Objective To investigate the efficacy of bevacizumab combined with paclitaxel and platinum-based chemotherapy in advanced metastatic cervical cancer and its effect on T lymphocyte subsets and tumor markers. Methods Sixty patients with advanced metastatic cervical cancer (treated in our hospital) were randomly divided into control (30 cases) and treatment (30 cases) groups. All patients were given radiotherapy; the control group received paclitaxel and platinum-based chemotherapy, whereas the treatment group received the same with added bevacizumab. The pain conditions (visual analog score (VAS)) and quality of life (Karl Fischer quality of life (KPS)), clinical efficacy, T lymphocyte subset levels (CD3+, CD4+, and CD8+), tumor markers (carbohydrate antigen 125 (CA125), carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA), and squamous epithelial carcinoma-associated antigen (SCCA)) and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The VAS score, serum CA125, CEA, SCCA, and CD8+ level were significantly reduced in both groups after treatment (P < 0.05), and it significantly decreased in the treatment group compared with the control group (P < 0.05). KPS score, CD3+, and CD4+ levels significantly increased after treatment in the two groups (P < 0.05), and compared with the control group, the treatment group significantly increased (P < 0.05). Moreover, the total effective rate (66.67%) was significantly higher than that in the control group (40.00%) (P < 0.05), and no significant difference existed in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P > 0.05). Conclusion Bevacizumab combined with paclitaxel and platinum-based chemotherapy can effectively reduce the pain and improve the immune function and quality of life of patients with advanced metastatic cervical cancer. This chemotherapy is also safe and effective.

Neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy is a common disease, which is caused by fetal hypoxia, asphyxia, and other reasons. It may cause sequelae of the nervous system and even death in children. Computer tomography examination can clarify the scope and location of the disease and provide the basis for clinical treatment and prognosis. Relevant personnel analyzed the symptoms of ischemic hypoxia and found that ischemia and hypoxia were the main causes of encephalopathy. Neonatal ischemia and hypoxia are easy to cause serious damage. At present, with the development of medicine, the function of the human brain is the most important issue in natural science. The law of neural activity and the role of molecular cells, organs, and systems have fundamental construction significance for the prevention and treatment of nerve and mental diseases. By analyzing the value of the diagnosis of neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy in the analysis of experimental data, by setting the newborns in the controlled group and the trial group as experimental subjects, this paper analyzed the situation of newborns in terms of body temperature, body weight, and respiratory rate, and used Apgar score to score these standards. It was found that the score of the controlled group was 7 and above, and the score of the trial group was below 7. It was found that the Apgar scoring method was more simple. Then, the newborns were analyzed by cord blood gas analysis. It was found that most of the data in the control group were between 7.8 and 8.4, and the data in the trial group were between 5.8 and 7.1. The umbilical blood gas analysis score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group. By comparing the satisfaction of cord blood gas analysis and the Apgar score, it was found that the satisfaction of cord blood gas analysis was 24.06% higher than that of the Apgar score.

Bedrock wear is statistically one of the major causes of submarine cable failure. Therefore， a new submarine cable monitoring system is developed. First， a long-distance multi-node synchronous acquisition method is proposed to establish a shape reconstruction and positioning model of the submarine cable. Then， sensors， acquisition boards， control boards， 4G wireless transmission and battery modules are developed， and a submarine cable monitoring system based on the MEMS （micro-electromechanical systems） sensor array is built. Finally， high-intensity magnetic environment test， pressure test， accuracy test of the sensor array， and long-term monitoring of submarine cables in the landing section in Zhujiajian prove that the system can monitor displacement of submarine cables and remotely transmit the monitoring data in real time.

In recent years, battery energy storage has garnered increasing attention in the frequency regulation field due to its rapid and precise output characteristics. The focus of this paper is on the control strategy for battery energy storage that is involved in primary frequency regulation and addresses the coordination control issues of different storage units when implemented on a large scale. A control method is proposed that considers the consistency of the State of Charge (SOC) in battery energy storage, which is involved in primary frequency regulation. The control of the battery energy storage system is divided into upper-level and lower-level control. The upper-level control uses model predictive control to obtain the total frequency regulation power of the energy storage station. The lower-level control allocates the corresponding power based on the capacity of each battery energy storage unit. It introduces a proportional integral adjustment term related to the average SOC to achieve SOC consistency control for each unit. Simulation results demonstrate that, regardless of whether the capacities of various storage units are identical, the proposed method achieves good frequency regulation performance, restores SOC to the ideal range, and ensures SOC consistency among different storage units. This approach aids the efficient and safe operation of battery energy storage systems.

