid integration of Internet technology and traditional medical services. A new recommendation model called Probabilistic Matrix Factorization integrated with Convolutional Neural Network (PMF-CNN) is proposed in the paper. Doctors' data in Haodf.com were used to evaluate the performance of our system. The model improves the performance of medical consultation recommendations by fusing review text and doctor information based on CNN (Convolutional Neural Network). Specifically, CNN is used to learn the feature representation of the review text and the doctors' information. Furthermore, the extended matrix factorization model is exploited to fuse the review information feature and the initial value of the doctors' information for recommendation. As is shown in the experimental results on Haodf.com datasets, the proposed PMF-CNN achieves better recommendation performances than the other state-of-the-art recommendation algorithms. With the rapid development of China's electrical industry, the safe operation of electrical facilities is very important for social stability and people's property safety. The failure detection method of conventional electrical equipment is hand detection, which has high experience of the detection person, lacks detection and error detection, and the detection efficiency is low. With the development of artificial intelligence technology, computer-assisted substation inspection is now possible, and substation inspection using an intelligent inspection robot equipped with an infrared device is one of the main substation inspection methods. In this paper, experiments are carried out using several neural network models. For example, if a faster region convolutional neural networks (RCNN) infrared detection model is employed, a good vg16 in the feature region of the extracted image takes into account the quality of the infrared image and the presence of multiple devices. Infrared images can be used to determine the basic features of various electronic devices. In order to detect targets in infrared images of electrical equipment, the fast RCNN target detection algorithm is used, and the overall recognition accuracy reaches 83.1%, and a good application effect is obtained. Regular detection and repair for lining cracks are necessary to guarantee the safety and stability of tunnels. The development of computer vision has greatly promoted structural health monitoring. This study proposes a novel encoder–decoder structure, CrackRecNet, for semantic segmentation of lining segment cracks by integrating improved VGG-19 into the U-Net architecture. An image acquisition equipment is designed based on a camera, 3-dimensional printing (3DP) bracket and two laser rangefinders. A tunnel concrete structure crack (TCSC) image data set, containing images collected from a double-shield tunnel boring machines (TBM) tunnel in China, was established. Through data preprocessing operations, such as brightness adjustment, pixel resolution adjustment, flipping, splitting and annotation, 2880 image samples with pixel resolution of 448 × 448 were prepared. The model was implemented by Pytorch in PyCharm processed with 4 NVIDIA TITAN V GPUs. In the experiments, the proposed CrackRecNet showed better prediction performance than U-Net, TernausNet, and ResU-Net.
