The formation of a brain tumour involves a collection of tissue to which abnormal cells are gradually added. The most difficult duty is to categorise brain tumours using magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) so that affected people can receive therapy. Typically, human investigators examine brain MRI scans for tumour identification and categorization. According to the classification, for which various methodologies are created, images are interpreted. Brain tumour MRI segmentation utilising the suggested Reg FConVolNN segmentation method yields information about anatomical patterns and aberrant tissues. Here, a dataset of patients who had previously experienced brain tumour symptoms was combined with their historical medical information. The suggested neural technique can analyse MRI pictures to find cell mutations and pre-process input images to remove components like the vertebral column or skull in preparation. The effectiveness of the strategy suggested utilising a dataset of MRI images is contrasted with that of existing deep learning and machine learning models. The results show that the suggested method outperformed methods that employed the same dataset in terms of accuracy, AUC, precision, recall, and F-1 score for tumour classification.

The presence of Dushta Vrana (non-healing ulcer) worsens the quality of life of the patient with various compli- cations and may prove fatal. Although Vrana is the oldest known ailment and its healing is still a matter of con- cern. When it refuses to heal despite of best efforts or due to improper treatment of Chikitsachatushpada (four parts necessary for treatment) it turns to DushtaVrana. Chronic wounds of mixed aetiologies showed a pooled prevalence of 2.21 per 1000 population. Its high prevalence worldwide, chronicity and expensive treatment is still a matter of concern. Every research done has a cause. The aim of present research work to provide an economical treatment with least side-effects and in comparatively less time. A clinical trial was conducted in this study group of 30 patients diagnosed with Non-Healing Ulcer (DushtaVrana). Patients were selected randomly irrespective of their age, sex, religion, race, occupation etc. Their Vrana were dressed in Hraidra Taila and Madhu daily till the Vrana heals or for three months maximum and monitored at every 15 days interval during the study period. Symptoms like pain and signs likesize, tenderness, discharge, depth of ulcer, granulation tissue floor were used as parameters to assess the effect of the treatment on Dushta Vrana. Analysis of result showed improvement in DushtaVrana (non-healing ulcer). On the basis of clinical observations, it can be concluded that in the present clinical study result of Shodhana (cleansing) effect of Haridra Taila and Ropana (healing) effect of Madhu is very effective. The number of cases with novel coronavirus disease-2019 (COVID-19) infection is increasing every day in the world, and India contributes a substantial proportion of this burden. Critical care specialists have accepted the challenges associated with the COVID-19 pandemic and are frontline warriors in this war. They have worked hard in streamlining workflow isolation of positive patients, clinical management of critically ill patients, and infection prevention practices. With no end in sight for this pandemic, intensive care unit (ICU) practitioners, hospital administrators, and policy makers have to join hands to prepare for the surge in critical care bed capacity. In this position article, we offer several suggestions on important interventions to the ICU practitioners for better management of critically ill patients. This position article highlights key interventions for COVID-19 treatment and covers several important issues such as endotracheal intubation and tracheostomy (surgical vs PCT), nebulization, bronchoscopy, and invasive procedures such as central venous catheters, arterial lines, and HD catheters. Вирішити дану проблему протягом тривалого часу стає все важче, що пов'язано з відмінністю в номерних знаках автомобіля, руйнування і плутанина деяких частин викраденого. У світлі цих складнощів важко зупинити кожен транспортний засіб і визначити, який метод керування роботою потрібен, щоб зменшити зусилля та знайти викрадений транспортний засіб. Ми пропонуємо розробити фреймворк, який завантажуватиме номер викраденого транспортного засобу та виявлятиме шахрайські транспортні засоби за допомогою ECU на основі цифрового підпису, а також буде готовий надсилати координати шахрайського транспортного засобу до місцевого відділу. Для боротьби з крадіжками така техніка може стати потужним інструментом. Це різко знизить небезпеку викрадення автомобілів, заощадивши власникам автомобілів сотні доларів на страхуванні та інших збитках, а також допоможе правоохоронним органам. Інтерфейс доповнюється іншими мікроконтролерами та кількома модулями. Основна мета полягала в тому, щоб зробити цю технологію максимально простою, зберігаючи при цьому якомога нижчу вартість, не ставлячи під загрозу її надійність. Stolen vehicle tracking systems are becoming essential nowadays, mainly in the case of stolen automobiles. Vehicle burglary is a significant issue these days, and retrieving those stolen vehicles is another issue in addition. It has become increasingly difficult to solve this problem over a long period of time due to differences in car license plates, the destruction and confusion of some parts stolen. In light of these complexities, it is difficult to stop every vehicle and determine what method of managing work is required to reduce the effort and find the stolen vehicle. We propose to develop a framework that will upload the number of a stolen vehicle and be able to detect fraudulent vehicles with the assistance of the digital signature based ECU and will also be ready to send the coordinates of a fraudulent vehicle to the local department. To fight against theft, this technique can be a powerful tool. This will drastically reduce the danger of auto theft, saving car owners hundreds of dollars in insurance and other damages and will also help law enforcement. The interface is complemented with the help of other microcontrollers and a few modules. The key goal was to make this technology as simple as feasible, while keeping the cost as low as possible without compromising its reliability.
