摘要：新型电力系统建设背景下，分布式光伏爆发增长、柔性负荷大量涌现的配电领域正在经历深刻变革。配网可调节资源挖掘利用既能解决配网分布式新能源增加导致的反向重过载、电压越限等问题，还有助于缓解主网运行压力。首先，提炼了配网可调节资源利用技术存在的痛点问题，指出配网电力系统运营模式转型是解决问题的基础所在。回顾分析了集中式、分散式等国内外运营模式与微网、虚拟电厂等多种配电系统形式在解决配网运行问题方面存在的优缺点。提出适应中国大电网集中调度模式的配网集中-分布式协同自治调控的运行新范式，依托台区智能终端，通过“内部自治、相邻互济、整体协同”的协同自治调控模式，实现配调-台区-终端分层分级优化调控，为新型电力系统提供全新的技术路径。最后，归纳了协同自治调控运营模式下的配网关键技术和未来研究方向。

在各企业不断提高信息化应用水平的当下，企业一方面容易陷入单个系统信息孤岛，或者各系统不能有效、高效协同地运行；另一方面是企业特别注重内部信息化系统建设，但是对于外部业务合作方重视程度不足。对于制造业企业，采购是一种数量较多、频次较高的业务。以中粮黄海为例，对油脂加工厂采购业务自动化工作流程管理实践进行了介绍。中粮黄海公司在实现较高程度的信息化覆盖和普及后，全面梳理、剖析采购业务亟需解决的问题，通过文本标准化、流程再造，最终实现了采购业务的全流程自动化与闭环管理。采购业务自动化工作流程管理提高了工作效率，降低了工作强度，促进了企业与供应商的高效、便捷协作。 As companies continuing to improve the level of informatization applications, on the one hand, companies are prone to fall into the confusion of a single system information island or the ineffective and efficient coordination of various systems; on the other hand, companies pay special attention to the construction of internal information systems, but for external business partners insufficient attention. For manufacturing companies, procurement is a business with a large number and high frequency. Taking COFCO Huanghai as an example, the automation workflow management pracice for procurement business in oil processing plant was introduced. After achieving a relatively high degree of informatization coverage and popularization, COFCO Huanghai has comprehensively sorted out and analyzed the problems that urgently need to be solved in the procurement business, and finally realized the full-process automation and closed-loop management of the procurement business through text standardization and process reengineering. It improves procurement efficiency, reduces work intensity, and promotes efficient and convenient collaboration between enterprises and suppliers.

电热综合能源系统中的热力管网由于较强的热惯性而具备被动储热能力，可以提高电力系统的调节能力，为大规模可再生能源并网消纳提供空间。利用热力管网储能的方法可在不增加额外设备与投资的前提下，仅通过电力、热力系统的协调优化，达到平抑可再生能源波动性与间歇性、提高可再生能源使用率的目标。该方法已成为目前较具潜力的灵活性提升手段之一，逐渐受到国内外广泛关注。热力系统本身具有多变量、非线性、时延性等特点，且热力管网运行调节独立于电力系统调度之外，导致在刻画评估热力管网所具备的调节能力时，面临电热系统动态建模难以兼容、异质能源系统运行机制难以协调等瓶颈。研究围绕热力管网动态特性建模及电热协调优化等方面，对利用热力管网热惯性提升电热综合能源系统调节能力的研究方法展开回顾：比较分析了节点法、元素法、集总参数法、等效热电路法及能路法等动态建模方法的优劣，剖析了电力系统与热力管网协调运行研究中的关键要素，并针对进一步研究方向提出了几点建议。

首先介绍目前无线通信中常用的3种调度算法。为了提高频谱利用率,通过仿真比较了3种常用调度算法对系统性能的影响,提出基于QoS（服务质量）业务的比例公平调度算法。该调度算法兼容了其他调度算法的优点。实验中对用户配置不同的QoS参数,从吞吐量的角度来验证不同配置的用户有不同的吞吐量,而且系统会优先保障最优用户的需求。该调度算法提高了系统的最大吞吐量,满足了用户调度的公平性,给用户提供了不同的业务服务,保障了用户的不同需求。

文章介绍了一种集数据信号和视频信号收发功能于一体的光收发模块——以太网无源光网络（EPON）单纤三向光收发模块。该模块由单纤三向光组件和相应的驱动、放大和控制电路组成,实现了语音、数据和视频3种业务在物理层的融合。依照相关标准对该模块进行了测试,测试结果表明,该模块能满足三重播放条件下的应用要求。

