分析了智能变电站存在的主要问题，提出了智能变电站二次系统运维单元应与一次系统间隔相匹配的原则，指出智能变电站二次设备与二次回路，包括网络、软件、配置文件和信息流，都应按间隔配置。对二次回路进行重构，设计了数字二次回路装置、互感器就地采样模块及基于二者的新型智能变电站二次系统方案。该方案可较好地解决智能变电站改扩建难题，并保证保护动作的快速性与采用“直采直跳”方案相当，总体可靠性优于就地无防护安装方式。方案中取消了过程层网络和交换机，数字二次回路装置采用定值单方式配置，不需配置文件，对人员技能要求低，可极大提高施工调试效率。

为数值研究中央空气纤芯半径对六重对称带隙导光型光子晶体光纤基模特性的调节,采用全矢量平面波与多极方法分别计算出该类光纤的带隙结构及不同中央空气纤芯半径时可能存在基模的有效折射率,由有效折射率分析了基模色散、非线性和限制损耗特性。数值结果表明,中央纤芯半径越大,色散越大,长波长段色散随入射波长在零色散附近振荡变化,在某一特定波长时非线性系数随中央纤芯半径的增大而增大;基模限制损耗总体随入射波长的增大而减小,在某些纤芯半径处出现振荡特性。
