Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh omnichannel integration quality terhadap customer satisfaction yang dimediasi oleh omnichannel perceived value pelanggan klikIndomaret di JABODETABEK. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan omnichannel integration quality berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap customer satisfaction. Dan omnichannel integration quality berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap customer satisfaction secara tidak langsung saat dimediasi oleh omnichannel perceived value. Keterbatasan dalam penelitian ini yaitu penelitian ini hanya difokuskan pada omnichannel di sektor ritel dengan melalui metode survei untuk mengumpulkan data dalam 1 periode waktu. Kemudian penelitian ini hanya menekankan pada faktor perceived value, integration quality, dan customer satisfaction saja sebagai variable yang diuji. Implikasi teoritis dalam penelitian adalah pembuktian pengaruh omnichannel integration quality berpengaruh positif terhadap customer satisfaction yang dimediasi oleh omnichannel perceived value. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi bagi industri ritel untuk dapat mengembangkan saluran distribusi kepada pelanggan dengan memperbanyak saluran yang terintegrasi. Dan bagi masyarakat dapat lebih sadar adanya saluran distribusi yang banyak sehingga dapat melakukan transaksi pembelian yang lebih efektif dan efisien sesuai kebutuhan masing masing.

There is a growing interest in lunar exploration fed by the perception that the Moon can be made accessible to low-cost missions in the next decade. The ongoing projects to set a communications relay in lunar orbit and a deep space gateway, as well as the spreading of commercial-of-the shelf technology for small space platforms such as the cubesats contribute to this perception. Small, cubesat size satellites orbiting the Moon offer ample opportunities to study the Moon and enjoy an advantage point to monitor the Solar System and the large-scale interaction between the Earth and the solar wind. We describe the technical characteristics of a 12U cubesat to be set in polar lunar orbit for this purpose and the science behind it. The mission is named Earth as an exoplanet (EarthASAP) and is submitted to the Lunar Cubesats for Exploration call in 2016. EarthASAP is designed to monitor hydrated rock reservoirs in the lunar poles and to study the interaction between the large Earth’s exosphere and the solar wind in preparation for future exoplanetary missions.

Objective The purpose of this study is to determine useful parameters for the early diagnosis of colonoscopic perforation and to select those who would require surgical treatment. Methods We retrospectively reviewed the demographics, clinical and colonoscopic data, diagnostic-surgical interval, operative findings, complications, and hospital stay of patients who developed postcolonoscopy iatrogenic colonic perforation between January 2002 and December 2008. Results A retrospective multicentric study of patients diagnosed of colonoscopic perforation was performed. Fifty-four patients were found for final analysis (mean age, 71 years (2691 years). Thirty-four were diagnostic and 20 were therapeutic colonoscopies. Most patients in whom the perforation was noticed during colonoscopy were treated surgically (p=0.032) within 24 h (p=0.004) and had a lesser degree of surgical peritonitis (p=0.033).