In modern power systems, the extensive integration of renewable energy sources leads to a reduction in system inertia, thereby affecting grid stability. This study proposes a novel method for estimating grid inertia, which, under quasi-steady state conditions, effectively incorporates load contribution by combining class noise signals collected by PMUs (Phasor Measurement Units) with the Forgetting Factor Unscented Kalman Filter algorithm (FF-UKF). The research initially analyzes the characteristics of various inertia sources in power systems dominated by renewable energy. Building on this, we propose a grid node equivalent inertia estimation model based on node equivalent frequency response, developing an FF-UKF-based algorithm that allows for the continuous dynamic estimation of inertia at various grid nodes. Simulation experiments conducted within the IEEE 39 bus system validate the method’s effectiveness and demonstrate the spatiotemporal distribution of grid inertia under varying levels of renewable energy penetration. This study is significant for understanding and enhancing frequency control and stability in power systems, providing key technical support for the modernization of the power system and the efficient integration of renewable energy.

A medium carbon steel 34SiMn2CrNiMo was designed and fabricated, and the relationships between processing, microstructures and mechanical properties were established through microstructure characterization and mechanical properties testing on the quenching and partitioning(Q&P) heat-treated samples. Based on the experiment results of thermal expansion transformation behavior, the effects of quenching temperature TQ, heating approach, partitioning temperature TP and partitioning time tP on microstructures evolution were investigated and mechanism of strength and toughness was illuminated as well. The results show that multiphase microstructures of martensite and retained austenite can be obtained by means of Q&P processing, as a result the match of strength and plasticity is greatly improved. In the optimal treatment state, the retained austenite volume fraction is about 24%, the yield strength is 1053 MPa, the tensile strength is 1607 MPa, the elongation is 24.9%, and the product of strength and elongation(PSE) is 40.0 GPa·%. To avoid forming the blocky secondary martensite, the best quenching temperature has to be set at least 150 ℃ below martensitic transformation starting temperature Ms. More retained austenite can be achieved by slow heating than fast heating upon partitioning after the steel is incompletely quenched, the plasticity and toughness are improved apparently. The microstructures and properties of Q&P treated steel keep relatively stable with prolonged duration when it is partitioned at 400 ℃. However, the volume fraction of retained austenite decreases with tP at 450 ℃, leading the yield strength and elongation decrease simultaneously.

Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is a malignant tumor with a fairly poor prognosis (5-year survival of less than 50%). Using sorafenib, the only food and drug administration (FDA)-approved drug, HCC cannot be effectively treated; it can only be controlled at most for a couple of months. There is a great need to develop efficacious treatment against this debilitating disease. Glypican-3 (GPC3), a member of the glypican family that attaches to the cell surface by a glycosylphosphatidylinositol anchor, is overexpressed in HCC cases and is elevated in the serum of a large proportion of patients with HCC. GPC3 expression contributes to HCC growth and metastasis. Furthermore, several different types of antibodies targeting GPC3 have been developed. The aim of this review is to summarize the current literatures on the GPC3 expression in human HCC, molecular mechanisms of GPC3 regulation and antibodies targeting GPC3.

With obesity rate consistently increasing, a strong relationship between obesity and fatty liver disease has been discovered. More than 90% of bariatric surgery patients also have non-alcoholic fatty liver diseases (NAFLDs). NAFLD and non-alcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH), which are the hepatic manifestations of metabolic syndrome, can lead to liver carcinogenesis. Unfortunately, there is no effective medicine that can be used to treat NASH or liver cancer. Thus, it is critically important to understand the mechanism underlying the development of these diseases. Extensive evidence suggests that microRNA 22 (miR-22) can be a diagnostic marker for liver diseases as well as a treatment target. This review paper focuses on the roles of miR-22 in metabolism, steatosis, and liver carcinogenesis. Literature search is limited based on the publications included in the PubMed database in the recent 10 years.

