Genus Globicetus n. gen. TYPE AND ONLY SPECIES. — Globicetus hiberus n. gen., n. sp., by present designation. ETYMOLOGY. — From Latin “globus”, for the large spherical medial premaxillary prominence on the rostrum, and from Latin “cetus”, whale. Gender masculine.
