Prinsepia utilis is a perennial deciduous shrub of an edible medicine in the ethnic communities of Northwest Yunnan. It is widely applied in traditional culture, medicine and food in that area. With the development of modern society, P. utilis and its related traditional knowledge face the danger of disappearing. The purpose of this study was to explore the protection and inheritance of resources and related traditional knowledge of P. utilis in native area. Based on ethnobotanical field investigation, the substance basis of the main traditional functions of P. utilis and skin-caring activities were preliminarily studied by using the methods of chemical and pharmacological activity testing of natural drugs. The results were as follows:(1) P. utilis was widely used for fencing protection, wind prevention, soil fixation, the treatment of skin injury, food and other traditional usages in ethnic communities of Northwest Yunnan.(2)Ten individual compounds with skin-caring activities were detected from the extracts of different parts of P. utilis, such as gallic acid, quercetin.(3)The total flavonoid content of the extracts from the leaves of P. utilis was higher than that of the fermentation products and the extracts from the fruit of P. utilis.(4)The fruit oil of P. utilis with the highest frequency of traditional utilization showed great DPPH radical scavenging activity, and the antioxidant activity was different among different producing areas and processes. The results of this study preliminarily confirm the correlation between the substence basis and the related activities of the traditional skin-caring efficacy of P. utilis, and provide a reference for the further research and development of the protection and traditional inheritance of resources and related traditional knowledge of P. utilis. Peach (Prunus persica L.) displays distinguish texture phenotype during postharvest, which could be classified into three types, including melting flesh (MF), non-melting flesh, and stony-hard. MF peach would soften rapidly with an outbreak of ethylene production, which causes huge wastage during fruit transportation and storage. 1-Methylcyclopropene (1-MCP) was used to alleviate fruit softening. In this study, we performed RNA-sequencing on two MF peach cultivars ('YuLu' and 'Yanhong') after 1-MCP treatment to identify the candidate genes participating in peach fruit softening. A total of 167 genes were identified by weighted gene coexpression network analysis and correlation analysis that could respond to 1-MCP treatment and might be related to softening. Among them, 5 auxin-related genes including 2 indole-3-acetic acid, 1 auxin response transcription factor and 2 small auxin-up RNAs, and 4 cell wall modifying genes (PpPG1 , PpPG2 , PpPG24 and PpPMEI) were characterized as key genes participating in MF peach softening. Furthermore, 2 transcription factors, which belong to HD-ZIP and MYB, were predicted as candidates regulating softening process by constructing a transcriptional network of these 4 cell wall modifying genes combined with expression pattern analysis, of which HD-ZIP could trans -activate the promoter of PpPG1. With the development of cloud computing,internet of things,big data, artificial intelligence and other technologies, smart emergency rescue has become an urgent need for the supervision of mine production safety. This paper proposes a service architecture, using hybrid cloud architecture to provide on-demand and elastic computing power and storage resources. Through the integration and mining of all possible historical and real-time data,a “one map” of heterogeneous , large-scale, cross-domain and dynamic information resources in cloud environment is established to promote the sharing of information resources and build intelligent databases. On this basis, an emergency rescue system has been developed to achieve the functions such as numerical simulation, prediction and early warning, emergency evacuation, emergency assessment, and personnel and equipment management, to support mine emergency drills and emergency decision-making. Relying on modern information technology, it provides intelligent service and management for emergency rescue in mine water disaster to realize the dynamic management and control of the whole process of mine water accident prevention, detection, early warning,disposal and evaluation. The water inrush disaster in coal mine poses a great threat to production safety in the development of coal resources. However, there is no temporal and spatial expression on the process of water inrush disaster. In this paper, a 3D dynamic simulation was designed for water bursting on coal roof based on “three maps method”. By constructing 3D geological models and “three maps”, the designs from various options were determined as the simulated areas for coal mining and water bursting sources, in order to correctly reflect the actual situations that may occur during the coal mining process. Therefore, the dynamic simulation of fractured zone and groundwater flow field is achieved through groundwater modeling, visualization preprocessing, and collision detection and response based on rigid body. In a case study at a mine in the midwest of Inner Mongolia autonomous region, the dynamic visualization and prediction were applied based on data from the mine. Emergency evacuation of underground personnel is an important safety measure when a water disaster occurs in a mine.In this paper,according to the demand of the simulation for emergency evacuation and the analysis of various complex influencing factors,the geological environment and the underground scene of the mining area are constructed based on the data acquisition and identification of the Internet of Things.The simulation and visualization of emergency evacuation in VR simulation environment is carried out through the information acquisition of water bursting points,the simulation of roadway flow and behavior of evacuees and intelligent dynamic path search.This method achieves a dynamic process simulation of individual or group behavior as well as generates safe and rapid evacuation routes.Qualitative and quantitative evaluation and early warning are conducted for emergency evacuation decisions and evacuation exercises.The method has been used in mine,and the results show that it can provide an auxiliary decision-making platform for personnel evacuation plan,emergency rescue and personnel training under the situation of mine disaster.