为对煎炸过程中甘油酯核心醛（GCAs）的调控提供指导，以高油酸葵花籽油煎炸薯条实验为例，探讨煎炸方式、频次、温度以及油料比对煎炸过程中9-氧代壬酸酰基甘油三酯（9-oxo）、8-氧代辛酸酰基甘油三酯（8-oxo）两种饱和型GCAs生成的影响。结果表明：间歇煎炸较连续煎炸更易导致GCAs的生成；每小时煎炸1批次薯条所产生的饱和型GCAs低于每小时煎炸2批次和4批次的；随着煎炸温度的降低，两种饱和型GCAs含量均减少；油料比为10∶ 1时，两种饱和型GCAs含量整体较低。综上，为控制饱和型GCAs的生成，需采用连续煎炸方式，尽量降低煎炸温度和煎炸频次，控制油料比为10∶ 1。 To provide guidance for the regulation of glyceride core aldehydes (GCAs) in the frying process, taking the experiment of frying French fries in high-oleic sunflower seed oil as an example, the effect of the frying method, frequency, temperature and oil-material ratio(ratio of frying oil to French fries) in frying on the formation of 9-oxo and 8-oxo saturated GCAs was investigated. The results showed that intermittent frying was more likely to lead to the formation of GCAs than continuous frying. The content of saturated GCAs in high-oleic sunflower seed oil with one frying per hour was lower than that in the samples with two or four frying times. The contents of two saturated GCAs decreased with the decrease of temperature. When the oil-material ratio was 10∶ 1, the content of the two saturated GCAs was lower as a whole. In conclusion, in order to control the generation of saturated GCAs, it is necessary to adopt a continuous frying method, reduce the frying temperature and frying frequency as much as possible, and control the oil-material ratio to 10∶ 1.

Tunable semiconductor lasers have many important applications such as wavelength division multiplexing, light detection and ranging, and gas detection. The increased interest in silicon photonics has led to the rapid development of miniaturized on-chip tunable semiconductor lasers. However, silicon has poor light-emitting properties. Therefore, realizing high-performance tunable semiconductor lasers requires the integration of light sources with silicon. In this study, we review silicon-based light source integration methods and the development of silicon-based integrated tunable semiconductor lasers. Considering that narrow-linewidth performance greatly expands the applications of tunable semiconductor lasers, methods for reducing the linewidth of tunable lasers are summarized. Finally, the development trends and prospects for silicon-based integrated light sources and silicon-based integrated tunable lasers are analyzed and discussed.

Background Gait speed and grip strength are simple markers of physical capability, which are associated with adverse outcomes in the elderly. However, there are few studies on the prediction of adverse outcomes in this population by the combination of the two markers. Objective To investigate the associations of gait speed and grip strength with adverse outcomes in geriatric inpatients. Methods A cohort design was used in this study. From August 2015 to December 2018, eligible geriatric inpatients aged≥65 years were recruited from Department of Geriatrics, Fuxing Hospital, Capital Medical University. We measured the gait speed and grip strength with 6-meter walking test and dynamometer, respectively. By the gait speed, the patients were divided into tertiles (T1 group: ≤ 0.6 m/s, T2 group: >0.6-0.8 m/s, T3 group: >0.8 m/s). By the grip strength, they were divided into L1, L2 and L3 tertiles (L1 group: ≤ 21.6 kg for males, ≤ 14.6 kg for females; L2 group: > 21.6 kg but ≤ 28.2 kg for males, >14.6 kg but ≤ 19.4 kg for females; L3 group: >28.2 kg for males, >19.4 kg for females). Follow-up was conducted by telephone once every three months within one year after discharge and once half a year after this until December 31, 2019. All-cause mortality and falls were recorded. Survival curves were constructed by the Kaplan-Meier method. Cox regression analysis was used to investigate the association of gait speed, grip strength, or their combination with all-cause mortality and falls. ROC curves for comparing the ability of the two makers or their combination on predicting all-cause mortality and falls. Results Among the 685 patients, 29 (4.2%) were lost to follow-up, and the other 656 cases who finished the follow-up with complete data were included for analysis. During the follow-up period, 130 patients (19.8%) died from all causes and 147 patients (22.4%) experienced falls. There were 222, 225 and 209 patients in the low, moderate and high tertiles of gait speed (T1, T2 and T3 groups), and 215, 229 and 212 patients in the low, moderate and high tertiles of grip strength (L1, L2 and L3 groups), respectively.
