The purpose of the article is to reveal the neuropedagogical aspects of artistic and figurative thinking of future masters of music in the structure of their educational activities. The neuropedagogical approach as a scientific direction is still in its infancy and needs significant support in the educational environment. The degree of demand for continuous education of music specialists to make the right methodological decisions in their professional activities is emphasized. Artistic thinking in the system of training masters in music is a priority and is one of the most important tasks of their educational process at this scientific level. But the search for innovative methods of artistic and figurative perception of musicians is often complicated by an empirical approach to solving this problem. The specifics of neuropedagogical training for the development of artistic and figurative thinking of higher education students, which is associated with the creative interaction of teacher and student is analyzed. The regularities of training future musicians which are due to the need to solve problems for the development of creative musical and professional thinking are revealed. The importance of interdisciplinary integration of humanitarian, music-theoretical and special knowledge is emphasized, which is the basis for the formation of a high level of professionalism of future masters in music. The interaction of intellectual, auditory and emotional components in the process of development of artistic and figurative thinking of the future musician is substantiated.

Tools for radiation exposure reconstruction are required to support the medical management of radiation victims in radiological or nuclear incidents. Different biological and physical dosimetry assays can be used for various exposure scenarios to estimate the dose of ionizing radiation a person has absorbed. Regular validation of the techniques through inter-laboratory comparisons (ILC) is essential to guarantee high quality results. In the current RENEB inter-laboratory comparison, the performance quality of established cytogenetic assays [dicentric chromosome assay (DCA), cytokinesis-block micronucleus assay (CBMN), stable chromosomal translocation assay (FISH) and premature chromosome condensation assay (PCC)] was tested in comparison to molecular biological assays [gamma-H2AX foci (gH2AX), gene expression (GE)] and physical dosimetry-based assays [electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR), optically or thermally stimulated luminescence (LUM)]. Three blinded coded samples (e.g., blood, enamel or mobiles) were exposed to 0, 1.2 or 3.5 Gy X-ray reference doses (240 kVp, 1 Gy/min). These doses roughly correspond to clinically relevant groups of unexposed to low exposed (0-1 Gy), moderately exposed (1-2 Gy, no severe acute health effects expected) and highly exposed individuals (>2 Gy, requiring early intensive medical care). In the frame of the current RENEB inter-laboratory comparison, samples were sent to 86 specialized teams in 46 organizations from 27 nations for dose estimation and identification of three clinically relevant groups. The time for sending early crude reports and more precise reports was documented for each laboratory and assay where possible. The quality of dose estimates was analyzed with three different levels of granularity, 1. by calculating the frequency of correctly reported clinically relevant dose categories, 2. by determining the number of dose estimates within the uncertainty intervals recommended for triage dosimetry (±0.5 Gy or ±1.0 Gy for doses 2.5 Gy), and 3. by calculating the absolute difference (AD) of estimated doses relative to the reference doses. In total, 554 dose estimates were submitted within the 6-week period given before the exercise was closed. For samples processed with the highest priority, earliest dose estimates/categories were reported within 5-10 h of receipt for GE, gH2AX, LUM, EPR, 2-3 days for DCA, CBMN and within 6-7 days for the FISH assay. For the unirradiated control sample, the categorization in the correct clinically relevant group (0-1 Gy) as well as the allocation to the triage uncertainty interval was, with the exception of a few outliers, successfully performed for all assays. For the 3.5 Gy sample the percentage of correct classifications to the clinically relevant group (≥2 Gy) was between 89-100% for all assays, with the exception of gH2AX. For the 1.2 Gy sample, an exact allocation to the clinically relevant group was more difficult and 0-50% or 0-48% of the estimates were wrongly classified into the lowest or highest dose categories, respectively. For the irradiated samples, the correct allocation to the triage uncertainty intervals varied considerably between assays for the 1.2 Gy (29-76%) and 3.5 Gy (17-100%) samples. While a systematic shift towards higher doses was observed for the cytogenetic-based assays, extreme outliers exceeding the reference doses 2-6 fold were observed for EPR, FISH and GE assays. These outliers were related to a particular material examined (tooth enamel for EPR assay, reported as kerma in enamel, but when converted into the proper quantity, i.e. to kerma in air, expected dose estimates could be recalculated in most cases), the level of experience of the teams (FISH) and methodological uncertainties (GE). This was the first RENEB ILC where everything, from blood sampling to irradiation and shipment of the samples, was organized and realized at the same institution, for several biological and physical retrospective dosimetry assays. Almost all assays appeared comparably applicable for the identification of unexposed and highly exposed individuals and the allocation of medical relevant groups, with the latter requiring medical support for the acute radiation scenario simulated in this exercise. However, extreme outliers or a systematic shift of dose estimates have been observed for some assays. Possible reasons will be discussed in the assay specific papers of this special issue. In summary, this ILC clearly demonstrates the need to conduct regular exercises to identify research needs, but also to identify technical problems and to optimize the design of future ILCs.

