Introduction/Main Objectives: The number of Indonesian students who study abroad has expanded significantly during the past few decades. Nonetheless, the nation has a lot of variables that would assist in the growth of overseas students leaving the country in the future. Consequently, this study aims to investigate the variables influencing the financial literacy of Indonesian students participating in international exchange programs. This study empirically examines how students' financial behavior could be affected by their financial knowledge, financial attitude, and financial culture. It also tests how financial literacy can be directly influenced by financial behavior. Additionally, the mediating role of financial behavior has been evaluated. Background Problems: Notwithstanding the rise in the number of students enrolled in international programs, and the availability of such programs in educational institutions worldwide, these students will confront numerous obstacles and difficulties. A vital skill for these students to possess is financial literacy, since there is a lot of emphasis on cost-saving when pursuing higher education in a global setting. However, studies into financial literacy are noticeably lacking, particularly in emerging nations such as Indonesia. Novelty: The current paper adds to the limited studies concerning the financial life of international students by developing an integrated framework to examine the most crucial factors impacting the financial literacy of Indonesian students participating in international exchange programs. Research Methods: An online survey was conducted to gather the primary data from the respondents. The acquired data were analyzed using PLS-SEM. Finding/Results: The research findings showed that financial literacy was significantly impacted by financial behavior, which in turn was impacted by financial knowledge, financial attitudes, and financial culture. The relationship between financial knowledge, financial attitudes, financial culture, and financial literacy was found to be significantly mediated by financial behavior. The aim of this research paper is to find the influence of marketing strategies used by startups engaged in the field of online travel agencies. Online travel agents and public consumption of online purchases of travel services in Indonesia continues to experience growth. Competition in online travel is getting tighter and online marketing promotion is the most often used by online travel companies to attract buyers and increase expected customer satisfaction. This research examines the user experience of the largest online travel in Indonesia, Traveloka, and used 100 respondents data source. The data analysis employed was Partial Least Square to analysis the data and test thehypotheses. The impact of online promotions and customer satisfaction significantly influence repurchase intentions of customers using toTraveloka service. The outcome suggests that the ease of usage experience and spontaneous buys not only prompt higher consumer loyalty and consumer needs, but also reinforce repurchase intention. Future studies may additionally test the strength of the interaction of experience and habit to reveal more insights into their relative significance in determine online repurchase intentions. Many studies have investigated how incumbents react to disruptive business model innovation. However, how digital (tech) startups as the initiator performs business model innovation that consciously or not disrupts incumbents from various industries, has not yet been widely analyzed empirically. This study employed a quantitative method with Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) using SmartPLS 3 software to present and analyze the data. The sample of Indonesia digital startups was taken from the list managed by DailySocial, an Indonesia digital media startup. A self-administered questionnaire was distributed among the Founders and or C-Level of Indonesia startups adopting a random sampling technique. The findings of this study showed that startups apply disruptive business model innovation to survive and scale-up. This study also suggested some predictors of disruptive business model innovation. As an alternative to implementing dynamic capabilities, startups need to have transformation capability in the form of continuous reconfiguration capability; leadership aspects, especially entrepreneurship mentality, which are embodied in strategic orientation; and stakeholder management support. This paper aims primarily at examining the effect of brand equity and perceived value on marketing mix. The paper is written based on empirical survey with the active participations of 256 respondents who are considered as film viewers in Indonesia. Based on structural model testing with Structural Equation Modeling, one of major findings revealed from this study showed that brand equity and perceived value had significant and positive effect on marketing mix. The finding implies that it is crucial for the Indonesian film production companies to collaborate these variables to enable attracting film viewers to cinema. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

In marketing terms, the phenomenon of a price wars is regarded as the result of intense competition and retaliatory reaction in order to win market share. However, several literatures had acknowledged that this condition was the result of an abnormal internal condition, where firms competed not to engage in competitive selling activities but rather as an effort to maintain performance. This paper was written and prepared as part of a recent study in the Indonesian lighting industry, where many players in the industry considered themselves caught in a severe price war condition. Based on a qualitative survey using open-ended interviews of seven lighting companies in Indonesia, the study found that the industry regard price wars as the result of severe intra-brand competition and an effort to maintain the "status quo" of continuous growth. Propositions to ease friction in price were suggested: exploration to other market segments; exploiting information to induce loyalty; understanding rivalry through capacity size; and management of shortterm performance constraints.
