This study investigates the ability of creativity to bring about significant change in the field of education. It suggests a new methodology that integrates the latest creativity research with teaching methods. Our research aims to create a strong theoretical framework to enable the successful integration of creative activities in education. We believe that creativity is a crucial factor in understanding and improving educational processes. The first part of the paper presents a theoretical framework that aims to clarify the interpretation and use of creativity concepts in the educational process. The study focuses on discovering and analyzing creative situations that can improve and facilitate the teaching and learning process. Using the theoretical framework, the study suggests an educational model adapted to the unique characteristics and individual needs of students. This study examines practical strategies for overcoming barriers, such as the importance of providing inservice training for teachers. Our study highlights the vital importance of creativity in reforming education and presents a theoretical and practical framework that can be used as a basis for creating more adaptable, inventive and personalized teaching methods that meet the demands of 21st century learners. The mechanisms of variation of intraocular pressure (IOP) during abdominal surgical interventions it is not completely clear and its result on the recovering patient may vary from benign alterations to disabilities. This review aims to identify the most important triggers and its impact of IOP along with individual risk factors during the perioperative period of abdominal surgeries. International literature is providing limited data on this topic. We reviewed 9 studies using PubMed, Scopus, and Web of Science as database. From the multitude of effects and implications that abdominal surgery has onto the physiology of eyeball, the highest impact was linked to the positioning of the patient, induction of anesthesia, perianesthetic events such as intubation and extubation, type of anesthesia and anesthetic used, pneumoperitoneum induced in laparoscopic surgeries and its contribution to the alterations of ocular parameters which are increasing the risk of ocular events. In addition to this, the association of individual risk factors as well as the pre-existing of ophthalmologic diseases may have severe consequences onto the visual function. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Ocular trauma is a wide and vast subject. As ophthalmology in general, over the past 50 years technology, clinical understanding and surgical results have improved dramatically leading to the fact that nowadays a traumatized eye is a challenge but the results in maintaining the best of its anatomy and visual function are satisfactory. The aim of this article is to present the management and surgical results of various types of ocular trauma. Three cases of ocular contusion with hyphema, subluxated lens, irido and cyclodialysis which underwent second step surgery for traumatic cataract and pupilloplasty and two cases of penetrating ocular trauma which suffer emergency surgery. The inguinal hernia had been a pathology of interest for the medical community even before the emergence of anesthesia and surgery as we know them today. Starting with the second half of the 19th century, surgery will have suffered a spectacular evolution along with the development of anesthetic techniques. Initially, the inguinal hernia was treated with an intervention regarding only the superficial inguinal hole, followed by a compulsory wear of orthotics, at that time called "orthopedic support." Eduard Bassini managed to change the course of history in the treatment of this pathology, proposing a new intervention which at that time was considered radical and very courageous.