The article clarifies the definition of financial statements of enterprises, which is a system of generalized indicators that shows the results of financial and economic activities of the enterprise for the past period (month, quarter, year). It consists of the method of calculation, grouping and special data processing of current accounting and is its final stage. The own definition of accounting is formulated as follows: a report that is compiled on the basis of accounting data to meet the needs of the reports users. It is also explained in the article that financial statements are financial statements that contain information about the financial condition, results of operations and cash flows of the enterprise for the reporting period (month, quarter, year). It is proved that the financial statements include performance indicators of branches, representative offices, and other divisions of the enterprise. The article clarifies that associations of enterprises, in addition to their own reporting, prepare and submit consolidated financial statements for all enterprises that are part of them, if it is provided in the constituent documents of associations of enterprises in accordance with the law. The hypothesis that the report must adhere to the organic unity of the indicators reflected in it is proved. Financial statements should also meet the information needs of those users who cannot request reports that are tailored to their specific information needs. The article outlines that the source of information on the implementation of plans for socio-economic development of various enterprises, business plans of other formations that are created in the industries as a result of property reform are indicators that are recorded in the reports. Each indicator is shown, it is the basis of work to identify shortcomings that have arisen and avoid them in the process of enterprise management.

The study deals with the ecological state of the lake in the Orikhovitsa village of Uzhhorod district of Transcarpathian region, which is used for unorganized recreation and fishing by the residents of the nearby villages. To analyze the water quality according to standard methods, a number of hydrochemical parameters were set, in particular pH, chloride-, sulfate-, nitrate-, nitrite anions, polyphosphates, ammonium ions; suspended solids, Ferum total, dissolved Oxygen, BSC5, HCC and permanganate oxidation. The obtained results were compared with the normalized values determined for the reservoirs, used of recreation, everyday life and fishery purposes.The analysis of the results indicates that, that according to the defined hydrochemical and sanitary-hygienic indicators of water quality (except total iron, suspended solids and microbial contamination) no exceedance of the normalized values for both water use purposes was observed.The content of the Ferum total exceeded the normalized values for reservoirs of recreation purpose by 1.7 times. In the same time the exceedance in 2.4-10.0 times in case of water reservoirs for industrial fishing during all seasons represents a significant risk for human health and for aquatic organisms as well.The content of suspended matter in all selected water samples from the lake exceeded the normalized values for reservoirs of recreational purposes, which is ≤ 0.75 mg/dm3, and ranged from 5.0 mg/dm3 to 6.8 mg/dm3, which is 6.7-9.1 times more, than the set value. Due to the ability of suspended solids to absorb contaminants and microflora on their surface as well as for aesthetic reasons, this reservoir cannot be considered suitable for swimming. However, according to the requirements for fish farms, all water samples taken from the lake met the quality standards according to the relevant indicator.The results of microbiological analysis of the state of the reservoir in the summer time show that the reservoir does not meet the sanitary and hygienic standards for the bacterial content of Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus and Streptococcus. The content of pathogenic strains of staphylococci and molds exceeded the normalized values. Warning signs notifing of this fact should be installed.

The number of fraud occurrences in electronic banking is rising each year. Experts in the field of cybercrime are continuously monitoring and verifying network infrastructure and transaction systems. Dedicated threat response teams (CSIRTs) are used by organizations to ensure security and stop cyber attacks. Financial institutions are well aware of this and have increased funding for CSIRTs and antifraud software. If the company has a rule-based antifraud system, the CSIRT can examine fraud cases and create rules to counter the threat. If not, they can attempt to analyze Internet traffic down to the packet level and look for anomalies before adding network rules to proxy or firewall servers to mitigate the threat. However, this does not always solve the issues, because transactions occasionally receive a “gray” rating. Nevertheless, the bank is unable to approve every gray transaction because the number of call center employees is insufficient to make this possible. In this study, we designed a machine-learning-based rating system that provides early warnings against financial fraud. We present the system architecture together with the new ML-based scoring extension, which examines customer logins from the banking transaction system. The suggested method enhances the organization’s rule-based fraud prevention system. Because they occur immediately after the client identification and authorization process, the system can quickly identify gray operations. The suggested method reduces the amount of successful fraud and improves call center queue administration.