基于LabVIEW虚拟仪器平台,研制了一套可调谐取样光栅分布布拉格反射式（Sampled Grating Distributed Bragg Reflector,SG-DBR）激光器的波长自动测试控制系统。该系统能对四段式SG-DBR激光器进行电流扫描,采集、分析其输出光谱,生成SG-DBR激光器的“波长-电流”数据查询表;并且通过调用数据查询表,实现对SG-DBR激光器输出波长的控制。

The perioperative nursing experience of an emergency case of incarcerated complete rectal prolapse was summarized. In terms of the problem of excavation section automatic cutting shaping control for boom-type roadheader in coal mine,the transfer function model of cutting head control system was established and an accurate control method of boom-type roadheader cutting head position based on PID was proposed.According to the structure of cutting section for roadheader and its kinematic analysis,the transfer function model of cutting head control system for roadheader was established.In order to verify the correctness of transfer function model and PID control method,the simulation experiments were carried out and comparison test is carried out between PID and no PID by the experiment platform of boom-type roadheader.The contrast experiment results show that accuracy of cutting head position control was greatly improved by using the PID control method.The maximum error of vertical cutting is about 1%,the maximum error of horizontal cutting is about 1.7% and the error of height and width is about 1% for rectangular section.Therefore,the precise control of cutting head position was realized by the transfer function model established and the PID control method.It is of significance to realize an intelligent roadheader and ensure the safety and high-efficiency production of coal mine. In order to systematically sort out the status quo of mineral resources in China’ s coal,to promote the comprehensive investigation and utilization of mineral resources in coal,to expand the development direction of traditional coal geological industry,In this paper,based on the systematic collection of relevant geological data, sampling test, comprehensive analysis and research, Through the systematic discussion, the concept of mineral resources mineral resources in coal is put forward,the concept of the main metal element mineral resources in coal is put forward,and the distribution characteristics of gallium, germanium and lithium in coal are summarized. 针对数据包络分析的决策单元(DMU)排序问题，建立了一种基于DMU交叉排序矩阵的评价分析模型.基于中立交叉效率，通过各决策单元效率的相对序值转换得到交叉排序矩阵，计算了 DMU在各次序下集结“自评”和“他评”的效率和，建立一种线性规划模型，通过求解得到了最终排序结果.将其应用于福州大学城若干高校实验示范中心的效率评价，并与其他模型进行了比较，结果表明本方法在区分决策单元优劣上表现最佳，方法有效.

统计分析了 2012~2013年宁波城区空气质量指数AQI现状及其与降雨、温度、风、边界层、逆温等20类气象要素的相关性，结果表明：秋冬季是宁波污染天气高发期，夏季空气质量较好，首要污染物主要为PM2.5和O3；与2012年相比，2013年宁波空气质量状况转差，主要表现为3级以上污染天气明显增多、污染程度明显加重.AQI与气象要素相关性显著，特别是与地面风速、边界层水平风速、对流有效位能、降雨量、相对湿度以及连续无雨日数等呈显著相关（相关系数为0.4~0.5）.当边界层的水平风速低于6 m • s-1、垂直风速小于0. 008 hPa • s-1以及850 hPa湿度在60%以下时，容易出现3级以上的污染天气.降雨量在1 mm以下时，湿沉降对空气质量的改善没有明显的作用.在空气质量预报预警业务中，预报员需要特别关注PM2.5浓度的变化、不同季节的天气形势、影响系统等的分析侧重点以及冷空气对空气质量带来正负两方面影响的时间节点等.

Apolipoprotein A-II (apoA-II) is the second major apolipoprotein following apolipoprotein A-I (apoA-I) in HDL. ApoA-II has multiple physiological functions and can form senile amyloid fibrils (AApoAII) in mice. Most circulating apoA-II is present in lipoprotein A-I/A-II. To study the influence of apoA-I on apoA-II and AApoAII amyloidosis, apoA-I-deficient (C57BL/6J.Apoa1−/−) mice were used. Apoa1−/− mice showed the expected significant reduction in total cholesterol (TC), HDL cholesterol (HDL-C), and triglyceride (TG) plasma levels. Unexpectedly, we found that apoA-I deficiency led to redistribution of apoA-II in HDL and an age-related increase in apoA-II levels, accompanied by larger HDL particle size and an age-related increase in TC, HDL-C, and TG. Aggravated AApoAII amyloidosis was induced in Apoa1−/− mice systemically, especially in the heart. These results indicate that apoA-I plays key roles in maintaining apoA-II distribution and HDL particle size. Furthermore, apoA-II redistribution may be the main reason for aggravated AApoAII amyloidosis in Apoa1−/− mice. These results may shed new light on the relationship between apoA-I and apoA-II as well as provide new information concerning amyloidosis mechanism and therapy.