This article deals with aphorisms as a stylistic dominant feature of the novel “Krunychar” by Myroslav Dochynets. The main objective of the article is to single out peculiarities of the literary thinking of the author. The writer combines thematic and semantic-stylistic types of philosophic aphorisms. The article uses main principles of comparative and descriptive methods. The article discovers that philosophic aphorisms can be clearly divided into several thematic groups.

The adsorption and substitution of transition metal atoms (Fe and Co) on Au-supported planar silicene have been studied by means of first-principles density functional theory calculations. The structural, energetic and magnetic properties have been analyzed. Both dopants favor the same atomic configurations with rather strong binding energies and noticeable charge transfer. The adsorption of Fe and Co atoms do not alter the magnetic properties of Au-supported planar silicene, unless a full layer of adsorbate is completed. In the case of substituted system only Fe is able to produce magnetic ground state. The Fe-doped Au-supported planar silicene is a ferromagnetic structure with local antiferromagnetic ordering. The present study is the very first and promising attempt towards ferromagnetic epitaxial planar silicene and points to the importance of the substrate in structural and magnetic properties of silicene.

Purpose: Depending on the exposure scenario, different biological and/or physical assays will be required to recover the exposure situation and to obtain reliable dose estimates to aid medical decision making. Inter-laboratory comparisons (ILCs) are a central tool to validate and improve the performance of methods and laboratories. In most cases such ILCs are performed under laboratory conditions where the influence of parameters contributing to uncertainties can be minimized. In a reallife scenario, the situation is much more complicated, and it is therefore crucial to validate methods and laboratories’ abilities to carry out these methods under more realistic conditions. In 2019, EURADOS (The European Radiation Dosimetry Group) Working Group 10 (Retrospective Dosimetry) and RENEB (Running the European Network of Biological and retrospective Physical dosimetry) organized a field exercise in Lund, Sweden, to validate different methods for biological and physical retrospective dosimetry in parallel by simulating real- life exposure scenarios. Materials and methods: For the dicentric chromosome assay (DCA), 18 blood tubes were distributed across 8 thermos flasks filled with heated water and positioned at the hips and shoulders of anthropomorphic phantoms in different geometries. Two irradiations were performed with a 1.36 TBq 192Ir-source, each with two phantoms, to simulate close, distant, lateral or partially shielded exposures. For each of the blood tubes DCA dose estimates were provided by at least one laboratory and for tubes from four thermos flasks by 17 participating RENEB laboratories. In addition, blood from the different thermos flasks on each phantom was mixed to simulate heterogeneous exposures. Three radio-photoluminescence (RPL) glass dosimeters (GD) were placed at each tube to assess reference doses and the inter- and intra-tube variability. Results: The results from the DCA were homogeneous between participants and matched well with RPL GD reference doses (≥95% of estimates within ±0.5 Gy of the reference). For samples close to the source, exposed to doses >1 Gy, systematic underestimation could be corrected by accounting for exposure time. Heterogeneity within and between tubes was detected for RPL GD reference doses as well as for doses estimates from the DCA. The sample simulating a heterogeneous exposure with two different doses was detected by ~50% of the participants. Conclusions: The participants were able to successfully estimate the doses and to provide important information on the exposure scenarios under conditions closely resembling a real-life situation. The reliability of the results emphasizes the value of the DCA for retrospective dosimetry under field conditions.

We solved the problem of development of algorithmic software for processes of content monitoring for solving the problem of recognition of the style of an author of a Ukrainian text based on Web Mining and NLP technology. Decomposition of the method for recognition of the style of an author, based of analysis of the found stop words, was carried out. Specific features of the method include adaptation of morphological and syntactic analysis of lexical units to structural peculiarities of words/ texts in Ukrainian. It is syntactic words (stop words or anchor words) that are significant for an author’s individual style, as they are not related to the theme and content of the publication. Recognition of the author's style is based on analysis of coefficients of lexical author’s language: coherence of speech, lexical diversity, syntactic complexity indices of concentration and exclusivity for the author's fragment. They are used for subsequent comparison and determining of a degree of belonging of the analyzed text to a particular author. We studied internal "dynamics" of a text of randomly selected authors through analysis of coefficients of lexical author’s language for the first k, n and m (without the title) words of the author's fragment and the analyzed one. The obtained results were compared. We obtained results of experimental testing of the proposed method for content-monitoring for determining and analysis of stop words in Ukrainian scientific texts of technical area based on Web Mining technology. It was found that for the selected experimental base that contains 100 works, the method for analysis of an article without compulsory initial information and list of references attains the best results by density criterion. It is achieved through learning of the system and by checking specified blocked words and specified thematic vocabulary. Testing of the proposed method for determining of keywords from other categories of texts – of scientific humanitarian area, belles-lettres, journalistic, etc. – requires subsequent experimental research.

HIV/AIDS continues to pose an enormous burden on global health. Current HIV therapeutics include inhibitors that target the enzymes HIV protease, reverse transcriptase, and integrase, along with viral entry inhibitors that block the initial steps of HIV infection by preventing membrane fusion or virus-coreceptor interactions. With regard to the latter, peptides derived from the HIV coreceptor CCR5 were previously shown to modestly inhibit entry of CCR5-tropic HIV strains, with a peptide containing residues 178-191 of the second extracellular loop (peptide 2C) showing the strongest inhibition. Here we use an iterative approach of amino acid scanning at positions shown to be important for binding the HIV envelope, and recombining favorable substitutions to greatly improve the potency of 2C. The most potent candidate peptides gain neutralization breadth and inhibit CXCR4 and CXCR4/CCR5-using viruses, rather than CCR5-tropic strains only. We found that gains in potency in the absence of toxicity were highly dependent on amino acid position and residue type. Using virion capture assays we show that 2C and the new peptides inhibit capture of CD4-bound HIV-1 particles by antibodies whose epitopes are located in or around variable loop 3 (V3) on gp120. Analysis of antibody binding data indicates that interactions between CCR5 ECL2-derived peptides and gp120 are localized around the base and stem of V3 more than the tip. In the absence of a high-resolution structure of gp120 bound to coreceptor CCR5, these findings may facilitate structural studies of CCR5 surrogates, design of peptidomimetics with increased potency, or use as functional probes for further study of HIV-1 gp120-coreceptor interactions.

Добування калійних солей у гірничопромисловій зоні Калуш–Голинського родовища призвело до формування антропоекосистем з об’єктами інфраструктури гірничовидобувного та переробного напрямку. Ці об’єкти уже тривалий час є причиною техногенного навантаження на природні екосистеми і, потенційно, будуть здійснювати його у майбутньому. Сьогодні, внаслідок системності антропогенного навантаження, в регіоні м. Калуш склалася напружена екологічна обстановка.Нами проведено дослідження ґрунту та води прилеглих територій Калуш-Голинського родовища на вміст важких металів (Плюмбуму, Купруму, Кадмію, Меркурію, Цинку, Арсену) методом атомно-абсорбційної спектрофотометрії. Для аналізу вмісту важких металів в розсолі Домбровського кар’єру в осінній період 2018 р. було відібрано чотири проби води поблизу північно-східного борту Домбровського водосховища на глибині 20-30 см під поверхнею води, 0,5 м від борта кар’єру. Чотири зразки дерново-підзолистого ґрунту відібрано з бортів Домбровського кар’єру на глибині орного шару землі.У проаналізованих ґрунтах, відібраних на північному боці кар’єру у 2018 р., середній вміст солей важких металів становив: Pb2+ - 1,2 мг/кг (ГДК=6,0 мг/кг); Cd2+ - 0,2 мг/кг (ГДК=0,7 мг/кг); Cu2+ - 0,5 мг/кг (ГДК=3,0 мг/кг); Zn2+ - 2,2 мг/кг (ГДК=23,0 мг/кг); Меркурію - 0,02 мг/кг (ГДК=2,1 мг/кг), що не перевищує допустимі норми.Проведене нами дослідження вод Домбровського кар’єру показало, що вміст солей Меркурію, Кадмію, Цинку, Купруму та Арсену значно перевищує допустимі норми ГДК для вод господарсько-побутового призначення. Так, зокрема, для сполук Плюмбуму спостерігали перевищення ГДК до 2,7 разів, Купруму – у 3 рази, Кадмію – до 20 разів, Меркурію – до 2 разів, Цинку – до 10 разів. У воді соляного озера також спостерігали слідові кількості сполук Арсену, вміст якого не нормується, а вимагається його повна відсутність.Таким чином встановлено, що протягом 6 років моніторингу вміст важких металів у досліджуваних об’єктах значно знизився, скоріш за все, через перехід до складу донних відкладень та міграцію по профілю ґрунтів, однак у водах кар’єру він все ще перевищує значення ГДКв. Причиною високого вмісту важких металів є несанкціоноване захоронення на території кар’єру будівельних матеріалів, промислових відходів І класу небезпеки та твердих побутових відходів. Не зважаючи на покращення екологічної обстановки на території Домбровського кар’єру, який зараз населення активно використовує в якості водойми для рекреації, його води представляють потенційну небезпеку для здоров’я та суттєво змінюють стан навколишніх екосистем., Since it has been opened at the base of Kalush-Holynsky field the mining geokomplexes were formed, which include a number of mining and processing facilities. For a while these facilities cause anthropogenic impact on natural ecosystems and, possibly, will cause it in the future as well. Today as a result of the impact of many anthropogenic factors the area of the field is characterized by a tense environmental situation.By atomic absorption spectrophotometry of soil and water samples submitted from the surrounding areas of Kalush-Holynsky field the content of heavy metals (Lead, Copper, Cadmium, Mercury, Zinc, and Arsenic) was studied. The analysis of content of heavy metals in the Dombrowskiy Quarry brine in autumn2018 infour water samples was done, which were taken near the northeast board of the Dombrowskiy reservoir at a depth of 20-30 cmbelow the water surface,0.5 mfrom the quarry board. Four templates of sod-podzolic soils from the side Dombrowskiy Quarry at the depth of the arable soil were selected.In the analyzed soil samples, which were selected on the northern side of the quarry in 2018, the following average content of heavy metal salts was detected: Pb2+ – 1.2 mg×kg-1 (MPC = 6.0 mg×kg-1); Cd2+ – 0.2 mg×kg-1 (MPC = 0.7 mg×kg-1); Cu2+ – 0.5 mg×kg-1 (MPC = 3.0 mg×kg-1); Zn2+ – 2.2 mg×kg-1 (MPC = 23.0 mg×kg-1); Mercury – 0.02 mg×kg-1 (MPC = 2.1 mg×kg-1), which does not exceed the limits.Our analyze of Dombrowskiy Quarry water showed that content of salts of mercury, cadmium, zinc, copper and arsenic is significantly higher than the permissible limits of MPC for household water. In particular, the lead compounds exceed MPC 2.7 times, copper – 3 times, cadmium – up to 20 times Mercury – up to 2 times, zinc – up to 10 times. In salt lake water arsenic compounds has been also detected, the content of which is not standardized, its complete absence is required.Thus it was established that during 6 years of monitoring of the studied sites the content of heavy metals has decreased significantly, probably due to the transition to the sediment and migration in soil profile. However, in the water of the quarry its content is still higher than the MPC. The reason of the high content of heavy metals is the illegal dumping of 1st class hazard wastes in the area of quarry. Dombrowskiy Quarry water, which now is used in recreational purposes, means potential danger for human health and for the surrounding ecosystems.

Under conditions of active development of innovative information technologies (IT) and eliminating the boundaries in providing educational services, human resources (staff, including IT specialists) turn into the main strategic resource of organizations, which ensures their long-term competitiveness and achievement of the set goals. Much emphasis in this problem is given to both the specific features of a recruiting company and to a high level of provision of educational services that meet international standards and requirements for the level of competences of would-be IT specialists. Therefore, the development of new conceptual approaches and promising information technologies of managing human resources acquires special relevance and practical significance. The article highlighted specific features of tasks of managing qualified human resources (MQHR), which allows identifying them as a task of multicriteria analysis and decision making in the fuzzy environment. A generalized conceptual model for decision making in the problems of MQHR was proposed. It was substantiated that in order to enhance effectiveness and transparency of decisions in MQHR, it is appropriate to use multicriteria optimizations based on the TOPSIS method, the advantages of which were shown. A modification of the algorithm for using TOPSIS for making recommendations in recruiting qualified human resources was proposed. The modification implies the integration of additional components of the content management in the decision making algorithm, which provides for the calculation based on the method of analysis of hierarchies (MAH) of coefficients of level or course of attained educational services. Using the TOPSIS and MAH methods and the scale of assessment of competence of qualified human resources, experimental calculations with ranking of alternatives were performed using the example of recruiting, which demonstrated effectiveness of the proposed approach.

ZnO/porous silica nanocomposites were successfully fabricated by three different types of synthesis techniques. In all cases, the molecular sieve SBA-16 was used as a porous matrix. The in situ growth the nanoparticles of zinc oxide within the matrix pores was done using either gaseous or liquid precursors. The ex-situ method implied growing of nanoparticles in a colloidal solution with further penetration of the ripened ZnO nanoparticles into the pores of the matrix. Physico-chemical studies of the synthesized ZnO/porous silica nanocomposites showed that the introduction of zinc oxide by any of the methods did not lead to destruction of the structure of the molecular matrix SBA-16. The structure of ZnO nanoparticles, on the contrary, was strongly dependent on the growing method. The best defectless ZnO nanoparticles were obtained by in situ growing using gaseous precursors.
